Drunk Millennial Madness pretty much the whole cruise made for a less enjoyable time. I get that they are young, dumb & drunk and having a gr8 time ( I was there myself when I was their age ), but the non-stop yelling and screaming soured the overall mood.

Unfortunately for those of us who can handle alcohol I would suggest in the future that these sunset cruises be alcohol free ....

We were seated at a central window table. There was a leak from the ceiling (it was a sunny day).

Right after we started our meal, water droplets began falling onto our food and clothes. Our clothes were ruined, and of course, we couldn't eat. Three groups, including us, totaling eight people, faced this unfortunate situation.

Everyone was quite mature about it; no one got angry or excited. Instead, there were wry smiles of disbelief. But the mood definitely plummeted! It took a long time for them to respond, and as the countdown approached, we were finally moved to a new table and given food near the dimly lit back of the ship, close to the door leading outside the cabin.

We were looked at with puzzled expressions by other guests. We couldn't see the show in front of us, and our appetite had already vanished.

Despite splurging on a good seat, it turned into the worst countdown that I will remember for a lifetime. Of course, the captain did offer an apology...

I had a bad experience with seasickness during a sunset dinner cruise, so I was worried, but this tour was just fine. The conversations were mostly in English, and since we could drink alcohol, the atmosphere was very lively. My elderly mother also said this was the most enjoyable part of the trip. By that time, all the good seats were taken, and the only available spots were in a narrow area where we felt like we might fall every time the ship swayed. There were about a third of us in similar situations. The bus driver didn’t provide any explanation, it wasn’t mentioned on the voucher, and we didn’t realize it during the 40-minute wait. Hmm, the tour had a great view of the fireworks and was fantastic, but I wish there had been a bit more explanation beforehand.

Got to see a lovely sunset (our last in 2019) drinks were flowing and we were always asked if we wanted more, friendly staff and overall very nice experience. I'd recommend especially if anyone has no other opportunity to see a sunset from the sea or the Honolulu skyline at night from afar (looking in from the ocean).

Very hospitable crew of 3 with a great sense of humor took us on a great evening cruise with exceptionally large waves and actually put up a sail! Loved the crew, the other passengers who were interesting, and the wonderful food from local caterer. Be prepared to leave your shoes on the dock and for some water spray and wind, but also for a great sail.
