First, I learned on the bus that a driver's license was required, and I realized I hadn't brought mine, which left me feeling hopeless. However, after consulting with a Japanese guide upon arrival, I was informed that a photo would suffice.

In the end, both my spouse and I were able to drive on an extraordinary road. The location was also fantastic, with many experiences that we wouldn't have had if we hadn't participated in this activity, such as taking commemorative photos at movie filming locations!

If you're hesitating, it will be a wonderful memory, so definitely give it a try!

まず、運転免許証が必要なことを行きのバス車内で知り、持参していないことに気づき、絶望していました。
しかし、到着後日本人ガイドの方に相談したところ、写真でも大丈夫とのことでした。

結局夫婦ともに非日常のロードを運転することができました。また、ロケーションも最高で、映画の撮影地での記念撮影などこのアクティビティに参加しなければ体験できないことがたくさんありました！

迷っている方がいれば、最高の思い出になりますので是非参加してみてください！

We participated with our third-grade daughter as a family of three. We boarded the boat with two other families who also had children. I was worried that if we were paired two by two, one of us would end up with someone else, but all families were able to experience it together.

Since we were staying at Hilton Hawaiian Village, the access was excellent as it was just a short walk along the lagoon. On the day of the experience, it was quite windy and the waves were rough, causing the boat to sway a lot, but none of us got seasick. My daughter was nervous during her first parasailing experience and was screaming, but once it was over, she surprisingly said, "I can do it again," which is a typical response for a third-grade girl.

About ten years ago, I had gone parasailing in Cebu, but parasailing in Honolulu was at an overwhelming height! The beauty of the sea and the scenery was amazing! It was the best!!!

As promised, we splashed into the sea, but thanks to the captain's technique, only our feet got wet. I had expected to be soaked, but we were hardly wet at all, and by the time the boat reached the harbor, our feet were dry. The photos (40 dollars, cash or credit card accepted) were taken very well, and they became truly great memories! I would love to try it again next time, this time at 150 meters.

At the beginning, we paid a dollar each in cash for an environmental protection tax, and we gave a tip of 20 dollars when we disembarked (the tip was not mandatory, but there was a note on the boat saying, "Please give 20 dollars!"). We also purchased the photos for 40 dollars on the way back.

2人ずつの体験だと1人は別の人と一緒になるのかなと心配しましたが、いずれの家族も３人一緒に体験できました。
私たちはヒルトンハワイアンビレッジに滞在中だったので、ラグーン沿いに徒歩ですぐとアクセス抜群でした。
当日は風が強くて波も荒め、船は結構揺れましたが、誰1人船酔いすることはありませんでした。
娘は初めてのパラセイリングに緊張してキャーキャー叫んでいましたが、終わってみたら意外と楽しかったのか「またやってもいいよ」と小3女子らしい素直ではないお答え。。。
10年ほど前にセブ島でパラセイリングをしたことがありましたが、ホノルルでのパラセイリングは圧倒的な高さ！海のきれいさ！景色の美しさ！
最高でした！！！
お約束の海にバシャンも船長のテクニックで見事に足先だけ。ずぶ濡れを予想して行きましたが、ほとんど濡れず、船が港に着く頃には足も乾いていました。
写真（40ドル、現金でもクレカでもOK）もとても上手に撮ってもらって、本当にいい思い出になりました！
また、次回もトライしたいです。今度は150メートルで。

はじめに環境保護のための税金を1人１ドルずつ現金で支払い、チップを下船時に20ドル（チップなので絶対ではありませんが、船に20ドルチップが貼り付けてあって、『20ドルお願いね！』って感じでした。）、帰りに写真を40ドルで購入しました。

The staff was great, however unfortunately, due to other people drinking on the boat & a lot of motion sickness, there was a lot of throw up Incidents which caused the whole ride to be unpleasant and rather disgusting. Not to mention, we had to takeoff our shoes so I hope I didn’t step on anything…. When I originally booked, I noticed drinks and appetizers would be provided, but there is only one option to choose from(food).

