I used it for a round trip. Although I waited a bit from the airport, on the way back, the car arrived earlier than the pickup time, and I was able to get to the airport smoothly. It was very convenient.

I was unsure whether to choose the 90m or 120m roller coaster since I'm not great with heights, but I went with the 120m option. Surprisingly, because the sea was below, I didn't feel that high up and had a lot of fun. When we dropped close to the water, my feet touched it, but other than that, I didn't get wet at all.

I had a hard time communicating in Japanese; the receptionist could only speak a little. Also, I wasn't sure about the tipping amount or when to give it, so we ended up giving $10 for the two of us when we disembarked.

ジェットコースターがまるでダメな私なので90mにするか120mにするかで迷いましたが120mにしました。そんな私でも下が海だからなのか、そんなに高さも感じず、とても楽しめました。
海すれすれまで高度が下がった時は足がつきましたが、それ以外は全く濡れませんでした。
日本語は殆ど通じませんでした。受付のお姉さんが少し話せる程度でした。
あと、チップの金額と渡すタイミングがわからなかったので下船事に2人で10ドル渡してきました。

The shuttle arrived on time, and although the staff were not Japanese, they explained things in broken Japanese, which was fine!
It was refreshing to head out to sea by boat.
We flew with three people, and although I thought it might be scary because it was higher than I imagined, it was quiet up there with hardly any turbulence, allowing us to enjoy the scenery. My 7-year-old daughter was also excited!
We were able to take photos ourselves and took many pictures.
It was a great experience!

時間通りに送迎車が来ましたし、スタッフは日本人ではありませんが、カタコトながらに日本語でも説明してくれて問題なし！
ボートで沖に向かうのも爽快でした♪
3人で飛びましたが、想像よりも高くて怖いかなと思いきや、上空は静かでほとんど揺れもなく、景色を楽しめました★７歳の娘も興奮でした♪
自分たちで撮影もでき、沢山写真撮りました。

The event was held even in light rain. The April rain was a bit chilly. I experienced the 120m, and it felt great. If it had been sunny, it might have been an even more spectacular view! Maybe I should have gone for the 150m!

小雨でも開催。4月の雨はちょっと寒かったです。120mを体験しました。気持ちよかった。晴れていたら、さらに絶景だったのかな♡150mにしてもよかったかも！

This trip exceeded my expectations. We swam with dolphins several times. One pod consisted of 16 dolphins. And we probably saw 50 green sea turtles. Outstanding! The crew went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great experience. I was saying good bye to my pictures as my camera sank into the coral below. Then Paul dove at least 25 feet underwater to retrieve it. Who could have expected this amount of attention? . As a bonus, he made his pictures available for everyone on board. Thank you, thank you!

There was a morning call, and there was a guide who spoke Japanese, so I felt at ease. The staff were all fun people, and the dancing was great. It was a wonderful experience. I got to see dolphins and swim with tropical fish. Since it was my first time snorkeling, I think I could have enjoyed it even more if I had been more accustomed to it. To make it a good memory, taking motion sickness medication is essential. There were a few people who got sick and looked like they were struggling.

スタッフの皆さんも楽しい人たちでダンスもよかった。いい体験になりました。イルカも見れて熱帯魚とも泳げました♡
シュノーケル初体験だったので慣れていればさらに満喫出来たなぁって思います。よい思い出にするために酔い止めは必須。酔った人が何人かいて、しんどそうでしたよ。

Since it was just before Golden Week, there were only four groups boarding, and there was almost no waiting time. Aside from the fact that the reception area was a bit hard to find, I was quite satisfied.

ゴールデンウィーク前でしたので、乗車も4組と空いていて待ち時間もほとんどありませんでした。受付場所が分かりにくかったところを除けば、十分満足できました。

This was my first time at the hotel, so I confirmed the meeting place. However, since there were many people waiting, I was wondering what would happen. But they called out names loudly, so I raised my hand and responded. It was very helpful.

今回初めてのホテルでしたので集合場所の確認はしました。
しかし、たくさんの人が待っていたのでどうなるか？と思っていましたが、
ちゃんと大きな声で名前を呼んでくれたので、こちらも手を上げて答えました。助かります。

The airplane arrived about 30 minutes late, but when I went to the designated area, the staff quickly checked me in and asked me to come over while carrying my suitcase. There was already a car there, and they were loading luggage into the trunk. Our turn came up quickly, and after confirming the hotel name, we got on. I thought it might not leave until it was full, but it departed in about five minutes. Looking over, I saw a long line at the taxi stand. I talked with my companion about how we were glad we took the bus. It was very smooth getting to the hotel, and I was very pleased.

