My wife and I, both in our forties, took our very first trip to Hawaii, and on the first night, we attended this show with VIP dinner seating. To sum up my feelings in one word: "a series of moving experiences."

First, the VIP dinner. I’m just an ordinary office worker, and participating in a dinner show from a VIP seat is something I’ve never experienced in Japan. It all started with a warm welcome, including a greeting from a star and a welcome drink, showcasing a touch of elegance. Next, we took our seats for dinner. The combination of lobster and tenderloin steak is something you wouldn’t find in Japan. The taste was also GOOD (I struggled a bit with cracking the unfamiliar lobster shell. There was one wet towel at our seat, but it wasn’t enough. My own wet towel came in handy).

Even from the general seating, you can see the performers' faces clearly. We chose the dinner option due to our anxiety about not knowing where to eat on our first day in Hawaii, but there are plenty of places to eat in the heart of Hawaii, and most have Japanese menus. So, for those who want to enjoy the show at a lower price, I think you can have a great time from the general seating without dinner.

The show was very much in line with America's reputation as an entertainment powerhouse. It mainly consisted of "hula dance," "fire dance," and "superstar" performances. While there are hula shows in Japan, the authentic experience is on another level. I could have watched it forever. The fire dance featured performers spinning sticks engulfed in flames with incredible speed, creating a whirlwind of emotion. And then there was the superstar, Michael Jackson, with his sharp dance moves. I never got to see him live, but this was more than enough to get us excited. I highly recommend this show for people of all ages.

アラフォー夫婦２人で人生初のハワイ旅行、その初日の夜にこのショーのディナーＶＩＰ席で参加しました。感想を一言で申せば「感動の連続」です。
先ずはディナー付ＶＩＰ。私は一般的な会社員。ディナーショーをＶＩＰ席で参加など日本では未体験の領域です。スターの出迎え、ウェルカムドリンクなど洒落のきいたおもてなしから始まります。次に席に着いてディナー。ロブスター＆テンダロインステーキという日本ではありえないコラボ。味もＧＯＯＤでした（慣れないロブスターの殻割りに苦戦。濡れおしぼり１枚は席にありましたが、足りない。持参していたＭＹ濡れおしぼりが活躍）
尚、一般席であっても演出者の顔がはっきりわかるくらいの近さです。私達は初のハワイ旅行初日で食事するところが解らないという不安からディナー付を選択しましたが、場所的にハワイの中心地で食べるところは沢山あり、日本語メニューが大多数なのでこのショーを格安で見たい方はディナーなしの一般席でも楽しめると思います。
ショーはエンターテイメント大国アメリカらしいものでした。主には「フラダンス」「ファイアーダンス」「スーパースター」で構成されています。日本でもフラショーはありますが、本場は一味違います。いつまでも見ていたい。ファイアーダンスは炎につつまれた棒を目に止まらぬ早業でくるくると回し、感動の渦でした。そしてスーパースター　マイケルジャクソンのキレッキレのダンス、本人のライブには行けませんでしたが、これで十分に盛り上がることができました。老若男女問わずおすすめしたいショーです。

After gathering at the harbor next to the Hilton, we set out to sea at full speed on a boat, and before we knew it, we were equipped and soaring into the sky. We had a 6-year-old child with us, but my wife and I were able to fly together with him. Up to a few meters high, the child was laughing, but as we rapidly ascended, his face stiffened and his voice trembled (laughs). We managed to encourage him (though we were scared too) and enjoyed the beautiful views of Honolulu. They take photos of you in the air, and you can purchase the SD card with those pictures. I think it was around $30. After the tour, they ask for tips. The atmosphere makes it hard to refuse, which raises some concerns. We reached 90 meters, which was quite a height. It became a wonderful memory.

ヒルトン横のハーバーに集合後、全速力のボートで沖に出て、あっという間に装置装着され、あっという間に大空に。
6歳の子連れでしたが、妻と合わせて3人で飛ぶことができました。
数ｍの高さまでは子供も笑っていましたが、そこから一気に上昇すると顔がこわばり声が震えてきました（笑）
なんとか励ましながら（こちらも怖かったのですが）ホノルルの美しい景色を眺めながら楽しむことができました。
空中の姿を写真に撮っていただけるので、そのＳＤカードは購入可能です。
確か30ドルだったかな。
ツアー終了後、チップをお願いされます。
断れない雰囲気になるので、それはいかがなものかと。
９０ｍでしたが十分の高さでした。
いい思い出になりました。

I read other experiences and was a bit worried about not being able to blend in with the other participants, but it was not a problem at all. Everyone enjoyed their time in their own way, and we were able to relax and watch the sunset while sipping on Mai Tais. The staff were all very friendly and made it easy to enjoy our time.

