I would recommend the sand bar trip to everyone coming to the island, from the minute you step onto the boat,the lovely food,fantastic crew,information and spotting the turtles and rays in the ocean.
My mum as mobility issues and the crew were always on hand to ask and offer help and assistance, Sasha and eggy ( William) I think went up and beyond, especially with photos and handing out snorkels etc.
Both mum and myself said it was the best trip of our holidays.
Keep doing what you are doing you are amazing.

We received amazing service my wife and I! We celebrated our 1 month anniversary being married and Armando took outstanding care of us and we had such an amazing time. At the very end of the night we were pleasantly surprised with the song we played for our first dance on our wedding day, we were invited to dance up front and the servers were so enthusiastic and fun the entire time. 11/10 would recommend to a friend and we will be returning next special occasion!!

We left our hotel in Waikiki early and arrived in about 50 minutes. The place we got off at was locked, and upon closer inspection, it seemed a bit different, so we walked a bit further and found a sign that said "Check-In," where we waited. However, even when the meeting time came, they didn't arrive for quite a while and showed up 10 minutes later. The explanation was only in English, and I could only understand a little through gestures. At first, I was scared, but once I got used to it, I was able to enjoy horseback riding while feeling the North Shore breeze.

I was fine, but a foreign participant with us seemed to have some issues. My husband said his butt hurt. It was a valuable experience.

早めにワイキキのホテルを出発したところ50分くらいで着きました。降りたところが鍵がかかっており、よーく見てみるとちょっと違ってたので、先の方に行ってみるとチェックインと書いてあったので、そこで待っていました。しかし集合時間になってもなかなか来ず10分後にきました。説明は英語のみで身振り手振りで何となくしかわからない状態で出発。最初は怖かったですが慣れるとノースショアの風を感じながら、気持ちよく乗馬出来ました。
私は何ともなかったのですが、一緒に参加した外国の方はまたズレ？してました。主人は、お尻が痛いと言ってました。貴重な経験が出来ました。

This boating adventure was a fun day for our 3 generational family of 15 people ages 8 to 70. The crew was friendly and very helpful, and even had a table reserved for us so that we could all sit together on the way out to the sandbar. The music was exceptional with professional musicians...ukulele and singing. The boat is big and holds a lot of people comfortably. When we got to the sandbar, we were a bit disappointed that they required everyone to wear a life jacket, and there was no deep water snorkeling. I have been out to this area a few years earlier with a different company that took us to a beautiful snorkel area that I had hyped up to my family, so it was a disappointment that his was not the same place. That is the only reason it is not the highest rating. But we soon got over it, and enjoyed a shallow snorkel, and found that the life jackets worked quite well for the shallow water adventure. The snorkel disappointment was made up for by the kayaks, sups, and volleyball play on the sandbar. The weather cooperated that day, and everyone had a blast. We would do it again, although not it was not really a snorkel boat. Many thanks to the staff and crew for all of their efforts.

There were 4 adults in our group. The novice tour was fantastic. Joe was our tour guide and she was awesome! She made sure we were comfortable before taking off. Explaining every step of the way. Very knowledgeable of the area. There were a couple of challenges along the way (we had never ridden e-bikes before) but it was exactly what I had expected as far as the bike ride went and the tour was even better. If you are a movie buff or just want to see the views it is a great all around. Highly recommend the novice e-bike tour.

I had a great experience seeing sea turtles. The crew's energy was fantastic. The hamburger was also delicious.

Since you can get sunburned a lot, please apply sunscreen generously!

While riding a buggy, I toured filming locations like Jurassic World, and the views of the ocean and mountains from there were absolutely stunning!

I also had a lot of fun driving through bumpy roads and shallow river-like areas with the buggy!

There was a bit of waiting time before and after the activity, but there were places to eat and souvenir shops, so I didn't have any idle time, which was great!

