I made a reservation for 1:00 PM on the day of my arrival in Hawaii. I wanted my family, who are visiting Hawaii for the first time, to get a concrete image of the scale of Waikiki, the location of our hotel, and Diamond Head, so this was a perfect choice to grasp the overall view from the ocean.

Before participating, I read reviews and thought it would be a participatory event with a rap-style BGM playing throughout, which might explain the low number of Japanese participants. However, it was completely different. You can enjoy it at your own pace, so there's no need to worry. The captain did tell jokes in English to the participants at the beginning, but that was just at the start. During the trip, he was very friendly, handling the sales and drinks, and occasionally pointing out, "You can see a turtle over there." I can't even remember if there was any BGM.

In addition to alcohol, there were about five types of soft drinks (canned juices) available for $3 each. I bought the pineapple juice, which was delicious.

As we headed out to sea, we moved against the waves, which caused some up-and-down rocking and heightened the excitement. We went to a position where we could see Diamond Head Lighthouse well, so the distance traveled was relatively long. On the way back to shore, it was almost completely calm, allowing us to enjoy the scenery peacefully.

When disembarking, there was a suggestion to leave a tip in a container if you liked the experience.

Additionally, before boarding, they take a photo of each group with the boat and Diamond Head in the background. At disembarkation, they encourage you to purchase a 2L size photo as a simple album for $20. While purchasing is optional, I think it's better to place your bags and footwear in a spot that won't be in the frame if you're considering buying. We bought it, and it was funny because everyone was holding their sandals up in a "banzai" pose.

Also, the ladder to board the boat is at the front. If you want to get splashed with more water, I recommend the front. On Oahu, you can usually hear Japanese being spoken on various optional tours, but this tour allows you to experience being abroad in a good way, away from Japanese.

ハワイ到着当日の13:00を予約しました。初めてハワイを訪れた家族のためにワイキキの規模感や泊まるホテルの場所、ダイヤモンドヘッドなど具体的にイメージしてもらいたく、沖から全体をつかんでもらうには、これが大当たりでした。
参加する前にこちらのレビューを拝見し、勝手にラップ調のBGMガンガンで終始英語の参加型イベントかな？だから日本人の参加が少ないのかな？など勝手に思っていましたが全然違いました。自分のペースで楽しめるので心配不要です。確かにキャプテンが参加者に英語で、ジョークを話していましたが、最初だけです。途中はセールの操作とドリンク対応、たまに「あの辺にカメが見えるよ」などの案内でとてもフレンドリーでした。BGMもあったかどうか記憶が無いくらいです。
アルコールのほかソフトドリンク（缶ジュース）も1缶$3で5種類くらいありました。最初に聞き取れたパイナップルジュースを購入しましたが、これがまた美味かった。
沖に向かっていくときは波に逆らって進むので上下に揺れ、テンションが上がります。ダイヤモンドヘッド灯台が良く見える位置まで向かったので割と移動距離も長めです。岸に戻る時は、一転ほとんど揺れないので、落ち着いて景色を堪能できます。
下船時に「良かったらそこの入れ物にチップをよろしく」的な話があります。

なお、乗る前に参加グループごとに船とダイヤモンドヘッドをバックに写真を撮ってくれます。下船時に2Lサイズの写真を見開きの簡易アルバムとして$20で購入を勧めてきます。購入は任意ですが、購入を考える方は荷物や履物は写らない場所に置いた方がいいと思います。私どもは購入したのですが、全員サンダルを手に持ってバンザイしているので笑えます。
それから船は乗る時のハシゴがある方が前です。水しぶきを多めに浴びたい方は前がお勧めです。
オアフ島でのオプショナルツアーは、必ずと言っていいほど、どこかしらから日本語が聞こえてきますが、こちらのツアーは良い意味で日本語と離れることができ海外に来たことを実感できます。

I participated in a dolphin tour during the second half of my trip to Hawaii. Most of the trip was rainy and quite chilly, but on this day, it was sunny from the morning, and the temperature was high, making for a comfortable tour. I was worried about whether I would see dolphins, but I was truly moved to see them three times. When a dolphin passed right in front of me, I got goosebumps. Additionally, during the snorkeling time, I was able to see many sea turtles, making it a truly fulfilling tour. Since it was a family trip, I also enjoyed dancing with everyone on the boat during the tour. I would love to participate again.

