I always use it because you can't take a suitcase on TheBUS for personal travel! It's a bit disappointing that sometimes you can't leave immediately depending on the number of people and the hotel, but I'm very satisfied with the transportation.

個人旅行ではスーツケース等があるとTheBUSには乗れないのでいつも利用しています！
人数の集まりやホテルによってすぐに出発できないことがあるのが残念ですが、移動としてはとても満足です。

We had the great opportunity of taking this dream tour about a mile north of the Waikiki beach where the water is much more clear than the crowded Waikiki shore. We did snorkeling, kayak, paddleboard, water slide, and whole nine yards! The water is a little rough that day, but we still had so much fun! The staff were friendly and very helpful and encourage us to try different activities. Kevin, one of the staff was very helpful to get us all buckled up in lifevests, gear up for water activities. Thank you!

There were few dolphins. Even when I could see them, they were quite deep down (or far away), and I was busy chasing after the dolphins that kept getting further away. I had imagined a scene where I could swim relaxed in parallel among a large group of dolphins. I was disappointed because there were no corals and the visibility wasn't that great. However, the staff's response was wonderful.

イルカが少なかった
見れてもかなり底の方（OR離れている）で、どんどん離れていくイルカを追いかけるので忙しく。。
沢山のイルカの群れの中、並列でリラックスして泳ぐようなイメージだったので・・
サンゴも無い場所で透明度もそこまで高くなかったでがっかりした。
ただメンバーの方の対応は素晴らしかったです

It was a tour with a significant element of luck, but I was able to swim safely. It became a very good memory. It's a shame it was far away.

The crew was very attentive. From the moment we were greeted at the dock to the end of the cruise they were very personable and engaging. Great music and food. Overall, an outstanding experience for me and my significant other. Highly recommended!

Ok, it was a boat ride. However, it was the first thing we did and it allowed us to get on the water in a large catamaran. It allowed us to meet other people and the crew was great. Saw a turtle! Great view from the water back on the city. Great way to start the week.

I heard from other reviews that the meeting place was hard to find, so I went early to check it out. There were no staff members who spoke Japanese, so I was a bit anxious about the check-in, but I managed to get through it somehow. There were no other Japanese guests among the other passengers, but we all enjoyed riding the waves together, which is a universal joy. I didn't order any drinks. At one point, I felt a bit seasick and got cold, but overall, I had a great time.

集合場所がわかりづらいと他の方のレビューであったので、早めに行ってみました。
日本語を話せるスタッフがいないので、受付は不安でしたがなんとなくクリア。乗り合わせた他のお客さんに日本人はいなかったですが、波に乗り上げて盛り上がるのは万国共通で楽しみました。
飲み物は頼みませんでした。
途中、船酔いしそうになったり寒くなったりしましたが、トータルの感想は楽しかったです。

The driver on the way back was friendly and drove carefully. The way he loaded the luggage was also neat. He arrived five minutes early, so we departed on time. I would like to use this service again in the future.

帰りのドライバーさんは感じよくて、運転も丁寧。荷物の積みかたもキチンとしていました。時間も5分前には到着してくれていて時間通りの出発。今後も利用したいです。

I have used this service several times, but this time I came from a different direction, passing through narrow paths and skillfully maneuvering, which made the passengers applaud in excitement. We were the only Japanese on the medium-sized bus, but we arrived at the airport happily.

何度か利用させていただいてますが、いつも来る方向と違うほうからやってきて、小道を通り抜けたり、際どくすれ違ったり、すごいドライビングテクニックで、乗客が思わず拍手したりしておもしろかったです。中型バスで、日本人は我々だけでしたが、楽しく空港に着きました。

It was a small bus that could hold about 15 people, and everyone else, including the driver, was a foreigner, but I felt no anxiety because they explained everything slowly.

15人くらい乗れる小型バスで、私たち以外は運転手さん含め外国人でしたが、説明をゆっくりしてもらえたので不安はなかったです。

A great night out on the Manu Kai to watch the fireworks. The staff were great, friendly and professional.

