When I first signed up, it was labeled as VIP, so I couldn't imagine the scale of it, but the VIP treatment far exceeded my expectations. Before the show started, we had dinner indoors (while those who weren't VIP had to eat outside). The menu was available in Japanese, and there were staff members who spoke Japanese well, which made me feel very comfortable. I have allergies, so I informed the staff about them at the beginning. Not only did they remove the allergenic items, but they also provided alternatives, and I was really happy with their thorough response.

Dinner lasted about an hour and a half, and after that, the show began. There were various performances, including hula dancing, Michael Jackson songs, and Disney tunes, and everyone in the venue was able to enjoy it together. After the show ended, there was also an opportunity for photos with the cast, so I was able to enjoy it until the very end! I would love to participate again when I go to Hawaii.

最初申し込んだ時はVIPと書いてあったのでどのぐらいの規模のものか想像できませんでしたが、自分の想像をはるかに超えるVIP待遇でした。ショーが始まる前に室内でご飯を食べました（VIP以外は外）。メニュー表も日本語対応、スタッフも日本語が上手な方がいらっしゃいましたのでとっても安心しました。私は、アレルギーを持っていましたので、最初にスタッフにそれは除くように言っていました。アレルギーのものを除かれるだけではなく、他のものと変えて提供してくださり対応がしっかりしていて本当に嬉しかったです。
ご飯の時間が約１時間半ぐらいあり、終わった後にショーが開園します。フラダンスやマイケルジャクソン、ディズニーの曲様々なショーがあり、会場一体で楽しむことができました。ショー閉園後は、キャストの方との写真撮影もありましたので最後まで楽しむことができました！！またハワイに行った時は参加したいと思います。

In the Waikiki area, designated pickup locations are specified, and you will head to the airport while making stops along the way. It's not a private transfer, so it takes a bit longer, but since you get to see the townscape of Waikiki, I didn't feel particularly stressed.

ワイキキ地区で各ピックアップ場所が指定され、回りながら空港まで向かいます。貸し切りではないので、少し時間はかかりますが、ワイキキの町並みを見ながらでしたので、特にストレスは感じませんでした。

I didn't use it, but I think it's a great option to stop by Ala Moana.

I used the service again this time. I arrived about ten minutes late, so I was a bit nervous while waiting. I understand there can be various circumstances like traffic jams, but I would appreciate it if you could contact me when you're going to be more than five minutes late. Other than that, there were no particular issues. I would like to use the service again next time.

道路渋滞等、様々な事情があると思いますが、５分以上遅れるときは連絡をいただけるとありがたいかな？と思います。

My way of spending time before checking into the hotel has changed. It was great to be able to choose the time to go to Waikiki according to my activities. I extended my trip to Whole Foods and enjoyed Ward and Ala Moana. I was really glad to make effective use of my time without spending transportation costs from Waikiki. I would like to use this service again next time.

ホテルチェックインまでの間の過ごし方が変わりました。ワイキキへ行く時間も選択でき活動に合わせて選べて良かったです。私は、ホールフーズまで足を伸ばしワード、アラモアナと楽しめました。わざわざワイキキからの交通費を使わず時間の有効活用でき本当に良かったです。次回も利用したいと思います。

You can board from the center of Waikiki, and the views of Diamond Head and Waikiki Beach from the sea were very refreshing. Additionally, it was an amazing experience to see dolphins and sea turtles up close to the yacht. Even though it was sunny over the ocean, it was cool and comfortable.

ワイキキの中心から乗船でき、海側からのダイアモンドヘッドやワイキキビーチの景色がとても新鮮でした。また、イルカや海亀もヨットのすぐ近くで見る事が出来で最高の体験でした。海の上は晴れていても涼しくて快適です。

The lounge is essentially a luggage storage area called a lounge.
It’s stated that anything other than suitcases incurs a fee to be stored in lockers.
There were three women, and one of them was very pleasant, but the other two Japanese staff members had very poor attitudes. They treated other customers in the same way.
The staff at the airport during boarding did not speak Japanese, but they were very friendly, which was nice.

ラウンジはラウンジという名の荷物置き場。
スーツケース以外は有料でロッカーに入れるということ。
３名女性がいて１名はとても感じが良かったがあとの二人の日本人の対応がすごく悪かった。他のお客様に対してもそういう対応をしていた。
空港で乗車の際のスタッフは日本語は話さないが、とてもフレンドリーだったのがよかった。

It was convenient. I came to Hawaii alone as a woman, so I had some worries, but it was very helpful that I could make reservations easily in Japanese.

便利です。女性1人でハワイに来たので不安もありましたが、日本語対応で予約も簡単でとても助かりました。

I participated alone! There was another person who joined solo, so I didn't have any particular issues. It was my first time surfing, but they taught me carefully from the basics, which was great. I was really happy when I managed to ride the waves well. I think anyone who wants to try something new should definitely give it a go!

