Amazing day! We learned so much!! Everything was very well organized from start to end. Our guide, Guy, was funny and very informative about the island and the sites we were visiting. I would highly recommend this trip to everyone except perhaps those with very small children or people needing wheelchair assistance. It can be done but the pace is pretty fast. The Mighty Mo was our favorite part.

My first solo trip abroad. It was also my first time arranging and taking a shuttle bus by myself... The flight was delayed by an hour. However, at the Roberts check-in counter, there was a staff member who spoke Japanese, and they handled everything properly despite the delay. They dropped us off in order based on a list with the names of the hotels where guests were staying. They put a sticker with the hotel name on my suitcase, so I didn't have to worry even if the driver couldn't speak Japanese. They also came to pick me up with plenty of time to spare for the return trip, which was really reassuring. Thank you to the drivers for your safe driving!

There was construction in front of the hotel and the roads were very congested, so we couldn't arrive on time. However, when I checked with the driver of the car that arrived earlier, they kindly informed me of the approximate wait time, which was reassuring. At first, I thought the pickup time was a bit early, but it was likely planned considering the road construction. While waiting, I noticed the frequency of Roberts' services. They drop each passenger off at their respective airline check-in counters, which was very helpful.

We had a great driver. He was very pleasant and informative. We learned a lot. We particularly enjoyed the Bowfin submarine. We had kids ages 8 and 10. It was very interesting. The movie about the history of Pearl Harbor very moving. The USS Mossouri was interesting but made tour a bit long for the kids. I would recommend the shorter tour of heading home after the Arizona Memorial if you have young kids. Submarine was highlight for us for the day.

I am sure I have done this, but will do it again"our visit to Pearl Harbor, was thought provoking,informative, sad, educational and enlightening. The story of Pearl Harbor is a tragic era in our modern history. As an Australian, I empathise with the Americans for the way their service people and civilians were attacked, violated and killed at that time in history. The war in the Pacific involved a list of countries. My place of work, is named after a Hospital Ship "Centaur "..this boat belonged to the Australian fleet. It was bombed off the coast of Queensland, north of Brisbane.....it had the flag stipulating its identity as a Hospital Ship, but was still attacked by a Japanese submarine. Many innocent people lost their lives on that day also, same as in Pearl Harbor. Our freer was sensational, his knowledge and wit were unbelievable..

Amazing view of Oahu Hawaii! It was such an exciting experience that I've never had before. Our pilot Julie was awesome. She made good narration during the whole trip. The only thing that disappointed me was my seat. Seats were allocated randomly, and mine was not a window seat, so that I didn't have the best perspective to take pictures.