I rode a catamaran for the first time. As mentioned in the reviews, the explanations were only in English, so I couldn't understand much, but it was manageable. I was right to wear a top with regular clothes and a swimsuit on the bottom. It was very pleasant and fun.

初めてカタマランに乗りました。
口コミ通り、英語のみの説明なのでほとんど理解出来なかったですがなんとかなります。
上着は洋服で下は水着で参加して正解でした。

It might be because we arrived on a domestic flight, but after checking in at the counter, we had to wait about 40 minutes for all the passengers to gather before the bus departed, which felt a bit tiring. Since there were three of us, I thought it might have been better to take an Uber or a taxi.

国内線で、到着したからかもしれませんが、カウンターでチェックインしてから、乗客が揃い、バスが出発するまでの待ち時間が40分ぐらいあり、まちくたびれた感があります。3人だったので、Uberかタクシーでもよかったかなと思います。

- The voucher instructed us to gather at the bus waiting area of the Hilton Grand Waikikian at 9:25.
- We arrived at 9:00.
- By 9:30, there was still no announcement.
- We contacted the phone number listed on the voucher.
- The person on the phone said, "The driver called your name, but since there was no response, they departed." We rescheduled for 9:55 and took that bus to the airport.

I didn't have high expectations, but the response and speed of the person I spoke with on the phone were good, especially considering the Hawaiian time concept.

The issue is that the voucher states to gather at the bus waiting area of the Grand Waikikian, but it needs to be changed to indicate to wait "outside" the Grand Waikikian bus waiting area.

The driver of the 9:55 bus was enjoyable to interact with.

・バウチャーに記載の電話番号に連絡
・電話先より「運転士はあなたの名前を呼んだが反応がなかったため、出発した」とのこと。9：55にリスケしてもらい、そのバスにて空港まで移動。

あまり期待はしていなかったが、電話対応をした方の対応、スピードはハワイアンタイムといわれている中ではよかった。

問題はバウチャーにはグランドワイキキアンのバス待機所に集まる指示と記載しているのをグランドワイキキアンのバス待機所の「外」にて待機するよう記載を変更する必要がある。

9：55のバスの運転士の対応が楽しかった。

Staying at a large hotel right along the main street was fun and convenient, but I wanted to experience a quiet resort for at least a moment in the morning, so I participated. It was just as I expected. The calm and incredibly blue sea! I was moved, thinking, "This is Hawaii!" It was a moment that reaffirmed my belief that sailing is the best way to enjoy the ocean, more than just viewing it from the shore or swimming in it. If you go to Hawaii, definitely do this! The sunset is also beautiful.

大型ホテル、それもメインストリート沿いに泊まっていたので、楽しいし便利でしたが、
朝のひと時くらい、静かなリゾートを味わいたくて参加。
期待通りでした。穏やかで底抜けに青い海！
これぞハワイ！と感動しました。

I flew with my 5-year-old son! Since we were at 150 meters, I was worried that it might be too high for a first time, but once we did it, there were no problems at all. My child was so excited, saying, "We're flying higher than the birds!" Right after we landed, he said he wanted to do it again. It was the most fun activity we did in Hawaii.

150メートルにしていたので「やっぱり初めてにしては高すぎたかな」と心配になったのですが、やってみたら全然問題ありませんでした。
「鳥よりも高く飛んでるね」と子供も大興奮！降りた直後に「またやりたい」と行ってました。
ハワイで一番楽しかったアクティビティです。

This was the highlight of our family trip! Our 1 year old had a blast! The boat didn’t give me sea sickness so that’s a plus! They serve one of the best burgers I’ve had and they serve alcohol! From captain to the guy that was talking about safety and all the cool info he knew to the guy with the guitar... it was such a great experience! Will definitely come back when we come back to the island. Don’t hesitate and book your tickets! It’s worth every dollar!

