Amazing experience! Very easy to watch turtles and swim with them!

The shuttle service was smooth, and the crew members were foreigners who entertained us with their broken Japanese and good vibes.

Sailing while enjoying the streets of Waikiki and Diamond Head was truly refreshing and amazing.

If I get the chance to go to Hawaii again, I definitely want to do this!

The round trip between the airport and the hotel can be costly and unpredictable on your own. I only used it for my return, but it was comfortable. If you specify the time, they will come to pick you up properly, which is helpful. Since it's a small bus, there are fewer pickups from other hotels, and we headed to the airport quickly. I would like to use it again when I go to Hawaii!

空港とホテルの往復は自力ではお金もかかるし、時間も読めないです。
私は帰りだけ利用したのですが、快適でした。
時間も指定しておけば、きちんと迎えに来てもらえて助かります。
小型のバスなので、他のホテルからのパックアップも少なくてすぐに空港に向かってもらえました。
またハワイに行くときは利用したいと思います！

This is my second time participating. This time, I tried it during sunset. Unfortunately, due to the weather, I wasn't able to see the sunset, but no matter what time you participate, it's an activity where you can feel the breeze of Waikiki. I'm sure I want to ride again.

今回はサンセットの時間帯にしてみました
あいにくの天気で夕日にはお目にかかることが出来ませんでしたが
ただ、どの時間帯に参加してもワイキキの風を感じられるアクティビティです
きっとまた乗りたいと思います

They limited it to five hotels that can be visited with one vehicle.

Which ones? My hotel was the eighth one.

There was no explanation at all.

I chose this because it was supposed to be limited to just these five locations, so I was really disappointed.

I signed up for a height of 150m. At first, I was worried about my fear of heights, but once I took off, I felt completely at ease and, on the contrary, it was fun. The captain and the assistant, who was also in charge of the camera, were friendly, and I made great memories.

高さ150mで申し込みしました、最初は高さの恐怖があり心配でしたが飛んでしまうと全く不安なく、逆に楽しかったです。船長さん、助手件カメラ担当の方も気さくな方で良い思い出ができました。

The brothers were really cheerful, and even though I didn't understand the words at all (laughs), they interacted with me a lot and it was so much fun! They took a lot of photos with a DSLR camera (for a fee), and everyone had the best smiles! The weather was nice, so the scenery was amazing! I highly recommend it!

お兄さん達がすごく愉快で、言葉は全然分かりませんでしたが(笑)、いっぱい絡んでくれてとっても楽しかったです！一眼レフで写真もいっぱい撮ってくれて(有料)皆最高の笑顔でした＼(^o^)／晴れていたので景色も最高！おススメです！

This is my second time participating. Last time, after checking in, I wasn't informed of anything and just waited for over 40 minutes. However, this time, perhaps due to improvements in the system, I was informed of the meeting time 50 minutes later at check-in, which allowed me to return to the hotel for a bit. Unfortunately, the cruise was marred by cloudy weather, so I was disappointed that I couldn't see the sunset.

2度目の参加です。前回は受け付けをしてから何も伝えてもらえず、ただただ40分以上待たされましたが、今回は、システムが改善されたのか、受け付け時に50分後の集合時間を伝えてもらえてた事で、一度ホテルに帰る事が出来ました。肝心のクルーズは、生憎の曇天だったためサンセットを見られず残念でした。

It was a wonderful activity. The sunset while swaying on the waves was the best time. The Mai Tai was great too. Interacting with the people I rode with made it even more enjoyable.

一緒に乗った人達との交流がまた楽しさを倍増させてくれた。

We booked the Terrace Luau Buffet & Show. At the terrace, we first enjoyed cheerful songs and dances while having complimentary cocktails (non-alcoholic options are available) and pineapple. Then, the whole roasted pig made its appearance! Not only was it visually impressive, but it also tasted great.

The instructions for going to the buffet and the theater were all in English, but it was manageable (laughs). The show was packed with performances, featuring hula, Elvis, and Michael! I even got to shake hands with Elvis, who came up to the second-floor seats.

While Elvis and Michael didn't look exactly like the originals, the quality of the show was high, and the atmosphere was enjoyable. Time flew by, and we had a wonderful night in Hawaii!

