My first parasailing experience! The staff were locals and explained everything in English, which made me a bit anxious, but they kindly guided us even though we couldn't speak English, so there were no issues! The time spent in the air was longer than I expected and very comfortable! If you have a GoPro or similar device, I highly recommend bringing it! I only had my phone, so I had to leave it behind, but a Japanese couple who participated with us kindly took some photos of me from below with my phone! I have the stunning views etched in my memory, but I do regret not being able to capture the scenery from above in photos!

スタッフの方は現地の方で説明は全て英語で少し不安もありましたが、英語が話せない私たちにも優しく誘導してくださり問題なかったです！
空にいる時間は思ったよりも長く非常に快適でした！ゴープロなど持ってる方はぜひ持っていった方が良いです！私は携帯のみしかなかったので携帯は置いていくことになり、たまたま一緒に参加した日本人夫婦の方が私の携帯で下からの写真を少し撮って下さいました！
絶景は目に焼き付けましたが、上からの景色を写真におさめたかったなぁとそこだけ後悔です！

The tour was better than we had anticipated. We went with a 20 month old toddler, sea was calm.
The bus that picked us from the hotel was clean and the bus ride was relaxing.
The atmosphere was friendly, tour guides were fun and professional. Food was excellent, they catered for my spouse who has special dietary needs.
Overall the experience was amazing and will definitely go back to Sandbar with Captain Bob's sandbar adventure

I was torn between a flat-rate taxi and using Veltra for the return trip. Since it was in America, I guess it's to be expected, but I felt that the handling of the luggage was a bit rough. We were the only Japanese people there. Next time, I think I'll opt for the flat-rate taxi for both trips. The prices were almost the same.

定額制タクシーと迷って、行きは定額制タクシー帰りはveltraさんにお願いしました。
アメリカなので仕方がないのでしょうが、荷物の扱いが少し乱暴に感じました。日本人は我々だけでした。次回は往復で定額制タクシーに頼もうかと思っています。料金はほぼ同じでした。

Last year when I went to Hawaii, I used another company's shuttle service, but there were delays with the arrival flights from Japan, and the line at the reception didn't move at all, so I ended up waiting a long time. This year, I decided to switch to Roberts. The check-in and shuttle service were smooth, and I arrived at the hotel earlier than I expected, which was great. I think I will use them again next time.

昨年ハワイに行ったとき他社送迎利用したのだが日本からの到着便が遅延などで重なったのでたまたまかもしれないが受付の列もまったく進まず凄く待たされたので、今年はロバーツに変更してみた。受付・送迎もスムーズで思っていたより早くホテルに着き良かったと思います。次回も利用すると思います。

I participated on the first day of my arrival in Hawaii, and the weather was nice and pleasant. The kids were also happy, so I'm glad I joined.

ハワイ到着初日に参加しましたが、天気もよく気持ちよかった。
子供たちも喜んでいたので、参加してよかったです。

We participated with eight people.
Michael was a bit on the heavier side with a bit of a belly, which disappointed everyone, but Elvis was perfect in both singing and appearance!!!
After the show, he took pictures and signed autographs, and everyone was thrilled.
Definitely give it a try at least once!

I was worried about the pickup location at Waikiki Airport from the Big Island, but there was a Roberts Hawaii counter in front of the turntable, and the staff quickly checked the list for me, which made me feel at ease while waiting.

ハワイ島からのワイキキ空港でピックアップ場所が不安でしたが、ターンテーブルの前にロバーツハワイのカウンターがあり、またスタッフの方がリストをすぐにチェックして下さり安心して待機できました。

I had been interested for a while, but this time I decided to participate for the first time. To prepare, I researched the dates and times when the sandbar would be fully exposed and booked a morning tour. The weather was a bit cloudy, but as scheduled, the sandbar was completely revealed and it was breathtaking. After that, I enjoyed snorkeling and water sports. The food was also very delicious, and the guide's stories were very entertaining. I definitely want to participate again next time.

