The bus arrived a little earlier than scheduled. It was speedy and efficient. The seats were comfortable, and we reached the airport in no time. I would like to use it again.

時間より少し早くバスが到着。スピーデイで無駄がなかったです。バスもゆったり座れてあっという間に空港へ。また利用したいです。

What I always use is cost and convenience. Unless there is a significant issue, the pickup usually arrives at the scheduled time. Depending on the road conditions at that time, we may take the highway or use regular roads, but there are no special delays that cause problems.

いつも利用しているのは費用と利便性です。　よほどのことが無い限りほぼ予定の時刻にピックアップが来ます。　空港へはその時の道路事情ですぐに高速になったり一般道路を利用したりですが特別遅れて困りることはありません。

The pickup was almost on schedule when we arrived at the hotel, and although the road was congested, it was enjoyable to pass through areas where we could walk around the city while detouring.

ピックアップはほぼ予定通りでホテルにつきましたし、道が混んでいましたが迂回する中で街歩きしたところを通っていたので楽しかった。

They arrived on time to pick me up, and I reached the airport with plenty of time to spare. Everything was accurate, and they handled my suitcase with care, which was great.

時間通りに迎えにきていただき、余裕を持って空港へ到着。正確だし、スーツケースの取り扱いなども丁寧で良かった。

I had a very enjoyable day. The bus guide, who claimed to be from Yoshimoto, kept the atmosphere lively with laughter throughout the ride. The guide at the Polynesian Cultural Center was also a very cheerful and kind young man. He efficiently guided us to the showtimes, allowing us to explore the vast grounds with satisfaction. For dinner, we enjoyed a Hawaiian show while wearing beautiful flower leis.

The highlight was definitely the evening show. We had front-row seats! The two main performers were stunningly attractive. You could feel the intensity of the actors' sweat and breathing, making it very powerful. The fire show was particularly impressive; it felt like they were putting their lives on the line.

After the performance, the actors came over to shake hands, which was truly moving. After that, we returned to the bus with plenty of time to spare before departure. However, it seemed like the return bus was going quite fast, as I don't think anyone was sleeping.

とても楽しい1日でした。
バスのガイドさんは、自称吉本の⚪️⚪️さんというだけあって笑いの絶えない車内でした。
ボリネシア文化センターのガイドの方もとても明るく親切な青年でした。的確にショーの時間に案内してくれて効率よく広大な園内を回れて満足しました。ディナーは、生花の素敵なレイをかけていただきハワイアンショーを見ながら楽しめました。
特に圧巻は、夜のショー。なんと席は最前列。主役の2人は、美男美女。役者さんの汗や息づかいまで感じられて迫力満点。特に火のショーは、もうそこまでしなくてもと思うほど命張ってました。
そして、なんと終演後役者さんの方から握手してきてくれて感動物でした。それからバスに戻っても時間的には余裕で出発でした。しかし、帰りのバスは、かなりスピードが出てるようで眠ってる人は、いなかったように思いました。

I participated in Hawaii for the first time with my relatives, and although I was filled with anxiety due to the many unknowns, the clarity of the pickup process made things easier. Even though the roads were congested, I felt a sense of accomplishment when the route I remembered from walking around the city matched up.

初めてのハワイで親戚と一緒に参加しましたが、知らないことだらけで不安がいっぱいでしたが、ピックアップの判りやすさと、道は混んでいたけれど街歩きで覚えていた経路が一緒だった時には何となく得したような感じが。

I always ask Mr. Roberts for the shuttle. Since it's just transportation, I shouldn't expect too much, but at least the price performance is excellent.

送迎だけなので余り高望みをしてもいけないでしょうが、少なくとも価格パフォーマンスは最高でしょう。

I made a reservation in Japan before departure. They were supposed to pick us up in front of the hotel. Even after 10 minutes and then 20 minutes, they didn't arrive... After confirming by phone at the front desk, another 15 minutes passed...

