The hotel that picked me up was supposed to pick up another group, but it seems that their partner went somewhere and didn't come back, so we left without that group. We went around hotels in Waikiki and returned to the hotel that picked me up, where the group that couldn't board initially got on. It had been over an hour since I left the hotel. As a result, we arrived at the airport less than two hours before the flight departure time, leaving no time to wander around the airport. I understand the driver's kindness, but I think it's unfair for other passengers to be inconvenienced because some people don't stick to the pickup time. I thought that next time, I might specify the pickup time myself.

私をピックアップしたホテルでもう一組が乗車するはずでしたが、相方さんが何処かに行って戻って来なかったようで、その1組を置いて出発。
ワイキキ内のホテルを廻り、また私をピックアップしたホテルに戻り、最初に乗れなかった1組が乗り込んできました。
私がホテルを出発してから1時間以上経っていました。
結果、空港到着が飛行機の出発時間の2時間弱前なり、空港内をうろつく時間もありませんでした。
ドライバーさんの親切心はわかりますが、ピックアップ時間を守らない人のために他の乗客が迷惑するのはどうかと思います。
次回は自分でピックアップ時間を指定させてもらおうかと思いました。

We left for the hotel with almost no waiting time, which was great timing. We arrived at the hotel without any stress!

I had my elderly father and mother participate in a tour. On the day of the tour, the tour company made a mistake with the meeting time and arrived an hour early, so they didn't come to pick them up no matter how long they waited. My mother managed to think on her feet and contacted the tour company, allowing them to join the tour that was scheduled an hour later.

The day before, I had provided the emergency contact information to the tour company, yet they decided to mark them as absent simply because "they weren't at the meeting place" without properly confirming. If they had checked thoroughly, they would have realized they had mixed up the times. What would have happened if my mother hadn't contacted them?

After returning from the tour, I reached out to the tour company, but their response was, "If you were able to join the next tour..." It completely ruined what was supposed to be a meaningful trip for my parents.

当日、ツアー会社が集合時間を間違え1時間前のツアーの迎え時間で来てしまい、いくら待っても迎えに来ず…。母が何とか機転を利かせてツアー会社に連絡し、最初に予定していたものの1時間後のツアーに参加することが出来ました。
前日には、ツアー会社に緊急連絡先も伝えておいたのに、「集合場所にいなかったから。」という理由できちんと確認もしないまま不参加と判断するものはいかがかと。しっかり確認していれば、次の時間と間違えていたと気がついたと思います。母が連絡していなかったらどうしていたのでしょうか？？
ツアーから戻って来てからツアー会社に連絡しましたが、「次のツアーに参加できたなら…。」という対応でした。
折角の親孝行旅行が台無しになってしまいました。

This was my second time participating in this tour. I usually join the morning sessions, including those from other companies, but this time I thought I’d try the 12 PM session. Just like last time, the staff were all very pleasant. It’s a reliable tour. The visibility wasn’t great this time, but we saw more than five turtles and a decent number of fish. It lasts about two and a half hours, and the fact that it departs right from the heart of Waikiki makes it highly recommended for enjoying such an experience just a bit offshore. I also appreciated that they provide fins along with the snorkeling set.

このツアーには2回目の参加でした。他社のも含めいつも朝イチの方にさんかしてたのですが、たまには午後にしてみようかと今回は12時の回にしてみました。前回同様スタッフはみなさん感じよく。安定感あるツアーです。今回は透明度が今ひとつでしたが、亀さんは5匹以上、魚はまぁまぁいました。2時間半程度で、しかもワイキキど真ん中からのツアー、ワイキキからちょっと沖にでてこれだけ楽しめる、というのは変わらずおすすめ！シュノーケルセットに加えてフィンも貸してくれるのも結構うれしいポイントです。

It was a shared transfer after visiting several hotels, and they arrived on time to pick us up. The airline dropped us off at the airport.
There were two notifications about changes to the meeting time between the reservation and the reservation date. I think it's a good idea to ensure you can check your emails for updates.

ホテルを何軒か回っての乗合ですが、時間通りに迎えがあり、航空会社によって空港では到着、降ろしてくれました。
予約してから予約日までに間に2回集合時間の変更案内がありました。メールでの連絡を確認できるようにしておいたほうがいいと思います。

I didn't think I would get seasick, but since all the participants cruise until the end, I recommend taking motion sickness medication if you have any concerns. A little while ago, I told the crew, and they moved me to a spot where I wouldn't get sick, and I managed to hold on just fine. The sky above was clear and it was truly pleasant! The staff were also enjoyable, and I was very satisfied; my daughter said she had more fun than with dolphin watching or shrimp fishing!