そのためにサンドバーが、完全に表れる日にちと時間を調べて、午前中のツアーを予約して参加しました。天気は少し曇り気味でしたが、予定通りに
サンドバーは完全に水が引いていて圧巻でした。後はシュノーケリングやマリンスポーツを楽しみました。食事も大変おいしく、ガイドさんの話もとても面白かったです。次回もぜひ参加したいと思います。

Due to abnormal weather, we had to switch to a river experience instead of the ocean. In the morning, we had free time, so I explored the beach by bike. For lunch, I had a rather average pizza that felt very American, and then we headed to the experience. The strong winds made the return quite challenging, but our guide shared various explanations about the surrounding facilities and plants, which helped my 65-year-old mother complete the experience without falling into the water. It's just a shame about the weather. I would like to try the ocean on a sunny day in the future.

異常気象で海が大荒れのため川での体験になりました。
午前中はフリータイムにしてもらったので、自転車でビーチを散策。
お昼は米国っぽい可もなく不可もないピザを食べて、いざ体験へ。
風が強かったので帰りは中々大変でしたが、ガイドさんがいろいろと周辺の施設や植物などの説明など語りかけてもらったので、６５歳の母も水に落ずにしっかり完走することができました。天気だけがとても残念です。
今後は晴れた日に海へトライしてみたいです。

You can have up to 5 drop-off locations for one vehicle! Since it was said that you wouldn't need to go around to multiple hotels, I booked this transfer even though it was a bit pricey.

It seems they arrived at my hotel 10 minutes later than scheduled, and I was the first to be picked up, so I was happy thinking it was a private transfer. However, to my surprise, instead of 5 locations, we stopped at nearly 10 hotels (I counted while trying to remember, so it might have been 9?). Despite the roads being clear and no traffic, it took 1 hour and 10 minutes to finally arrive at the airport.

Was it really not limited to 5 locations? Is this false advertising? In hindsight, I would have preferred the cheaper option.

1台の送迎先は5ヵ所まで！何ヵ所もホテルを回る必要がないにでスムーズな送迎が可能と有ったので、こちらの送迎は割高ですが予約しました。
私のホテルには予定より10分遅れで一番に迎えに来たみたいで最初に乗り込み、貸しきりかと喜ぶのもつかの間
5ヵ所どころか10ヵ所近くのホテルを回り(余りにホテルを経由するので記憶をたどり数えたので9ヵ所だったかも？)渋滞でもなく道も空いてたにもかかわらず
1時間10分かかってやっと空港に到着、
5ヵ所までじゃなかったのか？
誇大広告？
こんなことなら割安の方がましです。

The shuttle I usually use didn't stop at the place I was staying, so it was my first time using Roberts. The driver was very kind, which was great.

いつも利用してるシャトルが宿泊してた場所に止まらなかったため、初のロバーツでした。親切な運転手さんでよかったです。

From check in to check out, this cruise was absolutely outstanding. The crew took great care of every detail without making you feel micromanaged! You want to swim with turtles?! Sign up! You spend 1.5 hours snorkeling with these amazing creatures. Back on the katamaran, lunch was delicious and plenty of cocktails and soft drinks. Then sails up and sail and it was breathtaking! I really can’t say enough good about this cruise. I would do it everyday if I could! Thank you Capt Josh and your awesome crew for making this the experience of a lifetime! They go above and beyond to ensure it is the BEST experience!

The lesson method is somewhat forceful for beginners. We understand English, but it seems the instructor found it tedious to explain, as they rushed through without much explanation, insisting we learn by doing. I signed up hoping to create wonderful memories with a long-time friend, but since it was at the beach and there was only one instructor, I can't say I felt completely at ease. The session was also shorter than the time stated in the materials. The rash guard felt like just a T-shirt, and it became somewhat heavy when wet. It's strange that there are only positive reviews, perhaps due to the Japanese tendency. While we were able to ride the waves, I have to rate it lower for the peace of mind aspect. We hope for a safe and comfortable trip.

