This was my second time using Roberts Hawaii. The outbound trip was good, but on the return, I used Hawaiian Airlines for the first time and was dropped off at a location for a different country, not for Japan. The Japan line was quite far away, and I ended up walking a lot while getting lost outside. If there is such a distance, I wish they could drop us off according to our return destinations.

ロバーツハワイを利用させてもらうのは今回で2回目だったのですが、行きは良かったのですが帰りが、初めてハワイアン航空を利用で降ろされた所が、ハワイアン航空だけれども、日本行きの所では無く違う国に行くラインの所でした。日本行きはかなり遠くの場所で外に出て迷いながら大分歩く羽目に。。
こんなに距離があるなら、どこに帰国かでそれぞれ降ろして頂けると良いのになと思いました。

I used this service for domestic flights from the remote islands and for my first trip to Honolulu. The staff were friendly, and I was able to arrive at the hotel with peace of mind. I would like to use it again.

離島からの国内線移動ならびに初のホノルルだったため、利用しました。
スタッフの方も感じよく、安心してホテルまで到着出来ました。また、利用したいと思います。

- This is my second time, and the woman in charge at the airport kindly guided us, which made my husband and me, who don't understand English, feel at ease.
- We were dropped off in front of the hotel, and it was reassuring that we were given clear instructions to wait in the same spot for our return.
- When heading to the airport, there was hardly any wait time for the pickup, which was great. Also, when getting off, the staff kindly provided directions, which was very helpful.
- I felt that the employee training was thorough. I definitely plan to use this service again next time.

・今回が２回目ですが、空港から降りて係りの女性が丁寧に案内してくれて、　英語はわからない私たち夫婦でも安心できました。
・ホテル前で降ろしてもらい、帰国時は降ろしてもらった場所で待つよう丁寧　に指示してくれて安心しました。
・空港に向かう際、ピックアップ時間の待ち時間が殆どなく、良かったです。　また降車する際、丁寧に方向など指示してくれて助かりました。
・従業員教育がしっかりしていると感じました。是非次回も利用したいと考え　ています。

I liked that it was easy to find the location since it was near Hilton, and the travel time was minimal. I was worried that traveling by boat might make me feel sick, but it was not a problem at all. The staff spoke only English, but they were very considerate, making it easy for beginners, and they entertained us with some broken Japanese. We started at 9:00 with six participants, and there were three other groups with two participants each, but everything went smoothly, allowing us to enjoy the other activities. Some tours can take up a lot of time just for travel, so I plan to sign up for this tour again next time.

ヒルトンのところから出ているため、場所も分かりやすく、移動時間も最短で気に入りました。船の移動が気持ち悪くなるか心配でしたが、全く問題ありませんでした。スタッフは英語だけですが、初心者の方にも問題ないくらい気遣いをされていて、片言の日本語で楽しませてくれていましたよ。9：00スタートでしたが、6名で参加し、他に2名参加が3組おりましたが、スムーズに進み、他を楽しむことができました。ツアーよっては移動時間だけで時間がとられてしまうため、次回もこのツアーに申込む予定です。

It was a course without Japanese guidance (although it seems there is Japanese guidance available through headphones, which I didn't use), but I understand enough English, so it wasn't a problem. Everyone else was foreign, and I was a bit fed up with the number of Japanese people in downtown Honolulu, so it was nice. There was a sense of universality when the Canadian child next to me asked, "Where's Nemo?" Seeing the submarine surface near the boat was exciting. I enjoyed seeing beautiful fish, rays, and turtles (it would have been even better if sharks had appeared), and it was my first experience diving into the ocean from a submarine, which was interesting. It was a smaller submarine with small windows, but I think it was sufficient.

