I received two free drink tickets per person. I ordered a drink, but after waiting for many minutes because they were busy, they brought me something without any decorations like flowers. When I tried to use the second ticket, they refused me while speaking rapidly in English. I thought maybe it was already last call and was about to give up when they started taking orders from other guests. I pressed them on why they didn't take my order, but I couldn't understand what they were saying at all. I did receive the ticket, but in the end, they never brought me my drink. It might be due to a staff shortage after COVID, but I think they have the worst staff. Previously, when I participated in a countdown cruise with Five Star, the service was exceptional, but this time, instead of enjoying myself, I felt discriminated against and it made me sad.

The lobster and the meat were excellent. Of course, the sunset view was also beautiful. We enjoyed a bottle of wine and felt great. The hula dance show and local music performances on the boat were wonderful as well.

It was just okay. Boarding went quickly and was fairly organized. You weren't too crowded in the dining room, however it was HOT. They need fans. We were sitting on the sunset side on the outside and the sun was in my face the entire meal. Between the sun, heat and movement of the boat I was miserable. I don't normally get seasick, but combined with the extreme heat and lack of breeze I felt like crap. I couldn't wait to get up top where there was a breeze.
The buffet had what was advertised, but it was a minimal selection. In my opinion it left something to be desired, I didn't even eat one plate. The desserts were okay, the fruit was fresh. The wait staff was friendly and efficient.
We did have a spectacular sunset and it is amazing to see from the ship. We missed most of the entertainment because I needed to be up where there was a breeze but people seemed to be enjoying themselves. We went on Friday to see the fireworks. There were so many people topside that we couldn't stand on the side of the ship you needed to be on to watch them. (You want to be on the right side.) We wound up going back to our seats (2nd level) and had a perfect view of the end of the fireworks display. Overall I couldn't wait for the evening to end so I could get off the ship and get into the air conditioning. Personally I would not go again, but as I said a lot of people did seem to be enjoying themselves. I should mention, I'm not overweight, so that is not why I was so hot, they really need fans in those lower areas. Had I not been so miserable because of the heat I may have had a better experience.

The meeting place was quite far from the hotel, so I thought it might have been better to include round-trip transportation, but I managed with a taxi. On the way there, the road was congested, and I was worried about whether I would make it on time, plus the transportation costs were high, so if you're concerned, you should consider arranging for transportation. On the way back, it wasn't crowded, so it ended up being cheaper (^^).

It was unfortunate that the space between the tables was narrow and felt cramped, but the food was delicious, and having a whole lobster was very impressive! It was tasty!

We used this for the celebration of my parents' longevity (3 people). From departure to return, both the meals and programs were fulfilling, and we had a wonderful time without getting bored at all.

* One person used a wheelchair, but since they could walk a little, we used the regular pickup bus. Upon boarding, we were able to use the elevator preferentially to take our seats.
* The tenderloin steak seems to be part of the regular menu. Since we were a group of five, we included fish (we had the sautéed tuna with butter) in the menu, but I think the steak was the right choice. The fish was also delicious, but the tenderloin was like a filet steak and very tasty (overall, there was nothing that wasn't delicious).
* We boarded on Friday night, and the fireworks from the Hilton were quite impressive. By the way, you might want to choose seats on the ocean side, but the fireworks only go off from one side. If you're not on that side, it will be hard to see (since the fireworks are high, you won't see the whole display), so it might be better to not pay extra for seats and instead step away during the fireworks and sunset to enjoy the view before returning.
* In the show, the jazz part was good, but the Polynesian dance was really great. Even when the ship arrived, it was still ongoing. The finale was a fun, participatory moment for everyone. By the way, if you sit on the ocean side of the stage, it might be hard to see. The opposite side might offer a better view, but there is a chance you could miss out, so it might be best to stay in the middle without paying extra.

In Hawaii, due to the weak yen, everything tends to be expensive, but considering the meals and program content, I think this is a good option.

＊金曜日の夜に乗船したのですが、ヒルトンから上がる花火はなかなかのものでした。ちなみに、座席を海側にしたくなりますが、あがるのは片側からのみです。そちらでなければ、見えにくい（花火の高さがあるいので、全体は見えない）となりますので、追加で座席にお金を払わず、花火のタイミング、サンセットのタイミングで離席し、景色を楽しんでから戻るのが良いかもしれません。
＊ショーにおいて、ジャズのパートも良かったのですが、ポリネシアンダンスがとても良かったです。船が着いても、まだ終わってませんでした。最後は全員参加型の盛り上がりで楽しかったです。ちなみに座席は、舞台サイドの海側に座ると見えにくくなります。反対側だと見やすいかもしれませんが、外れる可能性もありますので、追加料金を払わず、真ん中で良いかもしれませんね。

ハワイでは円安もあり、全てが高額になりがちですが、食事及びプログラム内容から、悪くない選択肢かと思います。

Go on a Friday to catch the Friday night fireworks sponsored by Hilton Hawaiian Village. Usually after dinner is done, and while the performers entertain, guests usually hangout by the side rail outside the dining area, or at the top deck to get good seating/viewing spots until the fireworks. Otherwise, food was mediocre good (we had the crab, steak, and mashed potatoes deal) and complimentary Mai Tai was too sweet with little to no alcohol. Dessert was brought out while guests were in the deck plates. It was between the boat cruise or a luau....we should've tried the luau.

