I used this service during my stay in Waikiki, and it was more convenient than I imagined. It covers almost all the way to Ala Moana, Diamond Head, Kaka'ako, and East Oahu with just this trolley.

There was no stress waiting for buses, and I could visit tourist spots at a good pace, allowing me to fully enjoy sightseeing even with limited days of stay. The interior was clean, and the staff was very courteous.

What I particularly liked was the ability to get on and off at my preferred times. Shopping, café hopping, and visiting tourist attractions went very smoothly.

I think this is a great mode of transportation not only for first-time visitors to Hawaii but also for repeat visitors.

The Dolphin Hawaii's boat is a small, engine-powered catamaran. The weather was cloudy with quite a bit of wind, and there was occasional rain coming from the side. On days when the weather isn't great, or on cloudy days in February, it seems necessary to wear a nylon jacket and dress warmly. On windy days, the boat sways quite a bit, but for those who enjoy amusement park rides, the rocking from the waves and the boat's movement can be quite enjoyable.

On the day of the experience, a pod of dolphins was swimming very close to the small catamaran, repeatedly surfacing and diving right in front and beside us. The distance between the dolphins and the boat was quite close, and I was thrilled to watch them swim. We saw a whale for a brief moment, just enough to catch a glimpse of its tail.

There was warm tea provided, and a sports bar where we could freely grab snacks, both of which were delicious and greatly appreciated on the chilly boat. The crew provided friendly and detailed explanations about the ecology of dolphins and whales. On the first night after arriving in Hawaii, I had a meal with three friends while listening to live music and feeling the Hawaiian vibe. The staff were also really nice, which was great. The captain and staffs are amazing. They take good care of us and make sure we are safe while having fun. The boat provided spam musubi, chips, cookies, granola bars and drinks. We had fun playing SUP on the sandbar and the water is so clear. The snokeling is the most fun part of the tour. We were able to see sea turtle that swim by us so close. Highly recommended to join if you are coming to Hawaii.

We brought our family of 3 on this excursion. For reference our kids are 11,9 and 6. They had alot of keep the entertained. Paddle boarding, kayak, snorkeling and snacks. As well as a bathroom on board their boat. The boat was nice and clean! It was a fun excursion that took about half of the day with travel time from our resort at the Aulani. Defintely worth our time! The weather was nice and sunny on the day we went so it was nice to relax on their floating raft.

The time when you can see sandbars like those shown in guidebooks and on websites is quite limited. Although we were there during a relatively low tide, the sand was completely submerged, and the water level was above an adult's waist.

This is due to weather conditions, so there's not much that can be done, but on the day we participated, there were strong winds, and the current was quite fast. The SUP was being swept away, so it didn't feel like a leisurely activity, and we ended up exhausting ourselves.

海外で参加するアクティビティにもかかわらず、日本語でコミュニケーションをとることが可能な方がいてくれるのでありがたい。ととらえる方もいると思いますし、応対がやや失礼に感じると思う方もいると思います。これは払った料金とサービスの質を各位がどうとらえるかによるかと思います。

どの程度泳げるのかはスタッフでは判断できないので自己判断というのは分からなくもないですが、目安となる基準や、浅瀬で参加可否を判断してもらうためのステップとかはあってもいいのではないかと思いました。人によっては冷たく突き放されたように感じてしまうかと思いました。

My wife and I booked the morning 2hr whale watch cruise and it was breathtaking. The views all the way throughout the cruise was the highlight. Not to mention the whales we spotted in the distance. The cruise staff were all very helpful and welcoming. The pineapple banana bread was one of the best I have ever had! I would recommend this activity to all friends and family that come to Oahu

Most of the guests were from Europe and America, with a few Japanese and Korean people. The guide spoke only in English, mixing in jokes, which made for a lively conversation. I didn't understand everything, but it was fun!

As for the whales, we saw them a few times, but they were quite far away and only surfaced for a few seconds, so we couldn't take any photos. However, the excitement in the air was palpable. If I could wish for something, it would be that other boats were able to see them up close while we were always a bit far away.

The most moving moment was during sunset. The shots with the beautiful yacht were the highlight of this trip.

Swimming with sharks was an experience I honestly couldn't imagine at all, and I felt a bit anxious about it. However, after being introduced to it by a friend, I decided to take the plunge and give it a try.

I was really nervous right up until the moment I entered the water, but once I was in the ocean, I found that the sharks swam gracefully and calmly. Being able to swim alongside them and see them up close turned out to be a very enjoyable experience.

The speed at which they swam was not as fast as I had expected, and I was able to swim right above them. While it was thrilling, the sense of awe I felt was much greater than any fear, making it an unforgettable time.

The tour was conducted in English only, but the staff occasionally spoke to us in Japanese, which made me feel more at ease. Additionally, I had heard from friends who participated in other tours that they had trouble receiving their photos, but in this tour, the photos were sent immediately after we arrived at the port, making the process very smooth. We had such a wonderful time on our sunset cruise while in Oahu. Lost track of how many whales we saw while out there. And the staff were so incredibly nice. Special shout out to Vivian who spent some extra time with my son who was feeling very shy. We truly had a lovely night.

Kevin and Sabrina took really good care of us. The boat was clean, explanations/safety rules were well covered, and everything was catered to how we wanted our ride to go! Whale watching together with our friends was such a precious experience and we would recommend it for everyone. They even gave us local recommendations for restaurants and more whale watching locations. We highly recommend it! (And by we, I mean party of 9 girls to celebrate our bride to be!)

I regret not having seen such fun entertainment in Hawaii before! The food is delicious, they come to your seat to sing, and there are dance lessons, so you can enjoy yourself thoroughly before the show even starts. The show is, of course, amazing.
