It can get a bit chilly when you head out to sea, so it might be a good idea to bring a jacket.

On the way back, we had a driver who spoke Japanese. It seemed that he originally lived in Japan, so we were able to talk a lot about Japan and Hawaii. It was a very relaxing time at the end. The driving was very careful, and he arrived right on time for the pick-up. It was a great help.

帰りは日本語話せるドライバーさんでした。
もともと日本にお住まいだったようで日本のことやハワイの事たくさんお話ができました。
最後にほっとできる時間でした。
運転もとても丁寧で、時間きっかりにお迎えに来てくださいました。
とても助かりました。

We participated as a mature couple. Our understanding of English is just enough to grasp what is being said, but we had an amazing time. The cheerful captain and the foreign participants really enhanced the atmosphere, making it a fun cruise. We were also deeply moved by the views of Waikiki, Diamond Head, and the beauty of the sunset from the sea. We definitely want to participate again next time!

The welcoming guide was polite and great. They discussed the schedule in advance, explaining how much time it would take and which hotels we would be visiting.

The driver was safe and it was good. Since we took a different route from the airport to Waikiki, we were able to see some nice scenery.

From the pick-up to the experience, everything including the talks was enjoyable. It was the best! I work in customer service, and I really learned a lot. It was amazing!

Memorable experience! The crew provided a fun relaxed environment. They were attentive to our needs but allowed you freedom to explore the boat. Excellent snorkeling near the reef. My family had the opportunity to view a variety of sea creatures. Free snacks while sailing was an added bonus. Great overall experience at an economical price.

This was a great show. We have been to luaus before and we promise not to do it again because we feel that they are way overpriced but we decided to gamble on this one since it had great reviews and it sounded different with the rock and roll and boy it did not disappoint. Our whole party of 6 really enjoyed the show from beginning to end. I highly recommend this show to everyone. My favorite was Elvis. Its like watching Vegas in Hawaii. The buffet dinner was good too. The roast pork was great. They also had tofu and other vegetables for my vegan daughter. Very well organized and everybody was great.

I forgot my smartphone on the plane at the airport, which caused a delay. I was worried I wouldn't make it to the bus and considered taking a taxi. However, since several buses were departing regularly, I was able to catch one. There were staff members who spoke Japanese, which made everything very smooth.

The bus from the hotel to the airport was over 10 minutes late, which made me anxious, but it eventually arrived, so I felt relieved.

However, there was one issue. When loading the suitcases, I was asked about the airline. The way they asked was by saying, "Japan? Korea? China?" I misunderstood and thought they were asking about my home country, so I replied "Japan." However, it seemed they were actually referring to Japanese airlines like ANA or JAL. I didn't connect "Japan" with the airline, but my husband realized they were asking about the airline and was able to say "United," so it was fine.

Other passengers who were with us made the same misunderstanding, and their luggage ended up being dropped off at the Japanese airline's area, leading to a situation where they found their luggage missing later. I believe there is an issue with how the driver asked the question.

空港について機内にスマホを忘れてしまい、時間のロスがありました。バスに間に合わないと思いタクシーでいこうかと思っていました。が、バスは何本も随時でていたため、乗ることかできました。日本語が話せるスタッフの方もおられとてもスムーズでした。

ホテルから空港のバスは10分以上遅れてきたので不安になりましたが、遅れてではありますが来たので安心しました。
ただ問題が一つ。スーツケースを積む際、航空会社を聞かれます。その聞き方が『ジャパン？コリア？チャイナ？』と国の名前を言われました。
私は、航空会社を聞かれているとわからず帰る国を聞かれると思い勘違いをして『ジャパン』と言いました。
しかし、彼の言っているジャパンはANAやJALの日本の航空会社かということだったようです。
ジャパン=日本の航空会社とピンときませんでしたが、夫が航空会社を聞いているとわかり『ユナイテッド』と伝えることができたので大丈夫でした。
私たちと乗っていた他のお客さんは、同じ勘違いをしてしまい、荷物が日本の航空会社のところでおろされてしまい、その後降りた所で荷物がないという事態になっていました。
ドライバーさんの聞き方に問題があると思います。

The concert features high-level singers and dancers, making it a rich experience. The appeal lies in being able to enjoy hula and fire dancing simultaneously, but the number of dancers left a slightly small impression.

歌手やダンサーのレベルは高く内容が濃いコンサートです。フラやファイヤーダンスも同時に楽しめる点が魅力ですが、ダンサー数の規模感が若干こじんまりの印象は残りました。

We didn't apply for VIP, so we first had a meal on the terrace while listening to music and watching hula. The food was delicious! We moved indoors and got to see a lot of songs and hula in the show. The hula was really cute!

