The guide, who was fluent in Japanese, taught us various things and made everything easy to understand! That guide was also fluent in English and Chinese. It was my first time on a submarine, so I was excited the whole time. However, I felt there were a bit fewer fish than expected, but I was very satisfied because I got to see a sea turtle! Being able to see the depths of the ocean at 30 meters was truly mystical! I highly recommend this tour!

日本語がペラペラなガイドさんがいろいろ教えてくださり、分かりやすかったです！そのガイドさんは英語、中国語もペラペラでした。
潜水艦は初めてだったので終始興奮でした
ただ、お魚がちょっと少なかったかなという印象でしたが海ガメにも出会えたのでとっても満足です‼️３０メートルも深い海の中を見ることができてとても神秘的です！おすすめツアーです！

It was my first experience with ziplining. There were no other Japanese people in the team I zip-lined with.

I thought it would be an English guide, but since it's Hawaii, I wondered if Japanese would be understood. There was one lady who could speak a little Japanese, but that was about it. Well, we managed somehow (laughs).

I was a bit worried since I'm not good with heights, but it wasn't that high, so I was okay.

The price is a bit high, so I wish it were a little cheaper. Also, I think it would be great to have a waterproof cover to hang around your neck so you can take photos.

ジップライン初体験でした。
一緒にジップラインしたチームには、日本人は他に居ませんでした。

英語ガイドということでしたが、ハワイだし日本語通じるかなぐらいかな？って思ってましたが、1人少し日本語が話せるお姉さんが居たくらいでした。まぁ何とかなります（笑）

高いところが苦手で少し心配でしたが、そこまで高いところではなかったので大丈夫でした。

値段が少したかいのでもうすこし安ければいいなと。
あと、首から下げる防水カバーみたいなのがあると、写真を撮れていいと思います

The pickup from Waikiki Beachcomber to the airport was on time and included the tip, so it was easy without worrying about the tip.

I was looking forward to visiting Manoa Falls, but I couldn't go due to road closures. Instead, I went to the Lion Arboretum, which was a worthwhile place to visit. It was full of negative ions, and the occasional passing rain shower felt refreshing. Hawaii has great beaches, but hiking in the mountains is also wonderful!

楽しみにしていたマノア滝は道路封鎖のため行けなかったのですが、代替で行くことになったライオン植物園は見応えのある場所でした。
マイナスイオンたっぷりなのはもちろん、時々通り過ぎるスコールもむしろ気持ちいい。
ハワイは海もいいけど山歩きもいい！

I participated with one adult and two children. From the time of the pickup, I was told that one child was canceled, even though I hadn't canceled anything, which led to a back-and-forth argument. Somehow, we were allowed to board, but at the park reception, they said one child was still canceled. What does this mean? I'm angry. We managed to get in, but it was confusing. I was also not given an explanation about purchasing photos, so I couldn't buy any, which made me angry. Overall, the service was terrible from start to finish. I will never use this again.

大人1人と子供2人での参加でした。
送迎の時からこちらはキャンセルしてないのに子供1人キャンセルになっていると言われ押し問答、なんとか乗せてもらいパーク受付でも1人キャンセルになってると。
どういうこと怒り
ここもなんとか入れてもらい、戸惑いながらの参加。写真購入の説明もされず買えなかった怒り
とにかく最初から最後まで対応は最低でした。
二度と利用しません

The guide talked a lot about Hawaii while we were in the car! The horseback riding was wonderful; I was a bit scared at first, but my horse was very gentle and walked slowly ahead. The staff chooses each horse based on compatibility with the rider. Some horses seemed to be struggling because they just wanted to eat grass! Riding while looking at the ocean is something you can't experience in Japan, so I definitely recommend trying it!