こちらに来てくださいと、スーツケースを持って移動しました。
すでに車がいて前の方の荷物を荷台に入れていました、自分たちの番がすぐに来てホテル名を確認して乗車しました、いっぱいになるまで発車しないのかなと思っていたらものの５分ぐらいで出発しました。
横を見るとタクシー乗り場は長蛇の列でした
バスにしてよかったねと、同行者とはなしました。

I wasn't very good at swimming, but I was able to enter the ocean with a kickboard. I was a little disappointed that I couldn't see the dolphins underwater, but I want to take advantage of the scholarship program to try again. I had a lot of fun playing with sea turtles and tropical fish. The current in the ocean was strong, making it difficult to swim. The wind was also strong and it got cold, so I highly recommend borrowing a wetsuit (it's only $10). You can also buy the photo data for $50, so I recommend seeing and enjoying it with your own eyes.

泳ぎが苦手な私でしたが、ビート板を貸してもらって海に入ることができました。イルカを水中で確認することができなくてちょっと残念でしたが、（いたのに確認できなかったことが残念）奨学金制度を利用してリベンジしたいです。ウミガメやトロピカルフィッシュとはたくさん遊べました。海の流れが速く、泳ぐのが大変。風も強く体も冷えるので参加する人は是非ウエットスーツを借りてください。（10ドルで安いですよ）写真のデーターも50ドルで買えるので、自分の目でしっかり見て楽しむのがお薦めです。

On the day, several similar buses arrived, and my bus was a little over 10 minutes late, so I was anxious about whether it would come. I also happened to be unable to reach them by phone... However, once I arrived, there were people who spoke Japanese to explain things, so I was able to enjoy my time without any particular worries! The weekdays after Golden Week were extremely empty! There weren't many Japanese people around either.

当日は同じようなバスが何台が来てて、自分のバスは10分ちょっと遅れて来たので、来るか不安だった。電話問い合わせもたまたま繋がらなくて…。
でも、着いてからは日本語話す人が説明してくれたりと特に不安なく、楽しく過ごせた！GW明けの平日は、めちゃめちゃ空いてた！日本人もそんないなかった。

Only comment for improvement would be the food and the entertainment. Seemed that it was better when I went 5 years ago. There was a larger variety of food as well as more talented entertainment

I took my 3-year-old daughter on our first trip to Hawaii. With a small child, there are limits to what you can do, so I pondered various activities in Hawaii, but this tour was completely suitable for little kids (3 years old) and was incredibly enjoyable!

I checked the tide times for Kaneohe in advance and chose a tour date during the lowest water level of our stay in Hawaii. However, whether the weather would be good was up to luck... We were really fortunate, as it was sunny from the morning, and the water level was just about knee-high, so we had a fantastic time. The staff were very friendly, cheerful, and made the experience fun, and they were very kind to my daughter as well. She looked like she was having a great time, and I was so happy to see that. The buffet on the boat was delicious too!

We also got to see sea turtles, and I was surprised at how close they came to us. While the weather can be a matter of luck, I highly recommend that those who will participate check the tide times in advance before signing up!

３歳の娘を連れて、初めてのハワイ。
小さな子供連れだと出来ることも限られていますので、ハワイでやることを色々と悩みましたが、このツアーは小さな子供（３歳）でも全然ＯＫで、とっても楽しめる内容でした！

事前にカネオヘの満潮と干潮を調べて、ハワイ滞在中で最も水位が低い時間帯のツアーの日程を選びました。
でも、天候が良いかどうかは運次第…。
私達は本当に運が良く、朝から晴れて、水位もくるぶしくらいの高さだったので、本当に楽しめました。
スタッフさんたちもとても気さくで明るく楽しく盛り上げて下さり、娘にもとても優しくしてくれました。
娘も本当に楽しそうにしていて、その姿を見られて嬉しかったです。
ボートでのビュッフェも美味しかったですよ♪

ウミガメにも会うことが出来、しかもとっても近くまで来てくれて驚きました。
天候については運の部分もありますが、これから参加される方にはぜひ満潮と干潮の時間を事前に調べてから申し込むことをオススメします♪

Since it was a domestic flight from the Big Island to Oahu, I was a bit anxious because it wasn't the international flight exit, but I quickly recognized the representative from Roberts Hawaii who was holding a sign with my name.

ハワイ島からオアフ島の移動でしたので国内線です。国際線の出口ではないのでちょっと不安でしたが、「ロバーツハワイ」の担当者が名前を書いた紙を持っていたのですぐ分かりました。

The scenery was very beautiful, and the guide was very helpful, but the snorkeling was quite disappointing. I was aware that the waters in Hawaii are not very clear, but it felt like a complete beginner course. There weren't even fins provided.