If you book, make sure you take some dramamine, even if you don’t think you have motion sickness.

The good news is that we got to sunset on our way back to the pier.

The cruise was very nice. Sunset was perfect. Prime rib was OK. I was expecting more. The chicken was great! Fish, was ok too. I would do the cruise again. I would upgrade to see if the food was better. Buffet was ok for an.overall rating!

The atmosphere was amazing! Looked very high end and it felt like it. Staff was very friendly and had great service. Super romantic dinner cruise that I highly recommend to any couple looking for a unique Hawai’i experience. Food was really good, not the biggest portions, but still we left satisfied. I will say whatever the dessert was, wasn’t very good. The only negative. It was this fruit flavored cake but it tasted like dish soap. Other than that this is a must!! Beautiful scenery and nice cool breeze with excellent food and live entertainment! We did pay for the middle tier I believe so it was the four course meal with two drink tickets. I think anyone would love this.

If the weather had been better, the color of the sea would have been even more beautiful, which was a bit disappointing, but overall, it was really great! The BBQ hamburgers on the boat were very delicious. There were mostly Westerners, but since the staff were Japanese, I was able to enjoy myself without any problems.

I had a wonderful experience and made a unforgettable memory with mom. I was worried about the height because mom is so sold enough. But mom said "if we do again later, choose the higher one. It was very exciting. I wanted to stay longer up there". Never miss this experience. You will not regret it. I want to thank all of the staff who gave us the opportunity to make a goooood memory. I recommend this activity very very much.

The flow of the experience is as follows:
1. Travel by bus from the hotel to Kualoa Ranch.
2. Receive instructions and a paper for registration in front of the visitor center.
3. Complete the registration for the Raptor Tour according to the scheduled time.
4. Experience.

During step 2, I wasn't given specific instructions to go to the Raptor Tour registration (it was in English, so I might have missed it). I waited in front of the visitor center, and by the time I realized it, the registration time had passed.

Since there were no specific instructions, I decided to look around a bit and found a map of the registration points for each tour (attached). When I went to the Raptor Tour location, I was told to line up at the back of the registration line, but by the time my turn came, it was already too late to participate.

In the end, I had to join a different tour that was available. (I appreciated the flexibility in changing the tour content.)

To prevent this from happening, I believe there should be an explanation on the experience page advising participants to head to the registration for each tour according to the scheduled times. I would appreciate your consideration of this.

3.受付の時間に合わせてラプターツアーの受付で手続き

2の説明で、特にラプターツアーの受付に行くような指示をされず
（英語のみだったので聞き漏らしたのかもしれません）
ビジターセンターの前でずっと待っていたところ受付時間が過ぎてしまいました。

特に指示がないので少し周りを回ってみたところ、各ツアーの受付の
地図（添付のもの）を見つけて、ラプターツアーの場所に行ったところ受付の列の後ろに
並ぶように言われて、いざ順番が回ってきたらすでに時間切れで参加できないとのこと。

結局、そこから参加できる別のツアーに参加することになりました。
（柔軟にツアー内容を変更いただけたのはよかったと思います。）

このようなことの無いように、体験のページにおいて、
体験の時間に合わせて各ツアーの受付に向かうように説明をつけるべきと思います。ご検討をいただけると幸いです。

We enjoyed parasailing, banana boating, and bumper tubing as a family. The banana boat was for four people, while parasailing and bumper tubing were for two at a time (parent and middle school child).

Parasailing offered breathtaking views from high up and the feeling of the wind was wonderful. The banana boat and bumper tubing were fun with the speed, waves, and lateral G-forces. However, more seawater splashed on our faces than expected, so if possible, I recommend bringing swimming goggles. (We were advised by the staff at the sea base and rented them for a fee. It was a shame that we left our goggles in the room.)