I visited on August 10th.
They generally accommodate English speakers, but they showed us a Japanese video on a tablet for the safety instructions, which helped a lot.
They patiently explained everything in detail, using gestures, so I was able to understand and felt safe while having fun.
The staff were very cheerful and kind, which was great.
We ended up taking our time, and although we ran a bit late, they arranged for our group to be taken back to the hotel.
Since we didn't encounter any other Japanese groups, it might still be a hidden gem for Japanese visitors.

8/10に行ってきました。
基本的に英語対応ですが、安全装置の説明は日本語動画をタブレットで見せてくれたのでよく分かりました。
細かい説明も随時身振りを混ぜながら根気よく説明していただき理解でき、安心して遊べました。
スタッフの皆さんはとても明るく親切で良かったです。
ゆっくり遊んでしまった私たちは終了時間が少し遅くなってしまったのですが、私たちのグループだけでホテルまで送っていただきました。
他に日本人グループに会うことがなかったので、日本人にはまだ穴場なのかもしれません。

After being picked up at the hotel early in the morning, we received a tour briefing from the tour photographer and driver until we headed to the bus. There were quite a few participants that day, so the group was split into two buses. On the boat, there were some very energetic guides, just as mentioned in the reviews, who kept us entertained throughout the trip. Unfortunately, we only saw dolphins once. There were so many people that it was a struggle to swim with the guides. I felt that I would like to participate when there are fewer people. However, it wasn't that we didn't see anything at all; I was really happy when I saw a dolphin swim right underneath me. The snorkeling didn't feature the colorful fish that you often see in pictures, and I didn't encounter any sea turtles, but it was my first time swimming surrounded by so many fish, and I really enjoyed it. I felt a bit seasick towards the end and wasn't feeling well, but I was able to enjoy the slide and cheeseburgers. It seemed that there were so many people that activities like stand-up paddleboarding weren't mentioned at all, and only the slide was available. If you want to do those activities, it might be a good idea to communicate that clearly to the guides. It felt like the time went by very quickly, but personally, I was at my physical limit, so I was satisfied with that. However, I thought it would be nice if there were tours that allowed for a more leisurely pace with breaks to enjoy the ocean.

早朝ホテルでピックアップされた後、バスで向かうまで、ツアーのフォトグラファーと運転手さんからツアーの説明を受けました。この日は参加者がかなり多く、バスが2台に別れているとのことでした。船には口コミにあったようにかなりハイテンションなガイドさんたちがいて、終始楽しませてくれました。イルカは残念ながら一度しか見られなかったです。人が多すぎてガイドさんと一緒に泳ぐのも必死でした。もう少し人数が少ない時に参加したいと感じました。それでも全く見れないということもなく、イルカが自分の真下を通っていくのを見れた時は本当に嬉しかったです。シュノーケリングはよく写真で見るようなカラフルな魚という感じではなかったし、ウミガメにも出会えなかったけれど、たくさんのお魚に囲まれて泳ぐのが初めてでとても楽しめました。少し船酔い気味で最後は気分が悪かったですが、スライダーやチーズバーガーも楽しむことができました。サップなどのアクティビティは人が多かったからなのか、全く案内されず、スライダーしか用意されていませんでした。やりたい場合はきちんとガイドさんにお伝えしておくと良いのかもしれません。かなりあっという間に感じましたが、個人的には体力的にあのくらいで限界だったので納得することができましたが、もっとゆっくり時間をかけて休憩も挟みながら海を楽しむことができるツアーがあってもよいのかなぁと思いました。

There were issues with the shuttle service to the hotel, which made me anxious... It felt just as I expected... This is the first time I've encountered so many troubles with shuttle services during an overseas trip.

First, the pickup was 20 minutes late. Since it was Hawaiian time, I didn't consider this a problem.

Upon arriving at the airport, the driver said, "Hawaiian Airlines is here!" but isn't this the domestic terminal? When my daughter asked in English about the international terminal, he ignored her. He kept insisting, "Hawaiian Airlines is here!" Regardless, our luggage was unloaded...

Since it was my first time using Hawaiian Airlines, I wondered if this was the right place.

It turned out not to be the case, and as a result, I had to drag my suitcase, which had become heavy with souvenirs from both the domestic and international terminals, while sweating profusely.