初心者にはやや強引なレッスン方法。
私たちは英語がわかるけどインストラクターの方は説明するのが面倒くさいのか、あまり説明すらなく体で覚えろとばかりにどんどん進んでいきます。今回は長い付き合いの友人と最高の思い出作りにと思い申し込みましたが、海だしインストラクターが一人しかついて居らっしゃらないので安心して出来たかと言えば…。資料に乗っていた時間より短かったですし。
ラッシュガードもただのTシャツ？という感じで水を含むとやや重いです。
日本人の性格なのか、良い口コミしかないのが不思議です。
波には乗れたけど、安心面として評価は低めに設定させて頂きます。
私たちは安心で快適な旅を希望します。

Captain Ryan and his crew definitely do a great job!! You can tell they all love their job and give their customers 150% every time!! We got to swim with turtles and lots of fish and every time we saw Dolphins they would go chasing them to make sure we got a close look every time. The girls at the front desk were also very helpful and when we wanted to buy souvenirs they went out of their way to go upstairs and show us everything they had. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Since I came all the way to Hawaii, I decided to try learning how to surf. The board is big and heavy, which makes it stable, and I was able to stand up after just a few tries. You just go straight, but the beach is shallow, so even when you go out, you can stand up, and while paddling, the board's fins and your hands can touch the coral reef. So, you need to be careful of injuries when you fall. They lend you surf shoes at the school, but be cautious about everything else. However, this year in Hawaii is cold, and the water is chilly—hypothermia? After about an hour in the water, I started to shiver.

せっかくハワイに来るのだから、サーフィンを覚えようと行ってみました。
でかくて重いボードなので、安定していて数回で立てるようになります。まっすぐ進むだけですけど、現場のビーチは遠浅で沖に出ても、立てますしパドリング中ボードのフィンや手が珊瑚礁に触れます。ですのでひっくりかえったときは怪我に注意が必要です。足はサーフシューズをスクールで貸してくれますが、その他は気をつけましょう。ただ今年のハワイは寒い、水も冷たい、低体温症？　一時間ほど浸かっていると震えてきました。

We were traveling with a 2-year-old, but my mother watched him on the boat, and my husband and I participated in snorkeling together. It started off a bit gloomy with rain in Waikiki early in the morning, but we arrived after about an hour to beautiful weather! Luckily, we were able to see a sea turtle even before boarding the boat. Shortly after departure, we encountered dolphins and hurried into the water! I felt a bit rushed as we jumped into the sea one after another, and I wondered if it might be a bit hard for snorkeling beginners. However, there are guides available for those who are anxious, so it’s reassuring. I was confident in my snorkeling skills, but I ended up more tired than I expected. We only had one snorkeling session with the dolphins, but on the way back to the boat, they swam close to us again, so we had two opportunities to swim with them, which was satisfying. After returning to the boat and moving to another location, we encountered a large group of dolphins, but since it was a spot with many sharks, we watched from the boat. It was great to experience both! We saw a lot of dolphin jumps too! After that, we went snorkeling with sea turtles. We moved to the turtle point and saw them shortly after swimming, which was also satisfying. There were five of them! I knew we shouldn’t touch them, but they came so close that I was desperately trying to avoid bumping into them. The freshly made hamburgers prepared on the boat were also very delicious! After arriving at the port, we even saw a ray! After getting off the boat, we saw sea turtles again at the spot we visited on the way there. Overall, it was an amazing experience from start to finish! I definitely want to participate again when I go to Hawaii!

2歳の子連れでしたが船上では母に見てもらい、シュノーケルには夫婦での参加です☆朝早くワイキキは雨で憂鬱なスタートでしたが1時間程で到着し、着いたらとてもいい天気でした！運良く船に乗る前からウミガメを見ることができました(^ ^)出発後もすぐにイルカに遭遇して急いで海に入りました！！次々と海にジャンプして入るので少し焦りましたが(^-^;シュノーケル初心者には少しハードなのかな？と思いましたが、不安な方はガイドさんが付いてくれますので安心です☆シュノーケルには慣れていて自身があったのですが、思っていたより疲れました(°_°)イルカとのシュノーケルは一回でしたが、船に戻る途中にもう一度近くを泳いでくれたので一緒に泳ぐ？機会は2回あり満足でした☆船に戻り移動してまたイルカの大群に遭遇しましたが、サメが多い場所とのことで船からのウォッチングになりましたが、どちらも体験できたので良かったです(^ ^)イルカのジャンプもたくさん見れました！その後はウミガメとシュノーケルです。移動してウミガメのポイントへ。少し泳いですぐに見れたのでこれも満足です(^ ^)5匹いました！触ってはいけないのは承知ですが、びっくりするほど近づいてくるので当たらないように逆に遠ざかるのに必死な程でした(^-^;船で作ってくれる出来立てのハンバーガーもとても美味しかったです☆港に着いてからは何と！エイまで見れました!!!!船から降りて、行きに見た場所でまたウミガメも見れました☆もう何から何まで最高な体験になりました！またハワイに行くときには絶対に参加したいです(^ ^)☆