私たちはテラスルアウビュッフェ＆ショーを申し込みました。
テラスではまず陽気な歌と踊りを楽しみながら無料のカクテル（ノンアルコールも選べます）とパイナップルをいただきます。すると、豚の丸焼きが登場！見た目のインパクトもさることながら、味もとてもよかったです。
ビュッフェを取りに行く順番や劇場への案内はすべて英語でしたが、なんとかなります(笑)
ショーは、フラありエルビスありマイケルありで盛りだくさん！
二階席まで上がってきてくれたエルビスと握手できました。
エルビスやマイケルは、そっくり…というわけではないのですが…、ショーとして質が高く、雰囲気で楽しめます。あっという間に時間は過ぎて、楽しいハワイの夜を堪能できました！

It's a really fun activity. Before experiencing it, I was worried that it might be scary, but it wasn't scary at all. The view of Hawaii from above was amazing, and it felt wonderful to feel the wind. When I come to Hawaii again, I definitely want to experience this again. I also highly recommend the SD card for the photos I bought for $30!

とっても楽しいアクティビティです。体験する前は、怖いのかなーって心配していましたが、全く怖くなんかなかったし、上から眺めるハワイの風景は素晴らしく、風を受けて最高に気持ちよかったです。又ハワイに来た時は、ぜひこちらで体験したいと思います。30で買った写真のSDカードもぜひおススメです！

The sunset over Hawaii viewed from the sea was grand and truly magical. When the boat headed out to sea, we had to overcome large waves, which felt like being on a roller coaster... I couldn't help but scream. Once we were out at sea, the rocking settled down, and I enjoyed the cruise while sipping on a drink. The captain and crew were friendly and made the experience fun. Additionally, there were fewer Japanese people, so it really felt like I was "overseas," and I was able to bond with people from various countries on board. Even if we didn't speak the same language, it's convenient now with smartphone translation apps. Departing from Waikiki Beach, this activity offers about two hours of enjoyment. This is a must-do when you come to Hawaii!

海の上から眺めるハワイの夕日は、スケールが大きくとても幻想的でした。
船が沖に乗り出す時、大きな波を乗り越えるので、まるでジェットコースターに乗ったかのような感覚に…。思わず叫んでしまいました。
一旦沖に出てしまうと揺れは収まり、ゆっくりとドリンクを飲みながらクルーズを楽しめました。
キャプテンやクルーもフレンドリーで楽しく盛り上げてくれます。また、日本の方が少ないので「海外に来たーーー」という気分が味わえ、同乗した色々な国の方とも親しくなれます。言葉が通じなくても今は、スマホの翻訳アプリもあるので便利ですよね。
ワイキキビーチから出発、約2時間たっぷり楽しめるアクティビティですね。
これはもうハワイに来たらマストです！

I thought it was just an impersonation show of Elvis Presley and Michael Jackson, but it was much more than that. It was an enjoyable experience that mixed visuals, various genres of music, and dance all the way to the end. The beauty of Hawaiian music and hula dancing was conveyed, and I had a precious time that I could only experience here. Personally, I was constantly overwhelmed by the sharpness of the dancers' movements.

エルビスプレスリーやマイケルジャクソンのものまねショーだと思っていたら、それだけではなく、映像や色々なジャンルの音楽やダンスなど織り交ぜながら最後まで楽しめる内容でした。また、ハワイアン音楽やフラダンスの素晴らしさが伝わり、ここでしか味わえない貴重な時間が過ごせました。個人的には、ダンサー達の動きの切れの良さに圧倒させられっぱなしでした。

I requested to cancel my reservation at the last minute due to health issues, and thanks to the wonderful arrangement by the staff, I was able to change my schedule to the next day. Thank you so much. Thanks to that, I was able to participate in the terrace dinner and the rock and flash show, regaining my energy. It became a memorable night along with the commemorative photo ($25). I am grateful!