ハワイ旅行後半にイルカ中学に参加しました。旅行中のほとんどが雨が多く肌寒いことも多かったのですが、この日は朝から快晴で気温も高く快適なツアーになりました。一番のお目当てのイルカが見れるかが心配でしたが、３度も見ることができ本当に感動でした。目の前をイルカが通過したときは鳥肌が立ちました。またシュノーケリング時間でもウミガメをたくさん見ることができて本当に充実したツアーになりました。家族単独旅行でしたのでこのツアーで他の皆さんと船上でダンスしたのも楽しかったです。また参加したいと思います。

I heard that it can take time to find a pod of dolphins depending on the day, but when I participated in February, it took 4 hours to swim with the dolphins (sometimes they can be found in about 30 minutes). They generally stick around for hours until they find them, so it's wise not to schedule anything else after the tour.

However, even if it takes time to encounter the dolphins, you can swim with whales, turtles, and various fish in the meantime, which makes for a very satisfying experience. The staff were also friendly and welcoming, making it a great tour.

日によってイルカの群れを見つけるまで時間が掛かることがあるとの事だったのですが、
2月に参加した際はイルカと泳ぐまで4時間かかりました(早い時は30分くらいで見つけられるらしい)。
基本的に見つかるまで何時間も粘ってくれるので、ツアーの後に他の予定は入れておかない方が賢明です。

しかしイルカに出会うまで時間がかかっても、それまでクジラ、カメやいろんな魚と泳ぐ事が出来るので、とても満足度が高いです。
スタッフの方々も親切でアットホームで、良いツアーでした。

I thought the experience time of 5 hours was short, but it was very empty, so I was able to ride the slides without waiting! Also, the bus on the way there was delayed due to traffic, and we only had about 4 hours, but I was satisfied in just 2 hours.

体験時間が5時間で少ないと思っていましたが、とっても空いていたのでスライダーは待たずに乗れました！
また、行きのバスが渋滞で遅れ4時間ほどしかありませんでしたが2時間で満足してしまいました？

It lasted about an hour, but I was able to see the whales jump and spout (multiple times) without any issues!

The announcements were mainly in English, but there were also explanations in Japanese, so there were no problems.

It was the simplest plan without pick-up or breakfast, but the boarding time was also about two hours, which was not a problem. I was able to arrive smoothly from Waikiki using The Bus.

Points to note:
- The waves were quite high, and the boat rocked a lot. Be cautious of seasickness.
- Inside the cabin, the air conditioning was too strong, and outside it was windy and quite cold. A jacket is essential.
- The boat is relatively old and not very clean. There were areas that smelled a bit like garbage, possibly due to the food being served.

1時間程度でしたが、無事、鯨のジャンプと潮吹き（何度も）見ることができました！

基本的には英語のアナウンスですが日本語の解説もあり問題ありません。

送迎なし、朝食ナシの一番シンプルなプランでしたが、乗船時間も2時間程度と短く、特に問題ありません。
ワイキキからもThe Busで滞りなく到着できました。

注意点は・・
・かなり波が高く船はかなり揺れます。船酔い注意。
・船上はキャビン内はクーラーが効きすぎ、外は風が強くかなり冷えます。はおりモノは必須
・船は割と古く、それほどキレイではありません。食事が出るせいもあるか生ごみっぽいにおいがするエリアもあった

I participated with my parents, husband, and 2-year-old child. My husband and I took turns (if the timing worked out) to watch the dolphins.

When it started, it seemed like the timing wasn't going to work out, and I was wondering what to do when a staff member picked up my child. Amazingly, the child who usually cries didn't cry at all!! Thanks to that, my parents, husband, and I were all able to watch the dolphins together.

