Waikiki Dive Center is a small dive shop that works with both beginners and experienced divers. The boat is small (no bathroom). We had 7 divers on the boat, including instructors. Water is provided, but you must bring your own food.

Since this was my sixth time diving (not certified), they did a quick review of skills with me, but I did not need much instruction. My dive instructor pointed out some interesting sea creatures including a small octopus (too fast for me to get a picture). Lots or turtles at this dive site.

Only down side was the second dive was at the same site, but we did explore more on the 2nd dive.

I am considering going back there to get certified.

Good zip line experience with a mix of short and long zip line runs. Was able to go up side down on the majority of the zip lines, although they prefer to save "tricks" for the last 2 zip lines as a surprise.

All lines are dual zip - so you go two at a time. Takes about 2 1/2 hours with 11 people in the group. Guides were fun, helpful, and took some good pictures (separate charge to buy their pictures). They encourage you to take your own pictures too.

I usually don't get motion sickness, but the boat was rocking quite a bit, and I got seasick. I was pleasantly surprised to see turtles while snorkeling. In fact, there were five of them swimming around, which was truly moving.

普段乗り物酔いをしないんですが、船がかなり揺れて船酔いしました。シュノーケルは期待してなかったカメに会えて良かったです。しかも5匹も泳いでて、それは感動しました。

The scooter experience was great. Very unique. If you tend to seasickness go with the first group. Luckily, I did or I don’t think I could have done it. The area where we scootered is rough, and quite a few people got sick. I had hoped to snorkel and swim afterwards, but was too sick. My companions were just fine.
Saw several turtles and different kinds of fish. Also, morning trips are supposed to be calmer than afternoon.

I had been curious about it for a long time, and this was my first time participating. The sandbar is a wonderful place made up of coral deposits, and standing there gave me a truly strange feeling. We took photos and played beach volleyball with other participants, and before we knew it, it was time for the BBQ hamburger lunch. The hamburgers we made ourselves, topped with pineapple and other ingredients, were exceptional when eaten on the boat.

After that, we went turtle watching from the boat, and then it was time for snorkeling at the snorkeling point. Unfortunately, the visibility wasn't that great, but we encountered turtles underwater, which was incredibly exciting. The Japanese-speaking female guide was friendly, and for some reason, it felt like my family was being slightly marked, but she helped liven up the atmosphere on the boat, and we had a great time.

サンドバーは素敵な場所でサンゴの堆積で出来ている浅瀬という事で、そこに立てば何とも不思議な感覚がありました。写真を撮ったり参加者でビーチバレーをしたりしましたが、あっと言う間にBBQハンバーガーランチとなりました。自分たちでパイナップルなどトッピングして、船の上で食べるハンバーガーは格別なものでした。
その後ウミガメのウォッチングを船上から行い、シュノーケリングポイントでシュノーケリングになりました。
残念ながら視界はそれほど良くありませんでしたが、水中でもウミガメに遭遇し、大興奮でした。
日本語ガイドの女性の方も、気さくな方で、何故か我が家族が少しマークされていた感はありますが、船上も盛り上げていただき、楽しいひと時を過ごせました。

I previously participated in a luau at Hilton on the Big Island, but this was my first time on Oahu. It was a luau on a rooftop surrounded by hotels, and the show was wonderful. If I understood a bit more English, I might have grasped the explanations better, but I still enjoyed the stage performance. After the show, the dancers were also happy to take photos, and it seemed like the kids had a great time. Above all, it really felt like I was in Hawaii.

以前はハワイ島でヒルトンのルアウに参加しましたが、今回はオアフでの初参加でした。
ホテルに囲まれた屋上でのルアウでしたが、ショーは素敵なものでした。
もう少し英語が分かれば、説明している内容も分かったのでしょうけど、それでもステージは楽しめました。
ショーが終われば、ダンサー達も気軽に写真にも応じてもらえますし、子供も楽しめていたようでした。何より、ハワイに来たな〜と感じられます。

The guide and the cameraman shared many enjoyable stories. Seeing over 50 wild dolphins swimming right beside us was truly moving. The sound of the dolphins was also soothing. Meeting the wild seals, of which there are only 1,300, was a rare experience. I would love to use this service again.