車の中でガイドさんがハワイのこと色々と話してくれました！
乗馬もすばらしく、最初は怖かったですがとてもいい子でゆっくり前に続き歩いてくれました！担当のかたが馬との相性を見ながらそれぞれの馬を決めてくれます。中には草ばかり食べてしまい、大変そうな馬もいました！
海を見ながらの乗馬は日本では体験できないのでぜひ経験してもらいたいです！

The tour was conducted with two boats, one of which gathered Japanese participants and provided guidance in Japanese. The guide was a Japanese person who was always smiling and very attentive.

When we arrived at the sandbar, we spotted two sea turtles, and several more came by afterward.

Next, we moved to the snorkeling point, where we were able to see about five sea turtles from the boat.

The snorkeling point didn't have strong waves, so if you can swim reasonably well, I recommend trying it without a life jacket!

The deeper areas had more fish and were beautiful! Additionally, I was able to find a sea turtle resting in the coral, and I managed to take an amazing photo! I had to dive about 4 meters, which was quite challenging, but it became my best memory in Hawaii.

I want to go again!

2隻の船でツアーを行い、1隻に日本人を集めて日本語でガイドを行ってくれました。
ガイドをしてくれたのは日本人の方で終始笑顔で丁寧な対応をしてくれました。

サンドバーに着いた時にもウミガメが目視で2匹確認できて、その後もサンドバーに何匹か来ていました。

その後はシュノーケリングポイントに移動するのですが、船から5匹くらいのウミガメを見つけられました。

シュノーケリングポイントは波もそこまで強くないので、泳ぎがある程度できる人はライフジャケット無しでチャレンジしてみてください！

深いところの方が魚も多くて綺麗でした！
また、サンゴの隙間で休んでいるウミガメを見つけられて最高の一枚を撮ることができました！
4mくらい潜らなければならなかったので、結構大変でしたがハワイで1番の思い出になりました。

また行きたいです！

The service was good. However, there was a delay of more than 15 minutes on the return trip. Since the voucher stated to contact them if we were 5 minutes late, I was quite anxious.

サービスも良かったです。
ただ、復路で15分以上の遅れがありました。
バウチャーに5分遅れたら連絡をと記載があったので、焦りました。

I participated with my partner. We traveled out to sea by boat, and the outstanding location for parasailing from there made for a precious moment. I highly recommend it, so definitely give it a try!

We had a fabulous day on this tour. You do need staying power as it starts early and ends late but it is worth it. The bus tour of the Volcano Park was interesting but it was the helicopter ride that made the day. The professionalism of the company chartered for our ride was outstanding and our pilot had everyone feeling safe, secure and excited for the whole flight. Flying over the volcanos was amazing, even without any red lava on our day.
The one thing that was missing from the day was a little bit of time to explore Hilo itself - it looked so interesting and non touristy that we would have loved half an hour there.
This is not a cheap day, but certainly a once in a
lifetime experience we won’t ever forget and worth every cent.

Entertaining evening enjoyed by whole family. Plus bonus swim in waterfall during the day. Hard to beat.

I have been to Hawaii many times, but the Atlantis Submarine was a first-time experience for me. There was Japanese audio available, but I didn't feel the need for it because the Japanese spoken by the guide was very interesting. I was very lucky to see both a sea turtle sleeping and swimming at the same time. The windows were smaller than I imagined, so it was definitely the right choice to book the "Premium Plan with Larger Windows."

何回もハワイへ行っていますが、アトランティス潜水艦は初めての体験でした。日本語のオーディオが用意されていましたが、実際にお話する方の日本語が非常に面白かったため、必要性を感じませんでした。
海ガメが寝ているところと実際に泳いでいるところをダブルで見られ、とてもラッキーでした。
窓は想像よりも小さかったため、『窓が大きいプレミアムプラン』を予約していて大正解です。

The arrival flight was delayed by over an hour from the scheduled time, arriving just past 1 PM. The bus to the center of Waikiki did not arrive even after waiting for more than 30 minutes, and we were left waiting without any explanation. When I asked how much longer we would have to wait, I was answered with a reluctant "30 minutes," which left me feeling upset, and I considered taking a taxi instead. Delays in flights can be anticipated, and I had repeated my choice thinking that the smaller bus from a certain major travel company, which promised to deliver us to our destination faster by limiting stops to five hotels, would be a better option, but I was disappointed by the outcome.

