We gathered at the hotel rotary at 9:30 AM, and when we arrived 10 minutes early, the bus was already there, and the driver greeted us. When loading our luggage, he confirmed which airline we were using (as the check-in locations differ by airline). After we boarded, the driver made several stops at other hotels for pickups, and at the last pickup location, he kindly asked, "Is there anyone who needs a restroom break?"

The transfer from the airport to Honolulu took a little over an hour due to afternoon traffic, but this time we moved smoothly and arrived at the airport with plenty of time to spare. The driver announced the airline names at each bus stop, so we could get off with peace of mind.

The service was excellent, and I would like to use it again the next time I visit Honolulu.

朝9時半にホテルのロータリーに集合なので、10分前にロータリーにいたら、既にバスが来ており、運転手さんから声をかけてくれました。
荷物を乗せるときに、どこの航空会社を使うのか確認してくれました。（航空会社毎にチェックイン場所が違うので）
我々が乗車した後も何ヶ所かのホテルに立ち寄り、ピックアップしていたのですが、運転手さんが最後のピックアップ場所で「トイレ休憩したい人はいないか？」と親切に声かけをしてくれました。
行きの空港からホノルルの送迎では、午後の道路混雑時だったため1時間ちょっとかかったのですが、今回はすいすい進み、時間に余裕をもって空港に到着することができました。
各航空会社のバス停で航空会社名を言ってくれたので、安心して降りることができました。
非常に素晴らしい対応だったので、またホノルルに行った際は利用したいと思います。

Upon arriving at Honolulu Airport and waiting for my luggage, a staff member from Roberts Hawaii called my name and greeted me politely. I had four heavy suitcases, including my friend's, but they helped me load them onto a cart and guided me to the bus stop.
The driver did his best to explain the direction towards Diamond Head and various places while driving. (Since I don't understand English well, I only caught bits and pieces of it.)
I arrived a little after 2 PM, so the road was congested, and it ended up taking just over an hour to reach my hotel in Honolulu, but I was able to enjoy a comfortable journey.
The next time I go to Honolulu, I would like to use Roberts Hawaii's shuttle service again.

ホノルル空港に到着し、荷物受け取り待ちしていたら、ロバーツハワイのスタッフさんから名前を呼びかけて、丁寧に挨拶してくれました。友人分とあわせて4つの重いスーツケースだったのですが、カートに載せてバス乗り場まで案内してくれました。
運転手さんは、運転しながらダイヤモンドヘッドが見える方向や各所の説明を一生懸命してくれました。（わたしが英語わからないので、ところどころしかわかららませんでしたがf^_^;）
到着したのが14時過ぎだったので、道が混んでおり、結局ホノルルのホテルまで1時間ちょっとかかってしまいましたが、快適に過ごすことができました。
またホノルルに行った際は、ロバーツハワイの送迎を利用したいと思います。

The crew was very attentive and accommodating. We saw dolphins 2 out of the 3 drops and it was just amazing! We highly recommend this excursion ;) Our group ranged from 13 yrs old to 34 and we all enjoyed ourselves

It's cheap and convenient when traveling alone from the airport to the city. Despite the guide initially mentioning that the Ala Moana Hotel would be the first stop, it was forgotten, and we ended up going to Waikiki, making it the last stop instead, which took nearly two hours. I used this service twice, and both times resulted in the same outcome. If you're staying at the Ala Moana Hotel, please be cautious.

一人で空港から市内に向かう時には安くて便利です。
アラモアナホテルが一番初めに到着予定とガイドさんが最初におっしゃっていた割には忘れられ、ワイキキまで行ってしまい、結局一番最後になってしまい、二時間近くかかってしまいました。
二回利用し、二回とも同じ結果となりました。
アラモアナホテルに宿泊の方は、ご注意を。

Everyone was very kind, and we had a great time as a family. We got completely soaked in a sudden downpour, and it turned into a funny story as we bought clothes at Patagonia on the way home! Next time, I want to come back for a sunny day revenge!

I was anxious because of my fear of heights, but I was able to experience it very comfortably. The panoramic view that unfolded before my eyes was wonderful and beautiful. Thank you very much. I want to do it again!

