After providing the flight number and time, I was informed to gather at the hotel bus depot 3 hours and 10 minutes prior to departure, and to call if the bus did not arrive after 5 minutes.

I waited from 10 minutes before the designated time, but the charter vehicle did not arrive. When a shuttle bus from the same company came, I confirmed my reservation and was told to wait a little longer. After 10 minutes, I became quite worried, and the hotel made two calls on my behalf. Finally, after 45 minutes, the shuttle bus arrived. I boarded it and left the bus depot, then switched to the charter vehicle at a different location within the hotel grounds to head to the airport. It seemed the charter driver did not understand the meeting point.

I never want to use this service again.

You get to enjoy an aerial tour guided over key spots on Oahu, including Waikiki, Diamond Head, Hanauma Bay, Kualoa Ranch, and the Dole Plantation. Along the way, I had the rare opportunity to pilot the plane myself. The beauty of the ocean and the close-up view of the mountains at Kualoa Ranch are truly unique to flying in a Cessna. The staff were Japanese, which made me feel at ease during the transportation as well. I'm really glad I had this experience.

You can experience piloting a Cessna aircraft with hotel pick-up included. The price is likely reasonable, and I think the cost performance is very good. The office is located on the front side of the hangar, and it was a very clean place that felt like a lobby. I was particularly surprised by the cleanliness of the restroom; it was very well maintained. Most of the pilots seem to be local staff, but all the transportation and assistance were provided by Japanese individuals or those who are extremely proficient in Japanese.

Glad we did it but it's expensive and a very long day. Up at 3:45 to get a taxi to the airport for a 6:00am flight. The tour said lunch included, neither we nor anyone else on the tour thought it would be a packet of chips and a turkey wrap in a box on board the bus. It was. The tour locations were excellent, the volcano, lava tube, waterfalls were all spectacular. The guide was good.

The flight was amazing! They provided transportation to the hotel in Waikiki, and the office inside the airport was a lovely place, with very kind staff.

We were excited to board the four-seater Cessna! With a double pilot setup, the takeoff and landing were handled by a real pilot. Once we were up and settled, we switched controls, and it felt really good!

Even just sitting in the back and looking at the beautiful scenery was more than enough. We got to see Lanikai Beach, the angelic sea, the North Shore, Diamond Head, Coco Head, and Pearl Harbor—all in one hour.

I think it’s better to take the Cessna than to arrange sightseeing all over the place!

しかも「昼食付」としっかり書かれていたのに、１２時頃にガイドに聞くと、このツアーには昼食は付いていないと言われ、かつ、鼻で笑われました。ハワイ島に向かう飛行機の時間も、オアフ島に向かう飛行機の時間も全く違うことが当日に分かり、本当に焦りました。

せめて昼食は出してほしかったです。なぜか全く興味のない田舎町の日本人経営のパン屋に連れていかれましたが、事前に食べたいものを聞かれた意味はなんだったんでしょうか。

ガイドも歴史的なことや伝説はほとんど説明がなく、数年前の噴火の話ばかり。ニュースやガイドブックに載っていた話だけだったのでがっかりでした。
