The Pearl Harbor Tour was everything I hoped it would be. Patrick was our very helpful and courteous bus driver and guide, and he was an excellent stand-in for Bob Hope who couldn’t be there. Patrick regaled us with jokes and historical anecdotes about Honolulu and Pearl Harbor. Though his Elvis Presley and Don Ho imitations need a little work, Patrick made the trip quite enjoyable. I did not previously know about Elvis Presley’s contribution to the Arizona Memorial, nor did I know that the Walmart in Oahu had to keep its Spam under lock and key because it is a highly pilfered item in Hawaii. Mahalo, Patrick.

Since the designated seat was next to the stage, it felt like I was watching the performance from the side the entire time, and the lighting coming from the opposite wall was directly in my eyes. However, I was still able to enjoy the atmosphere of the venue.

If you have visited Oahu multiple times, it's worth seeing this as part of the current culture in Honolulu.

今回指定された席が、ステージ横だったので、演技を終始真横から見ている感じ、反対壁から放つ照明が目に直接はいる位置でした。ただ場の雰囲気は十分楽しめました。

オアフ島に何度も訪れているようなら、今のホノルルの文化として一度は見ておくと良いです。

I was able to see whales. I'm glad I participated. There was no rocking that would cause seasickness, so even family members who usually get motion sickness enjoyed it until the end. The deck of the boat has a decent amount of wind, so I think a jacket is necessary. I brought one and used it. A hat that won't blow away in the wind would be a good idea. The explanations from the guide are in English, so I think at least one person in the family should be able to understand English.

参加して良かった。
船酔いになるような揺れも無く、普段は乗り物酔いのある家族も最後まで楽しめました。
船のデッキはそこそこ風があるので上着が必要かと思います。持って行って、使いました。
帽子は風で飛ばないタイプが良いかと。
解説員の方の説明は英語なので、家族の中など誰か1人は英語聞き取れるべきだろうなと思います。

Captain Jenna, Kaiala and Dez were all awesome! Family friendly! Very accommodating to my kids! So nice, and friendly and the Drinks were wonderful! Great views of Diamond Head and Waikiki beach. I want to go again!!!!!! Really really great tour!

I read reviews saying that not many Japanese people participated, and indeed, we were the only Japanese there. It was all in English, but the staff were cheerful and occasionally chatted with us, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. We were able to see the vast ocean from the opposite side of Diamond Head and enjoyed watching sea turtles swim, which made for a really fun experience. The 1 hour and 30 minutes duration was just right, ending before we got bored.

日本人はあまり参加してないとの口コミでしたが、やはり日本人は私たちだけでした。英語のみでしたが、スタッフの人は陽気で時々話しかけてくれたりして雰囲気はとても良かったです。ダイヤモンドヘッドの反対側を大海原から見れたり、ウミガメが泳ぐ姿を見ることができてとても楽しく過ごすことができました。1時間30分との時間も飽きる前に終了するのでちょうど良かったです。

It was a very enjoyable 90 minutes, filled with thrilling moments unique to the circus and scenes where the clowns interacted with the audience to make them laugh, all combined with a storyline.

サーカス特有のハラハラする場面とピエロ的にお客さんをいじって笑わせる場面もあって、ストーリー性も相まって、非常に楽しい90分間でした。

First, I made a mistake and booked the wrong date, realizing it the day before and requesting assistance. They responded immediately, and I was able to go the next day without any issues, which was very helpful. It was reassuring that there were staff members who could communicate in Japanese.

As for the pool itself, perhaps due to the limited number of staff, half of the attractions were closed. That's unfortunate...

That said, I was still able to have a fun time.

まずは自分のミスで予約日を間違ってしまい、前日に気づき対応を依頼。
すぐに対応していただき、翌日無事にいく事が出来た事はとても助かりました。
日本語対応が出来るかたもいて、安心できます。

プール自体ですが、スタッフが少ないためかアトラクションが半分はClose.　
残念です。。。

とはいえ、楽しい時間を過ごす事は出来ました。

Well worth the money. I would highly recommend Dolphin Quest to any animal lover. An experience you will find hard to match.

It was truly a wonderful show, and just being able to see this made my trip to Hawaii worthwhile! My elderly mother and my 10-year-old daughter both enjoyed it very much, and I recommend it to people of all ages!

