I was allowed to sit at the front while sailing, and it was incredibly fun, with the wind feeling great! However, sitting at the very front means you'll get splashed by the waves, so I recommend wearing a swimsuit underneath! Getting soaked was also a lot of fun! It's great that drinks are all-you-can-drink too!

セーリングでは、前方に座らせてもらいましたが、ものすごく楽しかったし、風が気持ち良かったです！
しかし、一番前は波が来て濡れるので水着を下に着てるのがオススメです！
びしょ濡れになったのも楽しかったです！
飲み物が飲み放題というのも嬉しいです！

I had read about this in a guidebook I bought in Japan and absolutely wanted to do it. Since I requested no pickup, the meeting location was a bit hard to find, and I got lost. I participated in the 90m option because I had an elementary school child with me, but even at 90m, the height was very satisfying. The view of Waikiki from the sea became a wonderful memory!

日本で買ったガイドブックに記載があり絶対にやりたいと思っていました。
送迎なしでお願いしたので受付場所が少しわかりづらく迷いました。
小学生の子供がいたので90mで参加しましたが90mでも大満足できる高さでした。
海から眺めるワイキキの景色はとても思い出になりました！

I arrived a little later than the scheduled time, but they sent me off without any issues. I also appreciated their help in carrying my luggage. I plan to use their services again next year.

予定の時間より少し遅れてきましたが問題なく送って頂きました。荷物も運んでいただき助かりました。来年もまた利用させて頂こうと思います。

Everyone, including the driver, only spoke English, so I was initially worried. However, even if you don't understand English, you can still enjoy it fully and feel safe. Wow, that scenery is something you should experience!

ドライバーさん始め全員が英語しか話せない人だったため最初は不安でしたが、英語がわからなくても充分楽しめるし安心・安全です。いやぁあの景色は体験するべきです！！

Once a year, I do an activity! This year it was parasailing! The weather was perfect and the crew was friendly! The views and the sense of freedom were amazing! This was the best activity of the year. I'm glad I chose Veltra without hesitation!

The boarding and disembarking from the boat were smooth, so there was nothing to worry about. I got to see Waikiki Beach, Ala Moana, and Diamond Head all at once—what a fantastic feeling! This is something everyone should experience at least once!

After getting off the boat, I saw the photos (for a fee) and they made for a great keepsake with Diamond Head in the background. The tip was just a small amount, so there was nothing to worry about!

今年はパラセイリング！最高の天気と親切なクルー！最高の眺望と開放感！今年は最高のアクティビティでした。迷うことなくベルトラさんにして良かった！
船からの離発着もスムースで何も心配なし、ワイキキビーチ、アラモアナそしてダイヤモンドヘッド！一望でき最高の気分！一度は体験すべし！

I was able to get on the bus right after checking in at the counter. It was comfortable, and since it's a tour, I didn't have to stop by the tour desk, so I could start my activities right away. I arrived at the hotel at 11 AM and asked if I could check in early, and they said OK, so I was able to head out before noon.

カウンターでチェックインしたらすぐにバスに乗れました。快適だし、ツアーだとツアーデスクに寄ったりで行動がなかなか開始出来ないのでいいです。１１時にホテルに着いてダメ元でチェックイン出来るか聞いたらOKでしたので１２時前には出かけれました

We three challenged ourselves to parasailing for the first time, and it was helpful that we had a pick-up from the hotel at 7:40 AM. The height was 90 meters, and I was worried about whether we could go up together as three or if we would be paired with another group of two and one. However, the weather was good, and we were able to go up as a group of three. On the day, the crew asked if we wanted to purchase photos, but we declined. Other groups had their photos taken while parasailing, looking like they were about to fall into the big mouth of Jaws; I didn’t ask about the price, so I'm not sure. I secured an action camera to my left wrist and got permission to take photos while we were up, and it was a success! However, I forgot to take motion sickness medication, and after we landed on the boat, I felt nauseous and had to endure it while waiting for the rest of the group to finish. It was tough. A couple with two small children had their kids secured on their laps and went up as a group of four. My wife, my nephew, and I had a great time, and the scenery was beautiful, so we were very satisfied! Motion sickness medication is a must. Since we paid for the tour with a credit card, I gave a $30 tip when we got off the boat.