　バギーを乗りながらジュラシック・ワールド等の撮影地を周るのですが、そこから見る海や山がとにかく絶景でした！

　そして凸凹道や浅い川のようなところをバギーで通ったりし、凄く楽しかったです！

　アクティビティの前後の待ち時間が少々ありましたが、食事を食べれるところやお土産屋さんもあり、暇な時間ができなくて良かったです！

The reception staff and the activity coordinator couldn't speak Japanese, but they were very polite and provided clear instructions, which made me feel very reassured!

The activity itself was also very interesting, and the coordinator was very engaging, which made me extremely satisfied!

We participated as a couple, and although we don't speak much English, it wasn't a problem at all. The reservation confirmation emails were all in English, but with Google Translate, we were able to understand the meeting location perfectly. We took the bus from our hotel in Waikiki to the nearest stop and walked about five minutes to the port. (By the way, a local Japanese person informed us that Google Maps provides the most accurate bus schedules and stop locations, and they were right—it was very convenient.)

The boat is named Moana, and there is a tour sign in front of the boat, making it easy to find. However, as others have mentioned, we had to wait about 20 minutes from the meeting time, which made us a bit anxious. (Most participants arrived more than 15 minutes late. Is it just Japanese people who are punctual? Haha.)

Once the tour started, the explanations were only in English, but I understood that we shouldn't go to the back of the boat, we should keep a certain distance if turtles approach, and when the staff called out "Moana," we should board the boat. I could only understand these points, but it wasn't a problem at all.

We were able to see many turtles up close! There were also five or six other tour boats in the same area, with dozens of people entering the water, so it was a bit challenging to swim without bumping into others. However, there were plenty of turtles to see, and it was adorable to watch them come up to the surface for air. We also saw several types of fish.

Just keep in mind that it wasn't the colorful small fish swarming around the coral that you might typically imagine with snorkeling; it was primarily a turtle-focused tour, so it's best to go with that understanding.

Similar tours with Japanese-speaking staff seem to cost around $120, but if the content is not significantly different, I think this tour is a great deal.

Overall, we were very satisfied!

夫婦で参加し、英語はほぼできませんがほとんど問題ありませんでした。
予約連絡メールもすべて英語ですが、Google翻訳でしっかり集合場所も分かるので、ワイキキのホテルからザバスで最寄りまで行き、港を5分ほど歩いて到着しました。（ちなみに、ザバスの時刻表やバス停の場所はGoogleの経路検索が一番正確だと現地の日本人に教えていただき、その通りですごく便利でした。）
モアナという名前の船で、船の前にツアーの看板も出てるのでわかりやすいです。
ただ、他の方も書いているように集合時間から20分ほど待たされたので少々不安にはなりました。（そもそも参加者もほとんど15分以上遅れてきました。時間守るのは日本人ぐらいなんでしょうか？笑）

ツアーが始まってからも英語のみの説明ですが、船の後ろには行かないこと、亀が近づいてきても一定の距離を取ること、スタッフが「モアナー」と呼び込みかけたら船に上がること、ぐらいしか理解できなかったですが何ら問題なかったです。

実際に亀を間近でたくさん見れました！
他のツアーの船も5，6隻同じ同じ場所でそれぞれ数十人が海に入るので人にぶつからないように泳ぐのが少し大変ですが、何匹も亀がいるのでしっかり見ることができました。海面に息継ぎに上がってくるのが可愛かったです。
他にも数種類のお魚も見ることができました。

ただ、よくシュノーケルでイメージする色とりどりの小魚が珊瑚に群がるような感じではないので、あくまで亀主体のツアーという理解で行かれた方が良いです。

日本語スタッフがいる類似ツアーは120ドルするようですが、もしも内容にあまり差がないようならとてもお得だと思いました。

We had an amazing time riding the ATV. Our tour guides were great and kept us entertained. The views are great and the information was interesting. We will be coming back.
The only thing I would recommend is having a tour guide in the back as well as in the front. We had someone stay behind for about 10 minutes and there was no one to guide us in the back. Also please make the ATV's suitable for short people. I couldn't drive it, because I couldn't reach the peddles.
But over all an great experience. Loved it!!!!

