We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids 9yr old and 6yr old). Instructor was very patient enough to guide us how to snorkel. He provided us some tricks to make snorkeling easier for beginners. He was always there to help us out and made us feel comfortable. Except for my spouse everyone else in the group are non-swimmers, the instructor helped us navigate through the water, and to top it he took amazing videos of us while snorkeling :)

We had a fantastic time on this tour. The staff was great and we had a great time. Great!

I would highly recommend this tour of all the snorkeling tours. This is very good for swimmers and non swimmers as the water level is only about 4ft near the sandbar. There is a beautiful coral reef that swimmers can go. The instructors are very helpful for non swimmers as they take them personally to show the turtles.

In December, I signed up with transportation included. I thought the ocean conditions would vary daily due to the tides. It was mentioned that there would be wetsuits on the boat, but there were none available. Inside the boat, there were tea, chips, and apples available for free.

When we arrived at the sandbar, the captain explained in English that we should not go behind the boat. In December, the water was quite cold, so it wasn't comfortable to stay in for long. We were brought back to the boat once for a snorkeling briefing. Personally, I think if they had explained it first, we wouldn't have had to come back up. It was too cold for me to go in a second time.

After the experience, I asked a local, and they said that due to climate change, the sea level has risen, making it rare for sandbars to form in recent years. At 148 cm tall, the water was just deep enough for me to stand. There were life jackets available. I felt that for this price, we could have done diving instead.

船内にウエットスーツがあると書いてありましたが、置いておらず。
船内にはお茶や、チップス、リンゴが置いてあります、自由に頂くことが可能です。
サンドバーに着いたら、船長より英語で船より後ろに行ってはいけないなどの説明があります。12月、水はかなり冷たいのでずーっと入ってられるという感じではありませんでした。途中で一回船に戻されて、シュノーケルの説明があります。個人的に、最初に説明すれば一度上がることなかったのになぁと思います。寒いから2回目入ることができませんでした。
体験後、現地の方に伺いましたが、温暖化の影響で海水量が増え、近年、サンドバーになる事は稀だそうです。身長148センチの私は、足がやっと着くくらいの深さでした。ライフジャケットはあります。この料金なら、ダイビングができたなぁと感じました。

The two ladies are so nice, professional, helpful and patient. The captain very patiently led my daughter to the reef to see turtles and fishes. After the tour, we found out that our rental car was dead at the harbor. The ladies and two other guys offered help, while we were calling the rental office. They checked and jump started the car. We managed to drive back to the car rental office for replacement. Otherwise, we would wait for toll service for at least 2 hours. We offered additional tips but they refused. Very touched. They are the best!!

Super fun and highly recommended. We enjoyed all the activities while at the sandbar. It was super exciting to swim near sea turtles.

The timing was bad, the weather wasn't good, and it was very cold. I couldn't see a single fish while snorkeling. The bus guide was speaking in Chinese instead of English, so I couldn't understand. I think it would be a wonderful tour if the timing were better! I would like to try again someday!

シュノーケリングしても魚1匹もみれませんでした。バスでは英語ではなく、中国語で案内していたので理解ができなかったです。
タイミングが良ければ素晴らしいツアーなんだと思いました！またいつかリベンジしたいです！

The staffs are nice, snorkling is a lot of fun! They offer water, hot chocolate and tea. Also if you want to flush the salt away they provide clean water. The scenary is so nice!

This was a very unique excursion and we had a ball! Never even knew such a cool underwater viewing activity even existed. The crew was friendly and helpful and made us feel.very comfortable throughout the adventure. Highly recommend this amazing activity.

I would rather get this trip than limited tour Hanauma bay snorkeling, i know it s pricier than Capt Bruise tour, but the service they provide you and any accommodation is just worth it so much. Capt Batman (That s what he preferred to be called) and Robin was very kind enough to provide assisted snorkeling tour to those were afraid to see the reef. Amazing guys! You will see their heart so passionate for customers!

A group is us were scheduled to do this activity. Due to a lung issue my doctor said no way. Veltran could not have been more helpful in processing this change. I would recommend them in the future

From shuttle service to tour, everyone was awesome! Our driver, Sky, to Franky and Captain of the boat, Zi and her crew, they were all great!

The best experience is when Zi was able to convince my partner to go snorkeling by the reef. She guided her with the paddling board and this is her first experience swimming in the deep blue sea!

