So let me say I felt it was relatively easy to book the outing. Finding parking not so much. However the boat was big bright and easy to locate. Red and yellow. Price was amazing for the trip type. I enjoyed the trip out to sea. Felt like an roller coaster ride lol three in one lol. Bartenders was amazing and funny. Would have a drink with him. Hella chill vibes I was a little nervous being an amputee. But your crew put me at ease and I can't wait till the next one I hope you offer private tours. Only thing I did not want to return to shore and we spotted a turtle yay! Epic day for my first tour.

On the day of arrival at the airport, the personal exit was not open, so I exited through the group exit, but right after exiting, there was a Roberts Hawaii counter desk. During immigration, I ended up being questioned for nearly an hour in a separate room, which made me late compared to my planned schedule. However, when I went to the desk, they immediately called my name and said, "We've been waiting for you!" I was able to board the shuttle without any issues, just as usual. Since it is a major company, I felt reassured, and I think it's great that they can communicate in Japanese at the counter.

Communication was on point and kept us all in the loop prior to our cruise date. There were no issues is locating where we had to be.

5 staff in board were all really friendly, helpful and great advice. My son had issues with his snorkel once we were in the water and they helped us out straight away.

There were lots of turtles for us to see, the water was really clear the day we went. They came.so close to us, it was really amazing.
We had a wonderful time, My mum, myself and my 13yr old all really enjoyed ourselves.

I wouldn't take anyone not confident in breathing with the snorkel as it was a bit choppy when we were out there. The team was great from a safety aspect too with rules and regulations, not letting tourists do whatever they wanted and respected the environment.

Would 100% book again with this team.

It was a beautiful evening on Mana Kai Catamaran out of Waikiki beach. We liked that it was BYOB and enjoyed the music played during the sailing. Please just note that this catamaran does leave right from the beach rather than a dock so plan accordingly. We had a great time though!

We want to express our extreme satisfaction with the snorkeling tour we took with our family this morning (10:30 am tour). In particular, the crew of the boat (Junyah, Bella, Josiah, Julian, and Amos) were very professional and accommodating. We really liked that all of your staff were clear with their instructions, but also relaxed and light humored. We really appreciated the time and attention they gave to our daughter, Olivia, who was snorkeling for the first time and required a lot of additional attention. Even though we required extra attention, no one was rude or impatient with us - in fact, they were very kind and understanding. Thanks again to your crew for such a positive experience!

When I arrived at the airport, there was a desk right in front of me. I mentioned the name I used for the reservation, and they took my suitcase. I waited on a nearby bench.

I waited for about 30 minutes.

Jenna & The Cruise Driver we’re extremely friendly, and made the experience for our family and the rest of the riders very fun and safe. They explained to us always what to expect. They let us experience the waters of the ocean by putting our feet in as we cruised in the sailboat and listened to music. The ambiance felt great and soothing. They also took us turtle watching and got to see some beautiful huge sea turtles. We also enjoyed the splash of the waves while we sat on the net of the sailboat, my boys enjoyed that so much and it kept them refreshed! And the best part is the dip in the water, so refreshing and wonderful experience for those who wanted to take a a quick dip. I’m so thankful to Jenna as she took good care of the group, while The cruise driver was always so detailed in explaining everything we would see and do. They both went above & beyond. Best experience ever!!! Mahalo!!!!!

However, upon reviewing the purchased photos, I found that most of them were too dark and poorly taken. Since we were off the coast of Waikiki, the sunset over the ocean was very beautiful. However, it was a bit disappointing because there were many clouds that evening. The boat sways quite a bit, so I think it's a good idea for those worried about seasickness to take some motion sickness medication in advance. Along the way, dolphins came close to the boat, and we were able to see them from on board.