The driver could use a bit more training.

そんなはずもなく結果、国内線から国際線まで両手に増えたお土産で重くなったスーツケースを引き、汗だくで移動

There were five people, including the driver, on the large bus. That was not a problem, but...

The drop-off location was, huh? Here? I recognized it was the hotel where we stayed last year, but since our luggage was unloaded from the bus, we had no choice but to get off. The bus drove away, and a kind person from the hotel showed us how to get to our accommodation. Since it was next door, we could go through that hotel, but I felt embarrassed pulling my large suitcase with both hands along the poolside. I was worried about whether they would come to pick us up safely on the way back, so I emailed VELTRA. They responded promptly.

My husband and I participated together. We skied long distances in the great outdoors. On the third and sixth runs, we were able to ski side by side and film each other, creating precious memories.

After finishing the runs, I felt truly refreshed. The scale and environment felt uniquely Hawaiian.

With two instructors dedicated to the four participants, I felt reassured. The two ladies who joined us were elderly, but they enjoyed themselves as if they were children again. I would love to do this again.

夫と二人で参加しました。大自然の中を、長距離滑走します。また、3本目と6本目は二人で並行して進み、お互いの動画を撮ることが出来たので、貴重な思い出になりました。
滑走し終わった後は、本当にスッキリします。スケールも環境も、ハワイならではという感じです。
4人の参加者に2名のインストラクターが付きっきりで面倒を見てくれるので、安心でした。また、私たちとご一緒したお二人は高齢のご婦人でしたが、子供に返ったように、楽しんでおられました。また、リピートしたいと思います。

According to Mieko, our coach, the conditions were excellent. It was our family's first experience, but somehow all four of us managed to stand up on the board and move! (It was a short time, though, with a wry smile.) Anyway, the weather was great, and the view of Kailua from the board was amazing!

コーチ役のmiekoさんいわく、抜群のコンディションとのことで、家族4人で初体験でしたが、なんとか4人ともボードのうえに立ち上がって進むことができました！(短い時間でしたが、苦笑)
とにかく天気がよくて、ボードの上から見るカイルアの景色が最高です！

The boat was rocking a lot. Even I, who have never experienced seasickness before, felt nauseous, and my family vomited. The people sitting around us were also vomiting.

As soon as we got on the boat, the staff explained that if someone felt like they were going to vomit, they could use a bucket, which was available at their feet. It seems that vomiting is an expectation for the staff as well. People were continuously vomiting, and the staff efficiently handled the mess.

Additionally, there is a restroom on the boat, but it was clogged with other people's waste. Even though I needed to use the restroom, I felt sick looking at the toilet filled with others' waste and held it in.

Finally, we had cheeseburgers on the boat, but the patties were very tough and unappetizing; it was something you couldn't eat unless you were extremely hungry. After returning to the hotel in the afternoon, I continued to feel nauseous, and I spent the next day feeling unwell as well.

船が凄く揺れます。今まで船酔いしたことのない私も酔って気持ち悪かったですし、家族は嘔吐しました。周囲に座っていた人達も嘔吐していました。
船に乗ってすぐにスタッフの方が嘔吐しそうな時はバケツを持っていくとか、バケツは足元にあるとか説明していました。スタッフからしても嘔吐するのは前提なのでしょうね。皆さん次から次へと嘔吐していて、スタッフが手際よく嘔吐物の処理をしていました。
また、船にはトイレがありますけど、トイレは流れずに他人の大便が溜まっている状態でした。私は大便をしたくても他人の大便が多数溜まっている便器を見て気持ち悪くて我慢しました。
最後に、船の上でチーズバーガーを食べるのですけど、このハンバーグがとても固くてまずくて、よほど飢えていないと食べられるような物ではありませんでした。
お昼過ぎにホテルに戻ってからもずっと気持ち悪い状態が続き、翌日も体調が悪いまま過ごしました。

I participated with my 9-year-old child. Since I'm not good at snorkeling, I tried to lead my child to the guide, but it was really difficult and I got exhausted. In the end, during the first round, we only saw one dolphin far below, and during the second round, we didn't see anything at all. As for the sea turtles, I couldn't catch up with everyone, so we ended up not seeing a single one. This tour is not suitable for those who are not good at swimming. I would like to try again once my child becomes a better swimmer.