There are staff members who speak Japanese for each activity. Since there were multiple activities, I was unsure when to give tips, but since parasailing and the banana boat/bumper tubing were on different boats, I handed tips directly to the staff when transitioning from the parasailing boat. Later, I placed tips in a transparent tip box when moving from the sea base back to the store.

While waiting for the activities, it’s nice if it’s sunny, but if the sun is hidden by clouds or if it’s windy, you might get cold. If you’re concerned, it might be a good idea to bring a beach towel or a jacket.

After returning to the store, photos and videos taken during the activities with a GoPro or similar will be displayed on a monitor, so you can check them and purchase any that you like before finishing up.

The kids had a great time, and we had a wonderful experience. Thank you!

家族でパラセーリング、バナナボート、バンパーチューブを楽しみました。バナナボートは4人で、パラセーリングとバンパーチューブは２人ずつ（親＋中学生の子供）でした。

パラセーリングでは高い場所からの圧巻の景色と、風を感じることができ気持ちよかったです。バナナボートとバンパーチューブはスピードと波と横Gで面白かったです。ただ、予想以上に海水が顔にかかるので、可能なら水泳ゴーグルなどを持参されるのがおすすめです。（海上拠点でスタッフにおすすめされ有料で借りました。ゴーグルを部屋に置いてきてしまったのはもったいなかった）

それぞれのアクティビティで日本語が話せるスタッフがいます。複数のアクティビティだったので、どのタイミングでチップを渡したらいいか迷いましたが、パラセーリングとバナナボート・バンバーチューブは別の船だったので、まずパラセーリングの船から移るタイミングでスタッフに直接渡し、その後バナナボート・バンバーチューブは海に浮かぶ拠点から店舗に戻る船に移る際に透明のチップ入れに入れました。

アクティビティを待っている間、晴れていればいいですが、太陽が雲で隠れたり風が強かったりすると体温が奪われて冷えてしまうこともあります。気になる場合は、ビーチタオルや上着を持参されるといいかもしれません。

店舗に戻った後、アクティビティ中にGo Proなどで撮影してくれた写真と動画がモニターに映されますので、それらを確認して、気に入ったものがあれば購入して終了です。

子どもたちもとても楽しんでいて、よい時間を過ごせました。ありがとうございました。

I was the only Japanese person, but the lecture was in video format with Japanese subtitles, so there were no issues. When I actually went to the beach, there was someone who spoke Japanese and was very kind to me. This was my third surfing experience in Hawaii, and it was the most helpful instruction I received.

日本人は私1人でしたが、レクチャーはビデオで日本語字幕もあり問題なしでした。実際にビーチに行くと日本語の話せる方がいて丁寧に付き合って頂きました。ハワイで３回目のサーフィン体験でしたが一番親切に教えて頂きました。

I had always wanted to try horseback riding, but since the youngest was 7 and the oldest was 69, it was hard to find a place where everyone could ride together. Just when I was about to give up, I found this place!

I signed up for a one-hour course that started at 8:45 AM. We left Waikiki just after 7 AM, stopped at Leonard's to buy and eat malasadas on the way, and arrived at the location just in time for the meeting. We parked in the spacious parking lot and received instructions from the staff at the reception, then signed the waiver.

Wearing helmets was optional for adults, but of course, everyone wore one! We only put our phones and car keys in the provided leather bags. After using the restroom and playing with the goats and sheep in the area, it was suddenly time to start.

Each person was helped onto a horse, and we received a brief explanation on how to ride: pull the reins to stop, turn the reins in the direction you want to go, and give a light kick to the belly if the horse stops moving. Even the 7-year-old was able to ride alone and we set off right away! At first, I was nervous, but the horses were all calm and smart, which made me feel at ease.

There were hills to climb and we weaved through a herd of cows, making it feel like an attraction, which was enjoyable. We could take pictures anytime, but since we had to hold the reins, it was a bit tricky to operate the phone with one hand while turning around to take a shot. It might be difficult for those who aren't used to handling their phone with one hand. The ranch staff took quite a few pictures for us, but they were $8 each, so we decided not to purchase any.