The staff were considerate of my child until the very end, and we were able to create wonderful memories, so I’m really glad!

両親と旦那と2歳の子どもと参加。
私と旦那で交代(タイミングが合えば可能)してイルカを観ようと参加しました。

いざ始まるとなかなかタイミングが合いそうになく、どうしようと思っていると、スタッフさんが子どもを抱っこしてくれました。しかもいつも泣く子が泣かない！！なので、両親と旦那と私と皆でイルカを観る事ができました。

最後まで子どもに気を遣っていただき、素晴らしい思い出ができたので良かったです！

I boarded the boat thinking I would be lucky to see even one whale, but I was thrilled to see three whales swimming together and dolphins up close multiple times! I could clearly hear the sound of them blowing water, and it was a wonderful experience of nature. The whale watching was fantastic, but one thing that concerned me was the loud construction noise inside the boat, which made it difficult to hear the naturalist's announcements and music. It would have been even better if there had been consideration for that.

一回でもみれたらラッキーと思いながら乗船しましたが、3匹のくじらが仲良く泳いでいる姿やイルカも近くで何回も見れてとても良かったです！潮を吹く時の音などもはっきり聞こえ、自然を体感できました。ホエールウォッチングとしては素晴らしかったのですが、一つ気になったのは船内での工事の音が大きく、ナチュラリストさんのアナウンスや音楽が聞こえにくかったりしたので、そこの配慮があったらなお良かったです。

I thought that seeing sea turtles while watching them would be a matter of luck, but I was so happy to see many of them. While snorkeling near the coral reefs, the sea turtles really swam right by me and underneath me, which was incredibly moving. Although the sea of angels didn't have a blue sky, the clarity was wonderful, and I really felt it was worth coming!

ウミガメウォッチングは見れたらラッキー程度のものかと思っていましたが、沢山見れて嬉しかったです。サンゴ礁付近でのシュノーケリングはウミガメが本当に自分の近くや真下を通っていき、凄く感動しました。天使の海は青空とまではいきませんでしたが素晴らしい透明度で、やっぱりきて良かったと思いました！

This is my second time participating. This time I brought my 1-year-old and 8-year-old children, and the staff were very kind, and all the passengers were nice people.

2回目の参加です。今回は1歳と8歳の子供連れでしたが、スタッフの対応が親切でしたし、乗客の皆さんも良い人ばかりでした。

I was looking forward to it since I am learning hula. It was great that the show was in the hotel where I was staying, so it was close by. However, I didn't know that I needed to exchange the voucher for tickets, so even though I lined up early, I had to go through the process, which made me late. The food was also great; I enjoyed a variety of Hawaiian dishes, from vegetables to meat and dessert. The live performances, hula, and fire knife dance were all very impressive.

フラを習っているので、楽しみにしていました。
宿泊ホテルの中でのショーなので近くて良かったです。
但し、バウチャーからチケットに交換するのを知らなかったので、早くに並んでいたのに手続きしに行き、その分遅くなりました。
食事も、野菜からお肉、デザートまでハワイの料理が色々食べれて良かったです。
ライブ演奏やフラ、ファイヤーナイフダンスすべて見応えありました。

We participated as a family of four. For those who couldn't drink alcohol, there were soft drinks available. At first, we were served a drink made with juice and gin (?), and then we could refill our drinks; our family finished a bottle of champagne. Just as we started to feel the effects of the alcohol, the sunset was beautiful, and it felt wonderful. However, the boat rocked quite a bit, so it might be tough for those who get seasick, and food was not allowed, so we were just drinking. On that day, we were the only Japanese people, but everyone was friendly, and we had a great time.

