Thinking we might get seasick, our whole family took motion sickness medication before boarding. It was me, my husband, our fifth-grade son, and our preschool daughter.

During the trip, when the boat rocked violently, the kids sat at the front, getting splashed with water alongside a foreign family’s children, and they all enjoyed themselves, screaming with excitement.

Even though we couldn't communicate verbally, the joy was universal. While some people looked green from seasickness, our family was very satisfied as we enjoyed the blue sea, the splashes of water, and the view of Waikiki from the ocean until the very end.

Time flew by in what felt like an instant.

酔うと思い、家族全員酔い止め服用の上で乗船しました。私と夫と小5兄、年少妹の4人です。
途中激しく揺られる所は子供達は船前方の水しぶきが当たるところに外国人家族のお子さんと一緒に座り、一緒にキャーキャー声を上げて楽しんでいました。
言葉は通じなくとも楽しいことは世界共通でした。
中には船酔いでグロッキーな表情の人もいる中、私たち家族は最後まで青い海と水しぶきと海から見るワイキキの街並みを楽しむことができて大満足でした。
時間もあっという間に感じます。

When we were riding horses, the four of us were quite excited. However, by the time we finished riding and returned, everyone seemed tired. My father and husband, who just turned 70, got off the horse saying their knees hurt and walked in a rather strange way. My 9-year-old and 10-year-old daughters and my nephew simply said they were sleepy.

As I listened to them, it seemed they felt sleepy because they were walking at the same pace through similar scenery. Additionally, the uncles were in the same position and at the same pace, which seemed to have taken a toll on their legs and back. They mentioned that the horseback riding experience on the Big Island of Hawaii was better. What a shame...

馬乗った時は興奮気味の4人でした。
しかし、乗馬が終わり戻ってきた時には、みんな疲れている感じでした。
70歳を迎えた父と夫は、膝が痛い！といいながら馬からおりてなんか不思議な歩き方を。
9歳と10歳の娘と甥っ子は、眠かった、、と一言。

話を聞いていると、同じような景色ばかりの中を同じペースでパカパカ歩くので、眠かったようです。また、おじさんたちは同じ姿勢で同じペースで、、ということで足腰にきていたようです。
以前体験した、ハワイ島の乗馬の方がいいわ、、ということでした。
残念。。。

Since my youngest daughter, who is 3 years old, also wanted to experience horseback riding like her older sister, I assumed it would be a pony riding experience and made the reservation. However, among the horses lined up for the riding experience, there were no ponies. I thought they might be preparing them, but instead, everyone was riding horses of similar size... Let's ride!!

After the experience, we got to brush the horse's fur and feed them, and that was the end of it. It seems like she had a lot of fun.

乗馬体験同じように、下の娘3歳も体験したいとのことだったので、ポニー乗馬体験、 と思い込んで申し込み。
乗馬体験の馬が並んでいる中に、ポニーがいない。今から準備かな？と思っていたら、みんな同じような大きさの馬に…Let's riding!!
体験後は、くしで馬の毛をとかしてもらい、エサを与えさせてもらい、終了でした。
とても楽しかったみたいです。

We participated as a family of four with two children in the upper grades of elementary school. The forecast was cloudy, but it was mostly sunny with calm waves. After gathering by bus from each hotel, we boarded the boat at the port, splitting into a Japanese-speaking guide's boat and an English-speaking (foreign) boat. The explanations were clear, and the guide was lively and fun. At the sandbar, they were knowledgeable about taking photos, providing advice on angles and poses, and we got to take many shots! We saw plenty of sea turtles as well. The snorkeling was a bit murky, possibly due to the tide being high, but we could still see fish. On the way back, we could ride the bus even in wet swimsuits if we had a towel, but it was cold inside the bus, so I wish I had brought dry clothes. The lunch was also quite delicious! The sandbar was beautiful, and we were very satisfied!