Since we had a child with us, we moved at a relatively slow pace, but I would have liked to ride faster if it were just adults. Also, the 7-year-old was placed at the back, so everyone had to be mindful of the pace, and it would have been best if the adults were at the back instead.

We chose the one-hour course, but it actually lasted over an hour, which was more than enough. By the end, my hips and thighs were shaking! All the staff were women, and the restrooms and animal areas were kept relatively clean, which was quite impressive (though there was a lot of dust). The kids said that horseback riding was the most fun part! I highly recommend it!

成人はヘルメット着用が自由でしたが、もちろん全員着用❗️笑
荷物は備え付けの皮の袋へ携帯と車の鍵だけ入れて。
トイレを済ませたり、園内にあるヤギや羊たちと戯れているとあっという間に開始時間に。

1人ずつ馬に乗せていただき、手綱を手前へ引いたらストップ、手綱を曲がりたい方向へ向けたら曲がる、動かなくなったら足で軽くお腹を蹴るなど、軽く乗り方の説明を受けただけて、7歳の子供も1人で乗って早速出発❗️
最初は緊張しましたが、大人しく頭のいい馬ばかりだったので、乗っているこちらも安心できました。
坂道があったり牛の群れの間をすり抜けたり、アトラクション的な感じもあって楽しめます。
写真もいつでも自分たちで撮れます。
が、手綱は持ったままになりますので、片手で携帯を操作し、さらに後ろに振り向いてシャッターを押さないといけませんので、片手で携帯の操作をし慣れてる人じゃないと難しいかなと。
牧場の方もかなり撮ってくれますが、1枚8ドルだったので、購入はせず…
また、子供がいたのでかなりゆっくりのスピードで進んでくれましたが、大人ばかりならもっと早いスピードでも乗ってみたかったかな〜。
それと、7歳の子供が一番後ろに配置されたので、みんなが後ろを気をしながら進まないといけなく、できたら大人を最後にしてもらえたらベストではありました。

今回1時間のコースにしましたが、実質1時間以上あり十分でした。
最後になると股関節も太もももワナワナしてきて笑
スタッフは全員女性で、トイレや動物のいる所も比較的綺麗に保たれており、かなり好感持てました。(砂埃は凄かったですが)
子供達も、乗馬が一番楽しかったと言っていました‼️
めちゃくちゃオススメです‼️

Well organized, lots of things to do on the island or you can choose to relax and enjoy the beautiful beach and water.
We enjoyed the sand bar adventure, did some kayaking, played volleyball and ping pong.
Bathrooms are a great touch on this serene setting, they are clean and have AC.
The boat ride and back had wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. Everything was pristine and amazing. The staff were friendly. Highly recommend.

This was my second time in Hawaii. The marine sports were all enjoyable, and the service was good, allowing us to have a smooth and fun experience. I would like to use this service again.

I booked a tour with pickup from a nearby hotel to Hanauma Bay.

For the pickup from the hotel, I communicated to several drivers who seemed to be part of different tours that I was participating in the Hanauma Bay tour and shared my name to find my driver.

The entrance to Hanauma Bay opens at 7 AM, so we waited in line until then. For some reason, one participant from our tour acted as the representative to manage the entrance fee collectively. I wondered what would happen if this person ran away, but they managed to pay without issue.

Although it wasn't us, other tour participants were renting additional life jackets, but the driver said, "It's not on the rental list, so if you pay in cash now, I'll give you the life jackets." Since they couldn't communicate in English, I stepped in to negotiate on their behalf, and reluctantly, the driver handed over the life jackets.

Hanauma Bay was absolutely stunning. Since it was early in the morning, there were fewer people, and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

There is a place to store valuables at Hanauma Bay, so I left cash and other items there, keeping only my phone and the key to the valuables box in a waterproof case around my neck. I left towels on the beach, but they were safe. I think it's better to clean up a bit earlier than the meeting time since there are few showers available.

