I was picked up 5 minutes late. Then, I got caught in a light traffic jam and arrived at the airport after the flight time had already passed by 2 hours. Other flights were checking in at the same time, and the counter had a long line, making for a very tight check-in. It would have been better if the pickup time for the hotel had been more flexible. The driver was a cheerful person.

５分遅れてお迎え。さらに軽い渋滞に捕まりフライト時間の２時間前を過ぎて空港に到着。他の便とチェックインが重なりカウンターは長蛇の列でギリギリのチェックイン。ホテルへのお迎え時間はもっと余裕があって良いかと。運転手さんは陽気な方でした。

I used the service from the hotel to Daniel K. Inouye International Airport. This time, my departure was delayed, and I found out about it on the day by checking the app. I received an email about the change in pickup time, but it wasn't sent to my smartphone, so it might be a good idea to ensure that emails are accessible.

今回は出発が遅くなって、当日アプリを見てそのことを知りました。
ピックアップ時間の変更メールが来ていたけれど、スマホにくるメールではなかったので、メールがわかるようにしておくと良いかもしれません。

I used this service to get from Daniel K. Inouye International Airport to my hotel. Once I arrived at the airport, I was able to get on right away by going to the counter. From there, we made a few stops on the way to the hotel, but I considered it a sightseeing tour of Waikiki. If you're staying at Hilton Hawaiian Village, it might be a good idea to get dropped off at Ilikai depending on your tower.

ダニエル・Ｋ・イノウエ国際空港からホテルへ向かうのに利用させていただきました。
空港に到着したら、カウンターに行けばすぐに乗せてもらえて。
そこからはホテルまでいくつか廻っていくけれど、これはワイキキ見物と思ってます。
ヒルトンハワイアンビレッジに泊まる方は、タワーによってはイリカイで降ろしてもらうと良いかもしれません。

After arriving at the airport, we waited at the reception counter for about an hour before getting on the shuttle. Furthermore, when we got on the shuttle, there were already other people on board, and we were the last to be called. I felt like we wasted time waiting. Maybe it would have been better to take a taxi.

It states that "Japanese-speaking staff are available," but I don't think we could request Japanese at the time of booking.

空港に到着してから受付カウンターで約１時間待たされてシャトルに。さらに、シャトルに乗ったら既に他の人が乗車していて、私たちは最後の乗車案内。なぜ待たされたのか？時間を損した気分。タクシー乗ったほうが良かったかな。
「日本語スタッフの対応も可能」と記載しているが、申し込み時点で日本語のリクエストは出来なかった気がする。

We were picked up from the hotel and after a short drive, we boarded the cruiser at the port and headed to the sandbar. There was a lovely Japanese woman among the staff, which made me feel completely at ease. All the staff were friendly and attentive. The tide wasn't too low, and the water was up to my waist, so it didn't quite feel like a sandbar, but the stunning scenery more than made up for it! We saw several sea turtles floating around. While enjoying delicious hamburgers for lunch, we moved to a different spot where we could leisurely snorkel and see beautiful fish living around the large coral reef. It was truly an enjoyable tour. I recommended it to acquaintances going to Hawaii!

ホテルからピックアップ、少し車で走った港からクルーザーへ乗り込んでまずはサンドバーへ。スタッフにとても素敵な日本人の女性がいたので何の不安もありませんでした。スタッフはみんな　フレンドリーで気遣いも細やか、潮の状態はそこまで引いてなくて　腰あたりまで海水がありサンドバー？？って感じではありましたが　それを上回る程の景色のすばらしさ！！
ぷかぷか浮いているウミガメも何匹も見られました。美味しいハンバーガーのランチをほおばりながら、場所を移動して大きなサンゴ礁の周りに住む綺麗な魚たちをシュノーケリングでゆっくり見ることもでき本当に楽しいツアーでした。ハワイに行く知人に　お勧めしました！！

Upon arriving at the airport and heading to the designated group exit, I quickly found the counter and was sent to the hotel without any worries. I will use this service again next time!