The explanations in Japanese were very helpful for those in Japan. Despite the unfortunate cloudy and cold weather, I went snorkeling and had a great time. I think I could have enjoyed it even more if the weather had been sunnier. Overall, I was satisfied with the tour thanks to the consistently kind service.

日本の方向けに日本語の説明もあってとても親切でした。
あいにくの曇りで寒かった点を除けば、シュノーケリングをしましたが、楽しかったです。もっと晴れたタイミングだったらもっと楽しめたと思います。終始、親切な対応をしていただけて満足なツアーでした。

I think you can swim from the morning in the summer, but the mornings in March are still cold and tough. However, once the sun comes out, it's not that cold, so it might be better to swim in the afternoon during winter. Even in the shallow areas, you can see a lot of fish and swim close enough to them. I also got to see a seal, which was fun. It was a shame that one of the snorkels was broken.

夏場は朝から泳げると思うけど3月の朝はまだ寒くて辛かった。でも日が出てからはさほど寒くないので冬場は午後がいいかも。浅瀬でも沢山の魚をみれて手が届きそうな距離で一緒に泳げます。アザラシにも会えて楽しかったです。シュノーケルが一つ壊れてて残念でした。

Meeting at the hotel, you can board directly from the beach behind the hotel, and you'll be back in the heart of Waikiki before noon, making it very time-efficient. The snorkeling time is about an hour in the area with sea turtles, and afterwards, we went sailing near Diamond Head. We also saw dolphins. I think this tour is just right for those who feel that spending a whole day in the ocean is a bit much.

ホテル集合～そのままホテル裏のビーチから乗船、お昼前にはワイキキ中心部に戻れるのでとても時間の効率がよいです。シュノーケルの時間はウミガメのいるエリアで賞味1時間ちょっと、その後はダイアモンドヘッドの前あたりまでセーリング。イルカも見れました。丸1日使ってガッツリ海に入るのはちょっと・・・という感じの方には丁度良いツアーだと思います。

I thought it would be good to enjoy this show with the premise of experiencing it before enjoying other traditional hula shows. Viewing it as a new genre made it even more enjoyable.

従来のフラのショーは、他で楽しむ前提で、このショーを楽しむと良いかと思いました。
1つの新しいジャンルだと思って観ると、さらに楽しめました。

It's not as big of a facility as I thought. There are few free deck chairs available. The slide tubes are narrow, so if you lift your head, you could get injured. The FlowRider was under maintenance, and there was no explanation from the staff. If I had known in advance, I would have chosen a different ticket. The free drinks are only cold beverages. I don't think I'll come back a second time.

思った程、大きな施設ではない。無料デッキチェアの数は少ない。スライダーのチューブは狭いので頭を上げると怪我をします。フローライダーはメンテナンス中で体験出来ず、施設の方も説明なし。事前に知っていれば他のチケットにしたかった。フリードリンクは冷たい飲み物のみ。2度目は無いと思います

The park opens at 10:30, so it's always disappointing that we have to wrap things up feeling a bit unsatisfied. I understand it's to accommodate those who want to participate in cruises that day, but that's just the situation. Is there any way to have a 4 PM gathering to increase the satisfaction of the activities?

開園が10:30なので、あと一歩物足りない感じで切り上げないといけないのが毎年残念です。
その日クルーズなどに参加したい人に合わせてとのことですが、それはその事情なので。
アクティビティの満足度をあげるために16時集合に出来ないのでしょうか。

All the actions were great. I was very satisfied to see it in authentic Hawaii. I want to go see it again. Depending on the seat, there might be announcements...

全てのアクションが良かったです。本場のハワイで見る事ができ大満足です。また見に行きたいです。座席によってはお呼び出しがあるかもしれないです……

The crowd was moderate, and we were able to enjoy all the attractions with only a short wait time. The wave pool and the thrilling water slides were all of high quality, making for a very satisfying travel experience.

