Although the cloudy weather was disappointing, the staff were delightful and our conversations mixed with Japanese made for a very enjoyable time. Watching others from the boat, I was surprised at how quickly they ascended, but in reality, it was a smooth ascent without feeling any G-forces, which was very pleasant. They kindly took photos with my camera, and I highly recommend this experience. Don't forget to tip!

曇天模様は残念でしたが、スタッフが愉快な人で日本語交じりのおしゃべり、とても楽しいひと時でした。
他の方をボートから見ていると速いスピードで上がっていくのでビックリ、しかし実際はスーと上がっていきＧも感じずとても気持ちよかったです。
持ち込んだカメラで快く写真も撮っていただき、おススメだと思います。くれぐれもチップは忘れずに！

I was able to find the luggage pickup area at the airport right away, and they greeted me with a smile and gave me a shell necklace as a token. After waiting for about 15 minutes for other passengers at the airport, we departed for the third hotel. The driver spoke English and clearly stated the name of the hotel, so I felt at ease since the tip was included. The car was a bit cold.

空港の荷物受取り場所ですぐに見つけることが出来、笑顔で握手して印の貝ネックレスをくれました。空港では１５分位他の乗客を待った後出発し、３軒目のホテルでした。ドライバーは英語ですが、ホテルの名前をはっきり言ってくれるし、チップ込なので安心です。車中はやや寒いです。

I went surfing for the first time in my life. For a guy nearing his sixties, it was definitely a bit of a tough activity. But it was so much fun!

生まれて初めてサーフィンをしました。還暦近いおじさんにはさすがに少々ハードな遊びです。でも最高に楽しかった！

I used the service in June 2017. It was good that I could book the service on-site and print the voucher, but I was also able to fax the voucher to the hotel. The shuttle service was smooth as well.

現地でサービスを予約、バウチャーを印刷する必要がありましたが、バウチャーをホテルへFax送信することもでき、良かったです。
シャトル利用もスムーズにできました。

They arrived on time to pick me up, and it was smooth. I was asked about my return airline and was dropped off there. The handling of my luggage was pleasant, and the driving was not rough, so I would like to use their service again.

時間通りに迎えに来てもらえ、スムーズでした。帰りの航空会社を聞かれてそこに降ろしてもらいました。荷物の預かり，渡しも感じよく、運転も荒くなくてまた利用したいです

The pickup location I was worried about was easy to find. The staff at the desk were nice, and the transfer to the hotel was smooth. It was also good that it mentioned tips were included.

心配していた迎えの場所も分かりやすかったです。デスクの方もいい感じで、ホテルまでスムーズでした。チップ込みと書いてあったのも良かったです。

This time there were 49 people. It was my second time sailing.

I wondered if there was a toilet on this boat, but when I sat down, I found that the area near the toilet was quite spacious after opening the red lid and going down the stairs. People who had drunk too much kept going in and out.

This time we set sail at 7:30, and since the fireworks started at 7:45, everyone chatted and drank for the remaining hour, and it was once again a lot of fun.

今回は7時30分出航で、7時45分から花火だったので、残り1時間はみんな喋って飲んでとまたまた楽しかったです。

Great staff who made the trip lots of fun. Saw tons of turtles, though not a great variety of other fish - but I was there to see turtles, and so I was happy as can be!
Got a little woozy after being out on the ocean, and they immediately recognized it (without me having to say anything!) and offered me a dab of lavendar oil behind my ears/under my nose that cleared it right up.

Overall a great trip, highly recommend!

If you're going to fly, of course, aim for 150m.
The clear weather and height provided an amazing view.
The staff were also great, taking photos with us.

The waiting time on the boat was quite shaky and a bit tough, but once I floated up into the sky with the parachute, I was able to take my time enjoying the scenery. It was truly a perfect expression of a walk in the sky.