家族4人で参加しました。アルコールが飲めない人はソフトドリンクもありました。最初にジュースとジン（？）を割ったお酒が配られ、あとはお代わりをするシステムで我が家はシャンパンを一本飲み干しました。
丁度、お酒の酔いが回ったぐらいで夕日が沈み、とても気分が良かったです。
ただ、結構揺れるので、船酔いする方は厳しいのと、フードはＮＧなのでひたすら飲んでいました。
この日は日本人は私たちだけでしたが、みなさんフレンドリーで楽しめました。

Unfortunately, I couldn't see them, but I was happy to meet a pod of dolphins. The guide was really nice and would let us know as soon as he spotted something!

The boat was comfortable, pleasant, and fun!

残念ながら見れませんでしたが、イルカの群れに会えてうれしかったです。
ガイドさんは何か見えるとすぐ教えてくれたり、すごくいい人でした！

船も快適で、気持ちよく、楽しかったです！

I'm glad I went! The sunset sinking into the ocean in Hawaii was amazing. I didn't plan to drink, but the staff kept making Mai Tais and handed them to me forcefully. (laughs) Among a few Asian couples, including my husband and me, the staff was very energetic and explained everything in English, but everyone was friendly and it felt very cheerful. Other guests were the same. During the cruise, they played music continuously, making it quite lively during the sunset moment. I ended up buying the photo taken before boarding. It was a pretty good picture with the boat and Diamond Head in the background.

飲まないつもりでしたがスタッフがマイタイ？をガンガン作って強引に渡されました。笑　私たち夫婦含めアジア系は数組ほどの中、スタッフのテンション高い説明も英語のみですが、みなフレンドリー、和気あいあいという感じ。他のお客さんも。航行中はサンセットの瞬間もずっと音楽かけっぱなし、やたら賑やかです。

It was a nice day, and although it felt a bit cold in the water since it was February, once I got in the sea, it was fine. The ocean was beautiful, and a sea turtle came close to me. The barbecue was delicious, and it was a fun time. On the way back, the car had the heating on, and there were bath towels laid out on the seats, making it comfortable.

天気も良い日、2月だったので水が少し冷たく感じたけど一度海に入ってしまえば大丈夫でした。海もきれいでウミガメから近くに来てくれ、バーベキューも美味しく楽しいひと時でした。帰りの車は暖房が付いていて、座席にはバスタオルがひいてあり快適でした。

I participated with my mother in her 60s. On the day of the event, it was quite windy. I had experienced parasailing a few times before, and there were moments that felt like the brief lift you get on a roller coaster. I think on a calm day, it would just feel like floating peacefully.

I have a fear of heights, but parasailing doesn’t scare me. It is high up, but strangely, when you see the ocean below, you hardly feel the height, and more than that, the sensation of the sky, sea, and wind is just wonderful.

I tend to get seasick, but both my mother and I were fine. My mother, who was a bit scared, did scream a little when we were swept by the wind, but in the end, she said it was worth it and felt great!

For those who are hesitant and feeling a bit scared, I really encourage you to try it! The feeling of being close to the sky is amazing.

60代の母と参加しました。
当日は風が強く、パラセーリングは何度か経験したことがありましたが、ジェットコースターの一瞬お尻が浮く感じ？のような瞬間が度々ありました。風のない日ならきっとおだやかに浮いているだけだと思います。
私は高所恐怖症ですがパラセーリングは怖くないです。高いところなんでしょうけど、不思議と下が海だとほとんど高さも感じないし、それ以上に空と海と風の気持ち良さが最高です。
船酔いしやすいですが、私も母も大丈夫でした。
怖がっていた母も、風に流された時は多少叫んでましたが、結果はやって良かった！気持ちよかったと言ってました。
ちょっと怖いなと迷ってる方も、ぜひ体験してみて欲しいです！空に近くなる感じが最高です。

This is my second time, and it was still a lot of fun. Although I got a bit seasick due to the weather, it's also a good travel memory. Thank you!

We participated as a family with members in their teens, twenties, forties, and seventies. The buffet before the show, including the hula dance experience, was a lot of fun. The dinner lasted about an hour, and there was a wide variety of desserts, so we left feeling full. The first drink included a stylish Mai Tai cocktail, and the second drink was $10. Everyone enjoyed the show together. If I could wish for something, it would be that there were a few more songs that the younger ones know to make it perfect. I was also happy that they were willing to take photos with us after the show. It became a wonderful memory.