日本語案内ではない時間のコースでしたが（ヘッドフォンで日本語案内はあるようだが使用せず）そこそこ英語がわかるのでまあ問題なし。
自分達以外は外国人で、ホノルルの街中が日本人だらけで少しウンザリしていたのでちょと良かったです。
隣のカナダ人の子供がニモはどこ？という言葉に世界共通感がありました。
沖で船の近くに潜水艦が浮かんでくる様子はウキウキしました。
きれいな魚やエイやカメがみられて楽しかったですし（サメでも出て来たらもっと良かったけど）、潜水艦で海に潜るという体験が初めてのことで面白かったです。
窓の小さい方の潜水艦でしたが十分だと思います。

It was amazing! We saw quite a few turtles and I got some awesome pictures of them. The crew was great and very accommodating. The ride with the sails up was totally a great experience. This excursions was the highlight of our vacation! I would recommend it to everyone!

Michael's dance show was amazing. The hula show was also authentic and powerful. Everyone is saying it was great to have the VIP seats.

It was the most enjoyable activity I participated in. I recommend the 150m option. The views of Honolulu's streets and Diamond Head were beautiful.

一番参加して楽しかったアクティビティです。150mがオススメ。ホノルルの街並みやダイヤモンドヘッドが綺麗に見えました。

I was able to enjoy the sunset, fireworks, and all-you-can-drink at a low price! Since snacks are not provided, I brought my own nuts.

There was a Japanese couple in their 50s who were loud and rude, having already been drunk before boarding. Their daughter and son-in-law, who were traveling with them, said, "Mom, you're being loud and it's embarrassing, so let's pretend we're not related." I wish their family had intervened.

サンセットに、花火に、飲み放題が低価格で楽しめました！おつまみは提供されないので、ナッツなどを持込みました。

乗車前から酔っ払っていた50代くらいの日本人夫婦がうるさくて、マナーも悪く、同乗していたその家族の娘夫婦が、『お母さんうるさくて恥ずかしいから、他人のフリする』と言っていました。出来れば家族が注意して欲しかったです。

Last time, we enjoyed the sunset on the same boat during the "Sunset Sailing," but this time we experienced the "Full Sun Sailing." This is Hawaii! This is Waikiki! We thoroughly enjoyed it on board. It was just right for the silver couple.

前回は同じ船で「夕陽セーリング」でサンセットを楽しみましたが、今回は「太陽がいっぱいセーリング」、これぞハワイ！これぞワイキキ！を船上で満喫しました。シルバーカップルには程よかったです。

Since the tip is included, I felt at ease even before exchanging money. They stopped by other people's hotels and properly dropped me off right in front of my hotel, taking care of my luggage as well.

チップ込みとのことだったので、両替前でも安心。
他の人たちのホテルに寄ってきちんと自分のホテル前までつけてくれて、バゲージも下ろしてくれます。

Compared to other companies, the quality of the cars is average, and there is no Japanese support. Therefore, it gives the impression of being relatively expensive. They picked me up at the Kahala Hotel, and unusually for overseas, they seemed to have arrived 15 minutes early.

他社に比べると車のクオリティは普通で、日本語対応もありません。よって他と比較すると割高な印象です。
カハラホテルに迎えに来ていただきましたが、海外では珍しく15分前には到着されていたようです。

I was TERRIFIED to go parasailing. The team that took us out was funny, lighthearted and made me feel completely at ease. What an incredible experience and a lifetime memory as part of our round-the-world honeymoon! Thank you for everything!! Highly recommend this to anyone who has even an inkling of a desire to go! ♡

I participated in the 150m event ^ - ^
At first, I was anxious, but the staff member was really upbeat and it was so much fun!
However, for those who are prone to seasickness, taking motion sickness medication is a must.

最初不安でしたが、従業員の兄さんのノリが良く最高に楽しかったです！
ただ、船酔いしやすい人は必ず酔い止め必須です。

Challenging myself to 150 meters. At first, I was nervous, but once I started flying, it felt amazing. The blue ocean spread out below me, I could feel the blue sky close by, and the refreshing breeze was just perfect. If you're going to fly, go for 150 meters!! There’s absolutely no fear. I highly recommend you try it!

