The sandbar didn't appear, so the scenery was just a shallow area, which was disappointing, but I was able to see a lot of fish and enjoyed a fun time kayaking. The live music on the boat was performed very well, and it was really good.

Nice Excursion- took their shuttle from Waikiki (extra fee) which took about 40 min because had 3 other hotel stops. Boat to Sandvar was about 10 min, lunch was tasty, music on boat was terrific and added ambiance. Was a cloudy day and even rained but even though chilly and not ideal was fun to have the opportunity to canoe ride, paddle board and snorkel in one area and one fee. Banana boat and tube ride (right at arrival to sandbar) was SUPER fun, lasted about 5 min each. Felt it should be longer for price per person. Overall was a nice afternoon experience, for cost though would say unless you do all of the activities it’s pricey. Staff was professional and friendly.

I couldn't see the pure white island, but I enjoyed snorkeling and stand-up paddleboarding (though the strong winds made it less elegant). The live music was surprisingly good, adding to the tropical atmosphere.

真っ白な島は、見れませんでしたが、シュノーケリングしたり、SAPしたり、楽しめました。（ただし風が強くて、優雅なSAPとはいきませんでしたが）

It was my first time, but I had a great time. Just before it started, I was scared and thought about canceling, but I'm glad I went through with it. It wasn't scary at all.

I went without a shuttle, but I was able to get there with just one bus from in front of Ala Moana! The return bus took a while to arrive, so I spent some time at the nearby beach, but it came in about 30 minutes! The experience itself was great, as there was a guide who spoke Japanese, which made me feel very at ease! I also got to see sea turtles!

送迎なしで行きましたがアラモアナの前から1本のバスで行けました！
帰りのバスがなかなか来なかった為、近くの海で時間潰しをしましたが30分ほどで来ました！
体験自体も日本語が話せるガイドさんがいてすごく安心しました！

The weather was somewhat lacking, but the sun came out occasionally, making it a decent day. The guide on the boat spoke Japanese clearly, so I felt reassured that I could hear the explanations well. At the sandbar, the sea sparkled beautifully, and it was very moving. It was amusing to watch the beach volleyball match between the participants, which turned into a Japan-US competition. (I was thinking to myself, "You went to the beach, and you're happy about that?" haha)

I wasn't expecting much from the hamburger for lunch, but it was very delicious and the portion was just right; it might have been the best part of the tour!

I participated in the last snorkeling session where I could stand, but since it was a few meters deep, I didn't join in to accommodate my family who can't swim. I recommend understanding that snorkeling will be in places where you can't stand before participating. Also, the large shuttle bus was comfortable for both trips, which was nice.

船上でのガイドさんは日本語でかつ良く通る声なのでしっかり説明が聞けて安心できました。
サンドバーの所では海がキラキラ輝いてとても感動しました。
ツアー参加者同士のビーチバレーが日米対抗になっていて見ていて面白かった
(海に行ったんだろ？そんなので喜んでどうするって自分に突っ込んてましたがw)

昼食のハンバーガーは期待していなかったのですが、とてもおいしく量も丁度良くツアーの中でこれが一番良かったかなw

一番最後のシュノーケリングは背が立つレベルなら参加しましたが、数メートルあるそこそこ深い所の為、金槌の家族に合わせ参加しませんでした。背が立たたない場所でのシュノーケリングという事を理解した上で参加されることをお勧めします。
あと送迎のバスが大型で往復ともゆったりできたのは良かったです。

The weather was great, and seeing Diamond Head from the sky was amazing. The crew was also very lively, and it was a truly enjoyable time that passed by in the blink of an eye.

天気も良くダイヤモンドヘッドも上空から見れて最高でした。クルーの方もノリも良く大変楽しいひとときであっという間に時間が過ぎてしまいました。

The horse understands the course, so it moves without needing much direction. Walking through the vast land on horseback felt great. The views of the sea were especially nice. However, there were many similar forest scenes, which made the time feel longer, so I think I would be satisfied with a more compact route that highlights the attractions. Also, although it's unrelated to the tour, I found that many of the souvenir designs at the gift shop were quite stylish.