ショーの前のビュッフェの時、フラダンス体験等。こちらがかなり楽しかったです。
1時間ほどのディナーですが、デザートも豊富でお腹いっぱいになりました。
飲み物は最初の一杯はマイタイのお洒落なカクテルが含まれ、2杯目からは10ドルでした。
ショーも皆で楽しめました。
欲を言うならば…若い子たちが知ってる音楽ももう少しあれば完璧だなぁと思いました。
終わった後の写真撮影も快く応じてくれて嬉しかったです。
とてもいい思い出になりました。

I think it would have been better if this person, who resembles Brother Tom and is overly cheerful, hadn’t been there. I don’t want anyone else to feel the same way, so I’m posting this.

Before boarding the boat, we were excessively warned by the guide. “There will definitely be someone who gets seasick! If you take motion sickness medication for the first time, you’ll definitely fall asleep! Be careful! So, if you’re worried, please buy a motion sickness band!” In the end, even I, who usually gets seasick, didn’t feel sick, and no one around me seemed to be affected either. In fact, the boat didn’t rock much, and the distance was quite short. (Some people had already bought motion sickness bands.)

While walking on the sandbar, the guide was still cheerful, but before we started snorkeling, he said, “If you’re not confident in swimming, don’t do it! It suddenly gets deep! There will definitely be someone who comes back traumatized! Even if you wear a wetsuit, you won’t float! It’s not safe!” In the end, there was no one like that, and when we put on the wetsuits later, we didn’t sink at all. I think it would be impossible for someone who truly cannot swim, but if you can swim 25 meters, you should be fine even without the technique to float in that situation. (We could see the snorkeling happening right next to us.)

Because of that explanation and the sudden demand for a decision, we were worried and decided not to go, and other couples also seemed to be quite worried and opted out. I can swim about 50 meters normally and have snorkeling experience, but the explanation gave a very scary impression, so I backed out… I think there are many people at this level.

I fully understand that the sea can be dangerous, and I think it’s necessary to communicate that. However, it’s strange to suddenly switch from being cheerful to repeatedly making statements that create a dangerous image and then asking for immediate decisions.

I came to this conclusion after hearing the explanation from the female guide on the neighboring boat (on the same tour). She provided a completely different explanation from the male guide, conveying the dangers while also giving clear criteria for what one could handle. Above all, she didn’t force immediate decisions, saying, “First, try on the wetsuit, practice, and then decide.” She also said, “If you get to the point where it gets deep and you feel uncomfortable, it’s easy! You can just turn around and walk back.” It was truly a reassuring explanation, and we could have verified it in practice.

Not everyone is like you (the male guide) and is always in the sea; I think it’s normal for someone to be snorkeling for the first time. Of course, the final decision is the individual’s responsibility, but I believe it’s the tour guide’s role to understand that there are first-timers and to provide thorough explanations while being supportive. Saying “don’t do it because it’s dangerous” is something even an amateur can do.

ブラザートムに似ている、調子の良いガイド…この人さえいなければ良かったかなと思います。皆さんに同じ思いしてほしくないので、投稿します。
船に載る前に、ガイドにやたら脅されます。「船酔いは必ずする人いるから！初めて酔い止め飲むと必ず寝ちゃうから！きをつけてー、だから、心配な人は酔い止めバンド買ってくださいねー。」→→結局、酔いやすい私も酔わず、周りも1人も酔ってる様子はなし。実際、揺れも少なく距離もかなり短い…。(酔い止めバンドを買っちゃってる人もいたし)
そして、サンドバーを歩いてるときは相変わらず明るく調子良いのに、シュノーケル始める前に「泳ぎに自信ない人はやめてよ！いきなり深くなるからね！必ずトラウマなって帰る人いるから！ウェットスーツきても浮かないから！安心じゃないから！」
→→結局、そんな人はいなかったし、あとでウエットスーツ来たら、まず沈まない。ホントにまっっったく泳げない人は無理だと思うが、その場で浮く技術なくても、25m泳げる人なら問題ないです。(シュノーケリングはすぐ隣でやってたので、様子が見れます)」
その説明と急な判断を求められたせいで、僕らは心配で辞めたし、他のカップルもけっこう心配な人はやめてた。僕は50mぐらい普通に泳げますし、シュノーケリングの経験もありましたが、説明がとても怖いイメージを受けて、やめました…このレベルの人はごまんといると思います。