ガイドさんやカメラマンさんが、楽しいお話を沢山してくれました。野生のイルカは50頭以上！すぐそばで泳ぐのは、感動的です。イルカの声も癒されます。1300頭しかいない野生のアザラシに会えて、貴重な体験でした。また利用したいです。

They picked us up on time and took us straight to the yacht harbor. From there, we went quite far out on a cruiser, and that alone was a lot of fun! The tour guide spoke broken Japanese, but I could understand the explanations somewhat! Since it was a special occasion, we went for the 120m option, but it was so high that it was terrifying! However, it was a lot of fun and made for great memories. The view overlooking Waikiki was amazing, and I wanted to capture the scenery from above in photos! If I ever come back to Hawaii, I would definitely like to do it again. I gave a $10 tip to each of the two staff members. The two overseas guests who were with us seemed to have given $5 for both. I purchased the data from the photos taken with a DSLR on an SD card for $35 as a keepsake. I'm looking forward to seeing them on my PC when I get home!

時間通りに迎えにきてくれてそのままヨットハーバーへ。そちらからクルーザーでかなり沖の方までいき、それだけでも楽しかったです！添乗員の方も片言の日本語で何となく説明がわかる感じです！
せっかくだからと120mにしましたが、余りに高くて恐怖でした！でもとても楽しかったし良い思い出になりました。ワイキキを見下ろすような、素晴らしい景色だったので上空からの景色を写真に収めたかったです！またハワイに来ることがあれば是非してみたいです。チップは10ドルずつ、2名の方に渡しました。一緒に乗り合わせていた海外の方は2名分を5ドル渡していた様でした。一眼レフで撮影してくれたデータはSDカードにして、35ドルで買えましたので記念に購入しました。帰ってPCで見るのが楽しみです！

I wasn't expecting much from the food or the show, but it turned out to be quite enjoyable and delicious! When Michael came out, it was the best! I didn't know they had shows like this in Hawaii. The hula dancing was also wonderful. It's definitely worth experiencing at least once!

The captain's presence during the vow renewal was a wonderful memory. The location at the bow with Diamond Head in the background added a special touch.

Of course, the three-star plan on the Star of Honolulu was great on its own. I had originally planned to purchase the commemorative photo with the special logo, and I wanted to secure a private seat by the window. I also wanted a bottle of wine to enjoy at my own pace, so I felt it was a great value package tour.

To Veltra, it’s a bit difficult to find the vow renewal option from the one-day wedding section, so it would be helpful if you could add a vow renewal option in the sidebar. Right now, it’s clear that the vow renewal is part of the one-day wedding, but the image of one-day wedding equals wedding is too strong...

船長立ち合いによるバウリニューアルはとても良い思い出となりました。
場所も船首で背景にダイアモンドヘッドと特別感がありました。

勿論、スターオブホノルル号の３スタープラン単体も良かったです。
特性ロゴ入り記念写真も元々購入する予定でしたし、
窓際プライベート席の確保もしたかったし、
自分のタイミングで飲むためにもワインも１本欲しかったので、
お得なパッケージツアーだと感じました。

OMG- my husband and I found this activity last minute, and we went ahead and booked with the hope that would be a cool experience. It went above and beyond on our expectations, and all I can say is that we are so happy we found you guys! My husband loves to snorkel, I on the other hand don’t.. I tried before and my hair usually gets stuck in the equipment, water comes inside of my ears and mouth... this is an Amazing alternative to snorkel, but much much better!
The whole staff was smooth and patient. You will see so many fishes, it’s def incredible! Worth every penny, and I even think they should charge more... 1st class experience!

I have already posted about the delay of the arrival flight causing me to miss the shuttle and having to wait a long time, but when returning, I informed them that I was arriving at Haneda on Hawaiian Airlines, yet I was dropped off at a different building. After completing the check-in process at the Hawaiian Airlines counter in the other building, I tried to check my luggage and was informed by the staff that the building was about 50 meters away. If the driver was unaware, I believe the company is neglecting proper training. I am still feeling very frustrated.

到着便の遅れにシャトルが間に合わず、かなり待たされたのは既に投稿しましたが、帰国時はハワイアン航空で羽田着だと伝えたのに、別の建物に降ろされてしまいました。
違う建物のハワイアン航空のチェックイン機で手続を済ませてから、荷物を預けようとして職員の方に50m位離れた建物だと教えられました。ドライバーが知らなかったのだとしたら会社側が指導を怠っているのだと思います。
未だ非常に憤りを感じています。

The weather was great, and we were able to see a very beautiful sandbar! The snorkeling spot had strong winds and the water was a bit murky, but we were able to see some fish. The sandbar was deeper than I expected, about knee-deep. I checked a site that predicts the tides to decide when to go, but there were days that seemed deeper, so I think it would be good to confirm and choose a day within the possible range.