It seems they were delayed because there was a large event happening in Waikiki at that time, but then the person in charge rushed over looking flustered. For a while, they were making phone calls and seemed quite confused. We hurriedly carried our suitcases and golf bags to the bus stop, which was about a 5-minute walk...

In the end, it was just the four of us—my husband and I, along with an elderly couple from abroad—who were taken directly to the airport in a large tour bus. The immigration line was also very long, and by the time we got through, it was already boarding time. All in all, I was relieved to finally return to Japan, but I was on edge the whole time.

出発前に日本で予約していきました。ホテル前でピックアップしてくれる予定でした。10分経っても20分経っても来ない････。フロントで電話確認してもらい、さらに15分過ぎ････。
丁度ワイキキ市内で大規模なイベントが開催されてたから遅れたのでしょうが、その後担当者が血相を変えて駆けつけてきました。暫くは電話をかけまくってましたが、かなり混乱していました。歩いて5分くらいのバス乗り場までスーツケースとゴルフバックを駆け足で運び････。
結局、私達夫婦と外国の老夫婦の計4人だけで大型観光バスで空港まで直行してくれました。
入国審査も大行列で、抜けた頃にはもう搭乗時間になってました。何はともあれ、何とか日本に戻って来れてホッとしましたが、ドキドキしっぱなしでした。

Usually, there are no problems, but this time there were various issues. The delay of the shuttle and the overbooking of the small van were a bit tiring. These things can happen.

いつもは炉ラブルなどないんだけど、今回はいろいろ有った。送迎車の遅延にオーバーブッキングとなる小さなバンはちょっと疲れた。こんなこともあるでしょう。

It was a long-awaited trouble. It was explained as Big Bus, but the pickup took a long time to arrive, and the van that seemed to be contracted was completely full, resulting in some people being left behind. It was my first trouble.

久しぶりのトラブルでした。Big Busと説明だったがなかなかお迎えが来なくて、契約と思われるバンでぎっしりと満員、積み残しが出る状況でした。初めてのトラブルでした。

My family and I went to this tour for the very first and we had fun with our experience. We were able to visit one of this historical sites in Hawaii but also our tour guide named Cody was a very jolly person and entertained us while we are on the bus. I would recommend this tour to my other families and friends as well. :)

From Las Vegas, I transferred in Los Angeles to Honolulu. They were waiting for me at the domestic arrival area, so it was smooth without any need to search for them.

ラスベガスがら、ロサンゼルス乗り継ぎでホノルルへ。国内線の到着の所で待っていてくれて、探すこともなく、スムーズでした。

Waikiki Beach, hotel pickup departure, next stop Hanauma Bay "The view of the bay from above is amazing!" Then to Moanalua Gardens "It was a breathtaking experience in nature, famous for the tree from the song 'What Tree is This?'" We visited Waimanalo Shopping Center and Dole Plantation "The pineapple soft serve was delicious." We went in the order of Haleiwa and arrived at the Polynesian Cultural Center around 1 PM "It was a fantastic bus drive around half of Oahu Island, enjoying the stunning views for about three hours, the best way to learn about Oahu!"

After arriving, we had lunch, and there were various cultural experiences available in the park, all fresh and enjoyable. Canoe show "We watched many Hawaiian dances." Dinner "Steak, fruits, and dessert were delicious." The night show, “‘Ha’ Breath of Life,” which boasts the largest scale in Hawaii, featured over 100 staff performing passionately for nearly two hours. It showcased the growth of a life born on the island into a fine young man who would govern the island and protect its people, presented through songs and dances! The fire dance show in the second half was a powerful light show that you absolutely cannot see anywhere else. It was the best!

Spending time in the park until 9:30 PM, I felt like I truly experienced Hawaii and became one with the locals! It was a fulfilling tour. Thank you to all the cast members; I was moved to tears and deeply grateful.

Since I had already heard the story in Japanese from our guide during the bus drive, even though I didn't understand the language, I was able to enjoy the show smoothly and with even more intensity. Thank you to our wonderful guide; I will come back again!

