The bus arrived 20 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. It mentioned to call the number listed on the voucher if it didn't arrive after 15 minutes, but I was told that the number is no longer in use. Although I arrived safely, I was a bit anxious at the end of my trip. Please correct the contact information immediately.

If you’re in Hawaii and you don’t do this cruise, then you’re missing out!! Such a perfect event to end the evening. So relaxing, the staff was awesome, and the boat was amazing. We end up doing it again.

I participated again because I had a great time last time (in 2018). You can see many beautiful fish. Above all, I was moved by the Honu that comes close to you. The Honu approaches you (laughs). This time, my family was the only Japanese participants. I feel like it was the same last time. I don't really like tours with a lot of Japanese participants, so I appreciate that aspect as well.

前回（2018年）も楽しかったので、再度、参加しました。
キレイな魚がたくさん見れます。
何よりも間近で見れるHonuには感動します。
Honuの方から近付いてきます（笑）
今回、日本人は私達家族だけでした。
前回もそうだった気がします。
日本人がたくさん参加するツアーがあまり好きではないので、そんなところも気に入っています。

The captain and co-captain made it a fun experience. I enjoyed the punch that was provided. This sail boat tour was an overall great time, and I would certainly go again.

I had a reservation at 3 PM, but it started around 3:30 PM. Since we were supposed to gather 30 minutes before the reservation, we waited for over an hour. There was no shade, and it was very hot.
But... this is the blue sky, the blue sea, and the view of Waikiki from the opposite side; parasailing was amazing. The reception staff and the crew were all kind, and overall, I was satisfied. I definitely recommend it.

15時からの予約でしたが始まったのが15時半ころ。予約の30分前集合だったので1時間以上待ちました。日陰もなくとても暑かったです。
でも、、、これぞ青い空、青い海、逆から見るワイキキの景色、パラセイルは最高でした。受付のお姉さんたちや、クルーの皆さんも優しく総合的には満足でした。絶対おすすめです。

It was such a good tour..the crew are such an experts and also funny. They've made us feel safe throughout the sailing. I will definitely recommend this to all my friends & family.

The meeting place was a bit unsettling without a large landmark (across from Prince Waikiki Hotel), but as soon as we boarded, we were greeted by the captain. The staff was friendly, which put us at ease. There were no other Japanese participants besides us; the group was filled with tourists from various countries, giving it a truly international feel.

The view of Waikiki Beach from the sea was fantastic, showcasing the familiar luxury hotels and the full panorama of Diamond Head. It was a lucky moment when a sea turtle popped its head up near the boat. We also had the opportunity to stop the boat and dive into the water to swim. The slowly setting sun and the changing colors of the sky over time were truly beautiful.

集合場所は大きな目印もなく少々不安でしたが（プリンスワイキキホテル斜め向かいのハーバー）、乗船してすぐに船長。スタッフがフレンドリーで安心しました。参加者は私たち以外に日本人はおらず各国の観光客で外国感満載。
海から眺めるワイキキビーチはおなじみの高級ホテル群、ダイヤモンドヘッドの全景が見れて最高でした。ボートのそばにウミガメが顔を出してくれたのもラッキーでした。途中ボートを停泊して、海にダイブして泳ぐことも抱きました。ゆっくり沈む夕日、時間とともに変化する空の色も本当にきれいでした。

Incredible views and fantastic crew! Highly recommend

We participated as a family of three, looking for a Segway experience that even our 13-year-old child could enjoy. We toured downtown, Chinatown, Izumo Taisha, and the courthouse, and it was incredibly fun. Our guide, Kenji, provided thorough instructions on how to ride the Segway and offered support, which made us feel safe and allowed us to enjoy ourselves. The staff were all very kind as well.

13歳の子供も体験できるセグウェイを探して親子3人で参加しました。
ダウンタウンやチャイナタウン、出雲大社、裁判所などを巡りましたが最高に楽しかったです。
ガイドのケンジさんが丁寧にセグウェイの乗り方やサポートをしてくれたので安心して楽しむ事ができました。
スタッフの皆さんもとても親切です。

Easy process, quick and convenient. Easy to find bus and girls outside baggage area. Will definitely book again on next trip

I was scared to do this at first, but it was worth every second and every penny spent!!