馬がコースを理解しているのでとくに指示を出さなくても動いてくれます。
広大な土地を馬で歩くのは気持ちが良かったです。海が見えるところはとくに良かった。
ただ、似たような森の景色の部分も多くあり時間が長く感じたのでもう少し見どころをコンパクトを回るだけでも満足できそう。
あと、ツアーとは関係ないですがお土産屋さんのお土産のデザインが結構センス良いものが多くよかったです。

I went up to a height of 150 meters! It was so much fun! It felt like I was in the air longer than I expected, and the views were amazing as they changed directions, making it truly feel like I was flying.

The boat was relatively fast, and the waves were quite strong, so those who are prone to motion sickness should be cautious. I took motion sickness medication before going, but it was still a close call! I wore a swimsuit, but only my toes got wet.

After the activity, I gave a tip when getting off the boat. Later, I purchased the photo data for $40 at the reception. They quickly transferred the data to my smartphone and also gave me an SD card. However, for some reason, the date on the photo data was set to 2020, which was a bit disappointing, but it felt very much like Hawaii, haha.

It was a fun activity in a short amount of time!

思ってたよりも長く空中にいた感覚で、見える景色も、色々と方向変えてくれていて、ほんとに空を飛んでるかのようでした。

船のスピードも割とあり、波も激しかったので、酔いやすい方は注意です。
わたしは酔い止め飲んで行きましたが、ギリでした！
水着を着て行きましたが、足先が濡れる程度でした。

終了後、船を降りる時にチップをわたしました。その後、受付のところで写真データを40ドルで購入しました。スマホにすぐにデータを入れてくれて、SDカードも頂けました。
ですが、写真データの日付がなぜか2020年となっていて、、、ちょっとそれが残念でしたが、まぁハワイだなーという感じで笑笑

短時間で楽しいアクティビティでした！

Our guides were amazing and the views from the zip line were phenomenal. It was awesome that there were pictures taken by the staff along the way so we didn't have to risk our own phones. 100% would recommend to future travelers.

So much fun! The live music was on point. The crew made the trip fun and made sure everyone was safe while having a great time. Would highly recommend this excursion for all ages. We will definitely do this one again on our next visit.

We had this Snorkeling Adventure June1988 on our Honeymoon. We are Happy Uncle Bob’s Snorkeling Adventure 36 years later our Honeymoon with our 2 kids to share our Love June 2024.
Looking forward to do this again with our grandkkds someday.

I have never surfed before and I probably won't in the future, so I decided to join this experience to feel that vibe casually. The speed was much slower than I imagined, and I didn't feel scared at all. Watching the people surfing on the same waves and being able to ride the waves together was fun and made me feel like a surfer. However, it ended in no time. It would be nice if it were a bit cheaper.

サーフィンをした事が無く、今後もできそうもないので、気軽にそんな気分になれそうなこちらに参加しました。
想像よりもスピードはゆっくりで、全く怖さはありませんでした。同じ波にサーフィンしている人達を見て、一緒に波に乗れたのは、サーファー気分で楽しかったです。
しかし、あっという間に終わりでした。もう少し安価だといいですね。

Our family had a great time on our ATVs. Come in the morning as it is HOT in the sun. And be prepared to get dirty so bring a change of clothes for afterwards. Instructors were super attentive and took lots of pictures which you can opt to purchase. You’re a drive from Shark’s Cove and local food trucks on the North Shore so we made a day of it. Our teenage boys loved this experience!

This was a great experience for our family. The banana boat and bumper ride was a fun time and I’d recommend for families to do together. We all had time to use the paddle boards and kayaks as well as try our hand at snorkelling. The crew was super friendly, informative and attentive while we were getting to the sandbar and throughout the activity. Snorkelling is limited to small fish amongst the reefs but great for novice snorkelers. Highly recommend this excellent excursion!

This was a great experience. The performers and all staff were professional and made sure we had a good time. Food portions were perfect so that we weren't super stuffed but full enough. Beautiful food presentation. Hats off to the culinary team and chef!!!! This was a memorable experience and the interactive dance for everyone at the end was a perfect way to end the dinner cruise. Only one recommendation would be to have air conditioning in the boat. Other than that, the night was amazing!!

First of all, in conclusion, I'm glad I went! It was definitely a great experience!