I think the tides played a role, but the sandbar was hardly visible at all. The water level was about waist-deep. Since snorkeling was supposed to be done at that sandbar, it was too shallow and there were no fish at all. Not even a sea turtle or any fish could be seen. The two and a half hours of free time were boring. I felt that for turtle watching, it might be better to take the boat to a different location. It was fun to be able to rent a paddleboard. Everyone on the boat was eating and drinking plenty of snacks and juice. By the way, there was no guidance in Japanese at all.

そのサンドバーで行う為、浅くて魚が全然いない。
ウミガメはおろか魚すらみられなかった。。２時間半フリーの時間は退屈だった。タートルウォッチも
もう少し船を違う場所に行っても良いのでは？と感じた。パドルボートを貸してもらえたのは楽しくて良かった。船上のスナック、ジュースは皆たくさん食べて飲んでました。ちなみに日本語での案内は全くありません。

Came with a large party which consisted of small children. My little ones cried A LOT during the boat ride and I felt really bad, but the two gentlemen working were more than understanding. They provided free drinks, chips and snorkels for everyone and we were also able to bring our own. The tour itself was amazing! The Hawaiian ocean is breathtaking. We definitely want to return when our little ones are a bit older and hopefully they won’t cry next time around!

They weren't joking when they said "turtles sightings guaranteed" - I think we saw about 5 turtles at once, maybe more! The water was so clear that it made seeing everything, including eels and pufferfish, in the reefs so easy. The crew also found a sea urchin and an octopus that they brought up to the surface for us to see and learn about. They were a very fun group that made the experience easy and fun. We wanted to redo the experience all over again as soon as it was done! I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting the area!

Such a memorable experience for my family. The captain and his assistants were friendly and very knowledgeable about the island and the living creatures in and around it. I love how thoughtful the business is - simple things like plastic bins under the seats to make sure our things are kept dry, the drinks and snacks provided aboard, and the cleanliness in and around the boat. Loved every minute of our time there!

The sea in Heaven was incredibly beautiful! My partner and I participated together. The crew was very kind, and we enjoyed snorkeling and stand-up paddleboarding comfortably. I was moved to see sea turtles up close. I definitely want to participate again.

Our captain was knowledgeable and very helpful. The water was perfect just a little choppy. She guided us to snorkeling area and we also saw turtles. Loved it

The crew was very friendly and helpful, especially with making non-swimmers comfortable getting into the ocean. The scooters were super fun, and we saw sea turtles while snorkeling after our turn on the scooters.

We booked this one instead of the self kayaking to the Sandbar, and it was definitely worth it. If you want the relaxing and chill experience, and have fun, book this one. Our captain/crew was super nice and great. They take you to the sandbar, which is super beautiful, and you hangout there for about 1-2 hours, they provide you with boards and water equipments so you don't have to bring your own. The snorkeling was pretty cool too, didn't see any turtles though but still beautiful and great experience.

Instruction and instructors were great. It was easy to understand and amazing to have the time to practice in a relaxed setting.

It was fun, great experience. The waves were very strong that day so probably the only reason i cant give a 5. We both got sick and didnt enjoy as mich as we should have.

Captain Bruce’s turtle snorkel tour was the best activity I’ve ever done in O’ahu. They were also really nice and fun! The sandbar was awesome and I saw turtles, fish, coral , and other marine life. They provided refreshments and light snacks like chips, fruit. I would do this again. And please wear reef safe sunscreen to help protect the coral and ocean animals.

Everything was organized well. The crew was on point. They refilled drinks, directed us in the water, and made sure to point out the turtles. The whole thing was great .

Our preference was to go at low tide and we had a blast. During snorkeling we even got to see some turtles. I believe we saw 4 individual tuetles.

The big surprise was the level of customer service. We were the only passengers with young kids and the staff was very accommodating to us. They were engaging to all the passengers but I was so impressed how they engaged my youngest (age 5) who can be a handful. If you have never gone to the sand bar the decision has to be to experience it as soon as possible. If you are deciding which company to take you out there, I recommend captain Bruce. It's clean, there are snacks, coffee, tea, a restroom, tons of water toys, and it's good for groups, couples and families.

There were no Japanese guides available on the Beltora menu, possibly because there are hardly any Japanese users. We participated from the mainland United States, but I think people coming from Japan would be disappointed, so if there are no guides, it would be better to remove them from the menu.

日本人利用がほとんどないためか、ベルトラさんのメニューにあった日本語ガイドはありませんでした。我々はアメリカ本土からの参加でしたが、日本から来た人はがっかりされると思うので、ないならないでメニューから削除された方がいいと思います。

We did not see any turtles. Kinda wish my money was more worth it for that reason.
