I experienced this seven years ago and had such a great time that I boarded with high expectations. Last time, we had a course meal, and this time it was a buffet. Perhaps because of that difference, last time there was a sense of unity among the guests and the staff on the cruise, and the show was very lively, which made me very satisfied. This time, many guests seemed uninterested in the show and were not in their seats, leading to a disappointing cruise without that sense of togetherness. The number of cast members in the show was also fewer, possibly due to the impact of COVID-19, and I don't think I will be riding again.
７年前にも体験していて、凄く楽しかったから期待して上船しました。前回はコース料理、今回はビュッフェ。その差なのか前回は船内のお客さんとクルーズで働いてる方みんな一体感がありショーもすごく盛り上がって大満足でした。今回はお客もあまりショーに興味がないのか席にいないかたが多く、一体感とかもなく残念なクルーズでした。ショーのキャストの人数も少なくコロナの影響もあるのか、もう乗ることはないです。

This was my second time on the cruise. Last time, I was seasick and my mood was down. I boarded with some worries, but this time I was fine. The buffet food was delicious! I was able to enjoy the sunset and the fireworks beautifully, which was great! The show was also one of the highlights, and at the end, I participated in the singing and dancing, which was a lot of fun. One disappointing thing was that I requested an alcoholic welcome drink, but it turned out to be a soft drink. Next time, I plan to book a course meal in the third-floor seating.

Although there were a few clouds, the beautiful sunset in Hawaii and the view of Diamond Head from the sea were amazing. The fireworks viewed from the ocean were the highlight. I would love to participate in this activity again when I visit Hawaii next time.

We participated as a couple. There were two other couples from Japan, and all the explanations were in English, but we enjoyed it without any issues. With a drink in hand, it was a graceful time, and the crew members were very friendly and fun. If we have the opportunity to go again, I would like to try a different time.

I specifically requested a slightly more expensive window seat, but ironically, it made it harder to see the show. I remember when I rode before, there were many more customers and it was livelier, but considering it was a quieter time in Waikiki, I suppose that's to be expected. Since there were few customers, they seated us with one table skipped in between, but I would have preferred if they had cleared away the tables and chairs. That made it even harder to see the show. However, starting with the bus driver who picked us up, the service and responses from the boat staff were wonderful and very pleasant. I enjoyed the content of the show as well. The food was delicious too.
わざわざ少し高い窓際席を頼んだのですが、逆にショーは見にくかったです。
昔乗った時はもっとお客さんも多くてにぎわっていたか記憶がありますが、ワイキキだけでも空いている時期的状況でしたのでそんなものかな、と思います。
お客さんが少ないのでテーブル席は一列飛ばしで着席させていましたが、それならテーブルや椅子も片付けて欲しかった。それもあって余計にショーが見えにくかったです。
でもお迎えのバスの運転手さんから始まって、お船のスタッフの方々のサービスや応対は素晴らしく気持ちの良いものでした。
ショーの内容も楽しめました。お料理も美味しかったです。

The weather is nice and bright. This year, we returned to the lobster and the kids also tried it themselves, but a kind crew member helped them. I ate too much cheese at first, so by the time the steak arrived, I was full... but it was delicious until the end. Personally, I recommend the course over the buffet.

I'm glad to say that it was a good experience. I didn't have any complaints about the food or desserts, which I've seen mentioned by others. The only thing I found a bit unclear was the selection process for the initial drinks, whether it was alcohol or tea.
I also made friends with the foreign guests next to me, and we took pictures together and had fun singing and dancing. The atmosphere outside the ship was refreshing, and the sunset was beautiful.

When going up to the upper floors, we used the elevator, and when we went outside from the ship to watch the fireworks, the lower floors were completely restricted, allowing us to enjoy the view without any crowd and in an elegant atmosphere. I made a reservation for the fireworks on Friday, so it was a bit pricey, but I was very satisfied.
上階へ上がる時もエレベーターを使い船から外に出て花火を見る時も下の階の方は一切入れないようになっていて混雑する事なく優雅な気分で見ることができました。金曜日ノ花火の日を予約したので少しお高めでしたが大満足でした。

After being seated, we were offered a welcome drink (you can choose between alcoholic or non-alcoholic). After the buffet, we went up to the deck from the stairs near the bar counter. We could see Diamond Head and the sunset. When we returned to our seats after the sunset, there was a show happening. I was with my 11-month-old daughter, and they provided us with a high chair (with a belt), and she was eating white rice and fruits. It seemed like she was enjoying herself, swaying to the music and clapping her hands. I don't think there are any diaper changing or nursing spaces.

I had a great time. The food was also good (course dinner). Lobster, wow! I ate it with my hands!
However, the first seat was "a bit" uncomfortable, so when I requested a change, they said okay but took a while to actually do it. The second time! It seemed like they were in charge of our table, and they changed it right away.
They even replaced all the drinks we had with new ones! Thank you, brother.
I wonder if I should join again next time if that brother is there?

I participated in the buffet style. After the drinks were served, I went to get the food. There was plenty of variety and quantity. The hula show was enjoyable, with multiple songs performed while changing costumes and accessories. When the sun was setting, I went out to the deck to take photos, which made for a great memory.

The wind was strong and the boat swayed a bit. I enjoyed watching the show and dancing together! The sunset was also wonderful, and the staff was very attentive, allowing us to have a great time. Additionally, we participated on Friday night and were able to see the fireworks from Hilton. It seemed like couples and married couples were up there the whole time. With the wind, it would have been nice to have something to wrap around.

Since we wanted to experience the sunset and dinner, we thought it wasn't overpriced, especially since we could also see fireworks. So, on Friday, my family and I participated in this tour. I booked this tour to celebrate my parents' golden wedding anniversary. I wanted them to enjoy a leisurely experience, so I requested a private table by the window for the course meal.