他の体験談を読んで、他の参加者の方に溶け込めなかったらどうしよう…と若干心配になりながら申し込みましたが、全く問題なかったです。みんなそれぞれの楽しみ方で過ごしていて、私たちもマイタイを飲みながらのんびりと夕日を眺められました。スタッフの方はみなさんとても気さくで過ごしやすかったです。

The evening view was great, and the staff was cheerful, which was very nice. I was also surprised by the speed of the yacht and would love to ride it again.

夕方の眺めもよく、スタッフも陽気でとても良かった。ヨットのスピードにもびっくりで、また乗りたいです。

If you’re looking to meet new people, this is a great opportunity to do that. My fiancé and I had a blast on the Na Hoku 2 and I would highly recommend it to all looking for a good time. We even went for a dip in the water with our group and I can’t tell you how much fun it was. Also, they’re a good looking bunch who want to make sure you have a good time :D we even ended up going out with our crew afterwards and has a blast. Highly highly highly recommend for those down to drink and meet new people!

The bus arrived five minutes early. It had a type of storage that occupied the left half of the interior for luggage, and this was my first time riding on one like this. The driver had a waist size that made me think he was a sumo wrestler, and he moved so slowly that I ended up having to carry my heavy suitcase inside by myself when returning home.

バスは５分前にやって来た。荷物を車内の左側半分を占める棚に置くタイプで、こんなのに乗ったのは初めて。
運転手は力士かと思うようなウェストサイズであまりに動きが遅く、帰国時に重くなったスーツケースを自分で車内に運び込むハメに。

Enjoyed the dinner buffet, would probably only recommend maybe a start time a little earlier like 3 p.m. This would allow everyone a chance to enjoy to cruise during daylight before the dinner start.

We arrived an hour early, but we could get our transport right away. roberts checks arrival time based on flight number. driver is accomodating, very nice and a safe driver.

It was amazing to participate on a day of clear skies, as if the thunderstorm from the previous day was a lie. The sea was a bit murky due to the rain, but it was no problem for snorkeling at all. I was surprised that it felt a bit cold after getting out of the water, even though it was sunny. On the way back, thanks to the captain's arrangement, we searched for sea turtles in the bay. Luckily, we spotted a mother and her baby! The scenery was also fantastic. Next time, I want to join when the sandbar is exposed by calculating the high and low tides. Also, the air conditioning on the shuttle bus was at a comfortable temperature, which was great.

I was satisfied to learn about the history and connections through the dances of the Pacific Islands. The fire dance was truly impressive!

太平洋の島々の踊りを通じて、歴史、繋がりを知ることが出来て満足しました。ファイヤーダンスは見応え十分です！

I was quite worried about getting seasick before participating, but it turned out to be fine! Once we got out into the open sea, the wind picked up and it started to sway a bit. Whether or not you get seasick also depends on your physical condition, and I thought I might be tired from my last day in Hawaii, so I took some motion sickness medication beforehand. During the hour and a half cruise, I started by sitting down and had one Mai Tai. After finishing that, I moved away from my seat for a bit to take some photos and then had one more Mai Tai. Everyone was ordering more Mai Tais. There were also juices and Budweiser beer available. Everyone was enjoying drinks, conversation, and taking photos, and I really got to experience an American vibe. It was a lot of fun!

参加するまでは、酔わないかなと随分心配していたのですが、これくらいなら大丈夫でした！確かに外洋に出ると風も出てきて、揺れてきましたけど。
酔う酔わないは体調にもよりますので、私はハワイ最終日の疲れもあると思ったので、酔い止めの薬は飲んでおきました。1時間半のクルージング、最初は座って、マイタイを1杯飲み、飲み終わってから少し席を離れて、写真を取り、もう1杯だけマイタイを頂きました。皆さんどんどんマイタイをおかわりされてましたね。ジュースとビールバドワイザーもありました。お酒と会話と写真撮影を皆さん堪能されていて、アメリカンな気分を味わえました。とても楽しかったです！

no agent to advise where to go. Had a 45 min wait. Paid for guaranteed express, was transported on a large bus with large groups.