私たちはVIPを申し込まなかったので、まずはテラスで音楽を聴きながらとフラを見ながら食事しました。ご飯も美味しかったです！室内に移動してショーも沢山の歌やフラを見れました。フラがすごく可愛かったです！

WE CAN'T WAIT TO DO IT AGAIN. THE STAFF WAS AMAZING, EASY TO WORK WITH, PATIENT, FUN, EXCITING, AND EXPERIENCED. I HAVE 2 11YR OLDS AND IT WAS THEIR FIRST TIME. THEY DID A GREAT JOB WITH THE HELP OF THE CREW. WE WILL DEFINITELY DO IT AGAIN.

There was a staff member who spoke Japanese, but the driver who guided us afterward spoke English. It seems there was a misunderstanding about the hotel we were going to, and it took quite a while before we could get on the bus...

日本語が出来るスタッフさんは居ましたが、その後案内してくれたドライバーさんが英語でした。どうやら行くホテルを聞き間違えられていたようで、バスに乗るまでに結構時間がかかりました…

The boat staff was absolutely fantastic! They spoke primarily in English and had a fun vibe, but their tone was easy to understand. The highlight was definitely the parasailing. It was incredibly beautiful and felt amazing. There were even a few little surprises... Above all, I was happy that my wife enjoyed it. There was an elderly mother in our group, and she had a great time. My daughter was a bit nervous at first, but it seems she enjoyed it. The newlyweds also looked like they were having a lot of fun.

ボートのスタッフがまず最高！英語主体でノリがいいけど、でも解かりやすい感じの口調で喋ってくれる。又、一番は、パラセイル。すごく綺麗で、気持ち良かった。ちょっとしたサプライズもあったり･･･。何より、妻が喜んでくれたのが嬉しかった。同行の中に年配のお母さんがいたけど、楽しんでいた。娘は、初めてちょっとビビってた。でも、楽しかったみたいだ。新婚さんも楽しそうだった。

I used it for a round trip. Although I waited a bit from the airport, on the way back, the car arrived earlier than the pickup time, and I was able to get to the airport smoothly. It was very convenient.

I was unsure whether to choose the 90m or 120m roller coaster since I'm not great with heights, but I went with the 120m option. Surprisingly, because the sea was below, I didn't feel that high up and had a lot of fun. When we dropped close to the water, my feet touched it, but other than that, I didn't get wet at all.

I had a hard time communicating in Japanese; the receptionist could only speak a little. Also, I wasn't sure about the tipping amount or when to give it, so we ended up giving $10 for the two of us when we disembarked.

ジェットコースターがまるでダメな私なので90mにするか120mにするかで迷いましたが120mにしました。そんな私でも下が海だからなのか、そんなに高さも感じず、とても楽しめました。
海すれすれまで高度が下がった時は足がつきましたが、それ以外は全く濡れませんでした。
日本語は殆ど通じませんでした。受付のお姉さんが少し話せる程度でした。
あと、チップの金額と渡すタイミングがわからなかったので下船事に2人で10ドル渡してきました。

The shuttle arrived on time, and although the staff were not Japanese, they explained things in broken Japanese, which was fine!
It was refreshing to head out to sea by boat.
We flew with three people, and although I thought it might be scary because it was higher than I imagined, it was quiet up there with hardly any turbulence, allowing us to enjoy the scenery. My 7-year-old daughter was also excited!
We were able to take photos ourselves and took many pictures.
It was a great experience!

時間通りに送迎車が来ましたし、スタッフは日本人ではありませんが、カタコトながらに日本語でも説明してくれて問題なし！
ボートで沖に向かうのも爽快でした♪
3人で飛びましたが、想像よりも高くて怖いかなと思いきや、上空は静かでほとんど揺れもなく、景色を楽しめました★７歳の娘も興奮でした♪

The event was held even in light rain. The April rain was a bit chilly. I experienced the 120m, and it felt great. If it had been sunny, it might have been an even more spectacular view! Maybe I should have gone for the 150m!

小雨でも開催。4月の雨はちょっと寒かったです。120mを体験しました。気持ちよかった。晴れていたら、さらに絶景だったのかな♡150mにしてもよかったかも！

Since it was just before Golden Week, there were only four groups boarding, and there was almost no waiting time. Aside from the fact that the reception area was a bit hard to find, I was quite satisfied.

ゴールデンウィーク前でしたので、乗車も4組と空いていて待ち時間もほとんどありませんでした。受付場所が分かりにくかったところを除けば、十分満足できました。

This was my first time at the hotel, so I confirmed the meeting place. However, since there were many people waiting, I was wondering what would happen. But they called out names loudly, so I raised my hand and responded. It was very helpful.