Unfortunately, the helicopter tour was canceled due to inclement weather. We were refunded that portion of our tour without even having to contact the booking agency. Captain Rob was a wonderful and informative tour guide. He went above and beyond to make our tour enjoyable.

We participated as a pair, and there were only two groups of participants, including us, which made it a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The guide and the other guests were foreigners who couldn't speak Japanese, but it was no problem as long as they understood simple English. With fewer people, it felt like we could take our time during the main parasailing activity. It was high and scary, but I felt like we were flying for quite a long time. If I have the chance to go during the off-season, I would love to go again.

2人で参加しましたが、参加者が私たちを含め2組しかおらずのんびり楽しかったです。
ガイドさんももう一組のお客さんも外国人で日本語が喋れない人たちでしたが、簡単な英語がわかれば全然問題ありません。
人が少ない分、メインのパラセイリングものんびり出来ていたような気がします。高くて怖かったけど、結構長時間飛べていた気がします。
オフシーズンにいくことがあれば、また行ってみたいです。

Before going to Hawaii, I was concerned about the weather, but it didn't rain and was cloudy instead. It was low tide, and the sandbar appeared beautifully, which was breathtaking. My friend, who was excited to see the honu (sea turtles), was thrilled to spot them popping their heads out of the water and surfacing for air while snorkeling among the corals. It was really great to see that. The crew on the boat was very friendly and provided explanations in Japanese, making me want to go again.

The food was delicious. We walked through the water to reach the sandbar, but the sandbar itself has corals, so it can be painful to walk on it barefoot. I recommend bringing marine shoes if you have them. You can buy them locally, but we went barefoot. The staff were also walking around barefoot. While the tide was coming in, the boat rocked a bit, so if you're prone to motion sickness, I think taking motion sickness medication would be wise. I usually don't get seasick, and I felt I didn't need any medication. I highly recommend the sandbar.

ハワイ行く前に予約して天候が気になりましたが、雨は降らず曇りでした。
ちょうど引き潮の時でサンドバーが綺麗に出現していて感動でした。一緒に行った友達もホヌを見るのが楽しみで、サンドバーに向かっている途中でも海面から頭を出すところやシュノーケリングでサンゴに隠れている所とか呼吸のため海面に上っていく姿見れてすごく良かったです。船の乗組員も日本語で説明してくれたり超フレンドリーな方ばかりでまた行きたいと思うほどです。
食事も美味しかったです。サンドバーまでは海の中を歩いて行きましたが、サンドバー自体がサンゴのため海面から出ると裸足だと痛いです、マリンシューズ持ってる方は持って行った方がいいかと思います。持っていなくても現地で買えますが私たちは裸足で行きました。スタッフさんも裸足でスタスタ歩いていました。海が満ちてきている途中は船が揺れて、車酔いされる方は酔い止めは必要かと思います。私は普段酔わないですが酔い止めはいらなかった感じでした。サンドバーお薦めです。

This year, Oahu in Hawaii was unusually cold due to abnormal weather, making it difficult to enjoy ocean activities. It's a shame! Although it was very cold, I thoroughly enjoyed snorkeling in the deep sea near the coral reefs and watching the fish. If the weather had been better, it would have been perfect! However, the BBQ hamburgers on the boat were very delicious, and my grandchildren said the same. Next time, I want to experience it on the Big Island.

