I participated in the Pacific Star tour with hotel pick-up included. There was staff at the meeting point, and the check-in and boarding process was smooth. The Pacific Star is the cheapest option, but the buffet was delicious, and I was completely full. Refills were allowed, and there was plenty left over towards the end of the tour. Since you can eat whatever you like, I feel it's better value for money compared to other courses.

After boarding, the crew comes around to sell leis and take photos, but it's perfectly fine to decline. I didn't feel much rocking, but there were some people who looked a bit seasick, so I think it's a good idea to take motion sickness medication just in case. The crew members are friendly and approachable, so it's great if you can engage in conversation!