小学生高学年2人の子供と家族4人で参加。曇り予報でしたが、殆ど晴れで波も穏やか。各ホテルからバスで集まると、港で、日本語ガイドさんの船と、英語の船（外人）に分かれて乗船。説明もわかりやすく、ノリもよく楽しいガイドさん。サンドバーでは、写真の撮り方熟知しており、方向やポーズのアドバイスあり、何ショットもとってもらえました！海亀もこれでもかってほど見ました。シュノーケルは、潮が満ちていたせいか、やや濁りぎみでもまぁ魚は見えました。帰りは、濡れた水着でもタオルひけばバスに乗れますが、バス内が寒いので、乾いた服をもっていけばよかったかな。昼ごはんもかなり美味しかった！サンドバーきれいだったし、大満足！

The return shuttle I used during my last trip to Hawaii was the type where you gather at nearby large hotels like Hyatt and Sheraton to get picked up. This time, I stayed at a condominium just off Kalakaua Avenue, but Roberts Hawaii came right to the entrance to pick us up.

Even though Waikiki is crowded with tourists, it can be quite challenging to move around with large luggage, so I really appreciated this service. On the return trip, there were no other Japanese passengers besides us, but they were well aware of each passenger's airline, making the drop-off smooth.

前回の渡ハの際に利用した復路シャトルは、ハイアットやシェラトンなど近くの大きなホテルに集合して載せてもらうタイプでした。
今回はカラカウア通りから一本入ったコンドミニアムに宿泊しましたが、ロバーツハワイはしっかりエントランス前までお迎えに来てくれました。

観光客の多いワイキキといえど、
大きな荷物を持って移動するのは大変なのでこの対応には助かりました。
復路は日本人の乗客は私たち以外にいませんでしたが、各自のエアラインもしっかり把握してくれているので降りる際もスムーズでした。

We arrived with six people. The staff were locals, and although each of us had one suitcase, they loaded them carefully. The counter at the boarding area is a bit difficult to find, but if you go to the area where the counters are gathered and ask someone, they will help you.

到着時6人で利用しました。スタッフは現地の方ですが、各自一つずつスーツケースがありましたが、丁寧に積み込みしてくださいました。
乗り場のカウンターがやや分かりにくいですが、カウンターが集まるエリアに行って誰かに聞けば教えてもらえます。

This was my fifth time in Hawaii, and I no longer travel on tours. I used it for transportation within Waikiki. It might be possible to go cheaper, but the announcements were clear and helpful. It's necessary to check in advance if there is a shuttle to your hotel.

ハワイは5回目でもうツアーでの旅行はしなくなりました。その時にワイキキ内までの移動に使いました。もっと安くで行けるのかもしれませんがアナウンスもわかりやすくてよかったです。事前に自分の泊まるホテルへの送迎があるか確認が必要です。

Since it was a lodging not listed on the list, I was dropped off at a nearby hotel. The driver was very polite and properly informed us about the pickup location and time for the return. They used a microphone to get everyone excited, but it was hard to hear, and it felt like all the passengers were being forced to say "YAY."

リストに載っていない宿泊先だったので、近くのホテルで降ろしてもらいました。
きちんと帰りのピックアップ場所や時間まで教えてくれて、丁寧なドライバーさんでした。
マイク使って盛り上げてくれていましたが聞こえずらいし、同乗者全員無理やりYAYさせられてる感がありました。

I used it on the way there, and they properly informed me of the pickup time and location for the return trip when I got off. The driving was not rough and was safe.

行きでも利用し、降りるときに帰りのピックアップ時間・場所までちゃんと教えてもらえました。
荒い運転でもなく安全でした。

I was worried about seasickness, but the weather on the day was nice, and we were able to enjoy ourselves. My family was also very happy, and it became a great memory.