近くのホテルからのピックアップは、何人かのツアーのドライバーらしき人に、ハナウマ湾のツアーに参加している旨と名前を伝えて、ドライバーを見つけました。

ハナウマ湾の入り口が朝7時に開くので、それまで列に並んで待機でした。入園料は何故か、そのツアーの参加者の1名が代表者となり、まとめて管理してました。この人が逃げたらどうするんだと思いましたが、無事払ってくれました。

私達ではありませんが、他のツアー参加者がライフジャケットを追加でレンタルしていたのですが、ドライバーは、"レンタルリストに無いから現金で今払えばライフジャケットを渡す"と言っていました。英語でコミュニケーションできない方々でしたので、代わりに私が間に入って交渉したら渋々ライフジャケットを渡してくれました。

ハナウマ湾は絶景で最高でした。
早朝だったこともあり人も少なく満喫しました。

ハナウマ湾には貴重品を預ける所があるので、現金等は預けて、携帯と貴重品ボックスの鍵だけ防水ケースに入れて首からぶら下げてました。
タオル等は浜に置きっぱなしでしたが、無事でした。
シャワーの数が少ないので、集合時間よりも少し早めに片付けた方が良いと思います。

The explanation of horseback riding was easy to understand because there was a Japanese video. As a beginner, I was nervous about falling off, but the horse was very smart, so there weren't any particularly difficult maneuvers. Since it's near the mountains, I thought it would have been good to prepare rain gear like a raincoat, as it suddenly started to rain.

乗馬の説明は日本語ビデオがあったので、分かりやすかったです。初心者なので落馬しないか緊張してましたが、とても賢い馬だったので、難しい操作は特になかったです。山の近くなのでいきなり雨が降ってきたりするため、カッパなどの雨具を用意すれば良かったと思いました。

At first, I thought it would be scary, but once I took off into the sky, it was over in no time, and I was able to enjoy the scenery. It was the best experience. The staff at the reception were also friendly and easy to talk to.

最初は怖いと思いましたが、空に舞い上がってからはあっという間で景色も楽しめて、最高の経験ができました。受付の方も気さくに話してくれました。

It was my first time back at Hanauma in about seven years. It was beautiful and fun as always. The person who came to pick me up was also very kind. Unfortunately, the water was cold since it was early in the morning.

約7年ぶりのハナウマでした。やはり綺麗で楽しかったです。迎えに来ていただいたくれた方も親切でした。
朝早かったこともあり、水が冷たかったのが残念。

I thought the hike to Manoa Falls would be easy, but the way there was all uphill, and it was quite muddy. There are several breaks along the way, but I was too focused on watching my feet to enjoy the scenery. The humidity was also quite high.

That said, seeing the waterfall was rewarding. It was truly beautiful. White shoes and light-colored pants are not a good idea.

Lunch at Tantalus Lookout was enjoyable.

マノアの滝までのハイキングと軽く考えていましたが行きはずっと上り坂。それも結構なぬかるみ道。途中何度か休憩がありますが移動中は足もとばかり見ていて景色を楽しむ余裕はなかったです。湿気もかなりあります。
とはいえ滝を見ると達成感はあります。ほんとうにキレイでした。白い靴と色の薄いズボンはNGです。
タンタラスの丘のランチは楽しかったです。

I enjoyed the banana boat and bumper tube. It was full of speed and thrills! It felt like the driver was watching our reactions while driving, increasing the speed and making turns along the way, making for an exhilarating experience.

Good things:
1. Surprisingly, the inside of the submarine was spacious.
2. We properly went out to sea and boarded the submarine.
3. Was the submarine moving? Was it being pulled by something? In any case, it moved gracefully.
4. I saw a turtle, which really felt like Hawaii.
5. The fish were beautiful to see.
6. The crew was kind.

Disappointing things:
1. I thought there would be Japanese guidance, but there was none at all...
2. Did I need to install Japanese? I forgot to do that...
3. The meeting point was hard to find.
4. When there are a lot of people inside the submarine, it's difficult to peek out the windows.
5. I wish there were a few more attractions.
6. It would have been more fun if we could see a bit more fish.
7. The price they asked for the final photo was unusually high.

