I couldn't swim with the dolphins. I could only watch them swimming from the boat. I was really disappointed because I joined thinking I would be able to swim with them.

The website mentioned dolphin watching, but it was only on the top page, and the wording on other pages was ambiguous, leading me to believe I would be swimming close to the dolphins, but instead, I just watched them from the boat for a few minutes.

There are still videos on YouTube showing people swimming with dolphins, which feels misleading, like a promotional ad.

The snorkeling afterward had no corals or tropical fish at all; what were we supposed to see in such a barren sea? I was told by the crew that we would see turtles, but there were none. Other guests quickly got out of the water and seemed bored on the boat.

The only fun part was the slide, but paying 20,000 yen per person for this experience is way too high and not worth it. I've participated in various tours before, but this was the least satisfying and the most expensive.

The lunch was not tasty either. The optional photos, which are also quite expensive, are definitely not worth it. The pictures we took ourselves were much better, and since we couldn't swim with the fish, turtles, or dolphins, we ended up with photos of just floating in the sea or sitting on the boat.

I absolutely do not recommend this tour. I even wonder if they set such high prices because they are struggling with fewer customers. I regret not choosing a different tour.

その後のシュノーケルは珊瑚も熱帯魚も全くおらず、何も居ない海で何を見ろと言うのでしょうか？
亀と会えると搭乗員から言われていたのに、亀も居ない。他のお客さんも早々に海から上がりつまらなそうに船でしてました。
唯一滑り台だけが面白かったですが、これで1人２万円の料金は高すぎて割に合わない。今まで色々なツアーに参加しましたが1番満足度が低く、高額でした。
お弁当も美味しくない。オプションで付けられる、これまた高額な写真は絶対に付けない方がいい。自分達で撮った方がよっぽど良い写真ばかりで、魚も亀もイルカとも泳げないので、ただ海に浮いてるだけ、船に座ってるだけの写真です。
こちらのツアー絶対にオススメしません。
客が少なくなり、経営厳しいからなのか、こんなに内容と見合っていない高額な金額設定にしているのではないかとさえ思います。違うツアーにすれば良かったと後悔です。

I loved this experience. We got there early to find parking and decided to eat breakfast. My spouse took in the scenery, everything was so peaceful. The boat ride was about 7 minutes and the area was beautiful. We got to do most of the activities, ate donuts and drank juice. Would love to return and do it again.

Awesome experience. I survived the Mokes. It was a long kayak ride from the main canal to the Mokes, very challenging but worth it. By returning the kayak gears and eating the lunch that was included, I also could get a bike which was awesome to ride around the beach.

Loved the activity! The travel was not too long. Food was really good and we could go for seconds. I got the VIP package and it was definitely worth it because it gets you closer to the stage, two framed photos to take back home as well as 3 comp drinks and some additional swag. Overall it was a great experience, the show went on longer than expected but we were okay with it. Highly recommend!

Good, Fun Event with a couple minor negative details

Let's start with the good. Crew was fabulous. Boat was great. Live music was excellent. Variety of activities was excellent--especially the banana boat and disc events--which I highly recommend you add to your experience. Paddle boarding and kayaks were also a nice option for the family. Food/drinks was good too.

The not so good--the snorkeling was just average because we were not allowed to have much freedom to explore. They should allow a time allotment for the extra perks so more can enjoy the extra activities. The main negative was the music they played traveling back to shore--although fun for young adults and old--not too great for my 7 y/o as there was not the consideration of having music with bad language being played for her to hear and ask questions.

Still a good experience overall and would do again IF the music was at least filtered a bit.

Fly Shuttle Airport Transportation To and From Waikiki Hotels & Resorts

Unprofessional - Left us without a ride to the airport!

We had scheduled Fly Shuttle to pick us up at our Waikiki hotel to take us back to the HNL airport. I received a call from a Fly Shuttle dispatcher the day before our departure; she told me over the phone that we would be picked up at our hotel the next day between 1:00 and 1:15 pm (which was fine). On our departure day, I called Fly Shuttle at 12:45 pm just to confirm the pickup-I was told everything was fine, and to look for the shuttle around 1:00 pm. At 1:15 pm, with no shuttle in sight, I called Fly Shuttle and was told that the driver would arrive within 10 minutes. At 1:30 pm, with no sign of the shuttle, I called again. This time the dispatcher told me there had been a mix-up, and that there was no shuttle available to pick us up until the 2:00 - 2:15 pm window. It was a 30 minute trip to the airport, and our plane started boarding at 3:40 pm. I told the dispatcher to cancel our pickup, and that we would take a cab. The dispatcher apologized and said that I would receive a refund for that portion of our trip. It's been over 2 weeks, and NO REFUND! This is unacceptable and very unprofessional. I absolutely DO NOT recommend Fly Shuttle transportation service!

Very friendly crew and overall a good experience. Just a bit too crowded in the boat especially while we are still in a pandemic.
The boat was clean overall and great music played on our way there and way back. Lunch was fresh and nice. Overall a good experience with the ability to choose what you wanna do. Kayaking was fun and other options to paddle board or snorkel. No sea life since the coral reefs are dead unfortunately.

Absolutely breathtaking beautiful clear water. The live band and crew were amazing. The tide was very low so we were not able to do much snorkeling here, although we did see a few different varieties of fish. This was mostly a place to enjoy the water, views, and have some beverages in the sun. A must see when visiting Oahu.