適度な混み具合で、どのアトラクションも少しの待ち時間で乗ることが出来ました。波が出るプールや、スリル満点のウォータースライダーは、どれも完成度が高く大満足の旅行体験になりました。

Due to the rain, we couldn't see the fireworks and had a buffet inside the hotel instead. We had a family photo taken, which we could purchase, but it wasn't free. There was a welcome drink available. Unfortunately, we didn't receive any leis. It was disappointing since the kids were looking forward to it. We had drink tickets for three drinks, but we only had one. The cultural experience felt a bit lacking as well. The show was good, though. I thought we wouldn't be able to see the fire dance indoors, but we were able to, which was nice. The buffet had a limited selection, but it was delicious. The seasoning was suitable for Japanese tastes, and the kids went back for seconds. Overall, it was below expectations due to the rain, but I hope to participate again next time, praying for sunny weather.

雨のため花火は見れず、ホテル内でのビュッフェでした。家族写真を撮ってもらい、購入できます。無料ではありません。ウェルカムドリンクあり。レイはもらえませんでした。子供が楽しみにしていたので残念でした。ドリンクチケットが3杯分ありましたが、一杯しか飲みませんでした。文化体験も、今一な感じでした。ショーは良かったです。ファイヤーダンスも室内だから見れないと思っていましたが、見れたので良かったです。ビュッフェは品数少なかったですが、美味しかったです。日本人にも合う味付けで、子供達もおかわりに行きました。トータルして雨だったので期待以下でしたが、次回も晴れるのを祈って参加したいと思います。

It was pouring rain and cold, and the seats were cramped. The foreigner next to me smelled strongly of perfume, which was disappointing. However, the show was incredibly fun! One more disappointment was that even though I reserved VIP seats, I ended up at the edge. I think it's better to make a reservation without a meal for this show. I believe both Elvis and Michael were at a high level.

土砂降りの雨で寒いし、席が、狭くお隣の、外人は香水の匂いで、くさ〜いしで残念でした。
ですが、ショーは最高に楽しかったです。もう一つ残念なのはVIP席を、選んで予約したのにハジの席でした。このショーは食事無しでの、予約が良いと、思います。
エルビスもマイケルも、レベルが高いと思います。

The tour on the Star of Honolulu was great. They served snacks, and the atmosphere was nice. As for the whales, I think I saw them in the distance, and I might have caught a glimpse of a tail, but I’m not sure if I actually saw them. However, the cruise in the beautiful ocean was wonderful, and the weather was perfect, so I really enjoyed it. It might be best to think of it as a lucky bonus if you get to see whales while participating in the cruise.

スターオブホノルルでのツアー。お菓子もでてきて、雰囲気はよかったです。クジラに関しては、遠くにみえて、しっぽが少し見えた気がしたりなど、見えていないのかもしれません。ただ、美しい海でのクルーズ、気候も良くて本当に楽しむことができました、クルーズとして参加しくじらは見れればラッキーくらいで考えるのがいいかもしれません。

It was a bit cold in February. Unfortunately, I had to give up snorkeling because it was too cold. The tour guide was a very cheerful Japanese person, which made me feel at ease participating. I was satisfied enjoying the beautiful sea from the boat.

2月で少し寒かったです。残念ながらシュノーケリングは寒すぎて断念しました。ツアーの方はとても明るい日本人の方で、安心して参加でできました。美しい海を船から楽しめ満足しています。

Although the weather was bad during the meal, I was glad that the tent was well-prepared for rain and wind. The buffet menu was abundant, and I was able to enjoy a lot of local flavors in the food.

In the VIP section, there were seats where we could see the dance lessons up close, and it was amazing to practice while interacting with the dancers!

I was able to watch the show from the front row indoors. The lively dance and singing filled my heart with warmth.

After the show, the performers lined up at the exit, allowing us to take photos together. They were very kind and took the time to pose with us!

This became my best memory from my first trip to Hawaii!

食事中は悪天候でしたが、テントでしっかり雨風対策がされていて良かったです。
ビュッフェのメニューも豊富でローカルな味わいのご飯をたくさん食べることができました。
VIP席では踊りのレッスンも間近に見られる席が準備され、ダンサーと触れ合いながら練習できて最高でした！

ショーは室内で最前列で見ることができました。
心弾むダンスと歌で気持ちが熱く満たされました。

ショーが終わった後に、出口までずらりと出演者が並んでいるので一緒に写真撮影をすることができます。
とても親切で丁寧に一緒に撮ってもらえました！

初ハワイでの一番いい思い出となりました！

I participated again this year, just like last year. Since I have a family member in a wheelchair, I was unsure whether to reserve seats directly on the site, but because it was during the credit card discount period, it turned out to be more economical to book through Beltora, so I made the reservation.