私達は3人で初めてのパラセーリングに挑戦しました、朝7時40分にホテルまで送迎が有り助かりました。高さは90メートルで3人同時に出来るか2人と1人別グループの人と組まされるか心配でしたが天候も良くて3人で上げて貰いました、当日写真有料でいるかクルーに聞かれましたが私達は断りました、他のグループは写真を頼んでジョーズの大きな口に落ちそうになってるパラセーリングが上手く取られていました、料金は聞いて無いので不明ですが。私はアクションカメラを左手首に固定して撮影の許可を貰い上がってる間撮影成功しました！あと私だけ酔い止め薬を飲むのを忘れてしまい終わって船に着地した後酔ってしまい後のグループが全て終わるのを吐きそうになりながら我慢しました、大変でした。小さいお子さん2人いる夫婦は子供を膝の上に固定して4人で上がってました。妻も甥っ子も私も凄く楽しくて景色も良くて大満足でしたよ！酔い止め薬は必須ですね。ツアー代金はクレジットカードで決済してたので当日船から降りる時に30ドルをチップで渡しました。

We were picked up by the hotel and after waiting for about 10 minutes, we boarded a boat with six groups and headed out to sea. The view from the boat was amazing with the blue sky and ocean. Everyone felt like friends, and we had fun high-fiving each other.

We had booked the parasailing for 150. The breathtaking view from the top was indescribable. It was beautiful! So much fun!!! The landing with a splash into the sea was also enjoyable.

On the way back, we stayed in Kaka'ako and enjoyed Walmart.

ホテルにお迎えにきてもらい、待つこと10分程度、、６組でボートに乗り込み、沖へ向かいます。ボートからの景色は青空・海で最高の景色です。全員が仲間のような感じで、ハイタッチをしたり楽しく参加できました。
パラセーリングは、150を申し込んでおりました。一番上まであがったときの絶景は言葉に出来ませんでした。綺麗！楽しすぎる！！！着地で海にジャボーンとしてくれるのも楽しかったです。
帰りはカカアコ にそのまま滞在し、ウォールマートと堪能できました。

I participate every year because I always have a great time. It's wonderful to have conversations with new people I meet for the first time, and the pleasant breeze and beautiful scenery are the best. The crew speaks only English, and most participants are American, but language doesn't matter when it comes to having fun.

いつも楽しく過ごせるので、毎年参加しています。
その時初めて出会う人たちと会話したり、心地良い風と綺麗な風景は最高です。クルーは英語のみで、参加者も大半アメリカ人ですが言葉は関係なく楽しめます。

Our family of 4 really enjoyed the unique and thrilling wave rides on the Outrigger Canoe.
My husband said it was his favorite activity of our entire week long trip and we did activities every day!

We went with five people, and we were able to enjoy both the boat and parasailing just among ourselves! It was great that we could choose our own time and that it was close to Waikiki, allowing us to return immediately after the activities. Not spending too much time on the activities was really helpful.

5人でいきましたが5人のみでボートもパラセーリングも楽しめましたー！時間も好きに選べるのとワイキキから近くアクティビティが終わったらすぐに帰れる所も良かったです！アクティビティに大幅に時間とられないのは大変助かります

This is my seventh time in Hawaii, and at my husband's request, we tried parasailing for the first time. We went up to the lowest height of 90 meters, but the view was amazing as we could see Diamond Head, Waikiki, and the ocean in a 360-degree panorama. The staff were locals who kindly explained everything in English and broken Japanese. They kept the atmosphere lively while we watched others, which made it fun. I'm glad we participated!

今回で7回目のハワイですが、夫の希望で初めてパラセイリングに挑戦しました。一番低い、90メートルの高さでしたが、海の上からダイヤモンドヘッドとワイキキと海が360度見渡せてすばらしい景色でした。スタッフは現地の方で、英語と片言の日本語で親切に説明してくれました。他の人がやっているのを見ている間も、場を盛り上げてくれて楽しかったです。参加して良かったです!

I was 4 minutes late for the morning meeting time. I waited for a while, but thinking I had been left behind, I contacted the staff immediately. A Japanese staff member assisted me and arranged for me to be picked up by the next bus. It was a great help. Thank you very much!