今回初めてのホテルでしたので集合場所の確認はしました。
しかし、たくさんの人が待っていたのでどうなるか？と思っていましたが、
ちゃんと大きな声で名前を呼んでくれたので、こちらも手を上げて答えました。助かります。

The airplane arrived about 30 minutes late, but when I went to the designated area, the staff quickly checked me in and asked me to come over while carrying my suitcase. There was already a car there, and they were loading luggage into the trunk. Our turn came up quickly, and after confirming the hotel name, we got on. I thought it might not leave until it was full, but it departed in about five minutes. Looking over, I saw a long line at the taxi stand. I talked with my companion about how we were glad we took the bus. It was very smooth getting to the hotel, and I was very pleased.

飛行機が30分ほど遅れて到着しましたが
指定の場所へ行ったら、係の人がすぐ受付をしてくれ
こちらに来てくださいと、スーツケースを持って移動しました。
すでに車がいて前の方の荷物を荷台に入れていました、自分たちの番がすぐに来てホテル名を確認して乗車しました、いっぱいになるまで発車しないのかなと思っていたらものの５分ぐらいで出発しました。
横を見るとタクシー乗り場は長蛇の列でした
バスにしてよかったねと、同行者とはなしました。
スムーズにホテルまで行けて大変良かったです

Since it was a domestic flight from the Big Island to Oahu, I was a bit anxious because it wasn't the international flight exit, but I quickly recognized the representative from Roberts Hawaii who was holding a sign with my name.

ハワイ島からオアフ島の移動でしたので国内線です。国際線の出口ではないのでちょっと不安でしたが、「ロバーツハワイ」の担当者が名前を書いた紙を持っていたのですぐ分かりました。

We participated as a couple in our 50s along with our son. Besides us, there were a family of three and two honeymoon couples. Since it was mentioned in the comments, we decided to challenge the 150m! It was incredibly fun and felt great. We had a wonderful experience. The shuttle car was clean, and our driver, Mr. Yano, was cheerful and entertaining. The boat was also clean, and the crew was lively and made it a fantastic time. Our son and his partner even got playfully splashed, which became a great memory of the trip. We definitely want to participate again! ^ ^

50代夫婦&息子カップルで参加しました。私たちの他には3人連れの親子さん、ハネムーンカップル2組が一緒でした。コメにもあったので、折角なので150mに挑戦！最高に楽しかったです。そして気持ちよかった。良い体験をしました。送迎の車も綺麗で運転手の『やのさん』明るく楽しませてくれました。ボートも綺麗でクルーも明るく盛り上げて下さりステキな時間でした。
息子カップルもワザとお尻をドボンされて、これも旅の良い想い出になったようです。
また是非参加したいです^ ^

I felt a bit anxious because I had to wait a few minutes after checking in. However, the person who assisted me was a foreigner, but very kind and even taught me a little Japanese, so I was able to get on the ride right away! I had plenty of fun by myself!

最初受付をしてから何分か待たされたので少し不安になりました。ですが、教えてくれる方は外国の方ですが、とても優しく少し日本語でも教えてくれて一発目で乗れました！一人で十分楽しめました！

On the day of my return, I was quite anxious about getting to the airport, considering check-in times and drop-off, but having a specified time was reassuring. I was able to leave my luggage at the hotel until the shuttle time, which allowed for one last stroll. Thank you for everything!

帰国日の空港行は、チェックイン時間の逆算や降車など、なにかと不安ですが、時間指定があり安心でした。
送迎の時間まで、ホテルに荷物を預け、最後の散歩も可能です。

Overall the whole experience was great. Loved how everyone very involved and interacting with the audience. Loved the setup of how they lead us from one place to the next and drinks were amazing. Also loved how Elvis came to up to my baby. This was definitely my top experience in Hawaii this week. I felt as if I was in a movie because everyone was so friendly and we’re treating us all so nicely. The involvement of the employees from the dinner to the show was amazing on how they were involved The Who way through. I’m happy this was one of the first things we did on our list because it made the trip start of very good.

There were no issues, and I was waited for at the airport and taken to the hotel. All the other guests were American.

It was great that the hotel we were staying at was close to the meeting point, so we could go without a shuttle! By the way, it's a hotel within Hilton Hawaiian Village, and it takes less than five minutes to walk there. The instructor spoke broken Japanese, but their friendly personality made it enjoyable! With the early morning plan and discounts available, I think it's quite a good deal since you can make the most of your day.

泊まってるホテルが集合場所に近かったので、送迎なしで行けたのも、良かったです！ちなみにヒルトンハワイアンビレッジ内のホテルですが、歩いても5分もかからないです。インストラクターの人もカタコトの日本語ですが、楽しませようとする人柄も良かったです！早朝プランで、割引きも有り、1日をフルに使えるので、かなりお得かと思います。