The Star of Honolulu was awesome… what a great time me and my wife had… nice big ship lots of room… and what a show at the end… they do a great job getting us all in position out on the water for the sunset. I would highly recommend this option for a dinner sunset cruise… plenty of helpful staff and dinner service was superb…!!!!

Me and my wife did this for the first time ever… it was a great experience… Hawaiian Parasail is the one to choose when doing this … everyone was great… easy place to find and very helpful and smooth check in… right next to the Hilton Hawaiian Village… just amazing views on the 1000 ft option… the guys on the boat knew what they were doing and did a great job… we would choose them again in a second…!!!!!!

In the morning, we had a cruise, followed by a location tour in the afternoon. The cruise involved transferring from a bus to a boat, and then to the cruise ship. On the cruise ship, there was an entertaining aspect where we got splashed with waves before reaching the turnaround point, and if you’re at the bow on the first floor, you will get soaked. Even on the second floor bow, you will get quite wet, so I think it’s fine to enjoy it there knowing that.

The lunch buffet was typically American and quite hearty, but we could also enjoy juice, fruits, lemon cake, and chocolate chip cookies. The movie location tour provided information in English about where filming took place, but it was in a field… and I dozed off a bit due to the bumps in the car. At the end, we had 10 minutes to take photos at a location with many fossil-like features.

The return bus started check-in after 3 PM, and we departed early, which was good since there wasn’t much to do. Overall, it was a fun day, and the guide was cheerful, making it a great experience.

午前中にクルーズ、午後からロケ地ツアーでした。
クルーズは初めにバス移動→舟→クルーズ船と乗り換えしていきます。
クルーズ船では折返し地点前から激しく波のしぶきを浴びるエンターテイメント性があり、一階の船首にいるとびしょ濡れになります。二階の船首でもかなりビショビショになりますので、それを承知で船首で楽しむもよしだと思います。
ランチブッフェはアメリカらしい大味ですが、ジュース、果物やレモンケーキ、チョコチップクッキーなども食べれます。
映画ロケ地ツアーは英語でここで撮影された〜等の案内がありますが、そこは原っぱで…車の揺れでウトウトしてしまいました。最後は化石風のものがたくさんの撮影場所で10分間各々撮影。
帰りのバスは15時すぎにはチェックインが始まりら早めに出発しました。することがなかったので、これはよかったです。
いずれも楽しく、案内役の方も陽気でよい一日となりました。

Absolutely loved and enjoyed this experience. It was my husband’s first time, and he had the time of his life. This experience would have been nothing without the zip lining associates that were so professional, yet encouraging and light hearted at the same time! Special shoutout to Reagan & Shiloh, what an awesome crew! I forgot the guys name but he was great too, made some funny jokes on our atv ride out to the zip lines. Speaking of zip lines, such a fun experience and a great workout might I add. If you have a fear of heights that you want to get over, then this zip lining crew is the one you want!!

PS, if you’re driving from Wakiki to this place, be prepared to be blown away with some breathtaking views of the island!

Cons: Location wasn’t too clear, better signage in the future would be great.

Buoyant donut was too small for the amount or people, so lots of bumping and kicking, including from the trainer. A bigger float donut would be perfect.

Water was murky, but not much can be done about that. Maybe a heads up from the diver if they have an indication of the water condition before hand would help.

Pros: Diver was great in making sure that we got to see a few fish. He also dove down to grab some of the water life and we got a chance to hold them in our hands.

We brought our own snorkel and mouth piece, and diver was very helpful in making sure it was secure to their masks.

Diver was very knowledgeable and got us checked out with our photos and videos in hand very quickly.

Definitely recommend this for super beginners!

My children had a blast that day! It was their first time on an ATV! The staff was extremely friendly, patient, & kind. We will be back again when we visit the Norrh Shore. What a great experience for all ages!

Great opportunity to see turtles and fish. Food was good. Staff was super friendly and there was ample parking at the marina. Overall we like it.