I was worried about being late for the pickup time, so I called the parasailing company, and they responded in broken Japanese! They were able to change the pickup location for me, and I made it on time! The driver and staff were cheerful, and we had a great time (^^)

Even at 150 meters, I didn't feel scared, and my wife, who isn't fond of heights, enjoyed it as well, so I'm very satisfied!

急遽ピックアップ時間に遅れそうになったので、パラセーリング会社に電話してみると、片言の日本語で対応してくれました！
無事ピックアップ場所を変えてもらい間に合うことができました！
送迎の運転手もスタッフも陽気な方で楽しむことができました(^^)

150ｍでも恐怖感がなく、高い所が苦手な奥さんも楽しめたので満足です！

In no time, we ascended 100 meters, and from Diamond Head, we could see the buildings beautifully from Waikiki Beach. The sky and the sea were both incredibly beautiful and it was the best! I tend to get motion sickness and forgot to take my anti-nausea medication, which made me feel quite sick, but everyone was very kind to me. I would love to participate again if I have the chance! The transportation was also smooth.

They arrived on time and provided transportation to the airport without any stops. The driver's service was good, and I would like to use them again next time.

It was a viewing experience combined with dining in the VIP seats. It was quite a show! You can enjoy it fully even from seats that are not in the VIP section, so I also recommend watching the show from the general seating. You can enjoy it from any chair.

VIP席での食事を兼ねた観覧でした。いや、なかなかのショーですよ！！
舞台前のVIP席でなくとも充分楽しめますので、観覧席からのショーだけの観覧もお薦めです。どの椅子からも楽しめます。

They take you quite far out, and the Mai Tais are all-you-can-drink. The scenery is beautiful, and there's nothing to complain about. We were supposed to meet at 5 PM, but the actual check-in started around 5:30 PM.

かなり沖まで行ってくれるし、マイタイも飲み放題。景色も綺麗で言うことなしです。
17時集合でしたが、実際に受付開始は、17時30分くらいからでした。

Since this is my second time participating, I chose the buffet dinner option. The entertainment starts with the meal, as the servers are actually dancers who will perform in the show later. They kept the atmosphere lively while we waited for our food, and the hula dance performance was enjoyable.

As for the main show, it features not only hula and fire dancing but also impersonators of Elvis Presley and Michael Jackson, complete with must-have songs and the moonwalk. Both performers interact with the audience, going beyond just the VIP seats on the first floor to visit the second floor as well, showing great enthusiasm for customer service. After the show, you can take photos and shake hands with them.

Overall, I was very satisfied and highly recommend it.

今回2回目の参加なのでビュッフェディナー付きを選択。この食事からエンターテイメントは始まっていて、給仕されてる方がこの後のショーに出演するダンサーさんで食事が出るまでの時間を盛り上げたりフラダンスの披露等楽しかったです。
本番のショーですがフラダンスにファイアーダンスは元よりエルビスプレスリーやマイケルジャクソンのそっくりさんショーでも外せない曲やムーンウォークもしっかり押さえてます。
また二人とも歌いながら客席内に入って握手やプレゼントを配ったりしますがいわゆる1階のvip席だけでなく2階席にまで足を運んでくれる等サービス精神が旺盛で、ショー終了後には一緒に並んで写真撮影や握手も出来ます。
総じて満足度は高いのでお勧めです。

The afternoon online reservation is a great deal✌️
The hotel pick-up was at 2:15 PM (arriving at the dock 40 minutes early), but even though I had a reservation for 3 PM, I didn't get on the boat until 4:20 PM. People who arrived later kept getting on, and when I asked the staff, they repeatedly told me it was for the next boat. I was really tired of waiting, but once I soared into the sky and saw the breathtaking scenery, all my earlier frustration disappeared.

The journey from the airport to Waikiki was exciting and enjoyable. The staff from Roberts Hawaii were wearing aloha shirts, making them easy to spot.

The waiting time at Senba was about an hour. There isn't much shade, so be careful. It was my first time parasailing, and although I have a slight fear of heights, I decided to go for the highest option at 150 meters. Once I actually experienced it, I felt no fear at all, and it was amazing!

船場での待ち時間が約１時間。日陰も少ないので、注意が必要です。初めてパラセーリング、少し高所恐怖症がある私ですが、せっかくだからと思い150mと1番高いのにしました。実際体験したら、全く恐怖感も無く、最高でした！

It was my first time in Hawaii. The driver guided me at the airport, saying, "This is the Japanese airport," which was very helpful.