海が危険な事は重々承知しており、そのことを伝えるのは必要な事だと思います。しかし、散々明るく調子良いくせに、急に危ないイメージの発言を連発して、すぐその場で判断させるのは、おかしいと思います。
このような結論に至ったのは、隣の船(同じツアー)の女性ガイドの同説明をあとで聞いたからです。その女性ガイドは、男性ガイドとは全く違う説明をして、危ないことも伝えつつ、これくらい出来れば平気ですとしっかりと判断材料もくれてた。なにより、その場ですぐに判断させず、「まずはウエットスーツを来てみて、練習して、そのあと判断してみてー」と言ってくれてた。さらに「深くなるところの手前まで行って、ダメだって思ったら簡単！その場でクルッと回って歩いて帰ってきていいから」とも言ってくれてて、本当に安心できる説明で、実際の検証も出来ただろう。
皆があなた(男性ガイド)のように、いつも海にいるわけではなく、初めてのシュノーケリングが普通だと思います。勿論最終判断は自己責任ですが、初めての人がいることを理解してしっかりと寄り添って説明するのがツアーガイドの役目だと思いました。危険だから辞めてって言うのは、ある意味素人でも出来ます。

Whales don't come out of the water with a big splash like in the anime. You might see a tail fin like in the pictures on the site, but in reality, it's smaller and not very impressive. However, I think kids will enjoy it, and being on the boat feels nice, so it's worth going at least once. I recommend it over the sandbar.

クジラってアニメみたいに、ザブーーーンと海面からは出てこないんです。サイトの写真にあるような尾びれは出ますが、実物は小さく迫力はないです。でもお子さまは喜ぶとは思うし、船は気持ちいいので、１回は行っても損はしない。サンドバーより、おすすめ。

It had been a while since I last visited Hawaii, and this time I went on a trip with my son to enjoy some marine sports. We decided to challenge ourselves with surfing first. I was a bit nervous because I heard the instructor would be a foreigner, but he spoke Japanese fluently (laughs). Since we chose a two-person lesson, it was just my son and me. The private lesson was a lot of fun, and the photos arrived quickly. Thank you very much!

You might be asking yourself if a sunset Cruise is worth it. I asked myself the same thing. I went with my wife and some family and had a great time. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The food was really good and had lots of options. The shows were very entertaining and some where quite funny thanks to the performers. Then the sunset was great. We went on a Wednesday and it was not many people. Felt almost like we had the entire ship to ourselves. Super fun experience overall.

During my previous horseback riding experience in Australia, I was able to feel the horses' light gallops, but this time it was only a slow walk, which was a bit disappointing. However, riding while looking at the ocean was pleasant with the nice breeze.

以前オーストラリアで乗馬した際は、
馬の軽めのダッシュ等も体感できましたが今回のものではパカラパカラ程度の馬の徒歩しかなくものたりませんでした。
しかし海を見ながらの乗馬は風が気持ち良かったです。

We were the only three people on board during our reserved time slot. We enjoyed VIP treatment. The weather was great, and the view from above was amazing.

予約した時間帯は，私達3人だけで出航でした。

I usually spend time at the hotel by checking in my suitcase until it's time to check in, but I decided to book this service because I could stop by Ala Moana and then get a ride to the hotel afterward.

