I think it's understandable that delays can happen due to road conditions, but I would appreciate a phone call if possible. If that's not feasible, at least a simple "sorry" from the driver would have been acceptable. There are basic manners and rules to follow. I feel there is a lack of awareness of professionalism.

遅れるのは、道路事情もありますので仕方ないと思いますが、できれば電話連絡をして頂きたい。できないのであれば、せめてドライバーが、sorryの一言あれば納得できました。最低限のマナーやルールがあります。プロとしての自覚がないと思います。

The site mentioned it was about 1.5 feet, but in reality, the depth where we got off the boat was 130 cm, and in shallow areas, it was around 80 cm. The weather was nice, so the scenery was beautiful!

We were able to see sea turtles about three times, and the kids were thrilled.

The snorkeling experience was as expected, but since it was our first time, I felt reassured by the staff's safety-first attitude.

For those who didn't participate in snorkeling, we had some playtime with the equipment, and thanks to the small number of kids, my child (5 years old, who can float but can't swim) was able to snorkel near the boat. One of the staff members spoke Japanese, and everyone was friendly, making it a fun experience.

I managed without marine shoes, but since Waikiki Beach has quite a few painful stones, I thought it would have been better to buy them for the entire stay in Hawaii.

サイトでは1.5feetくらいでしたが、実際はボートから降りた地点で130cm、浅いところで80cm程度でした。天気が良かったこともあり充分景色はきれいでした！
ウミガメも3回くらい見れて子供は大喜びでした。

シュノーケルはこんなもんかといった感じでしたが、初めてやるぶんにはスタッフの方が安全第一の姿勢だったので安心できました。

シュノーケル不参加組は道具を出して頂いてお遊びタイムでしたが、子供が少なかったおかげか、うちの子（5歳、プールに浮かべるが泳げない）はボートの近くでシュノーケルをさせていただいたようです。
スタッフの方は日本語ができる方が1名はおり、皆さんフレンドリーで楽しく過ごせました。

マリンシューズは無くても何とかなりましたが、ワイキキビーチも結構石が痛いのでハワイ滞在全体を通して買えば良かったと思いました。

We participated as a family of three, including my 5-year-old daughter who is 105 cm tall and weighs 15 kg. We chose the highest ride available.

My daughter tends to be a bit afraid of heights; she wanted to ride the Ferris wheel but was nervous and needed to be carried. She also gets scared when she sees the ground while going down the stairs, so I was worried she might cry during the ride, but she was fine.

She had a serious expression the whole time we were flying, but after we got off, she said, "Let's go again!" so it seems she enjoyed it. The boat ride felt like a roller coaster, and she had fun with that too. Normally, she doesn't get car sick, but she did feel nauseous on the plane, so we quickly bought some motion sickness medicine at ABC Store before going.

Overall, it felt like an extremely scenic swing. I think anyone who can handle the swinging rides at amusement parks will be fine!

5歳105cm15kgの娘を含む親子3人で参加しました。高度は一番高いものを選びました。

娘は高所恐怖症気味で、観覧車は乗りたがるけどダッコちゃんだったり、階段も降りるときに階下が見えると怖がったりと、そろそも泣かずに乗ってくれるか不安でしたが大丈夫でした。
飛んでいる最中は終始真顔でしたが、降りたあと「もう一回！」と言ってたので楽しかったようです。
ボートでの移動もジェットコースターみたいで楽しんでいました。普段、車酔いなどはしませんが飛行機で酔ってしまったので、急遽ABCストアで購入した酔い止め飲んでいきました。

感覚としては、超・景色のよいブランコという感じでした。遊園地の吊り下げブランコ風のアトラクションが乗れる方は大丈夫だと思います！

I participated with my 8-year-old child. It was our first experience with snorkeling, and we were a bit anxious, but thanks to the guidance from the staff and their encouragement to look down, we were able to see dolphins multiple times. After that, we moved to a turtle spot, and the boat was two stories high, offering an amazing view from above. My child was thrilled to slide into the sea, and we were able to see turtles as well. There was also canoeing, making it a packed experience. I feel like we were both spiritually and physically rejuvenated. This became a lifelong memory for us. I would love to participate again if the opportunity arises.

