I can’t say enough on the crew members they were very accommodating and made our trip extremely fun

3-Hour West Coast Dolphin Watch & Snorkel Cruise, Lunch, Drinks & Transportation

This excursion was okay at best. Though we were able to see dolphins, which was lovely, the snorkeling was blah. First the company took us south along the island, versus out into the ocean, and guided us snorkeling right by a power plant on the shoreline. There were some pretty fish, maybe 3-4 different species. The coral was not colorful; they informed us that is typical for Hawaii. Friends we have that live on the islands state there are beautiful coral reefs, you just need to know where to find them. Apparently, this company does not know where to find these reefs. The catamaran ride was just lovely, but that's it. Again, nothing special. The crew were fine when talking to us as a group but not one-on-one. Then they seemed guarded and annoyed. I would not recommend this excursion.

I went alone, but the staff was friendly and I had a great time. I was moved when a sea turtle swam close to me about three times (even though we’re not supposed to touch them). I took the bus from Honolulu, and I recommend leaving with at least a two-hour buffer. Be sure to bring a change of clothes as well.

There are two types of courses: an early morning departure and a midday departure. With the early morning departure, the water level is about knee-deep, while with the midday departure, it rises to just above the knees. They have plenty of inflatable toys and equipment available, so you can enjoy yourself without any worries. The staff follows very strict safety standards, so I think you can feel safe bringing children along to play.

The crew was fun and easy going. One of the crew men urged us to do the snorkeling and it was one of the best decisions we made. While on the sand bar 3' of water) we saw a small fish that hung around our family the entire time. It was the coolest thing to experience. Then my 7 year old and I went to the reef to snorkel and saw several large sea turtle just a few feet away. It was awesome.

We couldn’t” be happier with the whole adventure. Relaxing, exciting, entertaining, and educational all in one trip. We were fortunate to have everything we expected. We learned to snorkel. We saw many beautiful fish while in the water, attracting many by using the fish food we bought and scattering it around. While on board we learned a bit about the Catamaran we were on and how it was sailed. The sights were identified and all our questions were answered by the knowledgeable seaman. They offered many fun facts as well along the way. They were alway alert to our needs, assuring that we had fun and stayed safe. When the dolphins appeared, the nature and habits of the creatures were discussed, The differences between the type of dolphin following the boat and other dolphins was made. We were fortunate enough to have a sea turtle come and check us out as well. The people we had on board with us were friendly and polite and enjoyed the trip as well. I heard no complaints from anyone. I would recommend this company for this adventure to anyone who wants to have a fun snorkeling trip with a great crew, and an adventure that is safe and informative.

Ricki was very patient and helpful in making our (my wife & my) first time snorkeling experience so good. My wife didn't know swimming but Ricki's tips helped put her at ease and she enjoyed it as well. Due to the small group nature of the tour, fortunately there was only 2 of us and we had lots of fun. Saw lots of fishes and reef. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for beginner lessons.

I have to admit that this being my first time snorkeling, I had never been so scared and nervous in my WHOLE life!!

Zola, our instructor, was extremely patient and caring throughout the entire experience. Even through I had to concentrate extremely hard with breathing and using my flippers, I was SO proud of myself and I couldn't have done it without him.

Ask for Zola for the snorkeling tour, you wont' be sorry. You will be in terrific hands!

It was an incredible downpour. Before going, I looked at many pictures of Heaven's Beach and thought that since the water was about knee-high, I could enjoy it even though I'm not a good swimmer, so I made a reservation. However, due to the heavy rain, the water level was high, and at 155 cm, I was barely able to stand on my tiptoes.

The waves were rough and murky, which was scary, so only my husband went snorkeling while I waited. I was able to enjoy paddleboarding with others who were waiting, but I had imagined a calm, clear sea with turtles swimming nearby, so I was quite disappointed.

The lunch was delicious, and the crew on the boat were nice people, but the sea in February was freezing cold, and everyone else seemed eager to go back. It was at a level that could be laughed about, so I hope to have a revenge trip someday.

ものすごい大雨でした。行く前に天国の海の写真をたくさん見て、高さも膝上ぐらいで泳ぎが苦手でも楽しめそうだと思って予約しました。大雨のせいで水位が高く、私は155㎝ですが爪先立ちしてあごギリギリでした。

待っている人でサップ等をして楽しめましたが、膝丈の穏やかな透き通った海で亀が近くに泳いでいるのをイメージしていたので、かなり残念でした。
ランチは美味しくて船の方々もいい人でしたが、2月の海の雨は震えるほど寒く、他の方もみんな早く帰りたそうでした。笑い話になるぐらいのレベルだったので、またいつかリベンジしたいと思います。

Many reviews mentioned that the sea in Hawaii is cold in February, so I prepared myself for that. I visited in late February, but we were blessed with great weather and had a beautiful sandbar experience, which made it worth participating! The staff took many memorable photos of us at the sandbar, and we enjoyed a delicious barbecue until we were full, which left us very satisfied. We even encountered a honu (sea turtle) and had our first stand-up paddleboarding experience, creating wonderful honeymoon memories. 😊

The driver who picked us up and the boat staff were cheerful and energetic, making the tour very enjoyable. The turtles didn't come close, but we were able to see them from a distance. Last time, they came right next to us, so I was a bit disappointed... (；∀；) I want to try again next time!

The weather was unfortunately not great, but there were plenty of fish playing around while snorkeling, and a sea turtle was swimming right next to us. The barbecue after getting back on the boat was also fantastic!