Driver was friendly and helpful.

On the second day in Hawaii, we received a call from the hotel that our plans were canceled due to a storm. We had the option to change our plans for the next day or get a refund, but I really wanted to participate in parasailing, which I was looking forward to the most, so I changed the schedule to the next day. Thank you for your quick response to the sudden change.

The weather forecast predicted thunderstorms, and I was half resigned to it, but the next day, to my surprise, it was clear skies! According to the bus driver, the captain of the boat that day was the number one captain! The weather was perfect! He said we were lucky (^ ^)♩

The tour guides only spoke English, but all five groups were Japanese couples, which made it comfortable. I had a great time chatting with a couple from Kansai, thank you! I hope the photos I took catch their eye (＾ν＾)☆

The scenery was beautiful, and I felt no fear at all. I even had the leisure to chat and take videos while flying! The driver called us a crazy couple… (laughs) I personally got a bit nauseous even after taking motion sickness medication, so it's essential to take it.

We tipped $20 for the two of us. I mentioned that we would buy the photos in advance, and it was $30 for 70 photos, paid by credit card for $35!

On the way back, we received flower hair clips and juice! Thank you to the cute and cheerful driver for the fun (^ ^)

This time we did 120 meters, but I want to challenge 150 meters next time! Thank you, Veltra, for your prompt response and the staff for creating wonderful memories! Sorry for the long message. (laughs)

ハワイに来て2日目、朝から暴風のため中止の電話がホテルに入りました。
次の日の変更、またはキャンセル返金と選べましたが一番に楽しみにしていたパラセーリングにどうしても参加したく、予定を変更し次の日にしてもらいました。急な変更にも迅速に対応して下さいましたありがとうございます。
天気予報では雷雨、半分なかば諦めていましたが次の日、起きてみてびっくり晴天！！
バスの運転手さんいわく今日の船の運転手さんはナンバーワンキャプテン！天気もパーフェクト！ラッキーだねと言っていました(^ ^)♩
添乗員さん方は英語しか話せませんでしたが5組
全員が日本人で皆さん夫婦で気持ちも楽でした☆関西から来られた方と仲良く話せてとても楽しかったですありがとうございます！写真撮っていたので目に入るといいなー（＾ν＾）☆

景色もよく、怖いという感覚もゼロ。飛びながら喋ったり、動画を撮る余裕もありました！運転手さんにクレイジーカップルだねと言われましたが…（笑）
あと私自身もですが酔い止めを飲んでも少し酔ったので酔い止め必須です。
チップは２人で20＄払いました。写真はあらかじめ買いますと伝えて、70枚で30＄、クレジットで払って35＄でした！

帰りのバスでお花の髪留めとジュースをもらいました！可愛くておちゃめな運転手さん、楽しませてくれてありがとう(^ ^)

今回は120メートルでしたが次は150に挑戦したいです！！ベルトラさん、迅速な対応とスタッフさん方最高な思い出となりましたありがとうございました！長文すみません。笑

Before coming here, I accidentally handed over the reservation confirmation sheet from the illusion show, so I could only confirm it on my smartphone screen. However, the staff were very kind and accommodating. Thanks to them, I was able to enjoy delicious hot chicken and crispy nachos, as well as a burger. Thank you very much!

此処へ来る前に行った、イリュージョンショーで予約確認の用紙を一緒に渡してしまいスマホの画面で確認する事しか出来なかったのに、スタッフの方々が親切に応じて下さいました。
お陰様で、熱々の美味しいチキンやカリカリのナチョス･バーガーたっぷりいただく事が出来ました✌本当に有難うございました

It was amazing.
This time, we participated as a family of five.
Unfortunately, the sunset was cloudy...
The crew explained everything in English.
I thought all the guests would be English speakers, but about a third of the passengers were Japanese this time.
When boarding, there are waves, so depending on the situation, you might get wet up to your thighs.
The fast-paced English and long explanations were a bit hard to follow, but it all worked out, and the international crowd was lively and fun to be around.
The crew mixed in jokes and kept the atmosphere lively.
For those who enjoy alcohol, it must be even better.
With reggae music playing, there was unlimited Mai Tais, champagne, juice, etc.
However, if you get carried away, you might feel a bit unwell.
The scenery was fantastic. The view of Waikiki from the sea was quite impressive.
Since we were riding the waves, we got splashed a bit, which was part of the fun.
Once we went a bit offshore, we raised the sails and moved with the wind, so it felt like sailing.
It felt like two canoes connected, so there wasn't much side-to-side rocking,
and I felt safe while on board.
The ride lasted about an hour and a half.
It was quite a hidden gem of a tour.
Next time, we all talked about wanting to wear swimsuits and have a blast during the day.