船酔いを心配しましたが、当日の天候もよく楽しむことが出来ました。家族も非常に喜んでおり、いい想い出となりました。

This was my fourth time surfing in Hawaii. This time, I participated in this school for the first time. Previously, I had private lessons at a different school, but this time it was a group of over ten people. Although the lessons were in English, when I arrived, there was a teacher who looked like a local but spoke fluent Japanese, which was very reassuring. Before we started, they encouraged us a lot, making it easy to participate even for first-timers or those coming alone. First, we borrowed marine shoes, watched a video, and then headed to the ocean. After some training on land, we entered the water. In addition to the Japanese-speaking teacher, two other instructors joined us. Our group included participants from Japan, South Korea, Australia, and the United States, so we communicated in English. Since I had surfed a few times before, I was able to stand up from the beginning and had a lot of fun riding the waves in the beautiful, shallow sea. However, unlike private lessons, when I paddled back to the instructor, I had to wait for other students to catch their waves, which took some time before it was my turn again. I think beginners will enjoy it, but those with some experience might find it a bit lacking. That said, waiting for waves while chatting with the instructors and other students was enjoyable. I believe this is a plan that allows even first-timers to relax and have fun.

ハワイで4度目のサーフィンでした。今回始めてこちらのスクールに参加させていただきました。前回までは違うスクールで、プライベートレッスンだったのですが今回は10人以上のグループでした。英語でのレッスンとのことでしたが、到着すると見た目はバリバリ現地の方なのに、日本語がペラペラな先生がいらっしゃりとても心強かったです。始まる前にたくさん声をかけてくださり、初めてでも1人での参加でも、安心して参加できます。まずはマリンシューズを借りて、ビデオをみて、海まで向かいます。陸でのトレーニングをしてから海に入りました。日本語を話せる先生の他に2名先生が一緒に入ってくださいました。今回のグループには日本、韓国、オーストラリア、アメリカの方が一緒に参加していたので英語でのコミュニケーションでした。私は何度かサーフィンをしたことがあったので、初めから立つことができ、遠浅の綺麗な海で波乗りができとても楽しむことができました。ただ、やはりプライベートレッスンとは違いパドルで先生のところに戻っていっても他の生徒さんの波待ちの時間があり、自分の番まで回ってくるのに時間がかかります。初めての方は楽しめると思いますが、何度か経験されている方には少し物足りないかもしれません。とはいえ、和気あいあいと先生、生徒さんたちともお話をしながらの波待ちは楽しかったです。初めての方でも安心して楽しむことができるプランだと思います。

I was relieved that they arrived right on time for the pickup! We visited a few hotels before heading to the airport, but it was a good thing that the transfer was done with plenty of time to spare. The driver only spoke English, so we were a bit confused with the explanations since we were planning to take a domestic flight to Kona.

ピックアップ時間丁度に来てくれて安心しました！いくつかホテルをまわって空港に向かいましたが、余裕をもっての送迎だったので良かったです。ドライバーさんは英語only なので、国内線でコナへ向かう予定だった私たちは説明に少し戸惑いました。

This was our first time to the islands as a family and the Circle Tour and Polynesian Cultural Center was a great way to start our trip. The Polynesian Cultural Center was so cool learning about all the different Polynesian cultures and customs. We would definitely recommend this to anyone else visiting the islands. The canoe show was great!

We woke up at 5 AM and participated as a family of three. After about an hour's ride on the bus, we moved to the point where the dolphins are located by boat. To see the dolphins, we had to follow the instructor's directions and move back and forth from the shore to the open sea multiple times, which was suddenly tiring. It felt like a physical education class.

The sea was beautiful, and we saw many dolphins, so it was enjoyable, but my wife got seasick and was exhausted in the second half. If you're okay with boats and the sea, I think it's an activity you can enjoy thoroughly.

朝五時に起きて家族3人で参加しました。
バスで一時間ぐらい走ってから、船でイルカのいるポイントまで移動。イルカを見るにはインストラクターの指示にしたがって、岸へ沖へ、何度も移動せねばならず、いきなり疲れます。体育の授業とのこと。
海はきれいでイルカもたくさん見れたので楽しかったのですが、妻は船酔いしてしまい、後半はぐったりしてました。
船や海が平気なら十分楽しめるアクティビティだとおもいます。

The pickup did not arrive even after the scheduled time. Just as I was about to contact them according to the information on the voucher, the van arrived.

