When I arrived at the meeting place on the reserved day, I was informed that only two groups were there and that we couldn't go out due to high waves. It was rescheduled for the next day. I wish they had contacted me in advance; it felt like a waste of the time I had prepared, so I gave it four stars.

The next day, more than six groups participated, and we set sail. The yacht was beautiful. The captain spoke a little Japanese and was considerate towards us; he was a kind person. The weather was great, and it felt wonderful and beautiful.

Although it was stated that only soft drinks would be provided, they served canned beer and wine, and there were fewer options for soft drinks.

予約した日に待ち合わせ場所に行くと、2組だけで今日は波が高いから行けないとの事。翌日に変更された。
できれば事前に連絡くれたら良かったのにと、色々と切り上げて、準備した時間が無駄になったので星4個に。
翌日は6組以上が参加して出航。綺麗なヨットだった。キャプテンは少し日本語が出来て、私達にも気を使ってくれて、優しい人だった。とてもいい天気で気持ちよかったし、綺麗だった。
ソフトドリンクと書いてあったが、缶ビールやワインなどアルコールが提供されて、ソフトドリンクの方が種類が少なかった。

At this time of year, you can't see the sunset from Waikiki Beach, so I signed up for this plan. Sailing while drinking a Mai Tai felt great.

The bus was comfortable and spacious. I thought they would come to pick me up at the hotel lobby, so I waited leisurely, but the bus was waiting on the street outside, so I might have kept them waiting. Thank you again.

ゆったりのバスで快適でした。ホテルのロビーまでお迎えに来るのかと思って余裕で待ってたら、外の通りでバスが待っていたので、お待たせしてしまったのかも知れません。またよろしくお願いいたします。

It was a fireworks day, so we went sailing late in the evening. We enjoyed unlimited drinks while taking in the beautiful sunset views, stunning night scenery, and fireworks.

花火の日だったので、遅い時間のセーリングでした。夕暮れの景色から、美しい夜景、花火までお酒飲み放題で楽しむことができました。

I was very relieved to be picked up one minute earlier than the scheduled time❣ The hotel staff helped carry our bags to the bus, and after that, the driver effortlessly loaded everything.

At the airport, we were able to unload our luggage at each respective airline counter.

First, I was wandering around because I couldn't find the meeting place. When I asked someone, I figured it out right away! After that, I ended up waiting for over 30 minutes and finally got on the bus. Since I had children with me, I thought it would be safer to arrange transportation from the airport, but the long wait was tough, so I should have just used Uber.

まず集合場所が分からずウロウロ。人に聞いたらすぐわかりました！
それからなんだかんだ30分以上は待たされ、やっとバスに乗れました。子どももいたので空港からの移動は手配しておいた方が安心かと思いましたが、待ち時間が長く大変だったので、ウーバーにすればよかったてす。

Personnel were friendly and helpful. Truly enjoyed interacting with them. They made the experience feel safe, and yet exciting. Our group ranged from eleven to sixty-two and everyone had a wonderful time. Thanks so much!

Very entertaining crew, worth the money! Would definitely recommend.

I think it was because I used it during the off-season, but when I checked in and went to the boarding area, the bus was already waiting. It takes time to pick up other passengers, but since there are not many hotels to stop by, I didn't feel too much stress. However, this time I was shown tourist information and advertisements on a monitor. Since I don't understand English, it was just annoying.

空いているシーズンに利用したからだとは思いますが、受付して乗り場に行くとバスがすでに待っていました。
他の客をピックアップする時間はかかりますが、寄るホテルが少ないのでそれほどストレスは感じません。
ただ、今回はモニターで観光案内と宣伝を見せられました。当方は英語が分からないのでうっとうしいだけでした。

I think it's understandable that delays can happen due to road conditions, but I would appreciate a phone call if possible. If that's not feasible, at least a simple "sorry" from the driver would have been acceptable. There are basic manners and rules to follow. I feel there is a lack of awareness of professionalism.

遅れるのは、道路事情もありますので仕方ないと思いますが、できれば電話連絡をして頂きたい。できないのであれば、せめてドライバーが、sorryの一言あれば納得できました。最低限のマナーやルールがあります。プロとしての自覚がないと思います。

We participated as a family of three, including my 5-year-old daughter who is 105 cm tall and weighs 15 kg. We chose the highest ride available.

My daughter tends to be a bit afraid of heights; she wanted to ride the Ferris wheel but was nervous and needed to be carried. She also gets scared when she sees the ground while going down the stairs, so I was worried she might cry during the ride, but she was fine.

She had a serious expression the whole time we were flying, but after we got off, she said, "Let's go again!" so it seems she enjoyed it. The boat ride felt like a roller coaster, and she had fun with that too. Normally, she doesn't get car sick, but she did feel nauseous on the plane, so we quickly bought some motion sickness medicine at ABC Store before going.

Overall, it felt like an extremely scenic swing. I think anyone who can handle the swinging rides at amusement parks will be fine!

