I participated in the 10 AM session with my 4-year-old son. The guide, who has experience scuba diving in Japan, was fantastic! He encouraged my son, who was scared to go down the stairs to the submarine, saying, "It's not scary—it's exciting!" The guide was also fluent in Japanese and shared a lot of interesting details about the ocean, likely due to his scuba diving experience. Although the view was somewhat monochrome, my son was thrilled every time we got closer to the reef, exclaiming, "It's the fish's house!" I recommend bringing a jacket since it gets cold in the submarine. The round-trip boat ride was quite bumpy, but I didn't get seasick since I stayed on the second deck. According to the staff, it's easier to get seasick on the first floor. You could buy commemorative photos with a card, but it seems cash is the main method of payment. We even saw turtles from the boat, making it a very satisfying tour.

4歳の息子と2人で10時の回に参加しました。スキューバダイビングで日本にいらしたことのあるというガイドさんが最高でした！潜水艦への階段を降りるのを怖がった息子に「怖くないよ〜excitingよ！！」と声を掛けて支えて下さいました。ガイド自体も流暢な日本語でおもしろく、スキューバダイビングをされているせいか海の様子もとても詳しく伝えてもらいました。割とモノクロな視界ではありますが、息子も魚礁に近づく度に「おさかなのおうち！！」と大喜びでした。潜水艦は冷えるので、上着を持って行く事をお勧めします。往復の船は結構揺れましたが、ずっと2階デッキにいたせいか酔いませんでした。スタッフの方曰く、1階の方が酔いやすいとのこと。記念写真はカードでも買えましたが、基本は現金のようです。船から亀も見れて、大満足のツアーでした。

I used the service from the hotel to the airport. Perhaps because it was the last pickup, the bus arrived 15 minutes late. I was quite anxious while waiting. The road to the airport was congested, so it took a bit longer, but I made it in time for check-in.

最後のピックアップだったからか集合時間より15分遅れてバスが来た。待っている間はかなり不安だった。空港までの道が渋滞していて少し時間がかかったがチェックインには間に合った。

I was glad that I could ride several times.
Along the way, I cracked open macadamia nuts with a stone and charged up my energy, and I was able to drink water.
The guide was also interesting, and the long flight while looking at the ocean was the best!!

As soon as I exited the airport, there was a desk, and they guided me smoothly just by saying my name. There were many things I didn't understand in English, but the driving was excellent.

空港出口でてすぐにデスクがあり、名前言うだけで、スムーズに案内してくれました。英語でわからないところがたくさんありましたが運転は、あうまかったです。

The boat ride to the sandbar and walking out on the sandbar was a great experience. Highly recommend it. Unfortunately, the weather could have been a little better as it rained for a bit. The crew were friendly and provided great commentary as to what to see and do as well as safety features. The snorkeling by the reef was another great experience.

I had been to Hawaii many times, so I wish I had participated earlier! I was a bit worried about the sandbar and shooting for the first time, but once I went, I had no worries and just enjoyed it! It was fun, friendly, and smooth. The lunch was delicious, and the staff were cheerful, making for a fulfilling day. I will definitely participate again.

HAWAIIへは何度も行っていたからこそ！もっと早くに参加して居ればよかったと思いまいした。初めてのサンドバーとシューティングで心配もありましたが、行ってみれば何の心配もなくEnjoy！でした。楽しく、親切にスムーズでした。ランチも美味しく、スタッフさん達も明るく充実の一日でした。また、参加させて頂きます。

This was my second zipline experience, and compared to last year's at Kualoa Ranch, the scale was much larger. Being a tour specialized in ziplining, it was fantastic!

２回目のジップラインでしたが、昨年のクアロアランチに比べるとスケールも大きく、ジップライン専門のツアーだけあって最高でした。

The crew was great and the food was delicious. Advice for those who get sea sick: premediciate! The catamaran isn't huge, so riders definitely feel every wave. The evening we went the water was really rough and seasickness definitely puts a damper on an otherwise great experience.