It was a tour I boldly joined among the still few Japanese tourists. However, I was very happy that the staff spoke Japanese and were very kind, allowing us to enjoy a delightful meal. The food was also delicious. At the end, the staff made sure everyone had a great time, making it a fun tour. I definitely want to participate again if I have the opportunity.

They never came to take our order, and we could only use one drink ticket. While we were outside, the coffee spilled and spread all over the table, but they didn't change the tablecloth. I also asked for a refill of coffee, but it never arrived until the end. It was quite disappointing, especially since the sunset was also underwhelming due to the clouds. The only saving grace was the Hilton fireworks.

The sunset was indeed beautiful! Also, since it was Friday, I was able to see fireworks, and I'm glad I participated. I chose the buffet, and personally, I found the chicken to be delicious. There were people from various countries on board, and by the end, many were dancing to YMCA together, creating a party atmosphere. For those who are not comfortable with a lot of excitement, the deck is quieter, but it can get chilly with the wind after sunset, so I think it's better to have something to wear.

Even though it's a large ship, it was quite rocky the whole time, so if you're worried about motion sickness, it might be a good idea to have some medication on hand. Regarding COVID-19, I felt a bit uneasy because the spacing between tables was narrow. Most people weren't wearing masks, and since everyone touches the same areas at the buffet, I think it's better for those who are concerned to bring their own disinfectants.

The sunset from the beach is of course lovely, but the cruise sunset also became a wonderful memory.

コロナに関しては、テーブルの間隔が狭く、少々不安でした。ほとんどの方がマスクをしていないですし、ビュフェは皆触る所が同じなので、気になる方は消毒等個人で持参された方が良いと思います。
ビーチからのサンセットも勿論素敵ですが、クルーズサンセットも良い思い出になりました。

I attended with my baby, and we both had a great time dancing and singing throughout! I had arranged for transportation, but I was a bit flustered when the bus we were supposed to take left without us. However, we were able to get on another bus, so it wasn't a problem. I think it would be good to confirm the number of passengers, though. Other than that, everything was perfect, and we had so much fun! I will definitely participate again!

This was my husband and my first time in Hawaii and we booked this sunset dinner cruise to celebrate our honeymoon. We were amazed by the way we were received, we booked the 5 course meal package which was to die for. Their food is amazing! Going up to the dock of the boat and watching the sunset was the Cherry on top. We got amazing pictures and the atmosphere was perfect. Then we came back inside to enjoy watching the dancers perform. It was a perfect and relaxing cruise.

I made a reservation to create memories in Hawaii during my honeymoon. Before boarding, there was a hula show in front of the ship, and guests with the 5-star package are guided first. Right after being guided, we had a photo opportunity with the captain, and were served a welcome drink and appetizers, followed by commemorative photos on the deck and the hula show—there was so much to enjoy.

When I used the service, it seemed that there were not many 5-star reservations, and the occupancy of the 5-star section was about 40%. There was plenty of space between seats, and the ship felt spacious, so I didn't have any concerns about infection prevention. All the staff were not wearing masks, which might make some guests uncomfortable.

There were about ten couples, along with two groups celebrating birthdays. The food was delicious and served in just the right portions, leaving me satisfied. The staff who served us were polite, and the drinks were large enough that the three drink tickets were more than enough.

Along the way, there were hula shows, jazz performances, and dance time, making it a wonderful memory fitting for a special occasion.

I highly recommend this experience for couples visiting Hawaii for their honeymoon or birthdays!

乗船前から、船の前でフラショーがあり、5スターの人は1番最初に案内されます。
案内されてすぐに船長との写真撮影、ウェルカムドリンクとアパタイトのサービス、甲板での記念撮影&フラショーと盛りだくさん。
私が利用したときは5スターの予約は少なかったようで、5スターの船内の埋まり具合は4割程度。
席間も空いていて、船内広々としているので、感染対策としても不安になることはありませんでした。スタッフ全員ノーマスクなので、気になる方は嫌と感じるかもしれません。
ペア10組ほどの他、誕生日利用のグループ利用が2組いました。
料理はどれも程よい量で美味しく満足です。
サービスしてくれた方も丁寧で、お酒も1杯が大きいため3杯分のチケットで十分でした。
途中、フラショーやジャズの演奏、ダンスタイムもあり記念日にふさわしいいい思い出になりました。

ハネムーンや誕生日でハワイに訪れるカップルにはぜひ体験してほしいです！