5歳105cm15kgの娘を含む親子3人で参加しました。高度は一番高いものを選びました。

娘は高所恐怖症気味で、観覧車は乗りたがるけどダッコちゃんだったり、階段も降りるときに階下が見えると怖がったりと、そろそも泣かずに乗ってくれるか不安でしたが大丈夫でした。
飛んでいる最中は終始真顔でしたが、降りたあと「もう一回！」と言ってたので楽しかったようです。
ボートでの移動もジェットコースターみたいで楽しんでいました。普段、車酔いなどはしませんが飛行機で酔ってしまったので、急遽ABCストアで購入した酔い止め飲んでいきました。

感覚としては、超・景色のよいブランコという感じでした。遊園地の吊り下げブランコ風のアトラクションが乗れる方は大丈夫だと思います！

In the evening, we gathered at the beach below the Sheraton Hotel for a small, friendly sailing event with about 40 people. The staff were great at getting everyone excited, and we had a wonderful time.

夕方、シェラトンホテルの下の浜辺に集合して40名ほどの小さな和気あいあいの楽しいセイリングでした。
スタッフも盛り上げ上手で楽しく過ごす事が出来ました。

Fortunately, the weather was great, and I enjoyed the fireworks while feeling the Hawaiian breeze and having unlimited drinks. It was the best experience. I've been to Hawaii 12 times, and I can say that this activity was the most enjoyable I've ever had.

幸いに天気が良く、ハワイの風を感じながら花火も見てお酒も飲み放題、最高の体験でした。これまで12回、ハワイに来ていますが、今回のアクティビティは過去最高と言ってよいほどの心地よさだったと思います。

The sunset was very beautiful. It wasn't a formal atmosphere like a dinner cruise; you could just enjoy drinks and see the beautiful scenery outside the boat, which was fantastic. I highly recommend it!

ディナークルーズのようなかしこまった感じではなく、飲み物だけであとは船の外で綺麗な景色がみられて最高です。

At 5:30 AM, the shuttle arrived at the hotel right on time to pick us up. We made stops at two other hotels before heading to the airport. About six other passengers got off at the Air New Zealand area, while we were able to smoothly continue to the Delta Air Lines area, allowing us to move with plenty of time to spare.

朝5時30分、時間厳守で送迎シャトルがホテルに迎えに来てくれました。
他に2カ所のホテルを周り空港へ移動。
我々以外の約6名は、ニュージーランド航空のところで下車、我々はデルタ航空のところまで、楽々スムーズに移動出来、時間に余裕を持って動くことが出来ました。

The navigation of the boat on the way there and back is spectacular, and I think it's more interesting as an attraction. Other than when you're flying, it's a battle against seasickness, so good luck!

行き帰りの船の操縦が豪快で、こっちの方がアトラクションとして面白いと思います。
飛んでる間以外は船酔いとの戦いです、頑張って下さい。

On the way back from Florida, I departed from LA around 3 PM and arrived in Honolulu around 6 PM. The airport was mostly empty of Japanese travelers since flights to and from Japan had already ended for that time period, but it was easy to navigate and convenient. I would like to use Roberts Hawaii's shuttle service again next time.

フロリダからの帰途、乗り継ぎ地LAを午後3時頃出発し、午後6時頃ホノルルに到着した。
空港は、その時間帯は日本との到着便・出発便は終了しており、日本人は殆どいなかったが、分かり易く・便利で、次回もロバーツのシャトルサービスを利用したいと思いました。

The staff, both female and male, were stylish and really engaged with us, making the experience enjoyable. We were able to see the fireworks from a prime spot, and the beautiful night view from the sea, which we don't usually get to see, was incredibly satisfying. I would love to use this service again!

スタッフが女性、男性ともにカッコよく、盛り上げてくれたり、話しかけてくれたりとても楽しめた。花火が特等席から見れて、沖からは普段見れない綺麗な夜景も見られすごく満足できました。また利用したいです！

If you're not good with heights, it might be a bit challenging (I'm not good with them either), but the view was amazing. After it was over, I was a bit startled when there was no car to pick me up, but it seemed like it was just delayed a little because they were dropping off the next group of participants.

高いところが苦手な人はちょっと難しいかもしれませんが、（私も苦手です。）景色が最高でした。
終わってから迎えの車が無くて少しドキッとしましたが、次の時間の参加者を送ってくる関係で少し遅れただけのようでした。

Arrived at Honolulu Airport on a domestic flight (Hawaiian Airlines) from Kona Airport on the Big Island. I looked for someone wearing a Roberts Hawaii shirt and showed them the printed voucher, and it was all good. We were the only Japanese people; everyone else was from English-speaking countries, and the vehicle was full. It seemed like they were picking up at about five hotels, but our hotel (in the center of Waikiki) was the second stop. The seating was more spacious compared to the shuttle we used with another company, and it was comfortable with plenty of legroom. I don't speak much English, but it was fine. I would like to use this service again next time.