9歳の子連れで参加しました。シュノーケルが下手なため、子供の手を引いてガイドさんのところまで進もうとするのですが、全然無理でクタクタになりました。結局1回目は遥か下の方のイルカを一頭見ただけ、2回目は全く何も見れず。海亀についても、みんなに追いつけなかったので一匹も見れない結果に終わりました。泳ぎがが下手な方には不向きなツアーです。また子供が上手に泳げるようになったらリベンジしたいと思います。

What a great tour. The best bang for your buck for an hour and a half. Friendly staff, great Mai Tai’s, music, fun and awesome fireworks. Love that we board from them beach. I would definitely recommend this to family and friends.

I participated with my sister's family of four and my son, making a total of six people. Originally, it was planned for just my son and me to do the 90M, but due to strong winds, it was deemed unsafe for my 7-year-old son and me, so we were advised to do the 150M with my sister's family in two groups of three instead. We ended up flying without much time to mentally prepare.

Once we ascended to a certain height and got a bit more comfortable, we went up further to 150M. As I leaned back into the harness and got used to the position, I was able to enjoy the view of the distant Honolulu downtown skyline and Diamond Head.

The staff were all very friendly, and it became a wonderful memory. If you're interested in parasailing, I highly recommend this tour.

妹家族4人と私と息子の6人で参加しました。
元々は、息子と2人で90Mの予定でしたが、風が強いので7歳の息子と母親では、危ないという理由で、妹家族と3人×2回で150Mにした方がいいと船で出てから言われ、心の準備も出来ないままに飛ぶ事になりました。

ある程度の高さまで上がって、少し落ち着いて慣れたところまた更に上がって150M
体をロープに預けて体勢も慣れてくると遠くホノルルダウンタウンのビル群やダイヤモンドヘッドなど景色を楽しむことが出来ました。

スタッフも皆さんとても感じが良く、良い思い出になりました。
パラセイリングに興味があるなら、是非オススメのツアーです。

This time, I booked a plan without lunch and with a one-day pass, and I added a cabana reservation. The cabana is a bit pricey, but it provides a space with a roof and curtains, so I didn't have to worry about being seen and was able to relax comfortably on the bed. It comes with mineral water and fruit, and you can also order food by phone, which is great.

Although it's unrelated to the plan, last time I went on a Sunday, it was very crowded, and the wait times for attractions like the slides were long. I couldn't secure a good spot to rest and couldn't enjoy myself comfortably. This time, since it was a weekday, it was relatively empty, the wait times for attractions were short, and there was plenty of space, which was nice. I definitely recommend going on a weekday.

As for the lunch buffet included in the meal plan, there weren't many types of dishes, so personally, I thought a plan without meals might be fine. However, there is the advantage of not having to worry about the hassle of going to buy food or finding a place.

今回はランチなしの送迎と1日券のプランで申込み、カバナを追加予約しました。カバナはちょっと高額ですが、屋根とカーテン付きスペースが確保できるので人目が気にならず、ベッドでゆっくり休めました。
ミネラルウォーターとフルーツが付いていますし、電話で食事注文も出来るので良いです。
プランとは関係ないですが、前回、日曜日に行ったところ、とても混雑していて、スライダーなどのアトラクションの待ち時間が長いし、休憩場所も良い場所を確保出来ず、相席でゆっくり楽しめませんでした。今回は平日でしたのでわりと空いていて、アトラクションの待ち時間が短く、場所も余裕があって良かったです。行くなら絶対平日をおすすめします。
食事付きプランのランチビュッフェは、料理の種類があまり多くなかったので、個人的には食事なしのプランでも良いかなと思いましたが、食事を買いに行く手間や場所を考えなくて済むという利点もあります。
