Kualoa Ranch Jurassic Jungle Expedition Tour & Off-Road Adventure [90-minutes]

What an incredible ranch!
We were picked up from Waikiki and taken in to Kualoa Ranch - this was great because we wouldn't have been able to do the tour otherwise.
The site of the ranch is incredible. Breath taking! Stunning mountains on one side, blue ocean on the other.
We were met off the bus and given all the info we'd need.
Our 'Jungle Expedition' tour guide was fantastic.
He gave us lots of information, picked some Mountain Apples along the way and generally added to the experience.
If we'd have had more time we would definitely have booked another tour.

ジャングルツアーは車で山のなかを走って頂上に近いところまで行って絶景です 車なので早いですが自力で登ったら半日以上かかります 体験談にもあったけど砂埃は結構あります 特に四輪バギーが前を走ったら酷い 乾季だからなのか周りの木々も色が変わっている位 嫌いな人はマスクしたらいいかもしれません 映画のロケ地は余り映画を観ていないのでジェラシックパークくらいしかわかりませんでした 農園ツアーはカカオ試食が良かったです

ダイアモンドヘッドに行くトロリーバス目当てで予約しました。利用する前日にロイヤル・ハワイアン・センターＢ館の３階にあるLeaLeaラウンジで確認書を提示し、乗車券に引き換えました。その際、窓口で各路線のルートと時刻表をもらいましたので、それを携帯しながら回れ便利でした。ダイアモンドヘッドに行くトロリーは朝早くから運行していますが、夕方くらいで山に登れなくなるので、トロリーは夕方くらいで終わりました。また、混雑するのでスタッフの方に始発のロイヤル・ハワイアン・センターで乗車するようアドバイスをいただきました。窓のない車でハワイの風を感じながら移動できました。１日何度でも利用できる条件でしたので、午後は１日２便しか運行していない１４時３０分発、東オアフルートのトロリーに乗りました。

綺麗なビーチでシュノーケリング＆のんびりしたく参加しました。
お店に到着後、スタッフのなつえさんから説明や注意事項を聞き、すぐに自転車とオプションのシュノーケリングセット、ゴザを借り全米で一番になったこともあるラニカイビーチへ。自転車で１０分ほどです。人も少なく、静かで本当に綺麗なビーチでした。シュノーケリングをしましたが、海岸近くでも珊瑚の周りに熱帯魚を沢山見ることが出来ました。残念ながらホヌ（海亀）には出会うことは出来ませんでしたが、運が良ければ出会えるそうです。
午前中をラニカイビーチで過ごし、お店に戻りランチ。選べるランチの中からピザとロコモコを選びました。ピザはとても大きく美味しかったです。
午後はビーチチェアを借りてカイルアビーチへ。こちらはシャワーやトイレなどの設備があり家族連れで海水浴される方がいらっしゃいました。
海岸の木陰にビーチチェアを置き、時々海に入りながら、帰りの時間までのんびりと過ごしました。
現地で分からないことがあれば、スタッフのなつえさんに聞けば解決できました。
運良く天気にも恵まれ楽しめました。
静かで綺麗なビーチで遊びたい方にはお勧めです。

凝縮されたプランでした!
カネオヘ湾クルーズは、船までの送迎バスもアクテビティのひとつ、窓全開で爽快でした。船も2種類に乗り、島を歩くし、海も綺麗、浅瀬ではサンゴ礁やホヌも見ることができて、道中、どこをとっても、全ての景色がフォトチャンス、綺麗で、大満喫でした。
映画ロケ地バスツアーは、最後に並んで乗り込んでしまったので、家族4人がばらばらの相席に‥。それもそれで、海外からの観光客と、交流できたように思います。日本人は、私たちの他に1組だけいらっしゃいました。
バスのドライバー兼ガイドさんが、最後に、フラを踊ってくれたのですが、その踊りが、大変感動的でした！衣装をきてなくても、一瞬で美しいオーラに。この踊りは祈りなんだなと、感じました。
10代の息子は次は、馬とかバギーとかアクティブなものを体験したいと言ってましたが、70代の祖母は、どれも大変喜んでました。ツアー前に撮ってもらった写真も、帰りに記念に買ってきました。お勧めです。

どちらかというとハワイのローカルフードを中心に楽しめるツアー

以前にオアフ島１周するツアーにも参加したことがあるため、今回は違ったツアーということでこのツアーを選びました。どのツアーもだいたい同じところを走るのですが、訪問先が異なり、今回のツアーは、海の絶景もさることながら、どちらかというとローカルフードが試食できるのがメインのツアーでした。ただ、試食といっても、無理に購入させられることはなかったので、そのあたりは安心です。
あと、今回のガイドさんは日本人の高齢の方で、かなり癖がある方でしたので、合う合わないはあるかもしれませんが、あまり気にしない方が楽しめると思いました。