景色はとても綺麗だし、ガイドさんもとてもよくしてくれましたが、シュノーケリングだけがとても残念でした。
ハワイの海が綺麗でないことは承知でしたが、
超初心者コースといった感じ。
フィンすらありませんでした。

We participated as a couple in our 50s along with our son. Besides us, there were a family of three and two honeymoon couples. Since it was mentioned in the comments, we decided to challenge the 150m! It was incredibly fun and felt great. We had a wonderful experience. The shuttle car was clean, and our driver, Mr. Yano, was cheerful and entertaining. The boat was also clean, and the crew was lively and made it a fantastic time. Our son and his partner even got playfully splashed, which became a great memory of the trip. We definitely want to participate again! ^ ^

50代夫婦&息子カップルで参加しました。私たちの他には3人連れの親子さん、ハネムーンカップル2組が一緒でした。コメにもあったので、折角なので150mに挑戦！最高に楽しかったです。そして気持ちよかった。良い体験をしました。送迎の車も綺麗で運転手の『やのさん』明るく楽しませてくれました。ボートも綺麗でクルーも明るく盛り上げて下さりステキな時間でした。
息子カップルもワザとお尻をドボンされて、これも旅の良い想い出になったようです。
また是非参加したいです^ ^

There is a shuttle service available, but we went to the North Shore by rental car. It takes about 20 to 30 minutes from the dock. You will enter a cage. You can see sharks while snorkeling inside the cage. There is a water shower available, but the only place to change is the restroom. I changed in the car. I think it's better to bring your own towels from the hotel.

送迎もありますが。私たちはレンタカーでノースショアまでいきました。
船着き場から２０～３０分ほどかかります。ケージの中にはいります。ケージの中でサメをシュノーケルでみます。水のシャワーは使えますが、トイレしか着替えるところはないです。私は車の中で着替えました。ホテルのタオルは持参したほうがいいと思います。

I felt a bit anxious because I had to wait a few minutes after checking in. However, the person who assisted me was a foreigner, but very kind and even taught me a little Japanese, so I was able to get on the ride right away! I had plenty of fun by myself!

最初受付をしてから何分か待たされたので少し不安になりました。ですが、教えてくれる方は外国の方ですが、とても優しく少し日本語でも教えてくれて一発目で乗れました！一人で十分楽しめました！

We booked this activity for our first full day in Oahu. The shuttle pickup location was fairly easy to locate with the instructions given. The boat was very nice and spacious, and the staff were friendly. The food and drink selection for lunch was good. I enjoyed the hot tea and coffee options as it got a little chilly at times out on the desk. We saw whales right away, right along the coast of Diamond Head. They tracked the whales and we were able to see the pair come up to the surface multiple times during the course of the trip. The guide was very informative, giving us a lot of facts about the whales, their migratory patterns, etc. Make sure to take your Dramamine... I bought some and didn't have any issues... but I definitely saw a few people who got seasick and did not have quite as good of an experience as we did. The professional photographer was a nice addition, and allowed us to enjoy being present in the moment while they captured the whales. We purchased two prints at the end of the trip that were beautiful. Make sure to bring a light jacket, and binoculars (I was glad I remembered mine!).

Amazing perfect couldn't of been better. No volleyball tho :(

On the day of my return, I was quite anxious about getting to the airport, considering check-in times and drop-off, but having a specified time was reassuring. I was able to leave my luggage at the hotel until the shuttle time, which allowed for one last stroll. Thank you for everything!

帰国日の空港行は、チェックイン時間の逆算や降車など、なにかと不安ですが、時間指定があり安心でした。
送迎の時間まで、ホテルに荷物を預け、最後の散歩も可能です。

Unfortunately, due to the weather, the temperature was lower than expected, and it felt a bit cold on the boat with the wind. A beach towel is a must; I regretted bringing a smaller towel (laughs). The tour staff kept us warm by organizing beach volleyball and encouraging us with their cheers. The hamburgers eaten on the boat were exceptional! I wonder if the title "BBQ" is because they grill the patties and such? Since we had free time in the afternoon, I was able to make the most of the day!