船酔いするほど走らないと思っていましたが、参加するメンバー全員が終わるまでクルージングするので少しでも不安がある方は酔い止めの薬は飲んでおいた方が良いかと思います。私は少し前にクルーに伝えると、酔いにくい場所に移動させてもらいギリで持ちこたえられました。空のうえは快晴で言うことも無く、本当に気持ち良かったです！ 担当の皆さんも楽しくて大変満足、娘もイルカやエビ釣りよりも楽しかったと言ってました！

I chose a plan that included meals. It was a buffet, but there weren't many options, and the dining area felt like it was under a tent on the rooftop. During the meal, there were performances of hula and Hawaiian songs, but it wasn't a relaxing atmosphere to eat in. The show focused on hula. The scenes featuring famous American artists were impersonations, but I enjoyed them enough. Next time, I think I would prefer to just watch the show.

食事付きのプランにしました。
ブッフェでしたが、種類があまりなく食事の場所も屋上にテントが張ってある下で食べる感じでした。
食事中はフラやハワイアンソングの披露もありましたが、落ち着いて食べる雰囲気ではなかったです。
ショーはフラ中心でした。
アメリカの有名アーティストのシーンはモノマネですが十分楽しめました。
次回もショーのみ見たいと思います。

I was looking forward to Michael and reserved a VIP seat, but he didn't perform. I wonder if the actor playing Presley filled in for him, as it seemed like he had a tough time juggling both roles. I was really disappointed since I was there for Michael.
The dancing and singing by Presley and the other actors were wonderful. The performance that involved moving around the audience was also enjoyable.
The Western audience was lively and helped create a great atmosphere, but since there were many Japanese people, it might have felt flat without them.
The food portions were sufficient, but I wouldn't expect too much in terms of taste. It's not bad, but it's not great either.

マイケルを楽しみにVIP席を取りましたが、出演なしでした。プレスリー役がその穴埋めをしていたのか、プレスリーではない役とプレスリー役と兼任で大変そうだったかな。マイケル目当てだったのでとてもがっかりしてしまいました。
プレスリーやその他のアクターのダンスや歌は素晴らしかったです。客席を回ってくれる演出も楽しかったです。
欧米の方がノリがよくて盛り上げてくれていましたが、日本人が多いので彼らがいなかったら盛り上がらなくてしらけてしまったかもしれません。
料理は量は十分ですが味はあまり期待しない方がいいです。まずいという程ではありません。

I used the service on September 18, 2019. The flight was delayed by over 30 minutes, and it took about another hour to complete the procedures before leaving the airport, but I wasn't informed of any issues and was guided promptly. The staff member was Japanese and seemed busy handling the reservations of the incoming guests. The driver spoke English. When I was asked where I was going, I replied, "Are you going to Ala Moana? Then get on this way—your hotel is XX!" They were very efficient.

We arrived at Ala Moana Center quickly, and the Roberts Hawaii lounge was very nice, with pleasant service in both Japanese and English. There was a large rabbit stuffed toy that was adorable. Here, I received an eco bag, which was very helpful since eco bags are essential in Hawaii! I planned to request the 3 PM bus for check-in at the hotel, but I was told it was full from the previous guests, so I took the 4 PM bus instead.

I was able to enjoy a meal and shopping, making good use of my time from the first day, which I was very satisfied with! I couldn't take pictures because there were too many people on the shuttle bus, but it seems the back seats accommodate five people, while the other seats can fit about eight, so it fills up quickly! I definitely recommend it! ✨

2019/09/18に利用。飛行機が30分以上遅れているうえに空港を出るまでにさらに1時間くらい手続きにかかりましたが何も言われず、すぐに案内してくれましたスタッフの方は日本人で次々にくる予約の人たちの対応に忙しくて手が回らないような感じ、ドライバーさんは英語でした。どこなホテルか聞かれ「アラモアナに行く？じゃあこっち乗って〜、ホテルは〇〇ね！」とテキパキしていました。
アラモアナセンターはすぐに着きロバーツハワイのラウンジはとっても綺麗で日本語、英語共に感じのいい接客、大きなウサギの人形が可愛かったです。
こちらではエコバックをもらえました。ハワイはエコバック必需品なのでとても助かりました！15時にホテルがチェックインなので3時のバスをお願いしようとしたら前の人でもぉないといわれ16時のバスに。
ご飯を食べたり買い物を楽しめたので初日から時間を有効に使え満足です！写真はたくさん人が乗ってたので載せられませんでしたがシャトルバスは後ろの席が5人、後は2人の席が8ぐらいなのですぐにいっぱいになるみたいです！是非オススメします✨

My clients said they saw about 60 bottlenose dolphins. They said it was the most incredible experience!