すぐにカウンターがわかり　何の心配もなくホテルへ送ってもらえました。

- The distance from the base (Kailua Beach Center) to Kailua Beach is short, making it convenient.
- Bicycle rentals are available ($10 per person).
- For lunch, you can choose between a lunch plate shop and a pizza place (Bob's Pizzeria). The pizza is highly recommended.
【Negative Points】
- Tips are not included in the tour price, so you need to pay tips separately.
【Other】
- Lanikai Beach is about a 20-minute bike ride away, but it's worth visiting.
- Be careful as time flies by quickly! (I couldn't go to downtown Kailua...)
- The bike I rented was a fixed gear, so those who are not used to riding should be cautious. (I wasn't used to it and fell while trying to brake suddenly, and since I was in a swimsuit, I ended up with serious injuries.)

【悪かった点】
・ツアー代金にチップが含まれていないため、別途チップを支払う必要あり。
【その他】
・ラニカイビーチまでは自転車で約20分の距離だが、訪れる価値がある。
・あっという間に時間が過ぎてしまうため注意！(カイルアの街中に行けなかった…)
・レンタサイクルで借りた自転車が固定ギアのため運転に慣れていない人は注意してほしい。(私は慣れてなく、急ブレーキで転倒してしまい、水着姿だったため、重傷を負ってしまった)

My parents booked a Japanese tour for their first trip to Hawaii at 10 AM. When the time came and the shuttle didn't arrive, I called and was put on hold for 4 minutes for confirmation, only to be told that it was unavailable and they wanted to change it to 11 AM. Reluctantly, we changed it to 11 AM, but with the explanation in English, my parents dozed off inside the submarine, not understanding the language. This special trip to Hawaii to honor my parents was ruined. I don't think I will use this service again.

両親が初めてのハワイ旅行で、日本語のツアー10時に予約しました。時間になっても送迎が来ないので電話してたら確認に4分も保留され、しかも利用できないから11時に変更してほしいとのこと。仕方なく、11時にしましたが英語の説明で両親は潜水艦の中で、言葉が分からずウトウト。せっかくの親孝行のハワイ旅行が台無しです。もう利用しないと思います。

It rained during the day, so we were indoors after it got dark. The location is a bit hard to find, so it’s better to arrive early. I reserved a golden seat, but it was positioned too far to the side from the stage, and the angle was blocked by equipment like speakers, which was a bit disappointing. It was a buffet style, but if you miss the timing, there can be a long line, and some items run out quickly. I read in other reviews that golden seat guests had priority, but it seemed like regular ticket holders were the first to grab food, and we followed after them. The taste was generally good.

夜にはやみましたが日中雨が降ってたからなのか室内でした。場所は少しわかりにくいため、はやめに行った方がよさそうです。ゴールデンシートを予約しましたが、ステージからサイドすぎてスピーカー等の機材で遮られてる角度で少し残念でした。バイキング形式ですが、とるタイミングを見失うとすごい行列で無くなってしまうものもありました。他のかたの口コミでゴールデンシート優先とありましたが、普通に一般席の人がいの一番にとっており、それの後に続いた感じでした。味は普通に美味しかったです。

While waiting for my luggage, I was kindly guided by the staff. I always use this service, and it is particularly smooth and reassuring without any trouble. The drivers are also friendly. I would like to use it again.

荷物を待ってる間に、係の方に呼ばれ親切に案内していただきました。いつも使っていますが、特にトラブルなくスムーズで安心できます。ドライバーさんも親切です。

The pickup was 10 minutes late, which was expected. Be careful of seasickness on the small boat from near the Hilton to the sea. You can take selfies with your camera, but if you ask for help, it will be charged. The scenery is amazing, but my wife was feeling groggy from seasickness.

ピックアップ１０分遅れ、まぁ想定内。ヒルトン近くから小型船て海へ船酔いするので注意。カメラ持参で自分撮りは可、頼んだら有料。景色は最高、妻は船酔いでグロッキー。

I enjoyed a calm tour with no waves. In the morning, I fully enjoyed kayaking, had a big pizza, and in the afternoon, I rented a bicycle and headed to a beach where I could enjoy snorkeling. It was a fulfilling day.

Open bar good place to sit if you have to. Fun night out.

I was worried because there were only foreign customers, but it was totally fine. I had signed up for the 150m jump, so I was a bit anxious about it, but once I actually jumped, it was absolutely amazing.