ハワイ島（コナ空港）からの国内線（ハワイアン航空）利用でホノルル空港に到着。ロバーツハワイのシャツを着ている人を探してその人にプリントアウトしていたバウチャーを見せたらOKでした。私たち２人だけが日本人で他は英語圏の方で車内は満員でした。５か所くらいのホテルに送迎するようでしたが、私たちのホテル（ワイキキ中心地のホテル）は2か所目でした。他社で利用したシャトルより座席の間隔が広くて足元がゆったりしていて快適でした。英語がほとんど話せませんが大丈夫でした。次回も利用したいです。

The driver was very chatty, and I had a great time during the journey. I was also able to use the service without any worries thanks to the timely pickup.

運転手さんがすごくおしゃべりで道中楽しい時間を過ごせました。
また時間通りのピックアップで不安なく利用することができました。

On June 27th, we had several days of bad weather with heavy rain and warnings. I was worried if we could go ahead, but somehow, there was a break in the clouds just at that moment! I accidentally went to the opposite side of the Sheraton, but once I realized it, I moved to the right side. There were mostly foreigners, but since we had a reservation, we were able to board the boat smoothly! However, some people got their clothes soaked from the waves while boarding. But there was unlimited drinks and music, and the view was great!

6月27日数日お天気が悪い日が続き…大雨や警報が出てました。決行出来るのかと心配でしたが…その時だけ何となく晴れ間が出ました！
間違えてシェラトンの左側の反対に行ってしまいましたが、違うと分かり右側に移動しました、外国人ばかりでしたが…予約してありましたので、スムーズに船に乗れました！が、乗る時の波で洋服がびちょ濡れになった人もいました。でも、お酒も飲み放題でミュージックもあり…景色も良かったです。

Water droplets were dripping heavily from the air conditioning inside the vehicle, so the seats on both sides of the last row were not usable. It seems like the driver didn't notice.

車内の空調から水滴がだーっと垂れて、一番後ろの両通路側の席は座れませんでした。それに運転手さんはきづいてなさそう。

We had a very relaxing mid day cruise, the crew was great and very accommodating. We had to reschedule our cruise due to in-climate weather and the crew made sure we were able to reschedule for a different day that worked with our schedule. Enjoyed the cruise immensely!

The driver kept talking non-stop, and it was quite annoying. While I appreciated the sightseeing information, I wish it had been more moderate. I think it would have been much better if they had played some Hawaiian music instead.

ドライバーがずっとしゃべり続けていてうんざりしました。観光案内をしていただいてもいましたがほどほどにしてほしい。ハワイアンでも流してくれたほうかずっと良いと思います。

It's always the case, but the way back feels lonely. I wonder when I will be able to come again while I'm in the car. I will use Mr. Roberts' car again.

A long-awaited trip to Hawaii to spend precious time with my daughter. I suggested a different way to spend our time compared to when she comes with her friends, and I made a last-minute reservation on the day of our arrival.

We waited for about 30 minutes at the pickup location... I was surprised, but I was able to wait because I confirmed by phone and there were other couples there as well.

We arrived at the port and took a boat out to sea. It was nice to have a leisurely time with a double rainbow and a sunset⛵️, but although it mentioned that soft drinks were included, there was no guidance on that... The service was lacking, so considering the price, it was a bit disappointing. Since I visit Hawaii every year and know other tours, my comments may be a bit critical.

娘と大切な時間を過ごす久しぶりのハワイ旅行。娘が友人と来る時とは違う過ごし方を提案し到着日に急遽申し込み。
ピックアップ場所にて待つこと30分〜〜。。。電話で確認したり、他のご夫妻もいたから待てましたがびっくりでした。
港に着き船で海へ。ダブルレインボーとサンセット⛵️とゆっくりとのんびりした時間でよかったですが、ソフトドリンク付きとありましたが案内はなく。。。サービスは薄かったので値段の割には。。。です。ハワイは毎年行っていて他のツアーを知っているだけに辛口コメントです。

There is no problem with mixed deliveries with foreigners, but when getting off, foreigners give tips. It felt a bit awkward, so I also gave a tip, but it shouldn't really be necessary, right? Foreigners should know that tips are included when they apply.

海外の方と混送は問題は無いのですが、下車の時、外人の方はチップを
渡すんです。なんとなく気まずいので私もチップを渡しましたが、本当はいらないはずですよね？外人も申し込みの時チップ込みと分かっているはず。

When we arrived on the domestic flight (from Hawaii Island to Oahu) last time, I was walking towards the international terminal when I found a staff member from Roberts. They checked on their tablet, and I was able to board safely. This time, I was careful to look for the staff, and I immediately recognized them because they were holding a sketchbook with names written on it.
We were the only Japanese passengers on the domestic flight, and the Roberts vehicle had only foreign passengers besides us. There is still some anxiety, so having the name card is very helpful.

前回国内線（ハワイ島からオアフ島）で到着したときに誰もいない状態で国際線の方まで歩いていたら、ロバーツのスタッフさんがいたのでタブレットで確認してもらい無事乗車できたので、今回は注意してスタッフさんを探していたらスケッチブックに名前を書いて持っていたのですぐ分かりました。
国内線の日本人の乗客は私達夫婦だけで、ロバーツさんの車も私達以外は外国の方でした。やはり不安はありますので名前のカードは助かります。