The vast nature of Kualoa Ranch offers a dynamic and breathtaking scenery that you can't experience in Japan, and you can enjoy various views while riding the buggy :)

During the buggy tour, there was no Japanese guide, but after arriving at Kualoa Ranch, a Japanese staff member provided an overall introduction, so you can rely on them if you have any issues!

There is a Japanese video for the pre-tour instructions, so it's okay if you don't speak English.

During the tour, the guide spoke only English, but it's manageable with simple English, so those who are anxious about their English skills should still be able to enjoy it :)

All the guides were very kind and attentive.

Now, here are some points I would like future participants to keep in mind:

- Avoid wearing white or clothes that show dirt easily. During the one-and-a-half-hour ride, there is a lot of dust, so it's essential to wear clothes that can get dirty.

- Bring a towel and cleansing sheets, and it's recommended for women to go without makeup. As mentioned, you'll be covered in dust, and after the tour, you'll be hilariously dirty. There is a handwashing station right after getting off, but if the shuttle bus schedule is tight, you probably won't have time to wash thoroughly. So, after rinsing off a bit at the handwashing station, it's best to wipe your face and neck thoroughly with sheets in the car on the way back!

- Sun protection is important. It's a good idea to apply sunscreen or wear long sleeves (the buggies have no windows, so you'll be exposed to both dust and UV rays while riding!).

- Bring non-woven masks. You can get a bandana (for covering your nose and mouth) at the tour reception, but a non-woven mask is much better for dust.

- Please bring water. The tour lasts an hour and a half, with stops at scenic points for the guide's explanations, but it can get hot, so it's even better if you can hydrate regularly.

- Eating and drinking are prohibited on the shuttle bus, so you can have lunch at Kualoa Ranch. There are also souvenirs for sale, so you can enjoy the time between the tour and the shuttle.

If you're hesitating, definitely go for it! Fans of Jurassic Park will surely enjoy it too!!

これからツアー参加される方へ参考にしてもらいたい点


・白い服、汚れが目立つ服は×
1時間半の走行中は砂埃がすごいので、
汚れてもOKなお洋服で参加は必須

・タオル＋クレンジングシートの持参と
女性は、すっぴん推奨
上記同様、砂埃をまともに被るので、
ツアー終了後は笑えるほど真っ黒になります。笑
降車後すぐの所に手洗い場はありますが
送迎バスの時間がタイトな場合があるので、
しっかり洗う余裕はきっとありません
なので、ある程度手洗い場で洗い流したら帰りの車内でお顔や首など徹底的にシートで拭くのがベストです！

・紫外線対策
日焼け止めをしっかり塗っていくか長袖着用がいいかも
（バギーは窓がないので
走行中は砂埃も紫外線とまともに浴びます！）

・不織布マスクなどの持参
ツアーの受付でもらえるバンダナ（鼻・口を覆う用）がありますが
砂埃には不織布マスクの方が俄然いいです

・水分持って行ってください
1時間半、絶景ポイントで降りてガイドさんの説明を受けながらのツアーですが
暑さで喉が乾くので都度水分摂取が出来ると尚良いですね

・送迎バスは、飲食禁止なので
ランチなどはクアロアランチ内で頂けます
お土産も売っているのでツアーと送迎の合間時間も楽しめます

I was able to see two types of dolphins and also met a sea turtle, which made me very satisfied. Since I can't speak English, the Japanese staff (Hayato and Ken) were very helpful. I was worried about seasickness, and that day the wind was strong, so I did get seasick, but I am grateful for the very caring support I received. The sandwich we had at the end was also delicious. It was the best tour. I would like to participate again when I come to Hawaii. Thank you very much!!

イルカは2種類見れて、ウミガメに会う事も出来とても満足しています。
英語が話せないので、日本人スタッフ（ハヤト&ケンさん）にとても助けて頂きました。
船酔いが心配でしたが、その日は風が強く、やはり酔ってしまったけど、とても親身になって対応して頂き感謝しています。
最後に頂いた、サンドイッチも美味しかったです。最高のツアーでした。
また、ハワイに来たら参加したいです。

In the early morning at Hanauma Bay, I never expected it to be this cold. I did go into the water once, but it was so cold that I gave up quickly. I was really shocked that there were hardly any fish around. When I visited in the past, it was in the afternoon, so it was warm and there were plenty of fish to enjoy! Is there no tour available in the afternoon? I felt that it has become increasingly difficult to enter Hanauma Bay lately. The driver was kind and stopped by Leonard's Kitchen for us on the way back.