After we got on, we stopped at another hotel, but it seemed that either the van's cargo area was small or the other passengers had brought too much luggage, as not all the bags fit. In the end, we had to place some luggage in the aisle between the seats or have passengers hold them on their laps, which delayed our departure.

However, this did not cause us to arrive late at the airport or affect our check-in process. Since we communicated our flight time when making the reservation, I believe that such minor delays are taken into account when setting the pickup time.

Considering that it was a shared ride with multiple hotels, I think encountering such situations can happen, especially with traffic conditions. The driver dropped us off at the appropriate terminal based on the airline we were using, and after leaving the last hotel, the ride was smooth, so I would like to use this service again.

時間を過ぎても迎えが来ませんでした。バウチャーに記載されている内容に沿って連絡しようとしていたところ、バンが到着しました。
私たちが乗った後、もう1軒のホテルに寄ったのですが、バンの荷台が小さいのか、他の乗客が荷物を持ち込み過ぎているのか、荷物が入りきらず…。
結局、座席の間の通路に置いたり、乗客が膝前で抱えたりと積み込みに手間取り、出発までに時間がかかりました。
これで空港到着が遅れ、チェックインなどに支障があった、ということはありません。
フライト時間を伝えて予約するので、このような多少の遅れは考慮されて、迎えの時間が設定されているのかとは思います。
複数ホテルを回る乗合であることから、交通状況なども加えて、このようなケースに遭遇することもあるのかなと思います。
利用する航空会社別に目的のターミナルで降ろしてしてくれましたし、最後のホテルを出発した後はスムーズでしたので、また利用したいと思います。

The sea was murky, possibly due to the rain that had fallen the day before, and it didn't match the beautiful scenery I had expected from the photos. The other places I visited during my stay had clearer waters. However, I was able to experience snorkeling and also try stand-up paddleboarding, which I had wanted to do. I also encountered turtles several times, which was enjoyable. The lunch was even more delicious than I had imagined.

前日まで雨が降っていたこともあってか、海は濁っており、写真で見て期待していた景色、海の綺麗さではありませんでした。
海は、滞在中に行った他の場所の方が綺麗でした…。
しかし、シュノーケリングに加え、やってみたかったSUPも体験できました。また、亀にも何度も遭遇でき楽しむことができました。
ランチも想像以上に美味しかったです。

It was extremely crowded, likely due to the summer vacation period. We entered at 10:30 in the morning, but we had to exchange our voucher for admission tickets at the reception, which caused a 20 to 30-minute delay at the entrance. We also waited 20 to 40 minutes for attractions and spent an hour in line at the lunch stand. Since the return bus was at 3 PM and we had to stick to that schedule, we were in the changing room by 2:30, so we only managed to go on four attractions. It's unacceptable to wait an hour at the stand when outside food and drinks are not allowed. They should either increase the number of staff or the number of stands. Additionally, I noticed some signs of aging in the facilities, and I was a bit worried about whether maintenance was being done.

夏休み期間のせいもあり、めちゃくちゃ混んでいました。朝は10:30入場だったのですが、バウチャーを受付で入場券に換えないといけないので入口で並び入場に20〜30分のロスがあり、アトラクションも20〜40分並んだのとランチの売店も１時間並びました。迎えのバスが15時で時間厳守なので14時半には更衣室だったので結局アトラクション4つしか乗れませんでした。飲食の持ち込み不可なのに売店１時間待つのはありえないです。だったらもっと人を増やすか売店数を増やすかしてほしい。あと老朽化が目につきました。メンテナンスをしているのかちょっと心配でした。

Last year, my husband and I participated in the Manoa Falls tour, but this time we joined with our three grandchildren (ages 5, 7, and 10) and our daughter, making a total of six of us.
The sandbar was a bit deep for the grandchildren, but it was perfect for practicing snorkeling later on.
The barbecue on the boat was also very delicious, and we were extremely satisfied.
We were able to see some turtles (though it was a bit disappointing that there weren't many), and the staff were very kind, allowing us to have a fun day.