最高でした。
今回、家族５人での参加でした。
サンセットは残念ながら、曇りだったので...
クルーはすべて英語での説明。
お客さんもすべてと思っていたのですが、
今回は３分の１くらい日本人が乗船していました。
乗船するときは波があるので、場合によっては太ももぐらいまで濡れてしまいます。
早い口調での英語、しかも長い説明でったので、分からないこともありましたが、何とかなるもので、海外の人たちはノリがいいし、一緒に楽しむことがいいと思います。
クルーたちが冗談混じりで、盛り立ててくれるし。
お酒が好きな人にはさらに最高でしょう。
レゲー調の音楽が流れる中で
マイタイ、シャンパン、ジュース、etc...飲み放題。
ただし、調子に乗りすぎると少し気分が悪くなるかも。
景色も最高です。海側からのワイキキの眺めもなかなかのものでした。
波に乗りながら行くので少し水しぶきがかかります。それも楽しみの一つです。
少し沖に出ると帆をあげて、風を受けての進行なので、ヨットそのものです。
カヌーが２連つないだ感じなので、横揺れがあまりなく、
安心して乗っていることができました。
約１時間半の乗船でした。
なかなかの穴場的なツアーでした。
次は、昼に水着を着て思いっきり楽しみたいと
みんなで話していました。

When I arrived in Hawaii, I wasn't really sure where I was. The transfer was standard. I don't have any particular memories. The ride wasn't very comfortable.

ハワイに着いた時、どこにいるのか良くわからなかったです。
普通の送迎でした。特に思い出はないです。乗り心地はあまり良くなかったです。

It was a very pleasant atmosphere, with the sea breeze, lovely music, and I was intoxicated by the champagne. The people I was with were all nice, and I had a great time. I want to ride again when I go to Hawaii! ✨

とても雰囲気の良い空間で、海の風と素敵な音楽、シャンパンに酔いしれました。
一緒に乗っていた方も良い方ばかりで、楽しみました。

It was great taking this tour with our toddler. It was my second time to make it to Kaneohe SandBar. My first on Captain's Bobs boat. The Crew was great and even though your sharing the tour with everyone else on the boat It didn't feel cramp at all. It was great to share the experience with other guest.

The food was good too. Most of my friends and I went in for seconds for sure.

The Sandbar experience was great too, even though there were jellyfishes on the water the crew was very good about keeping us informed on where to not go so that we can prevent from getting stung by the jellyfishes.

While we were on the tour it rained but that's Hawaii for you. If anything it made the experience that much better:)

I reserved a ticket because it was highly recommended in Sho Aikawa's book, and I thought, really?? But just as my brother said, it was great!! As soon as I entered the store, a lively Elvis greeted us with a pose. The high level of Elvis's singing, MJ's dancing, the beautiful and fun hula, the impressive fire dance, and the excitement when Elvis came down to the audience to drape leis and scarves over us created a fantastic atmosphere; the hour flew by. Just as Sho Aikawa wrote, I enjoyed a wonderful show. I will definitely go again when I come back to Hawaii!

哀川翔さんの本で、熱く推薦されていたので、ほんと？？と思いながら予約しましたが、兄貴のいうとおり、よかった！！です。お店にはいるや、ギンギンのエルビスがポーズを決めてお出迎え。エルビスの歌唱力の高さ、MJのダンス、フラの美しく楽しい事、ファイアダンスの見事なこと、また、エルビスが客席に降りてきてレイやスカーフをかけてくれるサービスには歓声があがって、大盛り上がり、1時間はあっという間でした。哀川翔さんの書いている通り、素敵なショーを楽しませていただきました。またハワイに来たら行きます！

It was a windy day, so the boat rocked more than I expected, and I almost got seasick. But the sunset and the night view of Waikiki Beach from the sea were so beautiful that I was glad I joined this tour!