The captain and crew were friendly, gave clear instructions and seemed to know what they were doing.

I would recommend anyone who typically suffers from seasickness, or who hasn't done this before to have some medication for that handy, but by all means, get this experience under your belt and thank me later!

I was happy to participate this time since my previous visit to Hawaii was canceled due to weather issues. Although visibility may vary depending on the weather, the day I participated was very sunny, and I was able to see the ocean floor beautifully.

You can see a wide variety of fish, from small ones to quite large ones.

I was also very satisfied to encounter sea turtles twice.

以前ハワイに訪れた際には天候の問題で中止になってしまい、今回2度目にして参加できたので嬉しかったです。
天気によって透明度等が変わるかもしれませんが私が参加した日はとても天気がよく、綺麗に海底を見ることができました。

小さな魚からかなり大きなサイズの魚まで幅広い種類をみることができます。

また2度もウミガメに遭遇することができて大満足でした。

There was a bus equipment issue along the way, and it stopped working, but they quickly arranged for another bus, and I was taken to the hotel without much delay.

途中でバスの機材トラブルがあり、動かなくなってしまいましたが、すぐに別のバスを手配してくれ、大した遅れもなく、ホテルまで送ってもらえました。

We chose the sunset cruise. Upon arrival we were a bit concerned about the surf as it was pretty rough for this time of the year. I asked the captain about it, and he said they would have no issue. We left the harbor, and the waves were pretty good size. The boat cut through them with no issues. The boat is a good size, about 35' x 55', and we were able to get up and walk around and take some great pictures. We took our own cocktails, and the crew had an ice chest to store them. The crew was very friendly, and the cruise was very relaxing. it was the best money spent while on our vacation.

It was a fun experience and the staff was awesome. They made us feel very comfortable.

As soon as I exited the arrival lobby, I saw a yellow reception desk to the left, and when I headed there, they immediately greeted me. It was easy to find.
I waited for about 10 minutes until it was time to board the bus. The other passengers that day were all foreigners except for me, so it was nice to experience an international atmosphere. (That said, there’s no need to worry about difficult conversations.) The bus was full, with people sitting next to each other, and only those who were not of Asian descent were not wearing masks.
At one point, the driver stopped the bus and went somewhere for about five minutes (I guess this is part of the culture?), and since we also stopped at other hotels, it took about 30 minutes, but it was within acceptable limits. I would like to use this service again next time. Thank you.

到着ロビーを出てすぐ左に黄色の受付があったのでそちらに向かうと、すぐ声をかけてくださいました。分かりやすかったです。
バスに乗るまで10分程度待ちました。その日の乗客は私以外は外国人だったので、外国気分を味わえて良かったです。(かと言って難しい会話は無いので心配ないです) 車内は相席をする程の満席で、アジア系の方以外はマスクをしていませんでした。
途中車を止めて5分くらい運転手さんがどこかに行ってしまったり、(これは文化？なので仕方ないですかね)他のホテルも回ってからなので30分くらいかかりましたが許容範囲内でした。次回も利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

They visited each hotel in a shared transport, and since our hotel was the last one, they arrived a little over 15 minutes late. If you're in a hurry, a taxi would be the best option. If you have some time to spare, then the cheaper bus would be a good choice.

混載で各ホテルを回ってこられ私たちのホテルは最後のホテルだったので１５分ちょっと遅れてこられました。
急ぎならタクシーでしょうか。
余裕があるなら値段の安いバスですね。

I used this service when I returned from the Big Island to Honolulu on a domestic flight. The flight was delayed, but it seems that the buses run quite frequently, so I was able to board right away.