It was a shuttle service to the airport, but even after the scheduled pickup time, the shuttle did not arrive. After waiting for 10 minutes past the scheduled time, I called the local office. After explaining the situation, I was put on hold for nearly 10 minutes, and when they finally got back to me, they said, "We're on our way, so please wait a little longer," and I had to wait again. However, even after waiting, the shuttle still did not arrive, so I called again 10 minutes later. They said they would check again, and this time I was on hold for over 15 minutes (which was frustrating). Ultimately, they informed me that the shuttle would not make it, and I would need to arrange a taxi separately, so I ended up taking a taxi to the airport (of course, I didn't have to pay for it). This was a 50-minute delay from the original pickup time. I used the hotel phone, so I didn't incur any financial burden from the 25 minutes on hold, but standing there and listening to Hawaiian music on hold for so long was very stressful. This was my first time using Roberts Hawaii, and I was really disappointed not only by the delay but also by the poor handling of the situation. I won't be using them again.

空港への送迎でしたが、ピックアップ時間になってもシャトルは来ずで、予定時間から10分経過したところで、現地オフィスへ電話を入れました。
事情を説明したところ、確認するとのことで10分近く保留中となり、待たされた割には、「向かっているので少し待って」で、また待機することに。。
ですが、待っていてもやはり来ないので、10分後に再度電話をしたところ、また確認すると言われ、今度は15分以上保留（イライラ）で、最終的にはシャトルが間に合わないので、タクシーを別途手配すると言われ、タクシーで空港へ向かうことになりました。（自己負担はもちろんなかったですが）
当初のピックアップ時間から50分の遅延です。私はホテルの電話を使わせてもらったので、計25分の保留でも金銭的な負担はなかったですが、立ちっぱなしで、保留中のハワイアンミュージックを延々と聞いているのは、とてもストレスでした。
ロバーツハワイを使うのは初めてでしたが、遅延もさることながら、対応の手際の悪さに本当にガッカリしました。もう使いません。

Seeing Diamond Head and Waikiki Beach from the sky over the ocean is amazing. The last jabon was only a little wet. You might feel a bit seasick.

海の上で空から見るダイヤモンドヘッドとワイキキビーチは最高です。最後のジャボンも少し濡れる程度でした。ちょっと船酔いはするかも。

I went kayaking. It's hot, really hot. I need to take precautions against sunburn. But since I'm in Hawaii, I feel like that's okay.

カヤックした。暑いとにかく暑い。日焼けするので対策を万全にしないと。だけどハワイに来たんだからそれもいいじゃないと思わせてくれます。

We really enjoyed our trip. Our guide Jessica was very entertaining and knowledgeable. Maui is beautiful. Glad we flew over for the day

I used it on my way back. A staff member in a yellow shirt arrived five minutes before the scheduled time, and I was able to board smoothly. I also visited a few other hotels, but since we went in an orderly manner, it didn't take much time. I would like to use this service again on another occasion.

帰りに利用しました。予定時間の５分前に黄色いシャツの係員が来てスムーズに乗車できました。何件か別のホテルもまわりましたが順序良く回ったので時間はかかりませんでした。またの機会も使いたいと思います。

I was looking forward to the all-you-can-eat BBQ lunch and all-you-can-drink soft drinks, but the BBQ was quietly placed inside a dimly lit shed-like building, which brought my mood down. There were few side dishes, and the eating area was swarming with flies. Perhaps because my expectations were high, I was quite disappointed.

The all-you-can-drink soft drinks also had limited options and few places to order from, so in the end, I only had two cups.

Not having a proper changing area was also a downside.

However, the slides had short wait times and were enjoyable.