1人で参加しました！他にも1人参加の方がいましたし特に困ることはありませんでした。初めてのサーフィンでしたが、初心者向けで1から丁寧に教えて頂けました。上手く乗れたときは本当に嬉しかったです。新しいことに挑戦したい方はぜひ参加してみるといいと思います！

While cruising towards Diamond Head, we were able to enjoy beautiful scenery, and we were thrilled to see a sea turtle up close. Our group didn’t catch any fish, but they prepared and grilled the fish caught by others right there, and it was very delicious!

The only downside was that even though we arrived before the meeting time, we had to wait over 30 minutes before departing, which felt like a waste of precious morning time. I wonder if this laid-back attitude is just a characteristic of the country...

I would love to use this service again if the opportunity arises.

クルージングではダイヤモンドヘッドに向かいながらキレイな景色を堪能できて途中ウミガメ出現で近くまで寄せてもらいとても楽しめました。私達グループは釣れなかったけど他の方の釣れた魚をその場で捌いてくれてグリルして皆で食べさせて頂き、とても美味しかったです〜
残念だったのは集合時間前に行ってたのに30分以上も待たされてからの出航だったので朝の貴重な時間が勿体なかったです。アバウトなのは国独特の性質なのかな…
またの機会があれば利用したいです。

The boat sways a bit vertically, which can make you feel seasick, but the view from above is amazing. I will never forget it. The guide was also very kind, and I felt good enough to give a generous tip.

船は少し縦揺れが凄いので酔いますが、空からの長めは最高。

I participated in an activity during my trip to Hawaii in September. Since it was a special occasion, I chose the 150-meter height. The weather was great, so the view was amazing.

Before we started, the guide took a photo of me flying with a professional camera, and there was a service that allowed us to purchase the data. Since it was a special occasion, I decided to buy it! For about $20, I got a lot of great photos, so it was definitely worth it.

I would love to participate again when I go back to Hawaii!

9月に旅行でハワイに行った際のアクティビティで参加しました。せっかくなので150mの高さを選びました。天気も良かったので最高の景色でした。
始まる前にガイドさんの一眼で飛んでいるところの写真を撮ってもらい、それをデータで買うことができるサービスの案内がありました。せっかくなので購入しました！20ドル程度でたくさん撮ってもらえたので非常に良かったです^_^

またハワイに行った際には参加したいです！

My two sons wanted to try surfing, so we signed them up for a lesson since it was their first experience. They received instruction in Japanese. It seemed quite difficult, but by the second day, they were able to ride the waves a little. According to them, it was a lot of fun!

息子2人がサーフィンしたいと言うので、初体験だったのでレッスンの体験を申し込み、日本語でレクチャーしてもらったそうです。
かなり難しかったみたいですが、2日目には波に少し乗れたそうです。
2人曰く、楽しかったそうです！

Parasailing was amazing! The captain and crew were very enthusiastic, and even though my fellow passengers were strangers, they chatted with me before and after parasailing. I was filled with anxiety, but it was so much fun.
(Note) Japanese is not well understood.

However, I waited for 45 minutes past the scheduled pickup time, so I would have appreciated an email or some form of communication if there was going to be a delay. I was left wondering whether they would come or not, and it felt like I was just waiting around...

パラセーリング、最高でした！
船長さんたちも盛り上げてくれ、同乗者は知らない人たちでしたがパラセーリングする前後に声かけてくれ、不安いっぱいでしたがとても楽しかったです。
(注)日本語はほぼ通じないです

但し、迎え予定時間から45分も待ったので遅れる場合はメールなどで連絡が欲しかったです。
来るのか来ないのか分からず、待ちぼうけになってしまったので…

For the English lesson, there were some details I didn't fully understand, but the instructors provided solid support, so I was able to enjoy surfing!

I was also happy that they took photos of me while surfing.

It was my first time surfing in the ocean, but I was able to stand up and had a great time!

英語でのレッスンのため、細かい事分からない部分もありましたが、インストラクターの方々がしっかりサポートしてくださるので、楽しくサーフィンできました！

サーフィンをしている姿を写真に撮ってくれるのも、嬉しいです。

海でサーフィンは初めてでしたが、立つ事ができ、楽しめました！

We participated as a group of five. Since we were the last ones, we got completely soaked, to the point where we were dropped into the water (laughs). The previous groups barely got wet, or only their feet went into the water.

5組での参加でした。私たちは一番最後だったので、頭までずぶ濡れになるほど、水の中に落としてもらえました（笑）それまでの組みは全然濡れなかったり、足だけが水の中に入ったり。

We take a boat out to the submarine. We glide past canoes and surfers, enjoying views of Honolulu's beaches and cityscape, as well as Diamond Head from the sea before boarding. We also enjoyed a short cruise. At the bottom of the ocean, there are not only fish but also sea turtles and eels...