ボートの上での待ち時間はかなりの揺れで少し辛かったが、パラシュートでふんわりと空の上に上がってからはゆっくり景色を見る事が出来て、空の散歩という表現がぴったりでした。

We participated as a couple. We arrived at the venue a little after 6, handed our voucher to the reception, and received stickers to wear on our chests. We enjoyed a buffet while listening to Hawaiian music. All the dishes were delicious, and the chicken was especially recommended. After finishing our meal, we took a short break, met Elvis, took photos, and then entered the venue to view the costumes and other displays. The show we watched from the front row on the second floor was very enjoyable. Even though we've been to Hawaii many times, it was our first time participating, which felt like a missed opportunity. My wife loves hula, and I love Michael, so I thought we should have come earlier. After the show, we bought a commemorative photo with Elvis and later got autographs from Elvis and Michael on our pictures. If we come to Hawaii again, we will definitely participate. When we return, I will recommend it to my friends who love Hawaii.

夫婦で参加させていただきました。6時過ぎに会場に行ってバウチャーを受け付けに渡して胸に貼るシールを貰ってからハワイアンを聴きながらのブッフェを頂きました。どの料理も美味しく特にチキンはおススメです。食事を済ませて少し休憩を挟んでエルビスのお迎えと写真撮影を終えて会場に入って衣装などを観覧しました。2階の最前列で観たショーは大変楽しく何十回とハワイに来ているのに初参加とは惜しい事をしました。妻はフラ好き私はマイケル好きなのでもっと早くに来るべきだったと思いました。ショーが終わって帰りにエルビスとの記念写真を買ってその後にエルビスとマイケルから写真にサインして頂きました。又ハワイに来ましたら参加させていただきます。帰りましたらハワイ好きの友人達にもお勧めさせて貰います。

We arrived at the Inter-Island Terminal via Hawaiian Airlines domestic flight from Kona Airport. Staff were waiting in the arrival lobby with our names displayed on a tablet.

We were the first to board a 13-passenger van and waited for three other pairs of passengers. It took about 15 minutes until departure.

After stopping at two other hotels, we arrived in about 35 minutes. The staff assisted with loading and unloading our luggage, making the process smooth and easy.

There were other shuttle companies that were a bit cheaper, but since the hotel I used was somewhat minor, it wasn't on their list of pickup locations. However, Roberts was able to provide transportation, which was a great help. I would like to use their service again on my next trip.

コナ空港からハワイアン航空国内線でインターアイランドターミナル到着でした。到着ロビーでスタッフがタブレットに名前を表示して待機しておりました。
13人乗りのバンで我々が最初に乗車し、他に2名組×3の乗車を待ちました。発車まで約15分でした。
他のホテル2箇所に寄り、約35分で到着しました。
手荷物の積み降ろしはスタッフが手伝って頂き難なく利用出来ました。

他にもう少し安い送迎車の会社もありましたが、自分の利用したホテルが少しマイナーなのか送迎可能リストに入ってなく、ロバーツさんは送迎可能だった為助かりました。次回の渡航時もまた利用したいです。

I received a call from the hotel front desk about the pickup 10 minutes before the scheduled time. We stopped at three other hotels before arriving at the airport in about 40 minutes. However, one location was a no-show, and they left immediately, so it seems you should be careful to be on time for the pickup.

ピックアップ時間10分前にホテルのフロントからピックアップの電話が部屋に来て頂きました。
自分の宿泊していたホテルから他に3箇所のホテルに寄り、約40分で空港へ着きました。なお、1箇所はノーショーですぐに出発したので、ピックアップ時間に居ないと待ってくれなさそうなので気をつけた方が良さそうです。

With clear skies and a gentle breeze, the view of Diamond Head and the hotel towers while heading out to sea on a motorboat was exhilarating. There were eight participants, taking off two at a time into the sky. The tension when taking off from the boat was thrilling—“Oh!”—it was unforgettable. After that, it felt like a dream. We are a couple celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary, and we truly had a wonderful experience. The staff was kind and humorous, and there was nothing to complain about. The 150 meters was the most enjoyable part.