まさかこんなに寒いとは思ってもみませんでした。
一回は海に入ったものの寒すぎてすぐにギブ。
魚もほとんど見当たらなくめちゃショック。
過去に訪れた時はお昼からだったので暖かかったのか魚もたくさんいて楽しめたのに！
お昼からのツアーは無いのでしょうか？
最近はますますハナウマ湾に入るのが難しくなってきてることを実感しました。
ドライバーの方は親切で帰りにカハラモールにあるレナーズキッチンカーに寄ってもらいました。

Five years ago, when I went to Waianae to snorkel, I didn't have fins, and it was difficult to return to the boat. However, this time I had fins, so I was able to enjoy seeing fish and sea turtles up close. Additionally, I was lucky enough to encounter dolphins!

The best part is that you can board from a hotel in Waikiki, which makes good use of your time. However, there is no Japanese guide, so it would be great if you could go with someone who understands English. I was with my daughter, which was helpful. I think it would be nice to have a sign with the same explanations even without a guide.

5年前に、ワイアナエまで行きシュノーケルしたときはフィンがなく
船まで戻るのが大変でしたが、こちらはフィンがあったので、とても楽しく魚やウミガメを近くでみることができました。
さらにラッキーなことにイルカにも遭遇しました！
何よりワイキキのホテルから乗船できるので時間が有効につかえますよ。
ただ、日本語ガイドさんはいないので英語がわかる人と行けるといいですね。娘と一緒だったので助かりましたが。
ガイドさんがいなくても、同じ内容の説明プラカードがあればいいのに、と思います。

I felt very relieved to participate in the tour as Japanese was also understood. The sandbar was about knee-deep, but the scenery was beautiful and it was the best. It was a bit disappointing that it rained in the morning, making the water a little murky, but the sea was still beautiful. The hamburger we ate on the water was also very delicious.

This trip to the sandbar was excellent. The company has the day very well planned for guests so that you don’t have to worry about anything other than relaxing.

This zip line course is the real deal! Not only they have 8 individual zip lines, but each has it's character and unique feature. We really loved to do different tricks, and also enjoyed some very long zip lines that we haven't experienced anywhere else.

Guides were fun and very helpful, and had 'super human' abilities whenever someone was stuck on a line.

We will definitely come again next time we are visiting the island!

Awesome activity! This is my second time booking captain bob’s and I can’t tell you enough how great it is, you would need to experience it for yourself! From the start, the staff are very welcoming and keep you entertained throughout the entire experience. They take the time to go around to chat with everyone, making it a comfortable excursion. Although they don’t do anything specific for birthdays, they still made sure to sing her a happy birthday! Book it, you won’t regret it!

Last year, I was able to enjoy a horseback riding course that featured scenery from movie filming locations, and I was looking forward to it again this year. However, this year, it ended up being just a two-hour ride along a mountain path, which was disappointing. The people in my riding group were similarly frustrated and said they didn't want to participate again. Is it the instructor who decides the course? Was it just bad luck this year? If possible, please let me know.

昨年は、映画ロケ地の景色も楽しめるコースを乗馬することができ、今年も楽しみに申込したところ、今年は山道を、ひたすら2時間乗馬するだけで終わってしまいガッカリでした。一緒に乗馬したグループの人達も同様に不満を爆発しており、2度と参加したくないと言っていました。コースを決めるのは、インストラクターが決めるのですか。今年は運が悪かっただけなのですか。よかったら教えてください。

beautiful day on the sand bar with great music and organization with tons of activities included (kayaking, paddle board, snorkeling). felt very safe even with two small kids in the open ocean. highly recommend for families!

I enjoyed the beautiful sea at Sandbar. We also saw sea turtles while sailing, and we were able to see sea turtles while snorkeling as well. The hamburgers were delicious, and the weather was great.

Amazing guides, beautiful scenery and A lot of fun zipping around on the ATVs. Learnt a lot and made special memories.