I wanted to experience horseback riding in Hawaii, and after comparing it with other riding clubs, I chose this one because it was close to the center of the North Shore. I took an Uber, but I think I made a mistake with the pin placement and initially arrived at the neighboring building, which made me anxious. A kind driver and the people next door helped me get to the correct building!

Before riding, you receive a briefing from the staff. Everything is in English, but there is a Japanese explanation in the waiting room, so it's not a problem if you can't understand English. The horses are smart, cute, and accustomed to people.

During the ride, a staff member led the way, and we had a mix of sturdy horses, unique horses, and those with hearty appetites. The horse in the middle seemed to be the cute surprise element! We enjoyed the scenery as we alternated between walking along the North Shore coastline and through the forest. It was my first time walking by the sea on horseback, and I was thrilled.

Since it was a leisurely stroll, those who want to gallop might find it a bit lacking. However, riding such smart and adorable horses while occasionally feeling the North Shore breeze is fantastic! On the way back along the coast, the staff member took photos for us with our smartphones. All the staff were very kind.

A note of caution: the time we visited was unusually humid for Hawaii, so it felt extremely hot. It's better to hydrate before and after riding, so bringing drinks or buying them at a supermarket in the North Shore is advisable. There are no supermarkets around the ranch. (They were selling carbonated drinks in the waiting room, but water was sold out.)

I called an Uber for the return trip, but it's a spot where Wi-Fi is hard to connect. You need to walk a little to a place with signal. Don't panic; it will work out! Make sure to keep your Wi-Fi and smartphone charged! Prepare in advance!

There are restrooms available. I was worried because I read reviews saying there were none, but there are restrooms. However, they are portable toilets like those found at construction sites or outdoor festivals. Since there are no shops around, I thought it was worth mentioning for those who might be concerned about restroom access.

You cannot ride with large luggage (you can leave your belongings in the waiting room, which has surveillance cameras, so it's safe), so it's a good idea to have one person carry a smartphone (to use when taking photos with the staff by the seaside). In that case, a body bag or waist pouch that doesn't hinder riding would be convenient!

ハワイで乗馬体験がしたくて、他の乗馬クラブとも比較した結果、車でノースショアの中心部から近かったこちらにしました。
ウーバーで行きましたがピンの立て方を間違えたのか最初はお隣の建物に着き、焦りました。親切なドライバーさんとお隣さんが、こちらの建物まで無事にアテンドしてくれました！
乗馬前はスタッフからレクチャーを受けられます。全て英語ですが、待合室で日本語の解説があるので英語が聞き取れなくても問題ありません。
馬たちはお利口さんで可愛くて、人に慣れています。
道中は、スタッフのお姉さんが先頭になり、よりしっかりした馬、個性的な馬、食欲旺盛な馬、しっかりした馬の順番でした。真ん中に配置された馬は可愛いハプニング要員だったみたいです^_^
ノースショアの海岸沿いと森の中を交互に散歩する感じで景色を楽しめました。海沿いを馬と歩くなんて人生初なので感激しました。
終始、お散歩なので駆け足をしたい方は物足りないかもしれません。

でも賢くてかわいい馬に乗せてもらって、ノースショアの風を時折感じられるのは最高です！
帰り道の海岸沿いで、お姉さんにスマホで写真も撮ってもらえます。スタッフのお姉さん達は皆さん親切な人でした。

注意点として
私達の行った時期が、ハワイにしては多湿だったので体感温度はめちゃくちゃ暑かったです。乗る前後に水分補給した方がよいので、飲み物は持参もしくは、ノースショアのスーパーで買ってきた方がベターです。牧場なので周囲にスーパーはありません。（こちらの待合室で炭酸系のジュースは販売してましたが、お水は売り切れていました）

帰りもウーバーを呼びましたが、Wi-Fiが入りにくい場所です。電波の届くところまでほんのちょっとだけ歩きます。何とかなるので慌てずに！
Wi-Fi、スマホの充電は切らさないように！事前に準備を！

トイレはあります。口コミでトイレがないとあり不安でしたが、ありました。ただし、工事現場や野外フェスティバルにあるような仮設トイレです。
周囲にお店がないのでトイレの心配する人がいるかもしれないと思ったので情報として入れておきます。