天気に恵まれ、とても綺麗なサンドバーが見られました！シュノーケリングのポイントは風が強く少し海は濁りが強かったですが、魚は見ることができました。サンドバーはひざ下くらいの深さで思ったよりも深かったです。潮の満ち引きを予測するサイトを見て決めましたが、もっと深そうな日もあったので、可能な範疇で確認して行く日を決められるといいと思います。

A breathtaking spot often seen in TV shows and guidebooks! I wanted to go to the sandbar, so I signed up.
It was definitely the right choice! I highly recommend it!!
On my boat, Justin kept the energy up and it was a lot of fun. I tend to get seasick, so I took some motion sickness medication before joining. It didn't rock too much, so it wasn't a problem. The lunch on the boat was delicious too!
The sandbar had cloudy skies with occasional sunny breaks, and I took a lot of photos.
It would have been even better if it had been clear!
I had a great time snorkeling and paddleboarding.
I even got to see a sea turtle!!

It was a beautiful ride. The crew were great. I highly recommend the experience! I liked that we could just bring our own drinks and food!!

Really enjoyed this catamaran sunset sail. Curtis and Pono the crew were really accommodating and made all the difference in the experience. Sunset was perfect and they made sure all the best views were seen, and even acted as photographers when needed! Also liked that we were able to bring our own drinks, and that the boat had a cooler so our drinks didn’t go cold.

They were talking to everyone except us, completely ignoring us the whole time. It was a waste of time and money. I want my money back. I think the guide should prioritize the customers before enjoying their own meals and fun.

I was worried about having booked with an English guide and not understanding the safety regulations at all, but I was relieved to find that there were guides who had spent time in Japan and I could select Japanese text on the iPad! All the guides were cheerful, and I had a great time on the zip line! I was also happy to ride a buggy to the top of the mountain! The bumpy road felt like an attraction, and I enjoyed the journey to the zip line as well! I'm glad I went!

英語ガイドで予約してしまい、安全に関する規約について全くわからなかったらどうしようと思ってましたが現地には日本で過ごしていたことのあるガイドさんもいたりiPadで日本語での文が選べたりと不安は無くなりました！！ガイドさんがみんな陽気で、ジップライン もすごく楽しく行うことが出来ました！山？を上まで登るのにバギーに乗れたのも嬉しかったです！ガタガタ道でアトラクションの様でジップライン に行くまでの道も楽しめました！行ってよかったです！

It was my first time parasailing, so I experienced a bit of seasickness and felt a little dizzy up in the air, but thanks to the good weather, I was able to see beautiful scenery!

This was my second time going to the heavenly sea, and it was the right choice to use this company for the first time. I had an amazing time. The food was also very delicious!

I had no experience with surfing, but I participated with the feeling that it would be cool to surf in Hawaii. I can't speak English, but I think I was able to prepare the minimum necessary because the staff explained the precautions in Japanese during the video before the lesson. I could somewhat understand the lesson through English words. There were 8 of us with 2 instructors, but 4 of us were able to ride the waves right away, so it was effectively 1 instructor for every 2 people. My own performance wasn't great, but I had fun playing in the waves.

サーフィンは未経験でしたが、ハワイでサーフィンができたらカッコいいだろうなぁという感覚で参加しました。
英語は話せませんが、レッスン前のビデオでの注意事項、スタッフさんとが日本語で説明してくれたので必要最低限の準備はできたと思います。
レッスン自体は英単語でなんとなく理解できました。
8人で2人の先生でしたが、うち4人はすぐに波に乗れたので、実質2人に1人の先生に教えてもらいました。
私自身の出来は悪かったですが、波に遊ばれて楽しかったです。

Fortunately, we had great conditions, and it took us 40 minutes to reach Popoia Island (I mostly paddled while sitting), but feeling the waves and wind all over my body while using my whole body to paddle was incredibly fun. Additionally, the numerous photos that Ms. Mieko took for us were all of the most beautiful sea and sky, and they have become treasures.
Also, when my sandals broke on the way back from the beach, I walked barefoot on the scorching asphalt while pulling the boat, and I will never forget how Ms. Mieko ran to meet me with her own sandals.
Thank you so much. I would love to do this again next time!