8歳の子供と二人で参加しました。
親子共々シュノーケリングは初めての経験で不安がありましたが、スタッフの方々の誘導と下見て〜の声かけで、イルカを何度もみることができました。
その後は場所を変えてウミガメスポットへ移動、船は二階建てになっており、上からの眺めは最高です。
スライダーから海へ入り子供は大喜びで、もちろんウミガメにも会うことができました。
カヌー遊びもあり盛り沢山です。
心身共に浄化されたように感じます。
親子共々一生の思い出となりました。
また、機会があれば参加したいと思います。

In the evening, we gathered at the beach below the Sheraton Hotel for a small, friendly sailing event with about 40 people. The staff were great at getting everyone excited, and we had a wonderful time.

夕方、シェラトンホテルの下の浜辺に集合して40名ほどの小さな和気あいあいの楽しいセイリングでした。
スタッフも盛り上げ上手で楽しく過ごす事が出来ました。

Fortunately, the weather was great, and I enjoyed the fireworks while feeling the Hawaiian breeze and having unlimited drinks. It was the best experience. I've been to Hawaii 12 times, and I can say that this activity was the most enjoyable I've ever had.

幸いに天気が良く、ハワイの風を感じながら花火も見てお酒も飲み放題、最高の体験でした。これまで12回、ハワイに来ていますが、今回のアクティビティは過去最高と言ってよいほどの心地よさだったと思います。

I participated with my 5-year-old and 8-year-old children, and the sea was beautiful, we saw turtles, and the hamburgers we ate on the boat were fantastic. More than that, the crew's consideration for the children and their cheerful attitude made me want to join again.

5歳と8歳の子供連れで参加しましたが、海も綺麗し亀も見れて船の上で食べるハンバーガーも最高でした。それ以上にクルーの人の子供への配慮や陽気な感じ、また参加したいと思いました。

The Villages were very informational, enjoyable and entertaining. Wasn't able to visit all of them so we were very lucky to see the ones we did visit. The Cook Island show was outstanding!!! OH MY, it was awesome, can't say enough for the entertainment and talent of the dancers, drummers and singers. The water parade was so beautiful and the stories were so informational. The buffet, was delicious and it had all you could ever want to eat and drink. The best was left for last and that was the show. OMG, it was a delight, amazing, educational, talent abounded, a site you couldn't believe. It was the whole package. I'm so grateful we went.

I couldn't get a reservation for the Star of Honolulu, so I booked this one instead. It felt a bit smaller than the Star of Honolulu (the Star of Honolulu has four decks, while the Majestic has three).

I had a meal in the first-floor seating, and while the buffet menu was generally good, I couldn't eat the mushrooms or drink the water. The mushrooms tasted like they were rehydrated from powder and weren't good, and the water had a chlorine smell (the American elderly couple at my table complained about it as well). There was live music on the second floor, which was played over the ship's speakers. It seemed to feature quite a bit of older country music. Songs like "Stand By Me" had everyone on board singing along, creating a nice atmosphere. The third floor was the only open deck.

The fireworks lasted about five minutes, which was a nice way to wrap up the cruise. It seemed like the Star of Honolulu was anchored off Diamond Head the whole time, but this one was cruising around, which was a plus.

スターオブホノルル号の予約が取れず、こちらを予約。スターオブホノルル号より一回り小さい感じでした(スターオブホノルル号は4階、マジェスティック号は3階)。
1階席で食事を取りましたが、ビュッフェのメニューは概ね良かったものの、マッシュルームと水はいただけない。マッシュルームは、粉末を水で戻した感じで美味しくないし、水はカルキ臭い(同席していた米国人老夫婦も文句たらたら)。2階席で生演奏が行われていて、それが艦内放送でずっと流されていました。割と古めのカントリーが多かった感じ。スタンド・バイ・ミーとか、艦内の皆でサビを斉唱するなど、良い雰囲気。3階のみがオープンデッキ。
花火は5分程度でしたが、クルーズの最後の〆として良い感じでした。
スターオブホノルル号は、ダイヤモンドヘッド沖にずっと停泊しているようでしたが、こちらはずっとクルーズしていたのも○。

The sunset was very beautiful. It wasn't a formal atmosphere like a dinner cruise; you could just enjoy drinks and see the beautiful scenery outside the boat, which was fantastic. I highly recommend it!