ワイキキビ-チ、ホテルお迎え出発、次がハナウマ湾「上空から見る湾の景色最高！」、モアナルアガ-デン「この木なんの木♪でおなじみの大自然を満喫圧巻でした」ワイマナロショッピングセンター、ド-ルプランテ-ション「パイナップルソフトが美味しかったです」ハレイワの順番で回って、午後1時頃にポリネシアカルチャーセンターに到着「約３時間からの絶景を見ながらのオハフ島約半周,ワイキキの反対側までバスドライブでしたオアフ島を知るには最高です！」
到着後は、ランチ、園内では様々な民族の体験ができどれもが新鮮で楽しむことができました。カヌーショー「沢山のハワイの踊りを観覧」 デイナー「ステーキ,果物,デザート,美味しかったです」ハワイ最大規模を誇る“‘ハァ’ブレス・オブ・ライフ”ナイトショー「100人以上のスタッフが２時間近くに渡り熱演、島で生れた一つの命が格闘の渦中立派な青年へと成長、軈て島を治め島民を守って行く姿を舞台で、歌や踊りで披露！特に後半のファイヤーダンスショーは他では絶対に見られない迫力のライトショー」最高でした！。
夜9時半まで園内で過ごした自分は、これこそ誇れるハワイなり！と島民に成りきった思いでの大満喫出来たツアーでした♡キャストの皆さん有難う、涙と感激有難う御座いました♡。
夜のショーは、あらかじめガイドさんから日本語でバスドライブ中ストーリーを一通り聞いていた為、言語はわからずともスムーズに一層迫力を受け楽しむことができました。素敵なガイドさん有難う、又お邪魔しまーす♡。

I used it on the way there, and since they also came to pick me up at the hotel on the way back, it was very convenient and helpful, especially since I had a lot of luggage.

This time, I applied for the shuttle service for the first time. I usually travel by taxi, but since the taxi stand is a bit far, I decided to request it.

The guide who came to pick me up was very pleasant, and I was able to be transported to the hotel very smoothly.

I would like to use this service again.

Ben our driver was great. Thoroughly enjoyed his narration as we traveled. Very informative. Long day but very very worth it!!

It was a slightly larger shuttle, but it was full with an elderly foreign couple. Sometimes this happens. Without worrying about it, I enjoyed the scenery, and before I knew it, we arrived in Waikiki. It was easy and comfortable.

少し大きめのシャトルでしたが、外人老夫婦で満員でした。こんな時もあります。
気にせず景色を見ながら〜あっという間にワイキキ到着しました。楽チン

Since it was a domestic flight, I was glad that they were waiting right at the baggage claim upon arrival. They were very kind and friendly, and they worked efficiently, so I was happy to have requested their service. The fact that I could choose the time regardless of the schedule was a valuable aspect. I would like to request their service again next time.

国内線だったからか、到着するとすぐにターンテーブルの所に待っていてくれてので良かったです。とても親切でフレンドリーで仕事もテキパキと動いていてお願いしてよかったです。唯一時間帯関わらず選べたので貴重です。また次回もお願いしたいです。

As soon as you exit the group exit, you will see a small green sign for Roberts Hawaii on the desk. The man who guided us to the bus was smiling, cheerful, and very pleasant, which was great.

We visited about four hotels during the ride, but the driver was unfriendly and didn't smile or say anything when we got off and said thank you, which was disappointing.

団体出口を出てすぐ右にロバーツハワイの緑のサイン（思ったより小さいです）がデスクの上に見えます。バスまで案内していただいた男性は笑顔、明るくてとても感じよくて良かったです。
乗車して４つぐらいのホテルを周りましたが、ドライバーさんは愛想が悪く、降りてサンキューと言っても笑顔もなく全く無言でしたので残念でした。

There are few hotels to pick up from, so I was able to be transported without being taken around for a long time, which was not tiring. The interior of the car was spacious and clean, and the seats were comfortable and roomy, making it very pleasant. I definitely want to use this service again next time.