大きな荷物で乗馬することはできない（荷物は待合室に置いておけます、監視カメラが付いてるので大丈夫）ので、スマホ（海辺でスタッフさんに撮影してもらう時に使う）を持ち歩く人を一名は作るといいと思います。その際はボディバッグやウエストポーチ等、乗馬の妨げにならないショルダーバッグがあると便利ですよ！

I participated with my husband and our third-grade son! My husband is not a fan of things like roller coasters, so I was a bit worried at first. However, it turned out to be really great. Up in the sky at a height of 150 meters, it was very quiet, and he seemed to really enjoy the beauty of the ocean and the pleasant breeze. When we got back, he had a satisfaction level of 120%!

We have two more children at home, and it’s often difficult to fit in activities with them around, but I thought it would be a good opportunity to create memories for our eldest son, and it was definitely worth it!

主人と小3長男で参加しました！
主人はジェットコースターなど、苦手なタイプなので、当初どうかなー、と思っていましたが。
結果、とてもよかったようです。150メートルの高さの空の上ではとても静かで、ひたすら海の美しさと心地よい風を感じられたようで、帰ってきた時、満足度120%の表情でした！

うちは下にあと二人子どもがいて、彼らがいるとなかなかアクティビティがいれられなかったのですが、長男の思い出作りと思い、参加、とても良かったです！！

I enjoyed the show for a long time.
The singing and dancing were great and it was fun.
Michael Jackson's impersonation was also good!

This was a fun experience to be in a submarine! Very professional and a funny captain. I would not expect seeing a ton of sea creatures as this is a very protected environment they have created for this experience.

My family has been to Hawaii the past 5 summers in a row. We always make sure that this is part of our trip. It is so much fun and good for the ages of our kids who are teens. We absolutely love the warm night air while watching the fireworks and the amazing view! The hosts are ALWAYS great and of course the drinks are a bonus! Thank you as always and we will be booking again in the near future!

Hurray for our 6th year on this amazing sail. This firework cruise remains a travel must for our family and never disappoints! Fun and professional! Mahalo

They picked me up on time, and I was able to board the plane safely. It was much more comfortable than the public bus, which was a relief. I would like to request this service again.

時間通りに迎えに来てくれて、飛行機にも無事乗れました。公共ばすよりも乗り心地がよくて助かりました。またお願いしたいです。

I participated for the first time with my daughter in third grade, my son in second year of junior high, my 79-year-old father, my 74-year-old mother, and myself, a total of five people. I was worried about my mother, who has trouble walking, but we were able to enjoy the sandbar without any issues. My mother watched the snorkeling from the boat, but there were others who were also observing the snorkeling, and the atmosphere allowed everyone to participate freely according to their own condition, which was great.

The day before, a hurricane was approaching, and I was concerned about the weather, but during the tour until around 2:30 PM, we were able to enjoy the blue sky and the emerald green sea!

The female leader of the tour was excellent; her explanations were enjoyable, bright, and efficient, and the other staff members were very kind, making it a highly favorable tour. My son was impressed by the surprisingly delicious hamburgers.

We even encountered a sea turtle during the boat ride, and while snorkeling at the coral reef, we found a large sea turtle sleeping in a cave-like area, which made my daughter very happy.

It was also helpful that the bus departed from near the hotel. I had prepared marine shoes, but it turned out I didn't need to wear them. According to the staff, sometimes small sand can get in and actually be painful, so I think it's fine to prepare them and choose whether to wear them on-site.

It was a very enjoyable tour, and I'm glad we went.