ハワイ島からホノルルに国内便で戻ってきたときに利用しました。
飛行機は遅れてたのですがバスは割と頻繁に出てるみたいですぐに乗れました。

Great guides for first time and friendly, professional

Our family had an amazing time on this fishing trip. The crew was sooo friendly and kind! They were so helpful when I had to nurse my baby on board and they gave us ginger chews if we felt nauseous. We highly recommend them and would be so happy to come back.

Since it was my first time and I was alone, I chose a private lesson. A Japanese instructor accompanied me. After a very simple lesson on land, we headed straight to the sea. Towards the end, paddling was a bit tough, but I had plenty of time to enjoy it. However, there weren't many instructions, so a private lesson might not have been necessary.

初めてで、1人だったのでプライベートを選びました。日本人のインストラクターがついてくれました。非常簡単な陸でのレッスンの後、すぐに海へ。最後の方パドルがきつかったですが、時間たっぷり楽しめました。ただインストラクションはあまり多くなかったので、プライベートにする必要はなかったかもしれません。

I had a fun experience!
I didn't realize how difficult it would be, and paddling out to the waves was so exhausting.
It was hard, but I had a great time.
Surfing is indeed challenging.
However, if I can experience it even a little, I might get hooked.
I learned the difference between surfing and bodyboarding.
The local instructor was seasoned, kind, and friendly, which made it enjoyable as well.
It became a wonderful memory.

やはり難しいし、沖までパドリングして波の場所まで行き来する事があんなにしんどいとは知りませんでした。
ハードでしたがとても楽しかったです。
やはりサーフィンは難しい‍♀️
でも少しでも体感出来ればはまりそうです。
ボディボードとの違いを思い知りました。
ロコの年季の入った方が先生で、優しくて親しみがありそれも面白かったです。
良い思い出になりました。

Spectacular time. Terrific reef! 107 feet below the ocean.

We went there as a pair. I showed the receptionist the screen from Veltra to communicate that we had a reservation, but she didn't seem to understand well. We were guided to our seats, but I was looking forward to seeing the live performance, and from my position, I could only see part of the instruments at the edge of the stage due to the building's wall.

Only the regular menu was left on the table, and we were left waiting. After a while, a male staff member came, and when I showed him the Veltra reservation again, he understood. I was asked which main dish I wanted, but nothing was asked about the appetizers, and they just brought two types without any discussion. For dessert, it was written on Veltra that we could choose from three options, but without being asked, two types were automatically brought to us.

All the dishes were delicious and the portions were generous.

In terms of location, it was by the poolside surrounded by hotels, and we could hear the voices of children playing, so it wasn't a quiet atmosphere with a view of the sea and live music.

受付の女性にベルトラの画面を見せて予約してある事を伝えましたが、よくわかっていなさそうでした。
席に案内されましたが、ライブ見られると楽しみにしてたのですが私の位置からは建物の壁でステージ端っこの楽器一部しか見えず・・

席には普通のメニューのみ置かれていてそのまま放置。しばらくすると男性スタッフが来たので
もう一度ベルトラのを見せると理解してくれました。
メインをどれにするかは聞かれましたが、前菜に関しては何も聞かれず、普通に2種類持ってこられました。
デザートもベルトラの内容には3種類から選べるように書かれていましたが、聞かれる事なく2種類が自動的に運ばれてきました。

料理はどれも美味しく量も多かったです。

ロケーション的にはホテルに囲まれたプールサイドにあり、子供達の遊ぶ声などもするので
海が見えてライブ音楽で静かな感じ〜とかではなかったです。

It was the perfect ride from pick up to drop-off at hotel. The staff from dispatch people to airport staff and drivers are super wonderful and courteous people. They really know how to take care of there customers!

Such a fun and thrilling experience! Enjoyed the combo of paddling out and then riding/surfing the waves in. First-time for us plus our two teenagers, and everyone loved it! Staff are so friendly and helpful, too. Definitely recommend booking in advance like we did! Won't regret it!

Scenic setting to see Waikiki in the sea! Perfect scenery for sunset on warm waters. Great staff who are friendly and accommodating :) I would recommend for a great time with others out on the sea.
