We participated on the first day of our honeymoon. Since neither of us is a big eater, we made a reservation for the 1-star course. When we got on the shuttle bus, we received stickers to wear on our clothes, but the colors indicated the different courses we had reserved. Ours was the cheaper option, which felt a bit awkward. The dining area on the first floor of the bus was not fully occupied. Overall, the food was average, but the meat was delicious. My husband went back for seconds on the crab several times. The Hawaiian show was impressive, and the dancers in the empty sections of the audience gave it their all. We were also able to go out to the rooftop deck at one point. One disappointing aspect was the room temperature. I had brought a slightly thicker hoodie for warmth, but it was so cold in the dining area that it didn't help at all... I might just be particularly sensitive to the cold. The woman from the Korean couple next to us was in a camisole. The sunset and the night view of Hawaii from the boat were very beautiful. I regret to say that I couldn't fully enjoy it because of the cold, so I give it 3 stars. If you're sensitive to the cold, please make sure to dress warmly.

I made a reservation based on my companion's request. Since we wanted a window seat, I booked with the Celebration Plan. While we did have a seat at the end, there was an aisle between the table and the side of the ship, and there was frequent movement of staff and people moving between the decks, so it wasn't a relaxing experience to enjoy the sunset from the table.

Additionally, since several of my companions were not fond of lobster or beef, I also requested meal changes. However, there was no mention of this on the Veltra voucher, so I emailed the local operator to confirm the changes. When we checked at the table after boarding, the wrong order had been placed.

After showing the floor manager (assistant manager) the final confirmation email from the operator and reiterating our requests, I was told they would check and serve according to our requests. However, in the end, the service did not match our requests.

I called the manager again to request changes to the menu, and ultimately, we were able to have our meal as we wished, but I was left dissatisfied with the fact that our order had not been processed correctly and with the attitude of the manager during the interaction.

On a positive note, the view and the performances by the waiters and dancers were great.

また、同行者にロブスターやビーフが苦手な人が複数いた為、食事の変更も併せて申し込みしましたが、ベルトラのバウチャーには記載が無かった為、現地催行会社と直接メールをして、変更点の確認をしましたが、乗船後にテーブルで確認すると、誤ったオーダーが通っていました。
フロアマネージャー（アシスタントマネージャー）へ催行会社からの最終確認メールを見せた上で、こちらの希望を改めて伝えた所、確認してリクエストに沿うように出す、と返答されましたが、結局リクエストと違う形で給仕されました。
改めてマネージャーを呼び、メニューの変化を要求し、最終的には希望に沿う形で食事が出来ましたが、オーダーが通ってなかった事と、マネージャーの対応時の態度には不満が残りました。

ただ、景色やウエイターやダンサーのパフォーマンスは良かったです。

The seating was at a round table for eight on the first floor, and we were seated with others. There was live music on the first floor as well, but the second floor seemed better. After the meal, you can freely walk around the second and third floors and the deck. The fireworks lasted for five minutes starting at 7:45. I think there were various types of alcohol, but I tried a Hawaiian beer and had some sparkling wine along with something else. I don't remember it well. There is the "too much drinking = restroom problem," but don't worry, there are restrooms available!

In theory this would be a great experience... but the night we went the ocean was VERY rough and both my husband and I got violently ill. The crew did their best to make us comfortable but I have to wonder why no one said anything about the possible conditions. A little warning would have been nice. (“Hey, if you’re prone to motion sickness we would recommend you not attend tonight due to giant waves, etc.” or “Do not drink mai tais if you are concerned about being sick.”)

Also my 8 year old was scared out of his mind...so leave the kids at home. And take Dramamine. Better yet, watch the sunset from the beach.

My husband recovered right away but I was sick for 24 hours!! I couldn’t get the rocking sensation out of my mind, and ate nothing but saltines the next day. I really had no idea this would be possible from a 90 min boat ride. (To the captains credit he brought the boat in early because it was just too rough. I still wonder why we went out in the first place!)

I came to Hawaii for the first time for my daughter's wedding. We enjoyed a wedding with sightseeing in Hawaii! For our last night, I thought I would treat ourselves to a dinner cruise and made a reservation. Since there was no shuttle service, it was a bit of a struggle to get there. Unfortunately, the weather was bad, and we couldn't see the sunset. I was worried about getting seasick because the boat was rocking quite a bit, but the wonderful songs and lively show got us all excited, and I forgot about the seasickness! Everyone's performance was fantastic, and it was a tour that was perfect for our last night in Hawaii.

The boat was rocking quite a bit, and since I anticipated this, I brought motion sickness medication and took it early, so my friend and I were able to enjoy ourselves. However, there were about five people who looked quite unwell from seasickness. I noticed some people looked like they might get seasick just from seeing that. A mother-daughter trip to Hawaii tracing memories of my father. Since my mother loves lobster, we made this reservation. We chose this because there was also a boat ride during my parents' trip together. My mother was full of smiles and happy with the jazz and Hawaiian music, hula, and shows that my father loved. It was amazing. Despite the bad weather, relatively low temperatures, and some rain, the fireworks were perfectly visible from the sea. The reflection of the fireworks on the water was beautiful! I was shivering along the way, but I enjoyed a Mai Tai because it was delicious, and they played great music to keep the atmosphere lively. Even though it was cold, I was sleepy, and the rain was intense, I couldn't feel anything but joy. I'm grateful for the wonderful crew who were so considerate, and for the cheerful and lovely people I shared the experience with. I want to go again!

Unfortunately, we couldn't see the sunset due to the rain, but the performance on the ship was fantastic. The newly revamped show, celebrating 60 years, had the dancers performing right next to us in the small space, so we could hear their breathing, which was great.

Since it was Friday, we also enjoyed the Hilton fireworks for five minutes.

The meal was an all-you-can-eat meat and crab option, but it was difficult to eat the crab without scissors. There must be safety concerns, but it was challenging to get the meat out.

It was a nice surprise when the hula show performer came to say goodbye before we took the bus back to the hotel.

Even though I was around the Sheraton Hotel with plenty of time, I couldn't get through from the Sheraton to the beach, which made me really anxious... The directions were hard to understand. In the end, I walked along the beach walk to the ocean side, turned right, walked to the end of the road, and took the path on the right that leads to the beach, where the boarding area was! 乗船前に写真を撮り、乗り込むのですが、膝下は波がかかるので、ショートパンツで正解でした。