昨年は夫婦二人でマノアの滝ツアーに参加しましたが、今回は孫３人（５歳、７歳、１０歳）と娘、我々夫婦６人で参加しました。
サンドバーは孫達にはちょっと深かったですが、後で行うシュノーケリングの練習を行うには最適でした。
船上でのバーベキューも大変美味しく、大満足でした。
カメも見られ（ちょっと少なかったのが残念でしたが）、スタッフの方々も大変親切で楽しい一日を過ごせました。

We enjoyed the sunset catamaran cruise and it was one of the highlights of our trip! The crew were great and entertaining. Views were surreal, especially at sunset. Definitely recommend it!

This Cruise was so much fun! The crew took good care of everyone and made sure we all were enjoying our experience. Would highly recommend this Cruise to everyone!

I attended with my husband, his mother, and our two children, making a total of five of us. It was a wonderful show featuring hula, songs from Disney movies that the kids know, as well as music from Michael Jackson, Elvis Presley, fire dancing, and more—something that the whole family could enjoy! They even took pictures with us, making it a very memorable experience. I definitely want to recommend it to everyone! ^ ^

主人の母、主人、子供2人と私の5人で参加しました。素晴らしいフラに加え、子供も知っているディズニー映画の歌や、マイケルジャクソン、エルビスプレスリー、ファイヤーダンスなどなど、家族みんなが楽しめるショーでした！！
一緒に写真も撮ってくれたりと、とても思い出に残るものでした。

I felt that the fireworks were a bit far away, but overall it was good. My feet were completely bare. Marine shoes were also not allowed.

花火が少し遠いと感じましたがおおむね良かったです。
足は完全素足です。マリンシューズも不可でした。

I challenged myself to a height of 120 meters. It was my first time paragliding. We were the very first to fly. I was surprised by the sudden lift since I hadn't seen the previous person's experience, but once we were up, the view of Waikiki was breathtaking! We could see Diamond Head perfectly. It seemed like my husband, who has a fear of heights, and my child, who was initially scared, both enjoyed the experience. My child said, "I want to do it again," and my husband said, "If we do it next time, let's go for 150 meters."

While others were experiencing it, there were also planes flying, making it perfect for taking photos! We had a great time asking the people we were touring with to take pictures and sharing our thoughts on whether it was scary or not.

The boat wasn't constantly moving, so I didn't experience much seasickness. However, I think motion sickness medication is essential since looking down while paragliding can make you feel queasy.

高さ120ｍに挑戦。初めてのパラセイリングでした。私たちは一番最初に飛びました。前の人の体験を見ていなかったので急な浮き上がりでびっくりしましたが、上に上がってからはワイキキの絶景！ダイヤモンドヘッドもばっちり見えました。高所恐怖症の夫や最初は怖がっていた子供も楽しく体験できたようです。子供は「またやりたい」夫は「次やるなら150ｍにしよう」と言っていました。
別な方たちが体験している際に飛行機も飛んでいたので写真を撮るにはもってこい！一緒にツアーを経験していた方たちに写真撮影を頼んだり、怖かったかどうか感想を聞くなど和気あいあいと過ごせました。
船が常に止まっているわけではなかったので、船での船酔いはあまりなかったです。パラセイリング中は下を見たりしていると酔ってしまうため、酔い止め薬は必需品だと思いました。

I was truly moved to swim with sea turtles!!! I have participated in several tours before that promised swimming with dolphins and sea turtles, but I was always disappointed because I never saw them. However, this tour was really amazing! I got to swim close to sea turtles and even encountered a sleeping one, which made me want to join again next time. The food was good, and the guides were all kind and funny, plus they spoke Japanese perfectly, so I think it's even better for those who might feel anxious about being away from home.