潜水艦に乗る沖合まで船で行きます。
カヌーや波乗りの横をすり抜け、ホノルルのビーチと街並み、ダイヤモンドヘッドを海側から眺めてから乗船です。短い時間のクルーズも楽しめました。

We received an email informing us that Ala Moana was closed and we were unable to stop by at the last minute, which forced us to change our shopping plans unexpectedly. I believe the closure of Ala Moana was known earlier, so I would have appreciated a bit more advance notice.

Regarding the transportation, we were able to depart immediately after our arrival, and the driver was cheerful and pleasant, creating a friendly atmosphere during our transfer to the hotel.

アラモアナが休みで直前に立ち寄れないとのメール連絡があり、買い物の予定を組んでいた我々にとっては急遽予定変更を余儀なくされた。アラモアナの休みは早くに分かっていたと思うため、もう少し早めの連絡が欲しかった。
送迎に関しては、到着後直ぐに出発でき、運転手の方も明るく愉快で和やかな雰囲気でホテルまで移動できました。

This was my first surfing experience in Hawaii, even though I've been there several times! The group lessons with Hands Heideman Hawaii Local Surfing Lessons were so much fun, as the instructors helped us a lot and made it easy to ride the waves. I want to make this a routine every time I come to Hawaii from now on!＼(^^)／ I think it would be difficult to enjoy surfing like that without the instructors. Everything, including the timing, was just perfect, and I am truly satisfied. I can't find any complaints. Thanks to them, I was able to enjoy the Hawaiian sea even more than usual!! ✩.*˚ Thank you so much! ((﹡ˆ︶ˆ﹡))

Seeing the turtles was so fun and the guys that helped us get all set were amazing. They filled our drinks after and made she we were well taken care of.

It was my first time, and I was nervous, but I had the best time enjoying the wonderful scenery and the ocean while on the boat. I definitely want to try parasailing again. When I come to Hawaii next time, I will absolutely do it again.

I had to go to Hilton Grand Waikikian, but ended up at Waikiki Grand Hotel. I want to say it was a good thing because I got to see the unfinished FINISH gate of the Honolulu Marathon, but I lost quite a bit of time.

I thought dinner was included, but it turned out to be just a show without dinner, so I couldn't eat. The reservation site is confusing. I wanted to immerse myself in a Hawaiian mood and see the fire dance, so I made a reservation, but it was just a brief appearance at the very end. The performances by Elvis and Michael were long, and I was starting to think I might not get to see the fire dance at all. The dance was erotic and wonderful, but it was too stimulating for families with children.

Anyway, I'm really disappointed. I would have rather spent my money on something else.

夕飯付きだと思ったら夕飯なしのショーだけのタイプで食べられませんでした。予約サイトがわかりにくいです。ハワイアンな気分に浸りたくてファイヤーダンスをみたいと思い予約しましたが、最後の最後で一瞬の登場。それまでのエルビスやマイケルが長くて、もしかしたらファイヤーダンスは見れないのかと思っていたくらい。ダンスもエロティックで、素晴らしいけど子連れには刺激が強過ぎた。
とにかくがっかり。これなら別のことにお金払った。

My husband, our 5-year-old child, and I signed up for the 120m parasailing. I thought our child might be scared since it was their first time, but they are good with roller coasters and enjoyed it without any fear, saying they want to do it again! The boat does sway quite a bit, so it might be tough for those who get seasick.

夫、私、5歳の子の3人で120mを申込みました。子どもはパラセーリングが初めてだったので、怖がるかと思いましたが、ジェットコースター等は得意な方なので、全く怖がらずにまた乗りたい！と楽しんでくれました。
船はかなり揺れるので、船酔いする方は厳しいかもしれません。

The guide was fun and friendly, and I thoroughly enjoyed the walk in the sky! The view of Diamond Head and the hotels from up high was exceptional.

This was the highlight of my trip! I loved it, so much fun and the view was amazing! Not for those without a strong stomach though or plenty of seasickness meds on board as the boat ride was a little rough. I think I was one of the only one’s who didn’t have a problem with it! Definitely worth trying especially since you can get hotel pick up and drop off as well as optional pictures which was nice.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff and lots to see on this tour.

The prices vary depending on the seats, but you could see the stage from any seat.
The show included hula dancing, singing, audience participation, and a grand finale with fire dancing—there was so much to enjoy!
It was the perfect show to enjoy a night in Hawaii.
After watching the show, you receive a discount voucher for the bar next door at the Hilton, so you can savor a drink while relishing the afterglow of the show... it was just fantastic!

ショーはフラダンスあり、歌あり、お客さんを引っ張り出しての余興あり、ラストのファイアーダンスまで盛りだくさん！
ハワイの夜を楽しむには最高のショーでした。
ショーを鑑賞した後は、隣のヒルトンにあるバーの割引券がもらえるので、ショーの余韻を感じながら一杯・・・なんて最高なこともできたり。

I made a reservation in Japan, so I was a bit anxious about whether everything would be okay, but it was early and I understood everything right away... everyone was very kind and it was great.

日本で、予約をしたので、大丈夫かと、不安も少しありましたが、時間も早く、すぐにわかりました…とても、親切で良かったです。