BBQランチ食べ放題、ソフトドリンク飲み放題を楽しみにしてましたが、BBQは薄暗い小屋っぽい建物の中にひっそりと置かれていて、気分がダウン。おかずも少なく、食べる場所はハエがたかってるし、期待値が高かったせいか、かなりがっかり。
ソフトドリンク飲み放題も、種類が少なく、頼める場所も少なく、結局、二杯しか飲みませんでした。
ちゃんとした着替える場所がないのもいけてませんね。
スライダーはどれも待ち時間が少なく楽しめました。

Since this was a personal trip, I used this service for transportation from the airport to the hotel. It had been 20 years since I last visited Hawaii, so I was a bit worried, but as soon as I exited the group exit, there was an attendant in a yellow shirt. When I spoke to them, they confirmed my name and completed the procedure. I waited for about 15 minutes, but the transfer was smooth. It took about 30 minutes to the hotel. I also appreciated the information that I could return from the same place. I would like to use this service again next time.

今回は個人旅行だったので空港からホテルまでの移動方法として利用しました。ハワイは２０年ぶりなので心配していましたが、団体出口から出るとすぐに黄色のシャツを着た係員がいて、声をかけると名前を確認して手続き完了。１５分くらい待ちましたが移動はスムーズ。ホテルまでは３０分くらいでした。帰りも同じ場所でとの案内もあり助かりました。次の機会も利用したいと思います。

It was my first experience, so I chose the lowest option at 90m. I was worried that my 9-year-old son would be scared, but he was totally fine and enjoyed it. Next time, I want to challenge myself to 150m. Since I took motion sickness medication, I didn't get seasick, and it became a great memory.

初めての体験だったので、一番低い90mにしました。
9歳の息子が怖がるかと心配しましたが、全然大丈夫で、楽しんでいました。
次回は150mにチャレンジしたいです。
酔い止めを飲んでいたので船酔いもなく、良い思い出になりました。

I was very satisfied with the whale watching I participated in at Shiretoko and Okinawa, so I joined the one in Hawaii with high expectations. I was surprised that we encountered whales right away without having to go far out to sea. Perhaps it’s because they come close to the land to give birth. Because of this, the whales' movements were rather subdued, and we only saw a little bit of their dorsal fins and tails a few times, which was a bit different from the intense experience I had imagined. However, I definitely felt the excitement.

知床と、沖縄で参加したホエールウォッチングが大満足だったので、ハワイも期待して参加しました。沖まで行かなくても、すぐにくじらに遭遇できたことは驚きでした。出産で陸地近くまで来ているからなのでしょうか。その為なのか、くじらの動きが地味で水面から少しの背びれ、しっぽが何度が見られた程度で、想像していた大迫力とはちょっと違いました。ただわくわく感は十分体験できました。

I got seasick and motion sick, but it was amazing to see a large group of dolphins and cute sea turtles up close! The photographer who was with us was really energetic and fun, and he took a lot of wonderful photos. I would love to use this service again when I go to Hawaii next time.

I had the best time on this simple, but fun and beautiful catamaran Cruise. The staff and crew were great, and even though I was traveling alone, they made us all feel welcome and like friends! The crew told us stories and brought us drinks while we enjoyed the ride.

The views were absolutely stunning, and it was a blast sailing though the bouncing waves. I thought about booking again the next day, but sadly couldn’t find the time! If I’m ever back in Waikiki, I will definitely join this cruise again.

Love the experience. Love the food. Will come back and visit again. We came with two small children’s 2 and 4. They love the show and the buffet. Love the boat ride and the theater show. Ac is very cold in the imax show. We took the boat ride and went the very back and visited all the villages back so it’s a one way trip to the buffet if the timing is right. And after the buffet we hang out by the market and listen to the live music.

They arrived on time to pick me up. (I have had experiences with other companies where I was made to wait for about 40 minutes without any contact, which was concerning.)
The meeting point was on the street next to the accommodation, but the female driver came all the way to the lobby and helped carry my luggage. (Sometimes, there are men who don't offer to help, even though tips are included...)
Thanks to them, I had an enjoyable trip to Hawaii until the end.