快晴微風、モーターボートでワイキキ沖に向かう時のダイアモンドヘッド、ホテルのタワー群の景色に、気分は盛り上がりました。
　参加者は８人で２人づつ大空へ。ボートからテークオーフする時の緊張感が「オーッツ！」、たまらない。それからは夢心地でした。
　ちょうど結婚５０年の夫婦ですが、まことにいい体験をさせていただきました。スタッフも親切でユーモラスで申し分ありませんでした。１５０ｍが一番楽しめそうです。

I participated on the last day in Hawaii. As a result, I had a really fun time and made great memories! I highly recommend it! There were only a few Japanese people, which was nice since it was English-only. The staff were friendly and considerate, so I think those who are not confident in their English will have no worries. The people I boarded with were also very lively, and unfortunately, the day I participated was cloudy, so I couldn't see the sunset very well, but the atmosphere and the breeze were pleasant, and I was satisfied. Be careful not to drink too many Mai Tais (laughs). I want to do it again!

結果、本当に楽しい時間を過ごすことができ良い思い出になりました！オススメします！
英語対応オンリーで日本人は少なく、それが良かった！
スタッフも気さくで気遣ってくれるので英語が苦手な方でも心配ないと思います。
一緒に乗船した方々もノリノリで、残念ながら参加した日は曇っていてサンセットがあまり見えませんでしたが、とにかく雰囲気と風が気持ち良く満足。
マイタイ飲みすぎるので、そこは注意です（笑）
またリピートしたいです！

They arrived on time to pick me up, which made me feel at ease. The pickup time felt a bit early, but I think it's good because it allows for a relaxed experience without rushing.

時間通りにお迎えに来ていただき、安心して利用できました。ピックアップの時間は少し早い気がしましたが、慌てず余裕が持てるので良いと思います。

It was a cruising experience in the evening. To my surprise, alcohol was free, and we had such a great time! My friends and their spouses were also very satisfied. Both the crew and the guests were lively, and even though I didn't understand English, it was truly enjoyable. I would love to participate again next time.

友達夫婦とも大満足でした。
クルーも客もみんな乗り乗りで、英語がわからなくても本当に楽しかったです。
次回もまた参加したいですね。

I had a great time! However, I got a bit seasick while surfing, which was a little disappointing, but I still enjoyed it! The instructor helped me catch the waves at just the right moment, so even as a beginner, I was able to have fun without any issues! Next time, I will take some motion sickness medication before participating!

I was torn between the VIP dinner and the buffet dinner, but since there were cocktails available, I opted for this one.

The food was delicious, but I was concerned that the meal was taking a long time to arrive for the table next to me, which made it difficult to enjoy my own meal. By the time the coffee was served, the main course finally arrived, and even though it was about the people next to me, I felt relieved. I think there are many tables, and perhaps the staff didn't notice, but when waiting too long, it's better to check in early.

During the meal, guests from the general seating area entered from the back, above the VIP seats. I was a bit uncomfortable being watched by a large number of people while eating from above. (They might not have been looking, but it was a little unsettling.) I think it would be nice if there were some dividers like shades until the meal is finished. Alternatively, starting the VIP meal earlier could help...

Also, since the seats below the stage are VIP seats, it feels like you're looking up at the show. I found it hard to see certain highlights, like Michael Jackson's feet, because they were blocked by amplifiers and speakers, making it seem easier for those in general seating to see from above.

The food was tasty, and the show itself was enjoyable, but I had concerns about other aspects, so I would rate it three stars.

VIPディナーとブユッフェのディナーと悩みましたが、カクテルもあるし、、、とこちらに申し込みました。

食事は美味しかったですが、お隣の席になかなか食事が運ばれず気になって、食べにくかったです。
最後のコーヒーが出てくるころにやっとメインがきてお隣のこととはいえ、やれやれと安心しました。
多くのテーブルがあり、スタッフが気付かなかったのかなと思いますが、
あまり待たされるときは、早めに確認したほうが良いと思います。

食事の途中で、一般の席の方々がVIP席より後方の上部に入ってきます。
大勢の人たちに、上から食べているのを見られているのが私は気になりました。（見ていないかもしれませんが、ちょっと落ち着きません。）
食事が終わるまで、シェード等で区切ってもらえるといいなと思います。
もしくは、VIPの食事開始を早めるとか。。。

また、ステージから下がった席がVIP席なので、ショーも見上げる感じです。
マイケルジャクソンの足元等、見どころがアンプやスピーカーに遮られて
見えずらかったので、一般席の方が上からで見やすいように思います。

食事もおいしく、ショーそのものも楽しかったですが、そのほかの点が気になりましたので、☆☆☆です。

I used an option from a certain airline last time and it was great, so I requested it again this time. The number of hotels on the route was limited, and they delivered us promptly! I especially recommend it for individual travelers.