到着初日は時間と体調が読めないために、ワイキキトロリーに乗ろうと思っており、事前に手配できることはしておこうと、当日現地で購入することもできますけど、事前申し込みをしました。申し込み後、現地のカウンターで、バウチャーを見せ、紙のチケットに交換してもらうという形です（公式サイトから予約すると電子チケットが受け取れるようです）。
今回、一日券を購入しましたが、ワイキキトロリーは他社と違って、今のところ一日券は連続する2日間有効なので、２日間かけて3路線（ブルー・グリーン・レッド）乗車しました。乗った感想では、運転手さんによって、この観光ポイントを見てもらいたい、というおすすめの場所と時間の使い方が違いますが、ワイキキ周辺の観光地を訪問してくれるのがありがたかったです。
また、他社のトロリーバスとの違いですが、料金や訪問先以外には、見たところ客層が異なるという印象を受けました。ワイキキトロリーはアメリカ人などの観光客も乗車しますが、ハイバスやLeaLeaトロリーは日本人観光客が中心という印象を受けました。ただ、いずれにしてもあまり満席になることは少なかったですし、ザ・バスと違って車内はオープンなので、ハワイの心地よい風を受けながら、観光ができてよかったです。

【ベルトラスタッフ体験談】充実したハワイの1日を過ごせました！

ジュラシックパークのシリーズを何度となく息子と見てきたので、クアロアランチに来るのを本当に楽しみにしていました。ハワイに到着し、いよいよ憧れの地へ。映画の風景を目の当たりにした瞬間は鳥肌が立つくらい感動しました！ジュラシックシリーズだけでなく、ここがロケ地だと知らずに見ていた映画「50回目のファーストキス」、行きのANAの飛行機の中で見た映画「コング」など、見たことがあるたくさんの映画のロケがクアロアランチで行われていて、「おー！」と驚いてばかり。映画好きとしては、本当に至福の時間でした。
ツアーに含まれているランチビュッフェはボリューム満点で、味もなかなか美味しかったです。特にスペアリブが食べ応えがあります。1回の食事が含まれていると思うと、ツアー代金がお得に感じます。ハワイの大自然を眺めながらの食事は素敵でした。
午後のクルーズは湖（池？）と海の2種類のクルーズが楽しめます。海のクルーズの途中で少し天気が悪くなってきたのですが、海から見るクアロアランチは迫力があり、最初のジュラシックパークの冒頭シーンを彷彿させます。時間としてはそれほど長くありませんが、ハワイの自然を満喫するのには十分でした。
クアロアランチには色々なプランがありますが、このプランはお勧めです！

2.5-Hour Kualoa Ranch Jurassic Adventure Premium Movie Tour & Film Sites

When we arrived at Kualoa Ranch we had difficulty finding the right check-in desk and line to go in. We had bought tickets online, but we had to wait in the same long line as those who still needed to get tickets. This process was not organized very well. However, once we got to our tour bus, for the Jurassic Park Adventure, everything was done well. Our guide, Eli (not sure on the spelling) was informative, knowledgeable and funny. He stopped at a Macadamia Tree and cracked open nuts for us to try (this was towards the end of June). We stopped at various movie sites, and had plenty of time to take pictures and look around. The scenery is beautiful and I highly recommend this tour.

Best of Kualoa Experience - Movie Sites, Jungle Expedition, Farm Tour & Lunch

We did the movie set Bus tour with our 2 grandkids (7 and 4 yo).
It’s 90 minutes but could easily be done in 60.
The ranch scenery is beautiful but the actual ‘sets’ were less than impressive.
Overall I would not recommend this tour. Not worth the $200.

昔と比べて割高感ありますが・・・

７日券を購入。購入時のレートで日本円で大体１３０００円強、１日あたり１９００円弱といったところ。結構高いですね。ＪＣＢカードがあればピンクラインは無料なのでその他の路線をどれだけ利用するかといったところが考えどころです。ベルトラのバウチャーを最寄りのLeaLeaラウンジに持ち込みスムーズに交換出来ました。ラウンジの方も大変親切でした。
以前はなかった東オアフ絶景ラインに乗車しました。３時間のロングドライブで途中トイレタイム（公園のお手洗いでしたが何とか許容範囲。紙もありました）もありました。ハナウマ湾、ハロナ潮吹き岩、サンディビーチ等ところどころ写真タイムで下車しながら開放感のあるトロリーでドライブするのはなかなか爽快感がありました。この路線だけで結構元が取れそうな感じです。
アラモアナサンセットドライブを楽しみにしていたのですがきれいな夕焼けにならず残念でした。まぁ自然のことなので仕方ないですが。この日は道路が大渋滞で一周約６０分のところ９０分かかりました。ディナーの予約等されている方は注意です。
ダウンタウン方面を巡るマラマライン、以前（５年前）と大分ルートが変わっていました。カメハメハ大王像、出雲大社は以前は「車窓より見学」でしたが今回は下車しての写真タイムがあったのが良かったです。
また、いずれのラインも以前はドライバーの他に日本語ガイドが乗車していましたが今回はいらっしゃいませんでした。