体調崩して直前の予約キャンセルを申し出たところ、なんとスタッフさんの素敵な計らいで翌日に日程の変更をしていただきました。ほんとうにありがとうございました。おかげさまで、テラスディナーもロック&フラショーも元気を取り戻して参加することができました。記念の写真($25)と共に良き想い出の一夜になりました。感謝で〜す。

I have been to Waikiki more than 20 times, and Roberts Hawaii's shuttle service is highly recommended compared to other companies' services.

ワイキキには２０回以上来てますが、ロバーツハワイさんのシャトルはこれまでの他社のサービスと比べてもお勧めです。

In front of me, there was a counter named Roberts Hawaii for picking up luggage, which was great. However, there were many other companies waiting with papers that had names written on them, so I was looking for those but couldn't find them. It was only after I called out to the counter that I was able to confirm. Other than that, there were no particular issues with the transportation.

荷物をピックアップしている目の前にロバーツハワイという名前のカウンターがあったのでよかったのですが、他に沢山、名前を書いた紙を持って待っている会社が沢山いたので、それを探していましたが、見当たらず、こちらからカウンターに声をかけて初めて確認できました。それ以外の送迎は特に問題ありませんでした。

Taking my mothers on the 1000-foot course! We challenged ourselves to 150m!!

While others were younger and went for the 800-foot course, I was worried about how it would go, but my mothers seemed to have an amazing time. The view from 1000 feet was absolutely incredible, and I believe the panoramic view from Pearl Harbor to Diamond Head is something you'll cherish for a lifetime!

As for my daughter and me, while we enjoyed ourselves, my husband, who has a fear of heights, was quite tense. When I asked him how it was, he said it was really scary, but it was still a great experience! We were in the middle of the group, so we managed to avoid getting seasick, but it seems that those who jumped first and last had a tough time with seasickness. I recommend that anyone prone to motion sickness take some medication beforehand! It was quite bumpy and challenging! Also, you won't get wet at all, so make sure to wear makeup and bring sunglasses! The sunlight is strong and can be quite painful!

母達を連れて1000フィートコース！150mへチャレンジ！！
他の方は若いのに800フィートコースでしたので、どーなることやらと心配しましたが、母達はめちゃくちゃ楽しかったみたいで、1000フィートから見る景色は、それはそれはすごくて、パールハーバーからダイアモンドヘッドまでパノラマの景色は一生モノだと思います！
娘の私たちは、楽しさもですが、夫は高所恐怖症な為、ジーーットしてたので、どーだった？って聞いたら、めちゃくちゃ怖かったーーっと言っていましたが、それでもいい体験で最高でした！私たちは真ん中のメンバーだったので、酔うことなく過ごせましたが、最初に飛んだ人達と最後の人達は船酔いが半端なかったみたいなので、船に弱い人は酔い止めを飲んでおいた方がいいと思います！かなり揺れてかなり大変です！あと、全く濡れる事はないので、顔はしっかり化粧して、サングラスは持っていった方が良いと思います！日差しが強くて痛いくらいです！

On the last day, unlike just rushing back, we were picked up at the hotel, so we were able to enjoy a leisurely breakfast (at a pancake shop). Although we arrived at the airport early, we checked in with plenty of time, which seems to have allowed us to get good seats.

最終日、バタバタと帰るだけとは違いホテルまでピックアップなので、安心して最終日の朝食（パンケーキ店）をゆっくりと満喫することが出来ました。
空港入りは早めでしたが、ゆとりをもってチェックインしたので、良い席が取れたようです。

I participated in the evening on the day of arrival. I was wondering how the sunset would be since there were clouds, but it was visible at times through the clouds, and I was moved. There were only one or two other Japanese people besides us. Music was playing, and the foreigners were really into it. There were free drinks, including beer, Mai Tai, and soft drinks, for two hours. I also purchased a photo taken before boarding as a memory. I highly recommend it.

到着日の夕方に参加しました。
雲が出ていたので夕日はどうかなと思いましたが、時々雲の間から見えて
感動しました。
日本人は私たちともう1組くらいしかいませんでした。
音楽がかかっていて、外国人はノリノリ。
2時間の間ビールやマイタイ、ソフトドリンクのフリードリンク付きです。
乗る前に撮っていただいた写真も思い出に購入しました。
おすすめです。

I experienced it at 120 meters. It was scarier than I expected, but the weather was great and the scenery was really beautiful. I'm not sure if we were actually in the air for 8 minutes; it might have felt short because it was so much fun.