The transfer from the airport to Ala Moana was smooth, and at the lounge, I was able to change and freshen up my makeup. It was really helpful to finish my first round of shopping and then get a ride to the hotel.

Even if I bought bulky items like sneakers at Ala Moana, I could just put them in my suitcase and have them sent to the hotel, so I was able to shop without worry.

I think I will use this service again next time.

いつもチェックインまでの時間にホテルでスーツケースを預けて時間を潰すかんじだったのですが

アラモアナに立ち寄れて、その後もホテルまで送迎してもらえるとのことだったのでこちらを申し込みました。

空港から、アラモアナまでもスムーズで、
ラウンジでは着替えたり化粧直ししたりでき、
まず1回目の買い物を済ませてホテルまで送ってもらえるのは助かりました。

アラモアナではスニーカーなどかさばる物を買ってしまっても、
スーツケースに入れてホテルまで送迎で行けるので気にせず買い物もできました。

次も利用すると思います。

I appreciated the audio guidance in Japanese available on the shuttle bus and inside the cruise ship. Unfortunately, the real-time announcements regarding whale sightings and the sea conditions that day (explanations from the captain and guides) were difficult to understand without knowledge of English.

During the whale watching, we moved to the deck where we could watch the whales in sync with the surrounding movements. Thanks to the three-story large ship, the deck and interior were windy and choppy, but it didn't sway as much as I expected. When a whale surfaced and spouted water, there was a cheer, and everyone got excited beyond words. It was truly moving to see a whale up close.

I think even someone like me, who only understands a bit of English, can manage just fine. It was a very enjoyable experience.

行きの送迎バスの中やクルーズ船内でも一通りの音声ガイダンス日本語案内があり、ありがたかったです。
残念なのは、鯨の出没の際の説明や当日の海の状態などリアルタイムの案内（船長とガイドの説明）は、英語が理解できないと何を言っているのかよくわかりませんでした。
鯨ウォッチングのタイミングの時は周りの動きに合わせて鯨ウォッチングできるデッキに移動しました。
デッキや船内は３階建ての大型船のおかげで風が強く波立っていましたが思ったより揺れませんでした。
鯨が潮を吹きながら頭を出した際は歓声が上がり、言葉を超えてみんなで盛り上がりました。鯨を目の当たりにできたのはとても感動です。
私のように片言英語しかわからない状態でもなんとか大丈夫だと思います。
とても楽しい体験ができました。

I challenged myself to SUP under Mieko's guidance! It was more difficult than I expected, but thanks to Mieko, I had a great time! I want to come to Kailua again next year.

I was able to see whales.

It all depends on the whales and luck, but I was able to see them jumping in the distance and swimming nearby.

If I have the opportunity, I would like to participate again.

クジラを見ることができました。

全てはクジラ次第で時の運ですが、遠くでジャンプ姿、近くで泳ぐ姿を確認でした。

機会があればまた参加したいです。

The flight was at 11:10, but the hotel pickup was at 6:35. I wondered if they really needed to come so early.

Other than that, everything was perfectly fine.

11:10発のフライトだったのですが、6:35にホテルお迎えだった。
そんな早く迎えに来ないといけないのかな。と思った。

それ以外は全然大丈夫でした。

We were blessed with clear weather and boarded the boat with the guarantee of seeing whales, but all we caught a glimpse of was a faint black object in the distance, and we couldn't tell if it was a whale or not... However, we did encounter a pod of dolphins! It seems that we still get to say we "saw" something. Since it's nature, it can't be helped, but I recommend participating with the mindset of "it would be lucky if we see something" rather than having too high expectations.

晴天に恵まれ、クジラが見られる保証付きということで期待して乗船しましたが、遠くの方に微かに黒い物体がチラッと見えただけでクジラかどうかも分からず…その代わりにイルカの群れに遭遇することはできましたが！
それでも一応は「見えた」という扱いになってしまうようです。自然のことなので仕方ないですが、期待し過ぎず「見えたらラッキー」くらいの気持ちで参加することをお勧めします。
