Staying at the Hilton made transportation convenient.
I had to wait about 30 minutes from the meeting time until being shown to my seat. There is room for improvement.
The prices differ between the stage area and other areas. The order for the buffet is also different.

To begin- we loved that they offered complimentary pictures at entry, they sent them directly to our phone for FREE, other tourist areas always charge for pictures.
The food buffet had a variety of options from chicken, fish, and pork. The food was tasty. Our tickets came with a drink ticket and we enjoyed a mai tai.
The performances were we'll coordinate, we loved the fire show, the hula dances, everything! I would definitely come back for another show. Employees were helpful, informative, and very kind!

I wasn't very interested in the show at first, but I made a reservation anyway. However, once I participated, I had a great time and I'm glad I went! My family enjoyed it as well! It was also nice to have time to take photos with the performers after the show!

The expensive seats are of course close to the stage, but I thought it was a good deal to be guided to the front rows if you line up early in the regular seats. The area is flat without any steps, and you watch the show while eating at a U-shaped buffet. There were six dancers and one host, which felt like a larger group than I expected. Both types of seats had the same buffet options. It seemed like the people in the expensive seats took their food first, followed by those in the regular seats. One fun service was that they offered to draw tattoos on your arm with a magic pen if you wanted!

This was my family and I’s first time going to a luau. The atmosphere was very fun and welcoming. The dancers did a great job, especially the chief that danced with the fire. The drinks were nice and I like that we had unlimited soft drinks. The only downside is that the buffet was a bit underwhelming. Overall, my family and I enjoyed ourselves.

Hands down would do again! The luau was amazing, and everyone was so kind and worked so hard to put on an amazing show. We also got to swim in the falls which was amazing. Definitely recommend! If you're reading this, just book it. You won't regret it. It was also kid friendly. I took my 1 year old and everyone loved
him and took extra effort to involve him in the cultural activities.

Fantastic experience and great show.

Fantastic show and we really enjoyed it even my kids. However pick up time should have been earlier as stated. Due to traffic we were just in time for the show and disappointed we couldn’t tried the activities provided. However it was a great experience and show. My kids enjoyed the show. Variety of foods from buffet was good however when you are the last table, whatever are left that’s it. Disappointed as the stir fry noodles was finished and when asked if there are more noodles, no answer was provided. Do hope next time you can cater for all the guest. Please advise all guest to put mosquito repellent as we were bitten by mosquitoes on our legs. Great and beautiful pictures taken by the staff and it’s digital, sent link to your phone and pictures can be downloaded for free. Thank you. Memories will treasure. Great performances and talented staff. Love the musics and dances. Highly recommended. Mahalo.

I am so glad I booked this luau for my family and me. We all had such a good
time. The show was very entertaining to watch. We got to learn a lot about Polynesian culture. They also involve the audience as well. As for the food, it was great as well. There was a wide selection of food and dessert. If you want to have a good time and eat great food, I would recommend this. You also have the option of adding transportation which was great for us.

Enjoyed the show more than anything. The food was okay. Noodles and bread were cold. Also the drink menu was limited. Enjoyed the bus ride there and even more on the way back as our bus driver dropo us of right in front of our hotel. Great show, solid food, mixed drinks good, interactive displays fun. We got the gold package which was nice, but silver would have been almost as good. It's awesome that the botanical garden tickets were included with the show tickets. Get there early to get parking otherwise it fills up fast. The entertainers put in a lot of effort and they have some great skills.