Including us, there were 5 groups, and we returned to the port after an hour, so participating in the morning allowed us to make good use of the rest of the day.

Especially before heading out to sea, the boat swayed a lot, so if you're feeling even a little anxious, it might be a good idea to take some motion sickness medication.

120mで体験しました。思っていたよりも怖かったですが、天気にも恵まれて景色はすごく綺麗。実際に8分空にいたのかは疑問？楽しかったので短くて感じたのかもしれませんが。
私たちも含めて5グループで、一時間後には港に帰ってきたので、朝参加するとその後の時間も有効活用できたのでよかったです。
特に沖に出るまでは船がすごくゆれるので、少しでも不安な方は酔い止めは飲んでおいたほうがいいかもしれないです。

I’m not good at English, and while they explained things in a fun way with jokes, I just couldn’t understand!

The fireworks were very beautiful and moving.

However, it was very disappointing that the people at the front were drunk, throwing their drinks into the sea and vomiting in the water.

The staff spoke only broken Japanese, but most of the communication was in English, and they were friendly with a sense of humor. It felt refreshing to be at a place that was more expensive than the hotel I stayed at in Waikiki.

The car didn't arrive even 10 minutes past the scheduled pickup time. When I tried to borrow a phone from the hotel porter, he said, "It's Hawaii time..." and I waited another 10 minutes. However, the car still didn't come. The porter, who was watching the situation, made an angry phone call, and the car arrived in just under 10 minutes, taking us straight to the airport. There were only my family and I as passengers. I don't know the details, but they really came through for us at the last minute. There were no issues with the flight departure time.

ホテルのポーターに電話を借りようとしたら
「ハワイ時間だから・・・」と言われ10分待つ。
しかし来ない。
状況を見ていたポーターが怒りの電話を掛けてくれ
10分弱で車が来て、そのまま空港へ直行。
乗客は私たち家族のみ。
詳細は分かりませんが、最後の最後にやってくれました。
飛行機の出発時間には、何ら問題はありませんでした。

I was a little anxious since my arrival was via the island's internal flight, but a woman wearing a shirt with "Roberts" on it was there. When I said my name, she guided me to the shuttle bus. I arrived at the hotel without any waiting time. It's very convenient. The staff is friendly.

到着が島内線だったのでチョット不安でしたが
ロバーツのシャツを着た女性の方がいらっしゃって
名前を言ったらシャトルバスまで案内をしてくれました。
待ち時間もなくホテルに到着。
すごく便利です。
スタッフの方はフレンドリーです。

The weather was nice, and it felt great. I could see a beautiful view over the blue sea. It felt wonderful to soar high in the sky! I definitely want to do it again.

I made a last-minute reservation just one day ago and went! It was fun! The round-trip shuttle service to and from the hotel was great!

1日前に直前予約して、いきました！
たのしかったです！ホテルまでの行き帰り送迎もあるし、よかったです！

On the day, there were three groups of customers who seemed to have made reservations. After being guided to the car, we waited for a while, and then several more groups of customers who seemed to have made same-day applications boarded. We arrived at the hotel after visiting several hotels in Waikiki (excluding SPG). It took about an hour. I was disappointed because I thought I had signed up based on reviews that said we would arrive quickly since we would only be visiting SPG hotels. Was my application incorrect?

当日、予約をしていたと思われるお客が3組。
車に案内されてからしばらく待たされて、当日申込みと思われるお客がさらに数組乗車。
ワイキキのホテル（ＳＰＧ以外）を数か所巡ってからホテルに到着。
1時間位かかりました。
ＳＰＧホテルだけを回るので早く到着できます、という口コミを見て申し込んだつもりだったので、がっかりしています。
私の申し込みが間違っていたのでしょうか。

I would highly recommend doing this adventure! This was my second time but my husband, and 2 kids (ages 10 & 7) first time. Easy to find the location and the people were very friendly. It was easy to do and once you catch the wave, it's so exhilarating. It is very cool to see Waikiki Beach from the ocean too! Such a great memory to share with my family.