外国人のお客さんばかりで心配してましたが、全然大丈夫でした。150mに申し込みしてたので内心、大丈夫かなって思っていましたが、いざ飛んでみるとめっちゃ、最高でした。

I used this service from Waikiki to the airport. The driver arrived 15 minutes before the scheduled time and waited until the departure time. Although the communication was in English, I had no worries, and the driver was friendly and very kind. I would like to use this service again next time.

Waikikiから空港迄で利用しました。ドライバーの方は、予定時刻の15分前には到着しており、出発時間まで待機していらっしゃいました。英語での対応でしたが、心配なことはなく、気さくに会話をしてくれとても親切な方でした。また次回、利用したいと思います。

I experienced the 150m activity. As the title suggests, the activity was very enjoyable. The staff primarily spoke English, but they were very kind and used Japanese when speaking to us.

As for the activity itself, a point to note is that the boat rocked quite a bit, and more than half of the other people on board got seasick, so it's better for those who are prone to motion sickness to take medication beforehand.

The reason I gave it four stars instead of five is that the pickup bus was about 15 minutes late. While it seems understandable due to the arrangements for other guests, I had seen stories in experiences where the pickup didn’t show up, which made me quite anxious. However, the driver was friendly, and my overall impression was very good.

タイトル通りアクティビティはとても楽しかったです
スタッフの方は基本的に英語ですが自分たちに話しかけるときは日本語を使って下さったりとても親切でした
アクティビティ自体の注意点としては船の揺れが結構激しく乗っていた他の人達が半分以上酔っていたので弱い人は酔止めを飲んで行ったほうがいいです
星を一個下げた理由ですが迎えのバスが15分程遅れて来たことで下げました
他の方の送迎の関係もあり仕方ない気もしますが、体験談で迎えに来なかったという話も見ていましたのでかなり不安になりました
ですが運転手さんも気さくな方で印象はとても良かったです

I feel that the directions from the airport exit to the pickup point (as explained in the voucher) are a bit unclear. However, once you get on, the service is very kind and reassuring.

I think it will be interesting if you go without too many expectations. It's not often you get the chance to ride a submarine, and the sight of fish gathering around a sunken ship is something you won't see elsewhere. However, if you go with the image of the colorful fish shown on the website, you might be a little disappointed.

期待しすぎずに行けば面白いと思います。
潜水艦に乗る機会はなかなかないですし、 沈没した船などに魚が群がる様子は他では見られない景色だと思います 。
ただ、サイトに載っているような色とりどりの魚たちというイメージで行くと、ちょっとがっかりされるかもしれません。

I didn't have high expectations after reading the reviews, but it was as I anticipated. The tour itself was interesting, but considering the price, even half the cost would still feel a bit high for what it offered. You can see some fish, but there seemed to be fewer than at an aquarium. There weren't many varieties either. I was fortunate to see a sea turtle in the distance. Be careful as I almost got seasick. If you're someone who can't do snorkeling or diving and doesn't mind the price, it might be enjoyable.

クチコミを見て、あまり期待していませんでしたが、想定通りという感じです。
ツアー自体は面白かったのですが 、値段のことを考えると、半額でもちょっと高いかな、というような内容でした。
お魚も見えますが、水族館よりは少ないといった印象。
種類もあまり多くありませんでした。
ウミガメを遠くに見ることができたのは幸いでした 。
船酔いになりそうになったので注意が必要です。
シュノーケルやダイビングなどはできない、という方で、金額を気にされない方であれば、面白いかもしれません。

It was a challenge for a couple celebrating their 60th birthday and their three sons in their 20s. After discussing which height to choose, we decided on the middle option, and the elderly couple felt a bit worried.

The moment we took off, the beautiful sea and blue sky spread out before us, and when we reached the peak, the view of Waikiki and Diamond Head was stunning, making it an unforgettable experience.

還暦を迎えた夫婦と20代の息子三人での挑戦でした。高さをどれにするか？相談の結果真ん中になり、老夫婦は少し心配でした。
舞い上がった瞬間とても綺麗な海と青空が広がり頂点に達した時は、ワイキキ、ダイヤモンドヘッドがとても綺麗で忘れられない体験となりました。

I use this service every time, but this time it was a disappointment. It was over 30 minutes late. I arrived two minutes before the scheduled time, but since they didn't come even after 15 minutes, I ended up having to call. I had never experienced being more than 15 minutes late before, so I was even more disappointed. I might consider other options next time.