As soon as I got off the airport, someone in a yellow outfit came to greet me, so I recognized them right away.

I was grateful that the departure time was early, and I could head straight to the hotel.

空港を降りるとすぐに黄色い洋服の方が迎えにきてくれたので、
すぐにわかりました。

出発時間も早く、すぐにホテルへ直行できたのでありがたかったです。

As soon as we exited the group exit, we immediately recognized the receptionist. We were guided by the staff to the bus. Those who hadn't made a reservation were waiting in line, but we only waited a few minutes and were able to board for sure. We didn't understand any English at all. The driver, who seemed to be explaining the scenery and telling jokes, was cheerful the whole time. We were definitely taken to the hotel.

団体出口を出ると、すぐに受付の人が分かりました。係りの人に連れられてバスのところに移動。予約していない人たちは、列をつっくて待っていましたが、私たちは数分待って確実に乗車できました。英語が全く分からない私たち。車窓からの風景の説明やジョークを言っているような始終にこやかな運転手さんでした。確実にホテルまで送ってもらいました。

The pickup time to the hotel was quite delayed, but the company called the hotel, so I was able to wait without worrying. I was dropped off right in front of the airline counter.

ホテルへの迎えの時間が随分遅れましたが、会社からホテルへ電話連絡が入り、心配することなく待てました。航空会社のカウンター前まできっちり送ってもらえました。

I was relieved by the timely pick-up. During the ride to the airport, we chatted in English about various things like "Thank you for coming to Hawaii," "Don't forget anything, like your wife or husband," "Did you remember your shopping at Ala Moana Center?" and "Come back again." It was enjoyable!

時間通りのお迎えで、安心しました。
空港までの間に英語ですが「ハワイに来てくれてありがとう」「忘れ物はしないでね。例えば奥さんとか旦那さんとか」「アラモアナセンターでのお買い物忘れはない？」「また来てね」など、色々おしゃべりしてくれて楽しかったです。

Even if you can't speak English, it was easy to understand with the use of gestures. There is an instructor present, so women can participate with peace of mind. I recommend it for beginners as well.

英語が話せなくてもジェスチャーを交えてくれてわかりやすかったです。
インストラクターの方がいらっしゃるので女性でも安心して参加できます。
初心者の方にもオススメです。

I was worried about whether they would arrive on time, but they were only about 5 minutes late, which I consider excellent. Perhaps due to traffic conditions, instead of getting on the highway right away, we took a fun little city tour route.

時間通りに来てくれるか心配でしたが、5分程度の遅れでした。私的には優秀です。道の渋滞状況の関係なのか、すぐにハイウェイに乗らずに、プチ市内散策風ルートで楽しかったです。

Since I was traveling alone, I used this shuttle bus instead of a taxi. They arrived about 10 minutes early since I was the first pickup. There were other passengers on board, almost to full capacity, but they efficiently made stops at other hotels, so I didn't feel much time was lost.

1人での乗車でしたので、タクシーではなくこちらのシャトルバスを利用しました。
ピックアップが一番最初だったこともあり10分前には来てくれていました。
その後乗車定員ギリギリまで同乗者がいましたが、効率良く他のホテルを回ってくれていたので時間のロスはあまり感じられませんでした。

They arrived on time to pick me up, and I was able to arrive at the airport with peace of mind. The airport itself is compact and easy to navigate, so I was able to go to the check-in counter without any issues. The driver seemed like a kind person, and I believe the driving was safe. The interior of the car was spacious and comfortable.

時間通りに迎えにきてくださり、安心して空港へ到着することができました。
そもそも空港がコンパクトでわかりやすい、というのもありますが、
問題なくすぐにチェックインカウンターへ行くことができました。
運転手さんも、やさしそうな方でした。
運転も、安全運転だと思います。
車内は広く快適でした。

I participate every time I come to Hawaii. This time, the sunset cruise was fully booked, so I went with the daytime course. Cruising with a Mai Tai in hand while looking at the hotels in Waikiki and Diamond Head is just too luxurious. Recently, there have been many international participants, and there was only one Japanese group left. I would give it six stars if I could.

