We were picked up less than a block away from our Waikiki Hotel for an early morning 6:30am tour with a guarantee to return us back to the hotel no later than 2:00 pm. As we had a scheduled 3:00pm pick-up for transportation to the cruise ship pier from our Hotel, the time schedule was critical. The drive showed up right on time in a luxury Tour Bus. We completed the Pearl harbor tour which included the USS Missouri, the USS Arizona, and the city tour and got us back to our hotel with time to spare. Great Service. Would highly recommend.

I used this service on my return from the Neighbor Islands. The staff welcomed me at the baggage claim area and helped with the luggage pickup, which was very attentive. The shuttle seemed to have come from the international terminal, and there were already four or five groups ahead of me. Since my hotel was the last stop, it took a little time to arrive, but that can't be helped. This service is very convenient for individual travelers without a rental car.

Started out from our hotel with a great driver who was very knowledgable and entertaining. We stopped to see Hanauma Bay which was beautiful then moved on to see some very beautiful scenery areas and a stop for ice cream. We hadn't seen this part of the island before especially the beautiful homes with ocean scenery. We ended up at Kuala Ranch that had a tram tour that was somewhat of a disappointment because we saw scenery from the ranch that we could see from the road but now much of the ranch or ranching activities. The gold buffet lunch was okay but only came with complimentary water with tiny plastic glasses. If we wanted any other drinks we had to stand in line while our food got cold. We headed to Dole thinking we would get a tour but again only stopped at the gift shop for shopping. Best part of that was we had another pineapple whip which was great. We saw many of the same things on this tour that we saw the day before on our Pearl Harbor / Polynesian tour. The driver was great and very informative but the tour was just so-so and wouldn't recommend it to others who do the Pearl Harbor / Polynesian Cultural Center.

I made a last-minute reservation here because another company (a Japanese one) had already closed their bookings. After making the reservation, I received a confirmation email stating, "Hotel pickup is 3.5 hours prior." I thought that was early, but considering I didn't know the road conditions and they would be stopping at other hotels, I figured it was reasonable.

I was fully prepared and waiting in the lobby, but the van took a while to arrive. I started to doubt whether they would come to call me in the lobby, so I waited by the roadside in front of the hotel. While waiting, it was confusing because large buses and vans that didn't have "Roberts" written on them were stopping nearby.

The confirmation email mentioned, "If they don't arrive in 10 minutes, call us," and I hesitated, thinking, "It's about time to call... (but I wouldn't understand if they spoke in English)." Finally, around 15 minutes later, the van arrived. After stopping at a couple of other hotels and passing through the domestic terminal, we arrived at my flight's terminal 2 hours and 40 minutes before departure.

Since I don't understand English, I thought that next time, I should consider having Japanese support as one of my criteria, just in case.

予約確定メールに「10分経って来なかったらTELを」と書いてあり、「そろそろTELを…(でも英語で言われても意味分かんないし)」と躊躇していたところ、15分過ぎた頃にバンが到着。その後2か所くらい他ホテルを回り、国内線ターミナルを経由し、私のフライトのターミナルに到着したのはフライトの2時間40分前でした。
英語が分からない私は、次回は、万一の場合に日本語対応可であることも選択基準のひとつにしようと思いました。

I had some trouble with the departure procedures, so I hurried to the meeting place. However, my fellow passengers ended up gathering 15 minutes later. I waited there, zoning out, but since it was a trip where there was no rush, it wasn't a problem.

We stopped at four hotels, and I was the last to get off at the fifth stop. I think this service is good in that regard because if there weren't a rule limiting it to five stops, there could be a possibility of more people being crammed in. I'm also grateful that it can be used without tipping.

Tony our bus driver was exceptional. He was informative of the Island. We were picked up at the Hiton Hawaiian and proceeded to Punch Bowl Cemetery. That was a beautiful resting place for the fallen. We then drove to Pearl Harbor and Tony walked in the Park with us, gave us are tickets and pointed out where we were to go and what time. Tony was very hands on with our group and very caring of our journey into Pearl Harbor.
After our visit to the Memorial of which I cried, actually it was very overwhelming to be there and fully felt a piece of history unfolding. Quite an experience, a must see if you go to Honolulu. We then had time to explore the gift shops and proceeded back to the bus, which Tony was waiting on us with mints and a hand towel to wash our hands. Tony is something else. We then started to our way back to the hotel drop off location.
Please don't use anyone but this group, the whole experience was OUTSTANDING.

I participated in the garden tour at the Bishop Museum. I took the city bus, which took about 45 minutes, and arrived before the opening. The gate was open, so I relaxed in the garden and took some photos. The garden tour with a Japanese guide started at 9:15.

I learned about the names and origins of the plants, heard Hawaiian folklore, and had the unique experience of cracking kukui nuts and touching them, which I couldn't have done without the guide. The bracelet I made became my souvenir.

I highly recommend that after the garden tour, you don't leave right away but continue to spend time at the Bishop Museum. There are many hands-on exhibits where you can play and touch traditional Hawaiian instruments, making it a lot of fun for both kids and adults. The planetarium was also great.

I use Roberts Hawaii every time, both for arrival and departure. Since it's a shuttle service, as long as the timing is precise, I can easily and comfortably arrive at the airport or hotel without any hassle. I have never had any issues with the hotel to airport transfer.

I use this service every time between the airport and the hotel. This time, I waited for the bus at the airport for about 30 minutes for the first time. Also, it took an hour to reach the hotel due to the hotel drop-offs (since I was the last one). As someone who knows the roads in Honolulu to some extent, I have some doubts about the route taken to drop off at the hotels (like passing the same roads multiple times and going past hotels where people were getting off). However, since I'm just riding and not in a hurry, the convenience is a plus. I wonder if the driver was inexperienced?

Since we took the bus, it was a bit of a long journey, but we were able to spend a very relaxing day. The hula lesson and craft experience were just for us, so it felt almost like a private lesson. The craft experience with the tea leaf lei work was fun, and the hula was taught with great care, which made me happy. The spacious grounds were pleasant, and the planetarium had interesting explanations. The guide in the museum provided thorough explanations as we toured the exhibits, allowing us to learn about Hawaiian culture.

THE BUSで出向いたので少し遠い道のりでしたが、とてもゆったりと一日過ごすことが出来ました。
フラレッスンもクラフト体験も私達だけでしたからほぼプライベートレッスン状態でした。
クラフト体験のティーリーフのレイワークも楽しかったし、フラは丁寧に教えて下さったし、嬉しかったです。
広い敷地内で気持ち良く、プラネタリウムでは興味深い説明で、博物館内も案内の方がしっかり説明して展示物を回ってくださるのでハワイの文化を知ることができました。

It was pouring rain when Patrick picked us up at the hotel. he was able to shuffle some of the tour around and quite literally worked magic so that when we got to the Arizona the sun came out. He was very knowledgeable and his humor made a very somber trip fun and interesting. Would definitely take another tour with him. the bus was Royal Star if that helps others.