風が強い日だったので、思った以上に船が揺れてもう少しで酔ってしまいそうでした。
でも夕日と、海から見たワイキキビーチの夜景がとてもきれいでこのツアーに参加してよかったと思いました！

The staff's response was very good, but it was a downside that we had to wait at the individual exit after getting on the bus from the group exit.

スタッフの方々の対応はとても良かったですが、団体出口からバスに乗ってから個人出口の所で待たされたのがマイナスです。

When I went (at the end of October), the day before had rain, so the water quality was a bit murky, and the water level was below waist height, which wasn't the best situation. However, this is just a matter of luck, so I would like to try again. The crew was wonderful and made me feel that way. My 0-year-old (11-month-old) son also seemed to really enjoy himself, even just at the sandbar!

私が行った時(10月終わり)は前日が雨で水質が少々濁り、水位も腰より下ら辺で、本来のベストな状況ではありませんでした。しかしこればかりは時の運ですので、またチャレンジしたいと思います。そう思わせてくれるような素敵なクルーでした。0歳(11ヶ月)の息子もサンドバーだけでしたがとっても楽しんでくれている様子でした♪

The catamaran is so clean and has a bar onboard. The staff is amazing and everyone made us feel comfortable and ready for snorkling.

I was totally surprised to see that there were so many! Although it's early in the morning, the saying "the early bird catches the worm" is definitely true! It's absolutely worth going! This experience can't be had in Japan!

We participated in the VIP+ Backstage Tour. There were only the two of us on this course! It was a fun and unique experience that gave us a sense of superiority. The delicious cocktails and lobster were amazing! The main dishes—steak, salmon, and truffle potatoes—were all delicious! Unfortunately, since we are not from the Elvis generation, there were many photos of Michael Jackson instead. We enjoyed it from the front row, center seats. The Hawaiian female singer, female dancers, and male dancers were impressive! The dining staff also engaged with us. It felt great. The first photo taken with Elvis was included (which costs 2500 yen if you don't participate in the backstage tour), so it was definitely worth the price.

VIP+バックステージツアーに参加。このコース参加は我々夫婦二人だけ！未体験の初体験で優越感もあって楽しかったです。美味しいカクテル、ロブスター美味しい！メインのステーキ、サーモン、トリュフポテト、全部美味しい！残念ながら、エルビス世代ではないので、やっぱり、マイケル・ジャクソンの写真撮影多数。一番前の中央かぶりつきシートで堪能しました。ハワイアンも女性シンガー、女性ダンサー、男性ダンサー、迫力有り！食事のスタッフも声をかけてくれます。いい感じです。最初にエルビスと撮った写真が含まれていて（バックツアー参加してないと2500円）、価格的には充分な価値有ります。

This was a last minute decision for my mom and I after previous plans were cancelled. I am so excited that we choose the Manu Kai Catamaran Waikiki Boat Tour. It was amazing!!! Even though we were running behind schedule, we called and let them know, and they waited for us. The service crew was top notch. We only drank water, but they kept checking to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. The water was rough which actually added to the experience. We were able to sit down front and enjoy the waves without having to get in the water. I can't wait to take my husband back on this trip because my mom and I had such a great time. You can't lose by choosing the Manu Kai team!!!

It seemed that 90% of the passengers were American. I think it would be better to display the drink menu as well. I was worried about seasickness, but I didn't experience any at all, and it was great to go quite far offshore and see a different side of Hawaii.

乗船者の9割がアメリカ人と思われた。ドリンクもメニューを掲示するとかした方が良いと思う。心配していた船酔いは全くなく、結構沖合いまで行けて違った面のハワイを見れて良かった。

They arrived on time to pick us up, and the driver was cheerful. There are not many hotels serviced by small buses, so it was great that we could get to the airport quickly.

時間通りに迎えにきていただき、元気な運転手さんでした。
小型バスで回るホテルも少なくて、迅速に空港に行けたのでよかったです。

Upon arrival, they called my name right away, which made it easy to find them! The large bus was parked close by, so I didn't have to walk much, which was a relief.

到着後、すぐ名前を呼んでくれたのでわかりやすかったです！
大型バスで近いところに止められていたのでたくさん歩かなくて良くて助かりました。