ハワイに来るたびに参加しています。今回はサンセットが満員でしたので、昼のコースに。マイタイ片手にワイキキのホテル群、ダイヤモンドヘッドを見ながらクルーズなんて贅沢すぎ。最近は、海外の方の参加率が多く、日本人グループは、あと一組だけ。星６つ付けたいくらいです。

They arrived on time. The driver was also very pleasant. They handled the trunk carefully, which made me feel at ease.

The weather was very nice, and the scenery was great! The crew was cheerful and kind, constantly providing drinks and taking photos for us. We were able to see sea turtles and seals from a distance! Going further out to sea and looking at the beach and the view of Diamond Head was exceptional! Riding the waves felt like a roller coaster and was thrilling. However, one of the kids (a middle schooler) got a bit seasick. Thank you to the staff for their support. While I and the other family members were fine, I recommend that those who are concerned take motion sickness medication before boarding. It was a wonderful experience sailing, something that doesn't come by often!

とてもよいお天気で景色もよく見えました！クルーの皆さんも明るく親切で飲み物をどんどん用意してくれたり、写真をとってくれたりしました。海亀とアザラシを遠くから見ることができました！どんどん沖にでて海からビーチをみたり、ダイヤモンドヘッドを見る景色はまた格別でした！波にぐんぐん乗り、まるでジェットコースターのようでスリルもありました。ただ子供(中学生)か一人酔ってしまいました。スタッフの方のフォローありがとうございました。私や他の家族は大丈夫でしたが心配な方は乗る前に酔い止めをのんでおくことをオススメします。なかなかできないセーリングでとても楽しめました！

Although you can't see the grand ocean scenery like in a painting, you can enjoy a surreal underwater world at the "20,000 Leagues Under the Sea" attraction in Tokyo DisneySea! It's especially recommended for those who are not good at swimming and don't want to dive! However, if you're prone to seasickness, it's a good idea to take some motion sickness medication beforehand. I also tend to get seasick, but I prepared in advance based on prior information, so I was able to enjoy the underwater scenery until the end!

絵に描いたような壮大な海の中の様子は見れませんが、非日常の世界をリアルな海の中をディズニーシーにある海底二万マイルというアトラクションにのように楽しめました！
泳ぎが苦手でダイビングはやりたくないなぁって方は特にオススメです！
ただ船酔いしやすい方は酔い止め飲んでおくと安心です！私も船酔いしやすいですが、前情報から酔い対策してたので最後まで楽しく海底を鑑賞できました！

After the video lesson, we practiced on the sandy beach. Since it was a longboard suitable for beginners, almost all the women, including myself, were able to ride it right away! The guide was also cheerful! I was a bit disappointed that we couldn't get any photos taken.

While being caressed by the pleasant Hawaiian breeze, I distanced myself from the hustle and bustle of lively Waikiki and enjoyed the sunset and the night view over the beautiful sea, feeling isolated from daily life without any interruptions. Thank you for providing such a wonderful space and time that made everyday stress seem so trivial.

Also, the captain's dog was very clever and adorable. I heard that he was originally a rescue dog that the captain adopted. It seems that I was lucky to meet him since he is only available on Mondays. If I have the opportunity to go to Hawaii again, I would definitely like to participate.

心地いいハワイアンブリーズに吹かれながら、賑やかなワイキキの喧騒からも離れ、誰にも邪魔されず、美しい海の上で日常から隔離された気分でサンセットと海からの夜景を楽しみました。日頃のストレスってなんて、ちっぽけなものに思える素敵な空間と時間をありがとうございました。
あと、キャプテンの犬がとってもおりこうさんで可愛かったです。
聞くところによると、元々レスキュー犬だったのをキャプテンが引き取られたようです。
月曜しか逢えないみたいなので、ラッキーでした。
また、ハワイに行く機会があれば是非参加したいです。

I went on my first day in Hawaii. Since it was my first time in Hawaii, I decided to get a Diamond Seat and participate. Thanks to arriving early, I was guided to the central front row seat, and it was great to see the show up close. I was especially excited about the fire dance! I was also given priority for the buffet, and I was very satisfied!