たまたま、今年のハワイオアフ島は異常気象で寒くて精一杯 海遊びが楽しめない状況でした。残念‼ただ大変寒かったですが、サンゴ礁付近の深い海に行ってのシュノ-ケルは魚ウォチングを十分楽しめました。天気さえ良かったら最高だったのに･･･‼でも船上ＢＢＱハンバ-ガはとっても美味しかった、孫たちも言ってたよ。今度はハワイ島で体験したいと思います。

It was a cold day with bad weather, but I was able to see sea turtles, and I was satisfied with the many fish I saw while snorkeling. However, since the sandbar depends on the tide timing, it's better to focus mainly on snorkeling! The staff was good too.

I experienced the 120m. Even as someone with acrophobia, I had no issues being over the ocean. The staff were friendly and kind. I think it's a memorable activity. I recommend it.

120mを体験しました。高所恐怖症の私でも海の上だと問題ありませんでした。スタッフの方々も気さくに親切にしてくれます。記憶に残るアクティビティだと思います。お勧めです

Playing volleyball in the ocean was so much fun!! Even though we couldn't communicate, we enjoyed ourselves. Also, swimming with the turtles was a great experience.

海の中でやったバレーが楽しすぎた！！言葉通じなくても楽しめました。 あと、亀と泳げた感じも良かったです。

It was cloudy on the day, but the staff member, 19-year-old Joan, was very friendly and took great care of my 12-year-old child, making it a lot of fun. I participated in the afternoon plan, and both the staff and the food were excellent.

当日曇りでしたが、スタッフのジョアン１９歳がとても人懐こくて１２歳の子供の相手をしてくれてとても楽しめました。
　午後のプランで参加しましたが、スタッフも食事も最高でした。

The pickup to the hotel was earlier than I expected, which left me with a long wait at the airport. I think it's better to have an early pickup rather than risk being late in case of any irregularities, so I guess it's just how it is...

I will definitely use this service again for a more comfortable travel experience next time.

ホテルへの迎えが思ったより早く、空港での待ち時間が長く時間をもてあましました。時間ぎりぎりの迎えよりは、何かのイレギュラーがあった場合の事を考えての事だと思いますので、まあまあこんなものかなと、、、

I made a reservation here after checking the weather on a nice day just in case. The weather was good and the waves were calm, which was great. Although they didn't speak Japanese, it wasn't a problem.

あらかじめ、天気の良い日を一応確認してからこちらで予約しました。天気も良く波も穏やかでよかったです。日本語は通じませんが、問題は無かったです。

The pickup for my return was more than 10 minutes late, and since the reservation confirmation stated to "please contact us" in such cases, I was quite anxious about whether I should reach out. I was asked for the name of the airline I was using for my return, and they dropped me off in front of the check-in counter for "domestic" flights instead of "international." There were many people, and it took a considerable amount of time to complete the procedures, which made me anxious again. Looking back, there wasn't really any time to spare before the flight departure. (I arrived at the airport just under two hours before departure, and check-in and immigration took quite a bit of time; if I had hesitated even a little, it would have been critical.)

帰りの迎えが10分以上遅れてきて、そういった場合は「連絡をしてください」と予約確認票にあったので連絡すべきか、結構焦りました。帰りの利用航空会社名を聞かれ、その前で降ろしてくれたんですが、「インターナショナル」ではなく「アメリカ国内」用のチェックインカウンター前で、人も多く手続完了するのに時間が掛かり、またまた焦りました。飛行機の出発まで、思えば時間的な余裕などなかったです。（空港着いたのが出発約２時間弱前、チェックイン、出国審査など結構時間がかかり、ちょっと迷ってたら命とりぐらいの時間でした）

Due to a sudden change for the inspection of the hull, I participated here. The weather was favorable, and I was able to see the best sunset view, but the food was still somewhat lacking. Since there were many participants and it was a buffet style, I had to wait in line for a long time to eat. The good weather and scenery were the greatest relief.

船体の点検の為、急遽変更し、こちらに参加しました。天気に恵まれ最高の夕日の景色を見ることができましたが、食事はやはりもうひとつと言った感じです。参加人数も多かった事もあり、ブュッフェスタイルなので長い時間並ばないと食べれず、天気と景色が良かったのが何よりの救いでした。

Certainly, I had some anxiety since the driver didn't speak Japanese. However, overall, it felt like this is how things are. There were no particular issues, and it was good.