前回某航空会社のオプションで申し込み、良かったので、今回もお願いしました。
巡回するホテル数も限定されていて、
テキパキと送り届けてくださいました！
特に個人旅行の方にはオススメです。

We were picked up at our hotel right on time. Our driver was a very pleasant lady who kept us all informed on who else was to be picked up and where we were going. It made the trip back to the airport very pleasant.

As I expected, I was able to smoothly get to the bus stop after picking up my luggage. The bus stop is a bit far, but there are signs, so it's okay.

思っていた通り荷物を受け取ってからスムーズにバス亭へ行けました。バス亭は少しだけ遠目ですが案内がでているので大丈夫です。

The driver was friendly, and I was able to enjoy my last moments in Hawaii. Thank you very much!

This was my first time arranging transportation from the airport to my hotel in Waikiki. The meeting point was in an easy-to-find location right outside the airport, and the transfer went smoothly.

今回初めて空港からワイキキのホテルまで頼みました.
空港でてすぐの分かりやすい所に集合場所はあり、スムーズに移動できました

Unfortunately, the weather on the day was poor, and as soon as the boat departed, it started pouring rain. The waves were high, and the boat was rocking... I had to stay on board except when I was flying, and the seasickness from the swaying boat was overwhelming. The tour ended in the morning, but even after arriving at the hotel, I still felt nauseous until the evening, which was tough. The parasailing itself was a lot of fun, but the rocking of the boat was quite difficult to handle.

当日はあいにくの天候で、船が出発したとたんに大雨。
波が高く、揺れる揺れる・・・
自分が飛んでいる！？以外は船上で待機していなければならないので、
揺れる船での船酔いが半端なく、ツアーは午前中で終了なのですが、
ホテルに着いてからも夕方まで酔いが収まらず、大変でした。
パラセール自体はとても楽しかったのですが、船の揺れがかなりつらかったです。

I signed up with a light-hearted feeling, hoping that the meal would be a bit more enjoyable, and from the moment I arrived, it started with a warm welcome from the dancers, followed by the buffet time. The roast beef wasn't very good, but the other dishes were delicious in terms of flavor and everything else. After that, we moved to the show area and waited for it to start, but once it began, it was over in no time. The energy of the dancers running non-stop, along with the singers, made it a truly American show. I want to go again.

食事が少し楽しくなればいいなぐらいの軽い気持ちで、申し込んだのですが、着いた時からダンサーの歓迎から始まりブッフェタイムが始まりました。
ローストビーフはあまりよくありませんでしたが、その他のご飯は味付けからなにまでとても美味しくいただけました。
そのあとはショーのエリアに移動して、スタートを待ちましたが、始まってからはあっという間でした。
ノンストップで走り続けるダンサーの迫力から、シンガーまでアメリカらしいショーでした。
また行きたいです。

I usually rent a car from the time I arrive until I leave, but this time I returned the rental car early and used it for my departure. I think it was great to save the time and effort that would have been spent on returning the rental car. I would like to use this service again if I have the opportunity in the future.

いつもはレンタカーを到着したときから帰るまで借りて移動していましたが、今回初めてレンタカーを早めに返して帰国時に利用しました。
レンタカーの返却に掛かってしまっていた時間や、手間も省く事が出来て良かったど思います。
今後も機会があれば利用したいと思います。

Overall, the sunset cocktail cruise was excellent. The service staff was very attentive and would frequently go around the catamaran, refilling drinks and asking if you needed anything. The cruise itself did not take you very far from the pier, and stayed off the Waikiki coast, but still had an excellent view of diamond head and sunset. The appetizers were good, though not very substantial, consisting of chips, salsa, guacamole, salad, pasta salad, veggies, and rolls. Wouldn’t expect to get full from the food. The drinks were great, and basically free-flowing. Overall an excellent cocktail cruise

The driver was very professional, and there were no issues.
I think it's a great deal because it's inexpensive.
It was on time.