初めてのハワイで初日に行きました。折角の初ハワイだからとダイヤモンドシートを取って参加しました。早めに行ったおかげか中央の一番前の席に案内していただき、ショーを間近で見ることができて良かったです。特にファイヤーダンスに興奮しました！ビュッフェも優先で案内いただき、とても満足でした！

■Positive Points
The sea is beautiful.
It's not as scary as I thought.

■Negative Points
It shakes a lot.
When there are many participants, the waiting time on the shaking boat is long, and you can get seasick.
Since it goes quite far offshore, you can get seasick during that time.

■Overall Evaluation
Most of the negative points are related to seasickness, but even people who usually don't get seasick will likely get sick, so motion sickness medication is essential.
I think this is the most important point to be aware of, but there isn't much warning about it, so please be careful, everyone.
We were the last ones, but while others were participating, we got seasick, and by the time it was our turn, we were just trying not to throw up and hardly enjoyed it (laughs).

参加人数が多いと、船に揺られて待つ時間が長く、酔う。
かなり沖合まで行くので、その間に酔う。

■総評
悪かった点はほとんど船酔い関係ですが、
普段船酔いしない人でもまず間違いなく酔いますので、酔い止めは必須です。
最も注意すべきポイントだと思いますがあまり注意喚起がされていないので、皆さん気をつけて下さい。
私達は最後だったのですが、他の方がされている間に酔ってしまい、自分達の番の時はとにかく吐かないように我慢していて、ほとんど楽しめませんでした(笑)

We participated with three adults. There was no transportation provided, and we made a reservation for 3 PM. We had to wait in the blazing sun for an hour from the designated check-in time, and the departure was around 3:30 PM. The boat was quite rocky, but I was fine since I took motion sickness medication. I have a fear of heights, but after reading everyone’s experiences, I decided to go for the 150 meters. While the stunning views distracted me, it was still scary. Especially after the Japon, we went up at quite a speed, and I ended up screaming so much that my voice went hoarse. The other two said they wanted to do it again.

I requested a photo shoot for $30, and there were a total of 85 pictures taken. The other group had the same number of photos. I had high hopes since there was a telephoto lens, but most of the pictures were blurry due to continuous shooting, and in some, my face was completely dark because of backlighting. Only a few decent photos turned out. It might have been better to exchange cameras with the other group or use AirDrop to share photos with smartphones.

大人3人で参加しました。送迎なし、15時で予約しました。
指定されたチェックインから1時間炎天下で待たされ、出発は15時30分位でした。
ボートはかなり揺れましたが、酔い止めを飲んでいたので大丈夫でした。
高所恐怖症ですが、みなさんの体験談を読んで思い切って150mにしてみました。素晴らしい景色を見ていると気がまぎれるのですが、やっぱり怖かったです。特にジャポンの後はかなりのスピードで上がって行くので、声が枯れるほど叫んでしまいました。他の二人はまたやりたいと言っていました。
30ドルで写真撮影をお願いしましたが、全部で85枚写っていました。
他のグループの方も同じ枚数でした。
望遠レンズが付いていたので期待していたのですが、連写されたピンボケ、逆光で顔が真っ黒、景色もイマイチで まともな写真は数枚でした。
他のグループの方とカメラを交換して撮りあったり、スマホのAirDropで交換
したほうがよかったかもしれません。

I tried parasailing for the first time in my 50s. I'm not good with rocking boats or heights, but I took motion sickness medication and decided to go for it, and it was truly amazing! The time spent flying in the air was longer than I expected.

50代にして初めてパラセーリングに挑戦しました。揺れるボートも高いところも苦手だけど酔い止めを飲んで思い切って参加しましたが本当最高でした！
思った以上に空中を飛ぶ時間は長かったです。

I had a reservation for stand-up paddleboarding, but due to the high waves, I quickly switched to surfing. I was anxious, but the instructor was funny and taught us kindly, and somehow both of us were able to stand up and ride the waves! Mr. Aiza's broken Japanese is the best!

サップで予約していましたが、波が高かったため、急遽サーフィンに変更しました。
不安でしたが、先生が面白く、優しく教えてくれて、なんとか2人とも立って、波に乗ることが出来ました！
アイザ先生のカタコトの日本語が最高です！

Whenever I go to Hawaii, I always request a shuttle service. It includes tips, so I can travel without any language barriers and feel at ease. I highly recommend everyone to use this service. I will be going again in November, so please arrange the shuttle for me.