確かに、日本語が通じるドライバーではないので、若干の不安がありました。けれど、全体としてこういうものかといった感じでした。特に問題もなく良かったでした。

The weather wasn't very good, starting off with a cloudy sky and occasional light rain. The participants were just the two of us and a young couple from abroad, making four in total. Before we began, we were asked to read and sign a simple agreement written in Japanese. The staff helped us choose our horses, and each of us received a brief explanation on how to ride and handle the reins before being placed on the horses.

All the conversations were in English, so I could somewhat understand, but I missed the finer details and just relied on observation and body language. Suddenly, the staff led us in a line, and we started. We quickly began walking along the coastal path. After walking on the sandy ground for a while, we moved onto some grassy areas. The pace was slow, but there were moments where we suddenly accelerated on slight inclines, which was interesting.

While on the grass, my horse started eating the surrounding grass as we walked, and it was a bit challenging to get it to stop. I think it was mentioned in the initial instructions, but I wish I had read it more carefully. After walking for a while, we stopped on flat ground for a commemorative photo. The staff took many pictures with our smartphones.

We then returned the way we came, but the horse of the foreign couple's female rider seemed a bit excited and suddenly started running and rearing up, which made her a little scared. We changed the order of the horses and brought that horse behind the staff, but it still didn't work out. In the end, we called for a replacement horse, and while waiting, we took more commemorative photos on the beach. By that time, the sun was beginning to set, and I thought how beautiful the sunset by the sea would have been if the weather had been nice. We waited for nearly 20 minutes in the dark.

The replacement horse arrived safely, and we headed back. Due to the incident, our horseback riding session lasted 1 hour and 45 minutes. The couple seemed fine as they were conversing in English, but I worried a bit about what would have happened if it had been us, as we wouldn't have been able to communicate. However, the staff handled the situation calmly, so it might be a common occurrence. The only disappointment was the weather, but the horseback riding itself was very enjoyable, and I would love to try it again when the weather is nice.

天気があまりよくなくて曇り空～時々小雨がぱらつく中でのスタートでした。
参加者は私たち夫婦と外国の若いカップルの4人。
始まる前に同意書など簡単な説明が日本語で書いてあるものを読まされサイン。スタッフがそれぞれの馬を選んでくれて一人ずつ
乗り方と簡単な手綱の扱い方の説明を受けていきなり馬に乗せられました。
すべて会話は英語なので何となく理解はできましたが細かいことはわからずただただ見様見真似とボディランゲージで・・
いきなりスタッフ先頭で4人が一列になってスタート。
すぐに海岸の道を歩き始めます。しばらく砂地を歩いたら少し中のほうの草地を歩いたり・・歩くのはゆっくりですが少し坂になっているところなどは急に加速したり変化があり面白かったです。
草地では馬が歩きながら周りの草を食べてしまいそれをやめさせるように扱うのが少し難しかったです。最初の説明書に書いてあったような気がするのですがもっとちゃんと読んでおけばよかった^^;
しばらく歩いて平らなところで記念撮影。スタッフが私たちのスマホでたくさん写真を撮ってくれます。
そこからまた来た道を戻りましたが、外人カップルの女性の馬が少し興奮気味？で急に走り出したり前足上げて立ち上がったりしてしまって
その女の子も少し怖がっていたようです。歩く順番を変えてスタッフの次にその馬を持ってきましたが、やはりだめで最後は電話連絡して代わりの馬を連れてきてもらい交代。待っている間浜辺でまた記念撮影、そのころもう日が沈みかけていたので天気が良ければきっと海辺のサンセットがきれいだったんだろうな。。と思いながら暗闇の中20分近く待っていました。
無事に代わりの馬が来て帰路に。。アクシデントがあったので１時間45分の乗馬になりました。彼女たちは英語で会話していたので大丈夫そうでしたがもし私たちのほうだったら言葉が通じないのでどうなっていたか少し心配になりましたが、スタッフは落ち着いて対応していたのでよくあることなのかもしれません。天気だけが残念でしたが乗馬自体はとても面白く、また天気が良い時に乗ってみたいと思いました。