夕日がとてもきれいでした。
ディナークルーズのようなかしこまった感じではなく、飲み物だけであとは船の外で綺麗な景色がみられて最高です。
おすすめです！

At 5:30 AM, the shuttle arrived at the hotel right on time to pick us up. We made stops at two other hotels before heading to the airport. About six other passengers got off at the Air New Zealand area, while we were able to smoothly continue to the Delta Air Lines area, allowing us to move with plenty of time to spare.

朝5時30分、時間厳守で送迎シャトルがホテルに迎えに来てくれました。
他に2カ所のホテルを周り空港へ移動。
我々以外の約6名は、ニュージーランド航空のところで下車、我々はデルタ航空のところまで、楽々スムーズに移動出来、時間に余裕を持って動くことが出来ました。

The navigation of the boat on the way there and back is spectacular, and I think it's more interesting as an attraction. Other than when you're flying, it's a battle against seasickness, so good luck!

行き帰りの船の操縦が豪快で、こっちの方がアトラクションとして面白いと思います。
飛んでる間以外は船酔いとの戦いです、頑張って下さい。

On the way back from Florida, I departed from LA around 3 PM and arrived in Honolulu around 6 PM. The airport was mostly empty of Japanese travelers since flights to and from Japan had already ended for that time period, but it was easy to navigate and convenient. I would like to use Roberts Hawaii's shuttle service again next time.

フロリダからの帰途、乗り継ぎ地LAを午後3時頃出発し、午後6時頃ホノルルに到着した。
空港は、その時間帯は日本との到着便・出発便は終了しており、日本人は殆どいなかったが、分かり易く・便利で、次回もロバーツのシャトルサービスを利用したいと思いました。

The weather was unfortunately cloudy, but the bus transfer staff and the Japanese staff were very nice, even giving me advice on my GoPro.

The local staff were cheerful and energetic, making for a very enjoyable tour!

I was able to see many sea turtles, and the BBQ lunch after snorkeling was delicious. I really enjoyed the ocean at the sandbar!

天気はあいにくの曇でしたが、
バスの送迎スタッフさん、日本人のスタッフさんもとてもいい人で、持参していたGoProの
アドバイスまでして頂きました。

明るく元気でとても楽しいツアーになりました！

海ガメもたくさん見ることができ、

サンドバーの海を満喫することができました！

I had to wait to board the boat, but during that time, I was able to go to the restroom. It was cloudy at departure, but once we got out to sea, the weather turned nice, which was great. When we arrived at the sandbar, the water was up to my waist, but we had fun playing beach volleyball, and afterwards, we enjoyed delicious hamburgers! It was the best! Everything except alcohol was free, and there were many options, so it might be good for kids as well. After that, we moved on to look for turtles, and luckily, we even saw a manta ray by chance. Then we went snorkeling around the coral, and I got a bit exhausted, but I managed to swim. I got so caught up in the fun that I ended up with a sunburn. Make sure to apply sunscreen regularly (laughs). Yuki, who guided us, explained everything clearly, and the other members were nice too! Thank you very much.

船に乗るのに待たされましたがその間にトイレに行けました。出発時は曇っていましたが沖に出たら良い天気になって良かったです。サンドバーに着いたら腰あたりまで海水がありましたが楽しくビーチバレーで遊んで、その後美味しいハンバーガー！最高でした！アルコール以外は無料で種類も多いのでお子様にも良いのではないでしょうか。その後移動して亀探し、ラッキーなことに偶然マンタまで見れました。その後シュノーケリング珊瑚の周りを1周してちょっとヘトヘトになりましたがなんとか泳げました。遊びに夢中になりすぎて全身日焼けしました。日焼け止めはコマ目に塗りましょう（笑）案内してくれたユキさん説明がわかりやすく、他のメンバーも良い方でした！ありがとうございました。

The staff, both female and male, were stylish and really engaged with us, making the experience enjoyable. We were able to see the fireworks from a prime spot, and the beautiful night view from the sea, which we don't usually get to see, was incredibly satisfying. I would love to use this service again!

