As soon as I exited the arrivals area for individuals, there was a meeting point to the right. I could easily spot it because they were wearing yellow vests. After waiting for about five minutes, the bus arrived and departed smoothly. The staff helped load my suitcase onto the bus, which was very helpful. The driver was a cheerful person, and I could really feel that I had arrived in Hawaii!

Since it's a shuttle service, I don't need any special services, but I'm always anxious because the pickup time is never on schedule, and I end up waiting for 15 minutes. When I try to call 15 minutes after the pickup time, the bus arrives, so I would like them to come a little earlier. I hope they consider the delays at each hotel when setting the pickup times.

I have been frequently staying at a condominium (which is not used for tours, but is located in Waikiki) where the HIS shuttle does not go, so I use this service instead. After exiting the airport, there is a reception area diagonally to the left where they can assist you in Japanese, so there are no issues. I asked at the reception for the number of the pillar where the shuttle waits, then moved there and checked in again. The shuttle driver only speaks English, but once you tell them the name of your hotel, you just need to get off, so it shouldn't be a problem. Honestly, I wouldn't personally call it a "budget" price, but since it's closer than the Uber pickup area and you can sit comfortably, I consider it acceptable.

I arrived at the airport feeling jet-lagged, and the first encounter after leaving the airport was with this shuttle bus. The passengers waiting to board are gathered in one place, and staff call out names for boarding the shuttle bus in order. At this point, I wonder if taking a taxi or an Uber would have been better. However, the low cost of the shuttle bus is certainly appreciated. The distance between the airport and Waikiki is quite significant. If there’s no traffic, it takes about 30 minutes, but on some days it can take close to an hour. There are frequent bumps in the seats, so those with back pain should be cautious.