本当にウミガメと泳げて感動しました〜！！！
今までいくつかのツアーに参加して、イルカやウミガメと泳げるかもしれません！！などといったツアーに参加してきましたが、いつも見られず、ガッカリでしたが、今回のツアーは本当に凄かったです！
近くにウミガメが来て一緒に泳げたり、寝てるウミガメに出会えたりで次回もまた参加したいと思いました。
お食事も良かったし、ガイドさんたちがみんな優しくて面白くて、日本語もバッチリ通じるので家がが不安な人には更に最高だと思います。

When I was waiting at the hotel on time, a green bus with the Roberts Hawaii logo came to pick me up. I was a bit worried because the bus arrived a little late, but I was able to get to the airport safely.

時間通りにホテルで待っていると、ロバーツハワイのマーク入りの緑のバスが迎えに来ました。少し遅れてバスが迎えに来たため少し心配しましたが、無事に空港まで行くことができました。

As stated on the reservation voucher, a bus with the Roberts Hawaii logo will come to pick you up. You will inform them of your return airline and hand your suitcase to the cheerful driver before departing. Depending on road conditions and the pickup situation, there may be a delay in arrival.

予約バウチャーに記載の通り待っているとロバーツハワイのロゴの入ったバスが迎えに来てくれます。帰りのエアラインを教えスーツケースを陽気な運転手に預けて出発になります。道路状況やそれまでのピックアップ状況次第では遅れての到着になるかもしれません。

We participated as a family of seven.
It was incredibly moving to see dolphins up close! There was someone in the tour group who couldn't see the dolphins, so they kept searching until that person could see them, and in the end, everyone was able to see the dolphins.
We also got to see sea turtles up close, which was another amazing experience.
The guide and crew made various efforts to entertain the participants, and I think it was a very satisfying tour.

However, the meals were really just light snacks, so if you eat a lot, you might prefer a tour that includes more substantial meals.

By the way, babies can also join the tour, but be careful as it can get quite bumpy on the way to the points, and you might get splashed with seawater.

Overall, I am very satisfied.

家族7名で参加しました。
イルカをすごく間近に見ることができ、とても感動しました！ツアー参加者の中でイルカを見れなかった人がいたので、その人が見れるまでイルカを探してくれて、最終的には全員がイルカを見ることができました。
ウミガメも間近で見ることができ、これもすごくいい体験でした。
ガイドの方もクルーの方々も、参加者を楽しませようと色々工夫をしてくださっていて、とても満足のいくツアーだったと思います。

ただ、食事が本当に軽食のみなので、たくさん食べる方は食事がたくさんついているツアーの方がいいかもしれません。

ちなみに赤ちゃんも一緒に見学で参加できますが、ポイントに向かう途中結構揺れて海水もかかるので、要注意です。

総合的には非常に満足です。

This is a place we always visit whenever we go to Hawaii. It's the kids' (ages 13 and 10) favorite pool. It has attractions that are hard to find in Japan.

The private cabanas are a must for adults. They create a luxurious atmosphere. Drinks and food can be delivered with just a phone call.

One thing to note is that it gets really hot, so applying plenty of sunscreen is essential. I was preparing to bring snacks and alcohol, but they were confiscated during the bag check at the entrance. They will return them to you when you leave.

Time-wise, there were no issues. Initially, I thought the time might be too short, but we were able to play without getting bored, and it felt just right.

毎回必ずハワイに行くときには行く場所です。
子供たち（13才、10才）が一番お気に入りのプールです。
日本ではなかなかお目に掛れないアトラクション揃いです。

専用カバナも大人には必須ですね。リッチな気分を演出してくれます。
飲み物、食べ物を電話一本で配達してくれます。

注意事項は何せ暑いので、日焼け止めクリームを多く塗ることでしょうか。
おやつ、アルコールを持ち込もうと準備していましたが入口の荷物チェックで回収されました。帰りに返してもらえます。
時間的にも問題なく、当初は時間が短いかな？と考えていましたが飽きずに遊べちょうどいい感じです。

Well done. We loved the show and would do it again. We highly recommend this show.

There is guidance in Japanese from the pick-up onwards (including broken Japanese). They are punctual, and the buffet food is delicious. However, it may be a bit shaky on some days.