時間通りに迎えに来てくれました。（他の会社は40分くらい待たされて、何の連絡もなく心配したことがある）
宿泊施設の隣の通り集合でしたが、ドライバーの女性の方がロビーのほうまで来て荷物を一緒に運んでくれました。（たまに男性でも手伝ってくれない方もいます。チップ込みのはずなのに・・。）
おかげ様で最後まで楽しいハワイ旅行でした。

I had a wonderful half-day at the dreamlike sandbar, even though I was a bit anxious about bringing my baby. Everyone was very friendly, and I truly enjoyed the experience!

I was thrilled to swim with the sea turtles that come to work every day (laughs). They were so friendly, and my child was excited when a turtle came close and touched me!

The snorkeling took us to some really deep spots, but for small children, they provided large boogie boards with windows (for a fee) to take them along. They also made sure that both parents could participate separately, showing great attention to detail so that everyone could enjoy their time.

Even if you're not confident in swimming, there are other activities available (like paddle boarding), and it's a great recommendation for those who want to try a little bit of everything—walking on the sandbar, snorkeling, and swimming with the sea turtles! The lunch was delicious too (^ - ^).

Although the calendar indicated low tide, we couldn't walk on the beach, so I might have misunderstood how to read it, or perhaps it was just a low tide that didn't expose the sand. Also, it was just before the jellyfish warning period, but we did see a few jellyfish. It's nature, so that's a bit tricky.

All in all, it was a fun experience! Thank you!

憧れのサンドバー、赤ちゃん連れの参加で少し不安でしたが、皆さんとてもフレンドリーで楽しい半日を過ごさせていただきました！
毎日出勤してくる（笑）海亀さんと一緒に泳げたのが感動でした。とても人懐こい亀さんで、海亀さんが近寄ってきて僕に触ったよ！！とこどもが興奮していました。
シュノーケリングも、すごく深いところを行くのですが、小さな子供は窓がついた大きなビート板のようなもの（有料）に載せて連れていけたり、両親がそれぞれで参加できるように配慮してくださっていたり、参加した人が皆楽しんで帰れるような細やかな気配りが随所感じられて素晴らしかったです。
泳ぎに自信がなくても他に遊ぶ道具（パドルボート？とか）があったりしますし、サンドバーを歩いてみたい、シュノーケリングもちょっとしたい、他のアクティビティにも興味があるし、海亀さんとも泳ぎたい！！という、あれこれ少しずつ体験したい方にオススメです！お昼ご飯も美味しかったです(^-^)
カレンダーでは引き潮っぽかったのに砂浜は歩けませんでしたので、カレンダーの見方を間違えたのか、引き潮でも砂浜の出ない引き具合だったのか。あと、くらげ注意のギリギリ手前の日程だったのですが、少しくらげがいました。自然のことなので、その辺は難しいですね。

First, regarding the hotel shuttle, because it visits various hotels, the time spent on the bus can be quite long. I was one of the last to be picked up at the Hyatt, so it took about an hour, but those who were picked up first should be prepared for around two hours. This might be a concern for those who need frequent bathroom breaks. It seems that many delays are often caused by participants themselves, such as those who arrive late or go to the wrong meeting point. Once you leave Waikiki, it takes about 30 minutes to arrive using the highway.

We arrived at the site before 10:30. Tour participants lined up at a designated window to receive their tickets and then queued at the gate. The gates opened at 10:30, and while the line wasn't too long, the entry process took some time for each group. Many Japanese visitors had their partially consumed plastic bottles confiscated during the security check. Additionally, there were Japanese guests who lined up at the gate without receiving their tickets, which also caused delays.

After successfully entering, we went to rent a locker. The lockers are rented using a credit card at a terminal, which was a bit confusing, but since it supports Japanese, it wasn't a problem if you stay calm while operating it. The number of lockers is significantly fewer compared to large pools in Japan (like Toshimaen). I wonder what happens if they run out. Perhaps it means that not many people come.