Last year, I could only reserve seats in the seating area through Beltora, but this time I was able to reserve a wheelchair space, which was great. The staff scanned the QR code I saved on my phone. Since the venue is accessed via an escalator, wheelchair users are accompanied by staff who take them to the venue using the elevator.

The overall story was similar, but there were different performances compared to last year, so I think it would be enjoyable to go every year.

昨年に引き続きの参加です。
車椅子の家族がいるので、直接サイトで座席指定しようか、迷いましたが、クレジットカード割引の期間だったのもあり、ベルトラさんで予約した方がお得になったので、予約しました。
昨年はベルトラさんでは、座席部分でしか予約できませんでしたが、今回は車椅子スペース座席の予約ができたため、よかったです。
携帯に保存したQRをスタッフさんが読み取ってくれます。会場はエスカレーターであがっていくため、車椅子ユーザーはスタッフさんに連れられエレベーターで会場まであがる感じになります。
大まかなストーリーは一緒でしたが、昨年と違う演出もあり、毎年行っても楽しめると思います。

With the unique acrobatics that only Cirque du Soleil can offer, along with an invitation into the world of artistic painting and hilarious performances that involve the audience, it feels like an experience on a thrilling ride. Time flies by in an instant, and every moment is so precious that you wouldn't want to even blink. It's undoubtedly a valuable life experience.

シルクドソレイユならではの、手に汗握るアクロバットの連続に加えて、芸術的な絵画の世界への誘い、そして会場からの参加者を加えての爆笑パフォーマンス。そして最後は絶叫マシーンに乗ったような経験・・・。
あっという間に時間が過ぎてしまうのだけれど、一時も無駄に出来ない、瞬きするのも勿体ないような場面の連続、人生の貴重な体験になること間違い無し。

The time was a bit short, but the experience of touching dolphins is something you don't get to do often, so I had a great time.

To conclude, I am extremely satisfied! I was thrilled to see whales swimming in the distance several times, catching glimpses of their tails and spouts! Although I couldn't see them up close, it was a wonderful memory of whale watching!

I had always wanted to see whales, and when I decided to go to Hawaii, I came across this tour and knew I had to participate. I was worried about seasickness on a small boat, so I made a reservation on the largest one I found, the Star of Honolulu. When I first boarded the boat, I was a bit anxious thinking it might sway more than expected, but once I went up to the upper deck, I found it wasn't a problem, possibly because I was standing! I recommend taking motion sickness medication if you're feeling uneasy.

The boat has four levels, and at first, we enjoyed pineapple banana bread and drinks on the first floor, which had chairs and tables. It was delicious! Once the boat started moving, there was a segment where they explained the size of the whales using ropes, and although I didn't understand much of the English, it was an interesting experience unique to a larger boat. The first floor was quite cold due to the air conditioning, so I recommend bringing a jacket. After the explanation, we were free to move around the boat, but the cold was only on the first floor. The view from the fourth deck was beautiful, with a clear sight of Diamond Head and more. When whales were spotted, an English announcement would indicate the direction, and even if you don't understand English well, the simple language and the fact that everyone moved at once made it clear. Although the whales were far away, I was glad to see them, even if I couldn't see the large ones up close. Whether you see whales or not depends on luck, but I think you can still enjoy cruising on a big boat even if you don't see them. I also think it's a great point of this tour that if you don't see any whales, they provide tickets to try again.

I had actually made a reservation for a certain day, but when I was waiting for the shuttle bus at the bus stop, the bus didn't come. After checking with the hotel staff, I was informed that the tour was canceled that day. Cancellations can happen suddenly due to bad weather, but I felt reassured that I received a full refund.