毎回、利用しているが今回は外れでした。予定時間より30分以上遅れました。
待ち合わせ時間の2分前についていたのですが15分過ぎても来ないので、
結局電話することになりました。15分以上遅れたことは今まで無かったので、

Being picked up and transported was great
The whole experience was great.

It was a very safe. We had a really good time! We got some really good pictures! The crew was very knowledgeable about the sharks & their environment! We was concerned about it being safe. We read review & safety records. These Guys stood up to there reputation. They were very professional!

I was looking forward to Sandbar, but at the time close to high tide, the sand wasn't exposed, and it was just a shallow area with splashing. Since it was shallow, there were no fish at all. Well, I did choose to depart a bit later in the morning.

In the afternoon snorkeling, we swam around the coral reef, but the fish were just average to sparse. The water clarity was low, but the coral was magnificent.

The cruise guide, Yumiko, was very enjoyable and considerate, and the hamburger for lunch was delicious, creating a very nice atmosphere.

サンドバー、楽しみにしていましたが、満潮に近い時刻で砂は浮き出ておらず、単なる浅瀬のぱちゃぱちゃでした。浅瀬なので魚も全くおらず。まぁ、午前中ゆっくりめの出発を選んだのは私ですが。

午後のシュノーケリングでは、サンゴ礁の回りを泳ぎますが、魚影はごくふつうから少なめ。水の透明度は低め。サンゴはみごとでしたが。

クルーズのガイド、ゆみこさんはとても楽しく、気を遣ってくれて、ランチのハンバーガーはおいしくて、雰囲気はとてもよかった。

The meeting place was easy to find, and the driver was very courteous, making the ride very comfortable. When we arrived at the port, a Japanese person explained everything, which made me feel very relieved. It was also reassuring that others could communicate in Japanese.

集合場所も分かりやすく、運転手さんも丁寧に送迎してくれてとても乗り心地良かったです。

I participated with four friends. Three of them are not very good at snorkeling, but they enjoyed it nonetheless.

I joined the sandbar tour about eight years ago, but this time there was no sandy area in sight at all. Being 160 cm tall, the water level was almost up to my waist. It might have been high tide, but it felt just like a regular sea.

Still, I was able to see a lot of sea turtles, which I was very satisfied with. I also felt that it would have been better if there had been an explanation of the snorkeling masks and other equipment on the boat rather than after entering the water.

友人4人で参加しました。3人はシュノーケリングが得意ではありませんが、それなりに満喫しておりました。
サンドバーは8年ほど前に参加してますが、今回は砂地が全くなく見当たらず、160㎝の背の高さの私は、ほぼ腰あたりまで水面が来ていました。満潮だったかもしれませんが、それにしても普通の海としか感じませんでした。
それでも、沢山のウミカメを見ることができました。その点はとても満足しました。
また、海に入ってからではなく、船上で、シュノーケリングマスク等の説明があったらよかったなと感じました。

The driver came to the hotel lobby to pick us up. He only asked for our name and hardly looked at the printed voucher. While it's unlikely to confuse with someone with the same name, I think it's not a good practice.

ドライバーがホテルのロビーまで呼びに来てくれた。当方の名前を聞いただけで、プリントしておいたバウチャーはほとんど見ていない。同姓同名で間違う可能性がないとはいえないので、良くないと思う。

The Toa Luau was a great first luau for our family (30 to 60 year olds). Waimea Valley itself is beautiful; definitely come at least 2 hours early to be able to walk to the waterfall and enjoy the scenery. The pre-luau activities like weaving grass head bands, husking coconuts etc were fun. The show itself was fantastic too - they performed authentic ceremonies and dances from different Polynesian islands. The host was hilarious! Only slight downside was the food was only mediocre. We are all vegetarian and our main entree was bland quinoa; but we were happy there was even a vegetarian option (you have to request ahead of time though). Overall this luau is definitely worth it and we will recommend it to all of our family and friends!!