Once we changed, we could finally enjoy ourselves, but by that time it was around 11:00. We were told to return to the bus by 15:00, so if we planned to leave by 14:30, we only had about three and a half hours. Considering lunch time, we effectively had less than three hours, which felt overwhelmingly insufficient. The kids seemed to feel they hadn’t played enough. I had a plan that included shuttle service and a day pass, but those who added a lunch buffet or bodyboarding experience would likely feel even more pressed for time.

The facility itself is more compact than I expected, so moving around doesn't take too long. The crowds are also much lighter compared to Japanese pools, which is a plus. However, there seemed to be only one place to buy lunch, so during peak times, there was quite a wait. It would be good to stagger meal times to save some time.

As for the attractions, overall, they were enjoyable. There are many types of slides that you can't experience in Japan. However, one downside is that some slides require specific floatation devices, and there simply aren't enough of them. Particularly, there were hardly any floatation devices for sliding with children (there were relatively more for single riders). Some of the available ones had holes and were deflated when I picked them up. I really hope this gets improved. With time already being tight, waiting to get a floatation device is frustrating.

The wave pool has large waves and a long duration of waves, which is great. However, there are some rough areas on the floor that could cause scrapes if you're knocked around by the waves. The lazy river is average; the distance for one loop isn't very long. Also, there isn't a typical "just a pool" like you find in Japanese facilities. This is likely why the entire facility is compact, but it doesn't allow for much swimming practice. If you want to swim, you might as well do it in the wave pool when there are no waves.

Overall, the facility is good and enjoyable for adults as well, but the limited time and lack of floatation devices for the slides are drawbacks. Additionally, some attractions are closed at certain times, which is disappointing. I wonder if the closing times are posted somewhere.

The return time of 15:00 does feel early. Perhaps it's to allow for an earlier return to Waikiki so that guests can enjoy shopping as well.

As a time-saving tip, consider wearing your swimsuit in advance and staggering lunch times to reduce waiting at the concession stands.

まずホテルからの送迎ですが、色々なホテルを廻る関係でバスの中にいなければならない時間が長い。自分はハイアットで最後の方だったので1時間位だったが、最初の方にのったひとは2時間くらいは覚悟しないとダメそう。そうなるとトイレが近い人は少し心配。(時間通りに来ない人や集合場所を間違える人など、参加者自身が原因の場合が多そうだが。)ワイキキを出発すればハイウェイ使って30分で着く。
現地には10時半前に到着。ツアーの人はツアー限定の窓口にならんでチケットを貰い、ゲートに並ぶ。10時半開場で列自体はそんなに長くないが一組の入場に時間がかかる。持ち物検査で飲みかけのペットボトルを没収されている日本人が多い。また、チケットを受け取らずにゲートに並んでいる日本人もいて、その対応にも時間がかかっている。
無事入場したあとはロッカーを借りにいく。 端末でクレジットカードを使って借りるタイプで少し戸惑うが日本語対応されているので、冷静に操作すれば問題ない。ロッカーの数は日本の大規模プール(豊島園とか)に比べると圧倒的に少ない。いっぱいの場合はどうするのだろうか。そこまで人はこないということだろうか。
着替えがすめばようやく遊べるが、だいたいその時点で11時頃。15時にはバスに戻ってきて下さいと言うことだったので、14時半にはあがるとすると3時間半しかない。昼御飯の時間も考慮すると実質は3時間もないので圧倒的に時間が足りない。子供は全く遊び足りない様子だった。自分は送迎と１日パスのプランだったが、昼食ブッフェやボディーボード体験を入れた人は更に時間におわれるだろう。
施設内は予想よりもコンパクトな作りなので移動にはそこまで時間はかからない。混雑も日本のプールに比べたら遥かに少ないのでその点は快適。ただ昼購入場所は自分が見た限り一ヵ所しかないので昼時はかなり待つ。時間をずらすなどして少しでも時短したいところ。
肝心のアトラクションについては総じて楽しかった。日本では体験できない種類のスライダーも多く楽しめる。ただ不満としては、専用の浮き具がないと滑れないものがあるが、浮き具の数が絶対的に足りない。特に子供と一緒に滑るための浮き具がほとんどなかった。(一人用は比較的多くあった)。せっかくあった！と思って手に取ると穴が開いていて空気が抜けているものもあった。これは是非改善して貰いたい。ただでさえ時間が足りないのに浮き具を得るまでの待ちは痛い。
波のプールはウェーブが大きくウェーブの出る時間も長いのがうれしい。ただし床がザラザラな場所があり波にあおられて擦りむく恐れあり。流れるプールは普通。一周の距離はそんなに長くない。また、日本のプール施設にあるようないわゆる‘‘ただのプール’’はない。これが施設全体をコンパクトにできている理由でもあるが、泳ぎの練習などはあまりできない。あえてやるなら、波がないときの波のプールくらい。
全体的に言えば施設自体は良く大人でも楽しめるが、時間が少ないのとスライダー用浮き具がすくないのが難点。あとは時間帯により閉鎖しているアトラクションがあるのが不満。閉鎖時間はどこかに書いてあるのだろうか。
帰宅集合時間が15時というのはやはり早い。もしかしたら、ワイキキに早く帰れるからショッピングも楽しめるという配慮なのかもとも思った。
時短テクニックとしては、予め水着を着ておく、昼御飯時間をずらして売店に並ぶ時間を減らす。