Check-out at the hotel was at 12 PM, and my pick-up was at 12:30 PM, so I waited by the hotel poolside while having lunch. Since the driver makes a few stops at different hotels in Waikiki, it takes a little time. I wasn't paying close attention to the airline area, but the driver called for me, so that was good. Since you can make a reservation in advance, you can plan your schedule during that time, which is why I always request it.

ワイキキは何ヶ所かホテル回るのでちょっとは時間かかります。
エアラインの所がきちんと見てなかってドライバーさんが
呼んでくれたのでよかったです。事前に予約できるのでその間の
スケジュールも考えれるのでいつもお願いしてます。

For the past few years, I have been using the shared bus service from HIS between Waikiki and the airport, but this year I decided to use an English-speaking shared bus service since it was $1 cheaper. I was surprised that even though my return flight was around 2:30 PM, the pickup time was at 10:15 AM, which felt very early! Moreover, the bus didn’t arrive at all. Just when I was about to call after the pickup time exceeded 15 minutes, the bus finally showed up, which was a relief.

Once I got on, we seemed to circle around Waikiki hotels. After picking me up, there were still three or four more pickups, which was surprising! That early pickup time was for this reason, I realized.

The HIS limousine allows you to load your suitcase right next to the driver's seat, so even though the seating is cramped, this bus had a luggage area inside, which made it nice to sit comfortably.

On the English website, there are shared bus services from the airport to Waikiki and vice versa for about $20 round trip, so it would be great if Veltra could offer that as well. Even on the English site, they wouldn’t accept a single person, and for someone traveling alone in Hawaii, this seems to be the lowest price for the shared bus from Waikiki to the airport.

Although we circled around Waikiki hotels, it felt like a final farewell as I got to see various hotels and streets in Waikiki, and I thought, "This isn’t so bad after all."

ここ数年はHISのワイキキ→空港の混載バスを利用していましたが、
今年はHISより＄１安いので久しぶりに英語の混載バスを利用しました。
14時半くらいの帰国便なのにピックアップの時間が10時15分で早くてビックリ！
しかも、全然バスが来ない。
ピックアップ15分超えてを電話しようと思ったらバスが来たのでひと安心。
乗り込むとグ～ルグル、ワイキキのホテルを回ったかな？
私をピックアップした後も３，４組のピックアップがありビックリ！
早すぎるピックアップの時間はこのためだったんだ～。と。

HISのリムジンは運転席の横までスーツケースを載せるので
リムジンでもキッチキチの座席ですが、こちらは車内に荷物置き場があり
ゆったり座れるのがよかったです。

英語のサイトでは空港→ワイキキ・ワイキキ→空港で往復＄20くらいの
混載バスがあるのでベルトラでも扱ってもらえるとありがたい。
英語サイトでもひとりの受付はしてもらえず、ひとりハワイでは
ワイキキ→空港の混載バスはこれが底値かな。

ワイキキのホテルをグ～ルグルだったけど、最後のお別れみたいに
いろんなワイキキのホテルやストリートを見られ、これはこれでいいのでは？
と、思いました。

Even though I usually wakeboard, I got seasick, and my two friends took motion sickness pills but still felt sick! It seems like it was a bit of a rough day on the waves. The weather was nice, and the scenery was amazing! Also, it seems like we should have mentioned that we wanted someone to take our pictures at the beginning (for $30), but we didn't have any. Haha.
This is how it goes for those of us who struggle with English... Haha.

普段ウェイクボードをする私でも船酔いし、友達二人も酔い止めを飲んでいたのに、船酔いしました！ちょっと波が荒い日だったみたです。天気はよく景色は最高でした！あと最初に写真を撮ってほしい人は(30ドル)言っておかないといけなかったみたいで、私達のはありませんでした。笑

The view was amazing, but looking straight down can make you lose your balance, so I think it's not scary to look straight ahead or to the side.

見渡す景色は最高でしたが、真下を向くとバランスを崩しやすいので、真正面や真横を向くと怖くないと思います。

This was a highlight of my trip! Worth every penny to just be out on the water at such a beautiful time of day. The captain of the boat was great and i loved the music they played. I met some cool people and it was very laid back! I would definitely do it again.