スタッフが女性、男性ともにカッコよく、盛り上げてくれたり、話しかけてくれたりとても楽しめた。花火が特等席から見れて、沖からは普段見れない綺麗な夜景も見られすごく満足できました。また利用したいです！

It was amazing to see dolphins and sea turtles up close!
It's cold, so it's better to bring warm clothing.
About 30% of the participants got seasick because it was quite rocky. Haha.
I think it's worth going!!

イルカも海亀も近くで観れて最高でした！

I walked from the hotel where I was staying to the pickup location. Since only the hotel name was written down, I went to that place, and because it was in a back alley, while I was waiting, a large bus arrived. I was given a waterproof wristband and boarded the bus, arriving at Wet 'n' Wild about 30 to 40 minutes later! I went through a bag check at the entrance. The large coin locker costs $16. Only card payments were accepted. It's essential to wear your swimsuit under your clothes. The changing rooms are quite basic. The kids' pool is safely monitored, and there were lifeguards present. There are many slide pools, and since I went on a weekday, even though there were lines, I only had to wait a few minutes, and I had a lot of fun! I want to go again next time!

ピックアップ場所に泊まっているホテルから歩いていきました。ホテルの名前だけ書いていたので、その場所まで行き、裏通りだったので、
待っていたら大きいバスがきて、手首に濡れても大丈夫な紙を巻かれてバスに乗って30~40分後にウエットアンドワイルドに到着！
入り口で持ち物検査受けて入りました。
コインロッカーは大16ドルです。
カードしか無理でした。
水着は服の中に着ていくのが必須です。
更衣室も簡易です。
キッズプールは安全に守られてて、監視員もいてました。
スライダーのプールもたくさんあり、
平日に行ったので並ぶといっても数分で
かなり楽しめました！
また次回も行きたいです！

This excursion was so much fun. The staff went out of their way to make our time great. The hamburgers were great and the alcoholic drinks were available for $5 which is a good price here. We saw Manta Rays which they said wasn’t so common and two giant turtles.

(1) When I arrived around 11 o'clock, the water level was up to my waist due to the tides. It's not sandy like in the pictures, so those who want to stay dry should be careful.
(2) I swam near the coral reef where I could see fish up close while snorkeling. I took off my glasses and injured my knee on the shallow coral reef. Those with poor eyesight should be careful.

⑴ 私が到着した11時頃は潮の関係で腰まで水位がありました。写真のような砂地ではありませんので濡れたくない人はご注意ください。
⑵ シュノーケリングで魚が身近に見える珊瑚礁付近を泳ぎました。メガネを外していたので浅瀬の珊瑚礁で膝を怪我しました。目の悪い方、ご注意ください。

If you're not good with heights, it might be a bit challenging (I'm not good with them either), but the view was amazing. After it was over, I was a bit startled when there was no car to pick me up, but it seemed like it was just delayed a little because they were dropping off the next group of participants.

高いところが苦手な人はちょっと難しいかもしれませんが、（私も苦手です。）景色が最高でした。
終わってから迎えの車が無くて少しドキッとしましたが、次の時間の参加者を送ってくる関係で少し遅れただけのようでした。

Arrived at Honolulu Airport on a domestic flight (Hawaiian Airlines) from Kona Airport on the Big Island. I looked for someone wearing a Roberts Hawaii shirt and showed them the printed voucher, and it was all good. We were the only Japanese people; everyone else was from English-speaking countries, and the vehicle was full. It seemed like they were picking up at about five hotels, but our hotel (in the center of Waikiki) was the second stop. The seating was more spacious compared to the shuttle we used with another company, and it was comfortable with plenty of legroom. I don't speak much English, but it was fine. I would like to use this service again next time.