They take you just off the beach in Waikiki where the turtles roam. We saw at least 10 turtles on our trip. The cold beverages after the trip were also refreshing. The crew were awesome and helpful for those first timers.

Friendly staff and a great experience! Would definitely go back!!

The excitement was heightened with a limousine pickup, and we received a wonderful welcome on board. We enjoyed delicious meals while watching the best entertainment. The captain, the interpreter, and all the crew members congratulated us. Since it was Friday night, we also got to see fireworks, making it worth every penny.

I participated in parasailing at a height of 150 meters with my daughter. The staff who provided transportation to the hotel were very kind, which made us feel at ease. On the boat, the crew took many photos for us, and we enjoyed a wonderful time taking in the views of Waikiki from 150 meters high. I thought it might be a bit scary with the wind, but my daughter seemed to enjoy it more that way. The photos taken at the end are available on an SD card, but if you pay by card, it costs $35, which is $5 more than paying in cash. When I come to Hawaii again, I would like to participate once more.

高さ150mのパラセイリングを、娘と二人で参加しました。ホテルまでの送迎ではスタッフの方がとても親切な方で安心し、またボートではクルーの方がたくさん写真を撮って下さったですし、150mの高さから眺めたワイキキの景色を堪能したりと楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。
少し風があり怖いかな？と思いましたが、娘はその方が楽しかったようです。最後に撮って下さった写真はSDカードでいただけますが、カード支払いだとcashより5ドル高く35ドルでした。
ハワイに来た時は、また参加したいと思います。

Overall this was not one of the better snorkel experiences. The boat was too crowded, with 61 snorkelers. The right size for the boat should have been about 40. Especially crowded at the start where people were not allowed on the top deck when leaving port.

The crew try their best to provide a good time. They are energetic and enthusiastic.

Food option was another issue. Basically you get either a cheeseburger or veggie cheeseburger. No other choices. I hate cheese. Since food is pre-made, there is no opportunity for a simple hamburger. Drinks are either water or watered down lemonade, served in tiny cups. Should have had more variety and larger cups. You also can get a bag of chips.

Swimming with the dolphin is basically everyone jump in the water, look down to see a couple dolphins swim by, and then jump right back in the boat.

Snorkeling was not rushed, but the site did not have many fish or varieties of fish.

Water slide was fun. Much more fun than snorkeling.