そしてミエコさんの的確な指示と、３歩先まで見越した配慮と気遣い
幸い、コンディションに恵まれてポポイア島まで40分かかりました（ほぼ座って漕いでました）が、波と風を体中に感じながら、全身を使って櫂を漕ぐのはめっちゃ楽しかったです。また、ミエコさんに撮影して頂いた数々の写真は、最高に美しい海と空ばかりで、宝物になりました。
また、途中サンダルが壊れてしまい、ビーチからの帰り道、焼け付くアスファルトの上をボートをひっぱりながら裸足で歩いていたら、ミエコさんがご自分のサンダルをもって走って迎えに来てくれたことが一生忘れません。
本当にありがとうございました。また次回もお願いしたいです～

This was my first time participating with my mother and my children, aged 3 and 7. I thought my 3-year-old might not be able to handle the dolphin swimming, but when we arrived at the spot, everyone dove into the sea! The 3-year-old was held by a staff member and got to see dolphins and sea turtles, and even ride on a paddleboard, which made them incredibly happy! The staff were all friendly and kept the kids entertained. We encountered dozens of dolphins, many sea turtles, and even baby turtles, making it the best day of our lives. The kids are now excitedly saying they want to join the manta ray program next time! Thank you to all the staff! I will definitely participate again next time!

今回初めて母と私と3歳と7歳の子供連れで参加しましたが3歳の子はドルフィンスイミングは無理かなぁと思いながらポイントに着くと全員海にダイブ！3歳の子はスタッフの方に抱っこされてイルカ、ウミガメを見せてもらったりパドルボードに乗せてもらって凄く喜んでました❗スタッフの皆さんがフレンドリーで子供達を楽しませてくれて何10頭ものイルカ先生、何匹ものウミガメ先生や赤ちゃん亀にも出会えて人生で一番最高な日になりました子供達は、次はマンタ大学にも参加したいと大騒ぎしています❗

In Japan, I was able to immerse myself in the magnificent nature, forgetting the time while feeling the pleasant sunlight and breeze. It was an incredibly happy time, and my mother, who joined me, was very satisfied as well. My father, an experienced rider, participated in the advanced course and was also thrilled with horseback riding in Hawaii's stunning nature. Most importantly, I was overjoyed to see my 2-year-old son experience horseback riding for the first time during the 20-minute introductory course, which made me feel his growth. My wife, who had said she might ride if our son couldn't, ultimately didn't get to ride, but she was satisfied watching our son on the horse. Thanks to the very friendly staff, we had the best time.

日本では身を置くことができない雄大な自然の中で、時間を忘れて気持ちの良い日差しと風を感じることができました。それはとにかく幸せな時間で、一緒に参加した母も大満足でした。また、経験者である父が上級者コースに参加しましたが、父もハワイの雄大な自然の中での乗馬に大満足していましたし、何と言っても20分の体験コースで生まれて初めて乗馬を体験した2才の息子の姿を見て、成長を感じられたことが何よりも嬉しかったです。息子が乗れなかったら乗ればいいかなと言っていた妻は、結果的に乗ることができませんでしたが、息子の乗馬姿に満足していましたし、とっても感じの良いスタッフのおかげで最高の時間を過ごすことができました。

I was really worried because my return flight was late at night, but I felt relieved when they came to pick me up on time. The airport was dark and hard to navigate.

帰りの便が深夜なのですっごく心配でしたが、時間通りお迎えにきてもらい安心しました。空港も暗くわかりにくい状態( ;∀;)

It was my first time going abroad with everything booked in advance. Previously, I had only made reservations for options, and while they picked me up, no one came to take me back ( ;∀;). This time, they arrived on time and made it easy for me to find them.

海外にすべて予約して行くのが、はじめてでしたが前にもオプションだけ取って行きましたが迎えは来ましたが帰りの迎えが来ない( ;∀;)今回は時間通りにわかりやすく迎えに来てくれました。

We had such a fabulous night on this cruise. The fireworks were fabulous but more importantly the hosts were great, funny and made the experience even better. Loved going for a sail afterwards and the maitais were delicious. Thanks for an awesome night.

I saw in the reviews that there were few Japanese people, but coincidentally, the crew on our cruise included second-generation Japanese, so they felt very Japanese! The other two crew members were also friendly towards the Japanese guests, and we had a fantastic time! There were about ten Japanese participants as well! The scenery was amazing!

There was a bit of trouble with the operating company at the meeting point. We arrived at the meeting location more than five minutes before the scheduled time. Then, a flashy bus with the "Dolphin & You" logo passed right in front of us, and thinking we had been left behind, we hurried to chase after it, but it just kept going. Since we had minimal luggage and didn't have our smartphones, we had no choice but to return to the hotel, where we received a call from the operating company... They said they had come to pick us up at the meeting point but since we weren't there, we could no longer participate in the tour.