My family and I took the morning tour. We were celebrating 2 birthdays and they made it the best experience. They had donuts, water and coffee as we arrived. The singers did amazing and even sang happy birthday to us! Overall, definitely would do it again. Loved all the activities provided as well.

Excursion to the Kaneohe Sandbar was so much fun. We booked the early session. Plenty of parking with the AM session. Check-in was easy. Staff were well organized and knowledgeable. My family of 2 adults and 4 children ages 11-14 had a blast. We had plenty of time to play on the kayaks, SUP and snorkel. We brought snacks and beverages onboard. Plenty of space to store our beach bag and small cooler.

Great experience, will definitely come back again!

The staff at North Shore Stables were all very friendly and attentive. The ATV’s were perfect for me and my boys. The course was diverse, interactive and provided for excellent photo opportunities. The course takes you through fields, a quick stop to see and feed animals then down to the beach for the ultimate photo opportunity. This was an excellent family friendly activity, my kids really enjoyed the whole experience. This is an outing for anyone looking for some excitement. I would definitely recommend this activity for a great way to spend a few hours while on Oahu!

Super fun w/ excellent service and a hilarious crew! Would DEFINITELY recommend and will be back again myself. My son (13) could not get enough of the tube and banana boat rides!!

I was able to see sea turtles and mantas multiple times from the boat. The way the manta slightly raised its wings looked like a greeting and was adorable.

Then it was snorkeling time. My son swam ahead first, and he encountered a relaxed sea turtle, allowing them to swim together for a while. By the time I was called over to see, it had already gone into its hole.

The hamburger was delicious! After snorkeling, it gets cold when the wind hits your wet body, so it's better to have a towel or a jacket (I had a UNIQLO rash guard). They also provided warm drinks (cocoa was popular with the kids).

I got sunburned on my shoulders and calves, which turned "bright red later." Areas that are not usually exposed are prone to sunburn even with sunscreen, so be careful.

船からウミガメやマンタを何度も見ることができました。マンタが両ヒレをちょこっと上げる仕草が挨拶に見えて可愛かった。
そしてシュノーケルタイム。息子が真っ先に泳いで行ったからか、のんびりしていたウミガメに出会いしばらく並泳できたとのこと。私が呼ばれて見に行ったときは穴へ入ってしまったあとでした。

シュノーケル後は濡れた体に風を受けると寒くなるので、タオルや上着（私はUNIQLOのラッシュガード）はあった方が良い。温かい飲み物の提供もありました。（ココアは子どもたちに人気）

日焼けで肩の後ろとふくらはぎが「後から真っ赤」になりました。普段出し慣れていない部位は日焼け止めを塗ってもやられやすいので注意。

Before boarding, I was really nervous, but the staff who love sharks helped ease my anxiety, making the wait enjoyable. Parasailing takes you up into the sky all at once, and that moment feels like an attraction, which is thrilling! But soon, I got to enjoy the incredible view of Waikiki and Diamond Head from above, which was absolutely amazing.

乗船する前はドキドキでしたが、サメが大好きなスタッフさんが、気分をほぐしてくれて待ち時間も楽しかったです。パラセイリングは一気に空へ連れていかれますが‥この瞬間がアトラクションみたいで興奮❗️でもすぐにワイキキやダイヤモンドヘッドを空から見るという最高の景色が味わえて最高でした。

桟橋までバスで移動し、いざ上船！
船上で免責同意書を記載し、20分程度の航行。船酔いしやすい義母も機嫌良さそうだったため、その点も安定感がある。
ドーナツとドリンクは早い者勝ち。帰りにはドーナツは売り切れ。
サンドバー自体にはなんの文句もない。船上でまどろむもよし、カヤックやSUPに興じるもよい。参加日は風が強く、魚や亀はほぼ見えず。