あいにくのお天気のため、気温が予想より低く、船上は風もあり少し寒く感じました。
ビーチタオル必須ですね、小さめのタオルだったのが後悔（笑）
ツアースタッフの皆さんは、暖まれるようにビーチバレーをしてくださったり
声かけで盛り上げてくださいました。
船上で食べるハンバーガーは格別！
タイトルがBBQとなってるのは、パテなどを焼くからなんでしょうかね？
午後からフリーになるので、とても１日を有効に使えました！

In April, I played a round with my wife as a twosome. Since it wasn't guaranteed to be a twosome, we were looking forward to playing with other parties, but perhaps due to a lack of reservations, it ended up being just the two of us. The course was flat, which was easy for us as we are used to the ups and downs in Japan. However, there were hazards like ponds that made it enjoyable. The staff was very friendly and helped us navigate the facilities since we were unfamiliar with them, which was a great assistance. We requested an early start, so it was comfortable and not too hot. The rental clubs were the TaylorMade M2 series, which were the same as my own, so I could use them without any discomfort. As a result, I scored better than when I play in Japan, and it was a very fulfilling round. My wife also mentioned that we should book through VELTRA next time.

４月に妻と２サムで廻りました。
２サム保証では無かったので他のパーティーと廻るのも楽しみでしたが予約が少なかった為か結局２サムでした。
コースはフラットで日本のアップダウンに慣れている私たちからすれば楽でしたが。その代わり池などのハザードが有り楽しめました。
スタッフも大変親切で施設に不慣れな私達に色々と案内してくれてとても助かりました。
早朝のスタートをお願いした事も有り暑くもなく快適でした。
貸しクラブもテーラーメード のM２シリーズで私のクラブと同じだったので違和感なく使用できた事も有り日本でラウンドするよりスコアーも良く大変充実したラウンドでした。
次回もVELTRAで予約しようと妻も言っておりました。

The views were great, despite the overcast conditions.
Now I want to go back and dive at all those reefs I saw and hike up to those waterfalls.
I never realized just how small Pearl Harbor was until I saw it from the air with my own eyes.
This is something a visitor should do at least once.
If I did it again, I wouldn’t bother taking my own pictures and videos (they take video for you) and just enjoy the view.

I’ve been on several shark dives in the past - almost all without cages. This experience was right up there with all the rest.
Without a cage you really get to understand that, unlike Shark Week hype, sharks are not out to get us.
You share the ocean and appreciate them as they go about their own business. We had up to 17 sharks in the vicinity on the my second trip, including Galapagos, Sandbar, and Scalloped Hammerheads. A couple would cruise by closer, but most seemed content to keep their distance.
The team made both dives very informative as well as enjoyable. Their cameraman ensures that you’ll have pictures to share with family and friends. I used my GoPro, but still got the pictures they took as well.
If I’m ever back on Oahu, I’ll book a couple more outings with them.

I really wanted to try this, so I made an online reservation the day before. During the experience, everything was in English, which made me a bit anxious as I couldn't fully understand the explanations, but the friendly staff communicated with gestures, so it wasn't a problem. My mother, who is turning 60, also had a great time, and it became the best memory of our mother-daughter trip! We chose the six-course option, but since it repeats the same course twice, the three-course option might be sufficient. Also, even though it includes transportation, it is quite expensive, so I give it four stars.

どうしてもやってみたくて、前日にネット予約。体験中は全て英語だったので説明を完全に理解できず不安でしたが、気さくなスタッフがジェスチャー交え教えてくれるので問題ありませんでした。還暦の母もとても楽しんでくれて、母娘旅の最高の思い出になりました！
私たちは6本コースにしましたが、同じコースを2回まわる内容なので、3本コースでいいかも。あと、送迎付きとはいえ結構高いので★4つで。

Overall the whole experience was great. Loved how everyone very involved and interacting with the audience. Loved the setup of how they lead us from one place to the next and drinks were amazing. Also loved how Elvis came to up to my baby. This was definitely my top experience in Hawaii this week. I felt as if I was in a movie because everyone was so friendly and we’re treating us all so nicely. The involvement of the employees from the dinner to the show was amazing on how they were involved The Who way through. I’m happy this was one of the first things we did on our list because it made the trip start of very good.

There were no issues, and I was waited for at the airport and taken to the hotel. All the other guests were American.

Great Crew, very good food, meet a lot of nice people. Enjoyed the beautiful sunset and fireworks!! Definitely a must do while in Waikiki. Was the best way to end our Hawaii holiday!!

It was great that the hotel we were staying at was close to the meeting point, so we could go without a shuttle! By the way, it's a hotel within Hilton Hawaiian Village, and it takes less than five minutes to walk there. The instructor spoke broken Japanese, but their friendly personality made it enjoyable! With the early morning plan and discounts available, I think it's quite a good deal since you can make the most of your day.

泊まってるホテルが集合場所に近かったので、送迎なしで行けたのも、良かったです！ちなみにヒルトンハワイアンビレッジ内のホテルですが、歩いても5分もかからないです。インストラクターの人もカタコトの日本語ですが、楽しませようとする人柄も良かったです！早朝プランで、割引きも有り、1日をフルに使えるので、かなりお得かと思います。