Actually, the bus we chased after was a different bus picking up Western guests, while Japanese guests were supposed to be picked up by a smaller van (a plain white bus without the operating company's name or logo), which apparently arrived quite late on the day of the tour. Despite this, the operating company said, "Since this is a cancellation on your part, we cannot issue a refund. If you want to participate, please take a taxi to the harbor." I thought it was unreasonable to ask us to take a taxi to a location that takes an hour by car, and when I expressed my frustration asking, "Is this really our responsibility???" they reluctantly agreed to send someone to pick us up.

On the morning of the tour, a confirmation call was made to the hotel, but the staff member was not fluent in Japanese and did not provide detailed information during the prior call. Therefore, I recommend confirming what kind of bus will come to pick you up on the day of the tour.

Once we got on the boat, I thought the staff members were very kind and helpful. There were also staff members who spoke Japanese fluently. They were very high-energy, which might be a bit overwhelming if you’re feeling unwell. In my case, I think the strong winds contributed to my discomfort, and I felt that snorkeling might be tough for small children... My child cried a lot during the first attempt and couldn't handle it. Dolphins can only be seen underwater as dark shadows, so it might be better for children to see them from the boat.

I also brought an underwater camera, but it's quite difficult unless you're a good swimmer. Regarding clothing, I wore a rash guard and tights, and I think that was sufficient without needing to rent a wetsuit (the rental wetsuits are short types). As for belongings, you should definitely borrow a bath towel from the hotel and bring it with you. It can get a bit chilly on the way back, so it's better to take off wet rash guards and dry off with the bath towel before putting on a dry shirt.

As for tipping, which can be confusing for Japanese people, it didn't seem like it was strictly enforced. The Q&A section on the operating company's website also mentions that a small gesture is sufficient. I hope this information is helpful to everyone.

集合時に運営会社と少しとトラブルになりました。
私たちは集合場所に待ち合わせ時間の5分以上前から来ていました。
すると「ドルフィン＆ユー」のロゴが描かれた派手めのバスが目の前を通り過ぎてしまったので、置いて行かれたと思い、慌てて追いかけたのですが、そのまま行ってしまいました。
荷物も最小限で、スマホも持っていなかったので、仕方なくホテルに戻ったところ、運営会社から電話が・・・。集合場所にピックアップにきたが、いないのでもうツアーには参加できないとのことでした。
実は我々が追いかけたバスは、欧米人客を拾っていく別便のバスで、日本人客はそれよりは小さいバンのようなバス（運営会社名もロゴもない、真っ白なバスです）が拾っていくことになってたらしいのですが、当日それが待ち合わせ時間よりもかなり遅れてきたのです。
・・・にも関わらず、運営会社がいうには、「そちらの都合のキャンセルなので、返金には応じられない。参加したければ、タクシーでハーバーまで来てください。」とのことでした。
車で1時間もかかるところに、タクシーで来いというのもどうかと思いますし、さすがに「それってこちらの責任なのですか？？？」と憤ったところ、渋々なんとか迎えにきてくれました。

当日の朝に確認の電話がホテルに掛かってきますが、そのときのスタッフは日本語が堪能ではなく、事前の電話でそこまで詳細な情報までは教えてはくれませんでした。
ですので、当日はどんなバスが迎えにくるのかを必ず確認された方がいいと思います。
　
船に乗ってからは、スタッフの皆さんとても親切で良かったと思います。

とてもハイテンションなので、気分が悪くなるとちょっとしんどいかもしれません。
私の場合は、結構風が強かったのも原因かと思いますが、シュノーケリングは小さいお子さんは厳しいかも・・・という印象でした。
うちの子は、1回目で大泣きでダメでした。
イルカは水中で見ても、黒い影のようにしか見えないので、子供は船上で見た方がいいかもしれません。
あと水中カメラを持っていきましたが、泳ぎが得意な方でないとなかなか難しいです。
あと服装ですが、私はラッシュカードとタイツをはいて行きましたが、ウエットスーツ（貸しウエットスーツは短パンタイプです）を借りなくても、これで十分だと思いました。
荷物としては、バスタオルはホテルで借りて必ず持っていくべきでしょう。やはり帰りはちょっと寒いので、ぬれたラッシュガードなどは脱いで、バスタオルで体を拭って、乾いたシャツ等を着る方がいいと思います。

日本人が戸惑うチップですが、そんなにきっちり払っている感じはなかったです。運営会社HPのQ&Aにも書いてありますが、気持ち程度でいいと思います。
