I booked the highest one at 150m! Since I made a reservation for the early morning, there were only two other groups participating, so there was no waiting time while flying, which was stress-free. And when I thought it might be scary, it actually felt great, and the view was amazing. I felt a sense of superiority looking at the streets of Hawaii from the sky while basking in the morning sun (laughs). You have to wake up early, but I highly recommend the early morning slot!

In Hawaii, I went on a tour with a major tour company, but the optional tours were fully booked, so I made a reservation through this site myself. I felt a bit anxious participating in a tour without any other Japanese people, but both the driver and the local staff were kind and explained everything in English, so it all worked out. We participated in this tour at the request of my son, who loves dinosaur movies. The weather was great, and our whole family was overwhelmed by the scale of Hawaii's natural beauty (laughs). It was advertised as an English tour, but perhaps because there were many Japanese guests, the guide worked hard to explain everything in Japanese. I think it was very good for the kids.

The movie location tour was great, as we could see the actual filming site on the day. The jungle exploration involved bouncing along rough roads in a jeep bus. To be honest, I dozed off a bit during the final tour due to fatigue, but overall, it was a highly satisfying tour. We were able to feel the depth of Hawaii beyond just the ocean!

The guide spoke somewhat difficult-to-understand Japanese, possibly because they were of Japanese descent, but their witty and lively talk made it really enjoyable. I was able to see the submarine submerging into the ocean and then emerging from it, so I captured some great videos. We encountered turtles twice underwater, but they moved away quickly, so I couldn't get them on camera. It might be better to keep filming continuously. The kids were also very satisfied with the experience of riding a submarine, which they can't do in Japan.

I participated in early March. There were Japanese staff members. My elderly mother (72 years old) was able to experience it without any difficulties. It was cold since it was March. The water reaches up to my chest (because I am short). The shower did not have hot water. They take photos for you, and you can buy one for $40. After finishing, there was plenty of time until the bus departure, so we were able to relax. It was also nice that we could stop for sightseeing at one place on the way back.

The snorkel site was not very good though. Visibility was very murky and the few Turtles we saw were grey blobs in the distance. Poor assortment of fish to see compared to other locations we have been to.

Would book again, but only for the sailing tours, not the snorkelling.

Since I was staying at the Hilton Hawaiian Village, the meeting place was very easy to find and convenient. From the boat that took us to the submarine, we had a great view of Waikiki Beach and took memorable photos with Diamond Head in the background! We even got to see sea turtles!

Before long, we arrived at the submarine. The transfer was safe and secure. The underwater visibility was clear without any murkiness. While we couldn't see fish as large as those in the brochure right in front of us, we did see many small fish swimming around.

Around the sunken airplane and ship on the ocean floor, we spotted a lot of fish! We were able to enjoy watching the ocean floor for longer than expected, which was fun for both kids and adults. There are headphones for a Japanese guide, but you can have a great time even without listening to it.

The explanation of the meeting point was vague, and I spent 30 minutes searching before arriving at the ticket sales location for the Atlantis tour. When I confirmed the meeting point, I was pointed to the beach and told to gather there 15 minutes prior. After waiting for a long time, I started to feel suspicious five minutes before departure and checked with another staff member, who informed me that check-in was already happening for the boat that had arrived. I ran and barely made it on time, but if I hadn't realized, I would have missed the boat. I feel frustrated with the unkindness of the female staff member I initially spoke to.

The tour itself was very good, so it's really disappointing that the guidance for the meeting point was so unhelpful. I cannot recommend this to those who do not know the name and location of the hotel tower and cannot speak English, as they are likely to miss the boat.

We did the three combo activity and it as absolutely full of fun! Overall it was a great day out in the sun and beach. Staff was friendly and helpful. The dolphins were very smart and adorable, and I was satisfied with the fun interaction. My nephew, who participated with me, was also thrilled. The water in the lagoon was murkier than I had imagined.

During the wait, the reception area was very cold due to the strong wind, so we moved and sat on a chair by the pool, but we were soon asked to leave by a hotel employee since it was for hotel guests only, which is understandable.

After the interaction, the price for the photos we had taken was high... so I deducted one star for that.

I wanted to participate in a tour where I could experience things that can't be done in Japan, so I joined a zipline tour. Since it included pick-up service, I waited before the meeting time, but even when the time came, no one showed up. The meeting place was the hotel tour lobby, and it seemed to be delayed because there were many other tour participants and the pick-up was from several hotels.

There was no Japanese guide at Keana Farm, so all the explanations were in English, but the tour guide explained things clearly in simple English multiple times. Since the meeting was early in the morning and we returned to Waikiki after 2 PM, it's better to have breakfast beforehand. 朝早い集合でワイキキに戻ってくるのが2時過ぎるので、朝食は取っていった方がいいです。ケアナファーム ではジュースやスナックを買うことができますが、ランチを食べるようなところは無かったです。
ノースショアの景色も堪能できて、ジップラインもオアフ島最大のジップラインも楽しめるのでオススメします。

I was told that there was no reservation. I'm not sure if it was a mistake by Veltra or Polo Club, but although I was able to go horseback riding somehow, the attitude of the Polo Club was consistently poor, and I felt terrible even though I did nothing wrong. The phone support from Veltra was only in English, so I couldn't contact them right away. That was disappointing as well. Since I was really looking forward to the activity, I felt very let down.

It was very enjoyable, and I wanted more courses. Since there is a guide, there's nothing to worry about, but they don't understand Japanese at all. At the end, they give you 40 photos for $50 as data.