小3の娘、中2の息子、79歳の父、74歳の母と私の5人で初参加しました。足の悪い母が心配でしたが、サンドバーは問題なく楽しめました。母はシュノーケリングは船から見ていましたが、ほかにもシュノーケリングを見学している人もいて、自分の状態で自由に参加できる雰囲気がよかったです。
前日からハリケーンが近づいていて、天気が心配でしたが、午後２時半ごろまでのツアー中は持ち、青い空、エメラルドグリーンの海を楽しめました！
女性の責任者の方のしきりがとても良く、説明も楽しく、明るく手際よく、ほかのスタッフの方々もとても親切で、好感度の高いツアーでした。
息子は、思った以上にちゃんとした美味しいハンバーガーに感動していました。
船の移動中にウミガメにも会えて、サンゴ礁でのシュノーケリングでは、洞窟のような中で眠る大きなウミガメも見つけ、娘も大喜びでした。
ホテルの近くからのバスの発車も助かりました。
マリンシューズを用意してましたが、履かなくて大丈夫でした。スタッフの方によると、小さな砂が入り込んでかえって痛いこともある、とのことでした。準備しておいて現場で履く履かないは選ぶ、でいいかと思います。
とても楽しいツアーで、行けて良かったです。

I just returned from the Big Island of Hawaii, but when I went to the counter, there was no one there... There wasn't a clear indication of where the counter was, so I was unsure of what to do...

Thinking it might be next door, I moved to the counter in the adjacent terminal, and that was it!

Since I had already applied for which flight I would be taking, I would appreciate it if they could clearly indicate the location of the counter.

詳しいカウンターの場所の明記はなく、どうしようかと。。

もしかしてと思い、となりのターミナルのカウンターに移動してみると、そこだった！

どの便に乗るかまで申請しているので、そこを考慮して、カウンターの場所の明記をしてほしい。

The wait time is a bit concerning. If you're in a hurry, Uber might be a good option? The bus ride is average.

I recommend buying something at ABC Store. Since I don't research much, it's best to sneak it into the bottom of your bag. There is a shop, but the staff lacks motivation, and you may have to wait in line for over 30 minutes in an area without shade. They serve food that has flies on it, so you should bring your own food to avoid getting caught.

ABCストアで何か買っていくことを進めします。あまり調べないので荷物の底に忍ばせておけばよいです。売店はありますが、店員はやる気なく、日陰のない所を30分以上並ばせられます。ハエがたかっている食べ物を出されるので持ち込みがばれないよう持っていくべきです。

It took a while for the usher to find our seat which seems to me that they didn't have assigned seats. I suggest getting assigned seats so this kind of incident will not happen again.

The actual shows were pretty short. It would be nice to extend it a little

Snorkeling was amazing as I got to see dolphins and turtles! The light snacks were delicious, and I had a great time swaying on the boat while enjoying the views of the mountains and the sea. However, when I sat in the very back seat of the bus on the way there, a huge amount of water dripped down from above and I got soaked. The instructors were very cheerful and fun, which was really great!!!

イルカもカメも見れてシュノーケリングは最高でした^_^軽食も美味しくて、山や海などの景色を見ながら船に揺られてとても良い時間を過ごせました。ですが、行きのバスで1番後ろの席に座った際すごい量の水が上から垂れてきてビチョビチョになりました。インストラクターの方々はとても明るく愉快で本当に良かったです！！！

When we arrived at the port and got off the shuttle bus, a veteran staff member, who apparently was in charge of middle school groups, abruptly announced that he would be switching places with the guide in charge of university groups. This surprised guide B, who was in charge of the university group. This staff member, although Japanese, has been in Hawaii for so long that he seems to have lost touch with the sensibilities of Japanese travelers, making him come off as annoying to those visiting from Japan.

Because of the sudden change in responsibility, the questions we had from the bus were not passed on, and despite having communicated that we were not confident swimmers, we were left unattended. It was mentioned that there would be souvenirs, but neither adults nor children received anything. We opted for the package that included snorkeling, SUP, and canoeing, but it only lasted about 20 minutes. At this rate, we might as well have gone with the middle school option. The difference in price was wasted.

We did see dolphins, but that was just due to good timing and not because of this company. Next time, I will choose a different tour company.