結論から言うと大満足です！クジラが何回か遠くの方で泳いでいるのが見えて尻尾や潮吹きも見れてすごい！と興奮しました。近くでは見ることが出来ませんでしたがとっても良い思い出になったホエールウォッチングでした！
ずっとクジラを見てみたくてハワイに行くと決まりこのツアーを見かけた時に絶対に参加したいと思い参加しました。小さい船だと船酔いが心配だったので見つけた中で一番大きかったスターオブホノルル号で予約しました。最初船に乗り込んだ時は意外と揺れるかも？と少し不安になりましたが上のデッキに出てからは立ってることもあったからなのか気にならなかったです！不安な方は酔い止めを飲むことを推奨します。
船は4階建てで始めは1階の椅子やテーブルがあるフロアでパイナップルバナナブレッドと飲み物をいただきました。美味しかったです！船が動き出すとクジラの大きさの説明などを実際にロープを使って説明するコーナーがあり、英語であまり内容はよくわからなかったですが大きい船ならではの体験で面白かったです。1階はクーラーが結構効いていて寒かったので上着を持っていくことをおすすめします。説明が終わると船内を自由に移動することができるのですが、寒かったのは1階のみでした。4階のデッキは眺めがよくダイヤモンドヘッドなども見えて綺麗でした。クジラが見えると時計の方向で英語のアナウンスが流れます。英語がわからなくても簡単な英語だったのと皆が一斉に動き出すのでわかります。遠くの方だったので実際に近くで大きいクジラを見ることは出来ませんでしたが遠くても見ることが出来て良かったです。クジラが見れるかどうかは運に左右されますが、見れなくても大きい船なのでクルージングするだけでも楽しめると思います。見れなかった場合もう一度見れるチケット？が配られるというのもこのツアーの良い点だと思います。
実際に一度予約していた日があったのですが当日バス乗り場でシャトルバスを待っていたらバスが来ず、ホテルのスタッフに確認してもらったところ今日はキャンセルということを伝えられました。天候が悪いと急に当日キャンセルされてしまう事もありますが、しっかりと返金されていたのでそこも安心だと思います。

I've been here at least five times. Whenever I come to Hawaii, I always go there. I only ride the thrill rides. You should definitely try the board experience.

I've been living in Hawaii for six years now, and I finally participated in a whale watching tour that I've always wanted to do.

Although it was a cloudy day, the weather was just right—not too hot and not too cold. After checking in a bit early, I wandered around the Aloha Tower. When it was time to board, we first had the familiar souvenir photo opportunity that you often find in the U.S. (The staff will come around during the cruise to sell these photos.)

While enjoying coffee and muffins on the first floor, we received explanations (in English, of course), and after departing, we could watch from anywhere on the four-story cruise ship. The crew members were also diligently searching for whales, but unfortunately, we didn't encounter any that day... I definitely want to try again next year.

ハワイに住んで6年目。念願のホエールウォッチングツアーに参加しました。
当日は曇り空ではあったものの、暑くもなく寒くもなくちょうどよい天気でした。
ちょっと早めにチェックイン後、アロハタワーの周りをウロウロ。乗船の合図があったので乗り込むと、まずはアメリカでお馴染みのお土産用写真撮影がありました。

1階でコーヒーとマフィンを食べながら説明（もちろん英語）を受け、出港後は4階建てクルーズ船のどこでも好きな場所で見ることができます。
船員さんも一生懸命探してくれたのですが、あいにくこの日はクジラに遭遇することができず・・・。
来年またリベンジしたいと思いました。

The week I visited, there were storm and heavy rain warnings in Hawaii. I was really worried leading up to the day, but miraculously, the tour went ahead. And right away, whales appeared, jumping one after another. It was truly moving. I couldn't capture their magnificent jumps on camera in time, but I have firmly etched it in my memory. It was the day my dream of seeing humpback whales came true. Despite the unfortunate weather, I was really glad to see so many whales. I'm still excited and moved as I watch the videos. I absolutely recommend this. While there's no guarantee you'll see them, it's definitely worth the challenge!

私が訪れた期間はハワイ州に暴風、豪雨警報が出ている週でした。すごく心配して当日を迎えてましたが奇跡的にツアー催行されました。そしてすぐにクジラが現れて、次から次へとジャンプ。もう感動です。カメラが間に合わず華麗なジャンプを納めることは叶いませんでしたが、この胸にしっかり焼き付けました。いつか必ずザトウクジラを見るんだという夢が叶った日です。あいにくの天候でしたがたくさんのクジラを見ることができて本当によかった。今なお興奮冷めやらず動画を見て感動しています。絶対にオススメです。必ず見られる保証はありませんが、挑戦する価値は充分にあります！