ピックアップして回るホテルの数が少ないので
長い時間連れ回されることなく送って貰えるので

This is my second order. I am staying at the Hilton Grand Waikikian, but both times I was not able to have the car stop in front of the lobby. The driver's notes included what seemed to be an abbreviation for Hilton Rainbow Tower. When making the reservation, I provided the name of the hotel, but it seems meaningless... Does the driver not know? During check-in at the hotel, the front desk staff mentioned that normally, cars can stop in front of the lobby... The driver was actively pointing at the Rainbow Tower and gesturing for us to go there, so we pointed to the opposite side, indicating that we were over there. I wish the information could be communicated properly.

今回2回目のオーダーです。ヒルトン　グランドワイキキアンに宿泊なのですが、前回・今回ともロビー前に止めてもらえませんでした。
運転手の記載にはヒルトン　レインボータワーらしき略称アルファベットが記入されていました
申込の際に宿泊ホテル名を記入するのですが、意味がありません・・運転手は知らないのでしょうか・・
ホテルチェックインの際、フロントの人が言っていましたが、通常はロビー前に止めてもらえるのですが・・・
運転手は盛んにレインボータワーを指差し、行けと　ジェスチャーしていたので、私達はこちらだと反対側を指差しました
情報はキチント伝えて欲しいものです

There are few hotels that rotate, so it allows for efficient travel to the airport and saves time. The bus interior and seats are spacious, making it a comfortable shuttle service. The price is also very reasonable, and I definitely want to use it again next time.

回るホテル数が少ないので効率よく空港まで行けて時間の節約になります。
バスの車内もシートも広くて快適な送迎サービスです。価格も格安で次回も絶対に利用したいと思います。

This time, I asked Mr. Roberts, who has been taking care of me on tours for a while, to pick me up. I was relieved that he was very punctual. Mr. Roberts has a lot of availability, so I felt comfortable using his service. The vehicle was clean, and I think it suits meticulous Japanese people well. I will use it again.

今回は以前からツアーなどでお世話になっていたロバーツさんにお迎えをお願いしました。
時間はとてもきっちりとされていたので安心しました。ロバーツさんは便数も多く、安心して利用することが出来ました。車体もきれいですし、きっちりしている日本人には向いていると思いました。また利用させていただきます。

My friend, who was supposed to take a taxi to the hotel after arriving in Hawaii, got lost at the airport... I found my friend safely, and when I explained the situation to the staff at Roberts, they quickly arranged for an additional person. They were very kind and it was a great help. 無事に友だちを見つけて、ロバーツのスタッフの方に事情を話すと１人追加の手配をすぐにしてくれました。

I went to Hawaii with a large group, but due to work circumstances, we gathered and dispersed locally. I arranged for Roberts Hawaii for my friend who was returning alone. We all sent her off in a grand manner, and she was happy that she could go to the airport with peace of mind.

大人数でハワイに行ったのですが、仕事の都合で現地集合、現地解散でした。
一人で帰る友人に安心のロバーツでお願いしました。
みんなで盛大に見送り、彼女は安心して空港まで行けたと喜んでいました。

I chose Roberts Hawaii's shuttle for my evening arrival on a flight from Guam to Honolulu. For the 6:30 PM arrival, the group exit was closed, and everyone was directed to the individual exit.

Once I passed through the exit, a staff member in a green uniform from Roberts was waiting right there, and I was able to board the shuttle smoothly. It was helpful to have a company that operates 24 hours.

グアムからホノルル着の便のため、夕方到着に対応してる、ロバーツさんのシャトルを選択しました。18：30着の場合、団体出口は封鎖されていて、全員が個人出口から出される形でした。
出口を通過したら、すぐにロバーツさんのグリーンの制服を着た係りの人が待機していて、スムーズにシャトルに乗ることができました。24時間対応の会社があって助かりました。

Since it was my first time using it, I was a bit worried, but everything went smoothly and on time without any issues. I definitely want to use it again next time.

I was comfortably transported in a spacious car with roomy seats. Fortunately, I didn't have to stop at three hotels, so the travel time was short, and I arrived at the hotel quickly. I definitely want to use this service again next time.