港に着いて送迎バスを降りたらいきなり中学担当だったらしいベテランスタッフAが、大学担当のガイドと入れ替わると言い放った。
これには大学担当のガイドBもビックリしていました。
このA、日本人だけど長年ハワイにいて日本人の感覚が麻痺しちゃってるのか、日本から来た旅行者にはウザく感じる。
急に担当変更するから、バスの中での質問事項が引き継がれておらず、泳ぎに自信がないと伝えていたのに放置。
お土産付きとあったが大人も子供も貰えず。
シュノーケル.SUP.カヌー付きにしたのに合わせて20分程度で終了。これなら中学でよかった。中学との差額が無駄だった。
イルカには会えたけどそれはこの会社のお陰ではなく、タイミングが良かっただけであって、次回は他のツアー会社を選びます。

It was a great experience that both children and adults could enjoy. The staff were cheerful and helped create a fun atmosphere for all participants. The view of Waikiki from the ocean is also wonderful. However, it was disappointing that the start time was delayed by 30 minutes because I had to call after 10 minutes of waiting for the pickup, and it ended up being about 20 minutes late. The boat sways quite a bit, so those who are prone to motion sickness should definitely take some anti-nausea medication.

子供も大人も楽しめる良い体験でした。スタッフも陽気に盛り上げてくれて、参加者みんなで楽しく過ごせました。沖からみるワイキキの風景もステキです。 迎えが来なくて予定から10分後には電話をかけ、最終的に20分ほど遅れたため開始が30分ずれでしまったのが残念ポイントです。結構ボートが揺れるので酔いやすい人は酔い止め必須ですね。

The sunset from the sunset sailing was a bit cloudy, but it was nice. The view of Waikiki and Diamond Head from the sea was also great. The service from the guide on board was excellent, and I think everyone had a fun and emotional time until the end.

This is one of the most epic things I have ever done! Steve (the owner) really does an amazing job getting you ready to make the jump and making the whole experience something you will never forget! The helicopter flight was awesome and the diving was perfect. I couldn't possibly recommend anyone other than Trident Adventures for an incredible, one of a kind dive experience! Also, The dive gear they provide is top end, brand new SCUBAPRO equipement. No sketchy, under-maintained gear with these guys. It doesnt matter how deep or shallow you go, that new, quality gear makes a huge difference in comfort and safety.

This was a surprise for my girlfriends birthday and she loved it! We saw so many of sharks! We had done one of the other shark dive without a cage on a smaller boat and did not have the greatest experience.(she got seasick, swimming in strong current, only saw one shark, un-attentive crew...) This experience was the complete opposite. The shark cage makes it so easy to relax in the water and just watch the sharks. Not fighting against the current for this type of experience really makes a huge difference. And you are never worried about what is behind you! The boat itself made a big difference as well. It is an extremely stable power catamaran and is one of the smoothest riding boats i have been on. The captain and crew are one of the friendliest I have encountered. They make sure you are taken care of and happy to share their knowledge of literally everything you can see out on the water and on the island.

I participated in the 150m. Depending on the number of participants, it takes about an hour and a half to two hours, so it's advisable to take motion sickness medication. It seemed like there were no restrooms on site, so it's better to take care of that beforehand. The parasailing experience itself is wonderful. The staff were Americans, and they were all very cheerful, which made it enjoyable.

１５０ｍに参加しました。１回の参加人数にもよるでしょうが１時間半～２時間ぐらいかかるので、船の酔い止め薬は飲んでいた方が無難です。現地にトイレがないように思いました。トイレは済ませておいた方がいいです。パラセーリング自体は素晴らしい体験です。スタッフは米国人でしたが、非常に明るい人たちばかりで楽しめました。

They picked me up about three hours before departure. It was great that the pickup was right in front of the hotel. The pickup was on time, and we arrived at the airport with plenty of time to spare, which allowed me to go about my activities at the airport without rushing.

出発３時間前ぐらいに迎えに来てくれました。
ホテル正面の迎えでよかったです。
時間通りの迎えで、時間の余裕を見ての空港到着だったので空港での行動が急ぐことなくできたのでよかったです。

Before switching to the submarine, the boat we were on had sea turtles approaching, so we were able to see the turtles up close, and the children were very happy.

潜水艦に乗りかえる前に乗る船には、海亀が近づいてくるので間近で亀を見ることも出来て、子供達も大変喜んでいました。

I was able to swim with a pod of dolphins, and I was very satisfied! They provided detailed explanations about precautions, so I felt安心して参加できます. Also, the guides from the Private Dolphin Middle School were all energetic, and the bus ride there was a lot of fun.

また、私立イルカ中学のガイドさんはみなさん元気で、行きのバスはとても楽しかったです。