150メートルに挑戦。最初はハラハラドキドキでしたが、飛び始めたら最高の気分。青い海が眼下に広がり、青空を近くに感じ、気持ちいい風が当たり最高でした。飛ぶなら150メートル！！怖さは全くありません。ぜひ挑戦してください。

It was a plan from a major tour company, but since the return transfer was an optional add-on, I chose this option because it was cheaper. We were about 10 minutes late compared to the major pickup time, but the driver helped with loading and unloading the cases, and we made a few stops, yet we still made it to the airport with plenty of time. Although it wasn't in Japanese, there were no issues at all. I would like to use this service again next time.

大手ツアー会社のプランでしたが、帰りの送迎はオプションで付けるものだったので、それよりこちらの方が安かったので利用させてもらいました。大手ピックアップの時間より10分程遅れましたが、ドライバーさんがケースの積み下ろしをして下さり、何ヶ所か寄りましたが、空港にも全然間に合いました。日本語ではありませんでしたが、何も問題ありませんでした。次回もまた利用させていただきたいと思います。

It was fun! The staff were kind, the explanations were easy to understand, and they took a lot of photos. It was the best entertainment! I want to try again. Thank you!

With a variety of shows including hula dance, fire dance, Michael Jackson, and Elvis Presley, I thought this price was a great deal, especially with the large buffet included. You can also take photos as long as you don't use flash.

フラダンス、ファイアーダンス、マイケルジャクソン、エルビスプレスリーと盛りだくさんのショーに加えて、大ボリュームのビュッフェがついてこのお値段なら安いと思いました。また写真もフラッシュをたかなければ撮影出来ます。

The captain and crew were great. Everyone on the boat had a great time. Bring a small cooler with your favorite beverages, sit back and relax. It was a fun time. Will definitely do it again. It's only a two hour or so trip but we'll worth the money.

This is my second year taking on the challenge. Last year, I had a photo with my wife, but this year I planned to attempt the 150 meters alone. However, since solo flights weren't allowed, it turned into a 150-meter trial with three people.

Once we were in the air, it was truly high. I could see the Hilton skyscraper and Diamond Head at the same eye level.

Next year, I definitely want to come with my family and let the kids take on the challenge.

昨年は奥さんとのツーショットでしたが、今年は僕一人150ｍに挑戦しようと思っていました。ところが一人でのフライトは出来ないという事で３人での
150ｍトライになりました。
空に上がると本当に高かったです。ヒルトンの高層ビルや、ダイヤモンドヘッドも同目線で確認できました。
来年も是非家族ときて子供たちにチャレンジさせてあげたいと思います。

I always use this bus from the hotel in Hawaii to the airport. You can feel safe being transported by foreign drivers, so I definitely recommend using it.

ハワイのホテルから空港までは、必ずこのバスを利用しています。
外国人ドライバーでも安心して送迎してもらえますので是非利用されたらいいと思います。

Since I applied on my home computer just before departure, I left without confirming the pickup location and time, which made me really anxious about whether I could participate. Just to be safe, after arriving in Hawaii, I called the local contact number and checked my page to confirm the location and other details. When I called the local contact, I couldn't understand much as they spoke in Japanese, but I soon received a call from someone who could speak Japanese, which made me feel relieved and able to participate. There were three groups of foreigners and two groups of Japanese, including my family, totaling 12 people on the boat. My son and I flew together. The view of Diamond Head in the distance and the blue ocean from above was very beautiful. I didn't find it too scary, but my son seemed to be scared and couldn't let go of both hands, so he couldn't take pictures with his smartphone. (Photos are available for purchase at $30 for a CD with the data for those who want them.) The piloting technique of taking off from the back of the boat, dipping into the sea up to the waist, and landing at the back was impressive. The minimum items to bring when participating are a swimsuit, cash or a card, sandals (which you take off when flying), and if you have them, a T-shirt or other top, a towel, and sunglasses.