ハワイ島（コナ空港）からの国内線（ハワイアン航空）利用でホノルル空港に到着。ロバーツハワイのシャツを着ている人を探してその人にプリントアウトしていたバウチャーを見せたらOKでした。私たち２人だけが日本人で他は英語圏の方で車内は満員でした。５か所くらいのホテルに送迎するようでしたが、私たちのホテル（ワイキキ中心地のホテル）は2か所目でした。他社で利用したシャトルより座席の間隔が広くて足元がゆったりしていて快適でした。英語がほとんど話せませんが大丈夫でした。次回も利用したいです。

The driver was very chatty, and I had a great time during the journey. I was also able to use the service without any worries thanks to the timely pickup.

運転手さんがすごくおしゃべりで道中楽しい時間を過ごせました。
また時間通りのピックアップで不安なく利用することができました。

On June 27th, we had several days of bad weather with heavy rain and warnings. I was worried if we could go ahead, but somehow, there was a break in the clouds just at that moment! I accidentally went to the opposite side of the Sheraton, but once I realized it, I moved to the right side. There were mostly foreigners, but since we had a reservation, we were able to board the boat smoothly! However, some people got their clothes soaked from the waves while boarding. But there was unlimited drinks and music, and the view was great!

6月27日数日お天気が悪い日が続き…大雨や警報が出てました。決行出来るのかと心配でしたが…その時だけ何となく晴れ間が出ました！
間違えてシェラトンの左側の反対に行ってしまいましたが、違うと分かり右側に移動しました、外国人ばかりでしたが…予約してありましたので、スムーズに船に乗れました！が、乗る時の波で洋服がびちょ濡れになった人もいました。でも、お酒も飲み放題でミュージックもあり…景色も良かったです。

It was an awesome experience for me and my friends. We really had a good time, Thank you for a wonderful time.

Water droplets were dripping heavily from the air conditioning inside the vehicle, so the seats on both sides of the last row were not usable. It seems like the driver didn't notice.

車内の空調から水滴がだーっと垂れて、一番後ろの両通路側の席は座れませんでした。それに運転手さんはきづいてなさそう。

In the morning, I was worried that my children might get seasick, so I gave them some candy for motion sickness. However, as soon as the boat set off, there was no time to feel sick, and we got to see dolphins and sea turtles. My one-year-old son was also having fun on the boat, pointing and saying "Ah, ah." My elementary school daughter got super excited when she swam and saw a huge group of dolphins in the direction the instructor was pointing! Even my dad, who isn't a great swimmer, and my grandmother, who is over 70, all enjoyed it together.

I definitely want to go again the next time we visit Hawaii. It was really fun!

朝は早く、子供が酔わないか心配だったので、飴の酔い止めを舐めさせました。
でも船が出て酔う暇もなく、イルカや、ウミガメに会えました。
１歳の息子も船の上から「あ、あ、」と指を差しながら楽しんでいました。
小学生の娘は泳いでインストラクターの指す方向を向くとイルカの大群を見て大興奮！！
泳ぎの苦手なパパも、７０過ぎのばあばもみんなで楽しめました。

次にハワイに行くときも絶対に行こうと思っています。本当に楽しかったー

I had wanted to go for a long time, and this time my wish came true. The weather wasn't very good, but even in the shallowest areas, the water depth was up to my knees. I should have checked the tide times a bit more and planned my schedule accordingly. After that, I went to Maui, and the ocean there was definitely much more beautiful. I got to see turtles!

ずっと行きたかったのですが、今回念願叶い参加しました。天気もあまりよくなかったこともありますが、一番浅いところでもひざ下までの水深で、もう少し満ち引きの時間を調べて日程を決めればよかったです。
その後Mauiに行きましたが、海は断然そちらの方が綺麗でした。
亀には会えました！

We had a very relaxing mid day cruise, the crew was great and very accommodating. We had to reschedule our cruise due to in-climate weather and the crew made sure we were able to reschedule for a different day that worked with our schedule. Enjoyed the cruise immensely!

The driver kept talking non-stop, and it was quite annoying. While I appreciated the sightseeing information, I wish it had been more moderate. I think it would have been much better if they had played some Hawaiian music instead.

ドライバーがずっとしゃべり続けていてうんざりしました。観光案内をしていただいてもいましたがほどほどにしてほしい。ハワイアンでも流してくれたほうかずっと良いと思います。