The reception staff at the office had no issues communicating in Japanese and were very polite. While waiting on the boat, seasickness, direct sunlight, and the long waiting time can be quite challenging. Make sure to take thorough sun protection measures. The staff on the boat spoke broken Japanese (mostly English, but it was manageable).

Parasailing can make you feel a bit nauseous, but it was quite thrilling. Riding the jet ski was super fun. For the bumper tube, it might be a good idea to put a Band-Aid on your forearms.

If you want to purchase all the photos and videos taken during the attractions, it will cost $110. I bought them, and they will send the data via email.

事務所の受付対応は日本語で問題ありませんでした。丁寧な対応でした。船上待機ですが、船酔いと直射日光と放置時間もなかなか長いです。日焼け対策を万全に。船上スタッフは片言日本語（ほぼ英語ですが何とかなります）
パラセーリングはちょっと酔うようですがなかなか怖かったです。水上バイクは超楽しかった。バンパーチューブは肘下にバンドエイドを貼っとくといいかもしれません。
アトラクション中の写真、動画を全て購入するなら110$かかります。購入しました。データをメールでくれます。

We did an afternoon tour of the Kaneohe Bay sandbar and loved it. The water was chest deep in some spots and above our heads in other spots. I believe it was high tide. The sandbar is gorgeous and was a must see for us. What made this great was the helpful and friendly demeanor of the staff along with the live music. They had a lifeguard in the snorkeling area which made us feel safe. There was plenty of gear to borrow and things to do: snorkeling, volleyball, kayak, SUPs, footballs to throw around, and swimming. We are so glad we did this tour and would do it again.

Was super fun for 7 year old and 2 adults. Would recommend. Have a great time.

First of all, it was really too much fun... The first one started with a bit of nervous excitement. But once it began, the amazing views, thrills, and enjoyment made it feel like no time had passed. I'm grateful to the girls who joined me and made it even more fun. Just remembering that feeling brings back the joy! The hike to the next zip line was quite tough, but it was so much fun that it made it all worthwhile! I want to participate again. Thank you!

一本目はちょっと緊張してドキドキからのスタートでした。でも始まってしまったら最高の景色とスリルと楽しさであっと言うまでした。

We participated at the request of our 8-year-old child. When we actually got on the boat, they seemed a bit anxious, but once we were on together, they were squealing with joy. After getting off, they happily told the crew "ONE MORE." The whole family had a great time. Thank you!

It says in English, but it's okay if you speak broken Japanese.
They will teach you how to use the equipment step by step.
Taking commemorative photos is optional, but it's worth the cost.
They take over 100 shots and give you an SD card with the photos.
Also, say "Japan okay!" and they'll drop you into the sea.
It's refreshing!
I want to challenge myself again next year.

My family went on this adventure because friends suggested it. We were not disappointed. The staff was so nice and attentive. We were able to enjoy snorkeling, kayak and SUP. I had never snorkeled before and I was amazing by how beautiful all the sea life was. We loved listening to the music, eat donuts and even had a chance to see a sea turtle swim by. Would definitely recommend!

Awesome experience highly recommend they were on time. Prompt efficient, friendly so much fun great music great staff again. Don’t miss it if you’re in Hawaii!!!

This was an amazing activity for our entire family, from a 3yr old to the grandma. The staff was friendly and encouraging and the band was great too!


My three-year-old rode the bumper raft, and the staff took their time driving slowly and carefully so that he can enjoy the activity.

My older kids did the bumper raft, snorkeled and did sup. Plenty to do in the allowed hours.

We highly recommend!

This time, I had a two-hour horseback riding experience with my grandchildren. We leisurely toured a location that was also used for a movie shoot, making it a wonderful memory for my 70th birthday. Thank you very much! ^ ^

This activity was great for beginners. The instructor was amazing and made sure everyone had a good time.
The only drawback that day was water was very murky and made it difficult to see as many see fish and other sea creatures.
I would highly recommend this activity and instrutor.