出発間際に自宅のパソコンで申し込んだため，ピックアップ場所と時間の確定を待たずの出国となり，本当に参加が出来るか不安でした。念のため，ハワイ到着後に現地の連絡場所へ電話したり，マイページで確認して場所等を確認しました。現地の連絡先へ電話すると日本語は通じず何を言われているかほとんど分かりませんでしたが，すぐに日本語の通じる方から電話があり，安心して参加が出来ました。ボートへは外国の方が３組と日本の方が私達家族を含めて２組の12名で乗船しました。息子と三人で飛びました。遠くに見えるダイヤモンドヘッドや上空から見る青い海はとてもきれいでした。私はあまり怖いと思いませんでしたが，息子は怖かったようで両手を放す事が出来ずにスマホで写真が撮れていませんでした。（写真は３０ドルでデータの入ったCDカードの販売が希望者へあります）ボートの後部から空へ飛び，海に腰まで海水へ浸からせそして後部で着陸する操船テクはさすがでした。参加時に持って行った方がいい物は最低限であれば水着，現金かカード，飛ぶ時は脱ぐがサンダルで，あれば良いものはTシャツ等の上着，タオル，サングラスくらいです。

I use Roberts Hawaii every time, so I don't have much to say about it now, but I am grateful for how easy it is to use. I will use it again next time.

毎回、ロバーツハワイを利用していますので、今更感想もないのですが、利用しやすいことだけは、感謝しています。次回も利用します。

I have been using their services every time I visit. Last year on the Big Island of Hawaii, and this year on Maui and Oahu, I have decided to use Roberts Hawaii for airport and hotel transfers. The year before last, I had an inexperienced driver, and after circling around various hotels, we finally arrived in front of my hotel. However, during that time, I experienced the not-so-funny incident of passing my destination hotel multiple times, but in the end, I did reach my destination, so I consider it acceptable. I plan to continue using their services in the future.

毎回訪問時には、利用させていただいております。昨年のハワイ島、今年のマウイ島とオアフ島と、いずれも空港とホテルの送迎には、ロバーツハワイと決めています。一昨年は、不慣れなドライバーに当たったため、あちこちのホテルを巡回した後、ようやくホテルの前に到着しましたが、その間、何度も目的地のホテル前を通過したという笑えない事件も経験しましたが、結果的には目的地に着けましたので良しとします。今後も同社を利用するつもりです。

I participated in the 150m event.
I was impressed by the beautiful sea and the view of Waikiki.
The shuttle driver was humorous, and even if you're not confident in your English, you can still enjoy the tour.
I thought it might be a bit dull to take our own photos, so I declined the suggestion for a photoshoot.

綺麗な海とワイキキの街を一望できて感動しました。
送迎ドライバーがユーモラスな方で、ツアーも含めてですが、英語に自信が無くてもちゃんと楽しめます。
写真は自分たちで撮れば良いかなと考えて野暮かも知れませんが撮影の提案は断りました。

This Booze Cruise is the best value and highlight of our Waikiki trip. Strong drinks, great waves, fun music, what's not to love? Can't wait to do it again!

I ended up lining up at the wrong meeting point for a different catamaran and was shocked when they told me just before boarding, "Your voucher is wrong! You're supposed to be at a different place!" I dashed barefoot across the sandy beach and just made it in time (laughs). The sunset was amazing, and there were few Japanese people on board, no children, so I was able to enjoy an adult atmosphere.

It was a bit nerve-wracking, but I definitely recommend the catamaran over the cruise!

違うカタマランの集合場所に並んでしまい、乗船ギリギリに「バウチャーが違う！私達が乗るのは違う場所だ！」と言われビックリしました。砂浜を裸足でダッシュして何とかセーフ(笑)夕日が素晴らしく、船内も日本人は少く、子供も居ず、大人の世界で楽しめました。
ハラハラしたけどクルーズより絶対にカタマランをオススメします！

Me and my 3 friends had such a great time with the Manu Kai Cruise. The crew was so nice, funny, and knowledgeable, and we got up close and personal with spinner dolphins. They were even very caring and helpful when one of us got a bit seasick. 100% recommend.

The advance reservation for the shuttle is always helpful. It's also nice that it includes the tip, as I tend to forget about that.

The staff was lively and it was fun. However, it might not be suitable for those who are prone to motion sickness... Even taking motion sickness medication didn't help (tears).