到着便が出発から遅れたので、予定より1時間以上遅れて13時過ぎの到着となりました。
ワイキキ中心部に向かうバスが30分以上待っても来ず、何の説明も無いまま待たされました。
あとどれくらい待つのか尋ねると、30分と面倒くさそうに答えられ気分が悪く、タクシーに乗ろうかと思いました。飛行機の遅れは予め予測出来ることですし、某大手旅行会社のバスより小型でホテルを5箇所以内にして早く目的地に届けるのが一番の売りだと思ってリピートしたのに期待を裏切る結果にガッカリしました。

The turtles came to visit, and I was able to see so many of them! The guides were very kind, and the lunch was delicious too(^^) I want to participate again!!

I tried parasailing for the first time, and the view of the ocean and Oahu was amazing. There isn't much thrill, so I think anyone who isn't afraid of heights can enjoy it. You can leave anything that might get wet on the boat before the flight, which is reassuring. You can buy an SD card with photos for $30. The quality is good, so I recommend it.

パラセールは初めてしたのですが、海とオアフ島が一望できて最高でした。スリルはそれほどないので高所恐怖症でなければ楽しめると思います。
濡れて困るものは船に置いてからフライト出来るので安心です。
30ドルで写真入りのSDカードを買うことができます。画質もよいのでおすすめです。

I experienced a group lesson with 6 people and 2 instructors. The instructors didn't speak Japanese, so the explanations were in English, which some people found a bit difficult to understand. However, they spoke in simple English, so I think it will be fine! It was fun!

グループレッスンで体験しましたが、6名で2人のインストラクターさんでした。
インストラクターさんは、日本語ができない？方だったので、英語での説明だったので、なかなか分からない方もいらしたよです。
簡単な英語で話してくださるので、大丈夫だと思いますよ！楽しかったです！

The weather was great, and the strong wind created the perfect conditions. However, the meeting point was very hard to find, and we wandered around the Sheraton multiple times. Among the participants, we were the only Japanese. The waves were high, and the strong wind splashed water on us, which felt refreshing. It was nice to see the backside of Diamond Head and to spot sea turtles.

天気も良く、風も強く最高のコンディションでした。ただ、集合場所が非常に分かりにくく、何回もシェラトンの周りをウロウロ。参加した人の中に日本人は私たちだけでした。波も高く、風も強く水しぶきがかかり、気持ち良かったです。ダイヤモンドヘッドの裏側が見られ、ウミガメも見られて、良かったです。

I was invited to a wedding in Honolulu and the bride and I were looking at a few activities for us to do while there. I saw the video for the BOB and we immediately wanted to do it. We made reservation for the 4 of us. I’m not a swimmer and haven’t been since high school. The staff was so professional and caring. I love their motto of “we treat everyone as non swimmers...” Their patience is great with all participants. Very knowledgeable about their equipment, their staff and the environment. Each staff played their part in our safety and the for the fish and turtles! And the fact they not only take pictures, they give you memorable videos. I found the service to be very courteous, and although it is a shared shuttle, I think it is much more economical compared to a flat-rate taxi. It is chosen not only by Japanese people but also by foreigners, so I felt comfortable requesting it.

とても丁寧で、乗合シャトルにはなりますが定額タクシーと比べてとてもお得だと思います。
日本人だけでなく、外国の方からも選ばれる送迎なので安心してお願いできました。

The person who picked us up spoke a little Japanese and was polite, which made me feel at ease. When we actually went parasailing, the staff were all locals, but they were very accustomed to Japanese tourists. There were five groups on the boat, including us, so we spent quite a bit of time rocking on the boat, which made me feel quite seasick. My friend was on the verge of throwing up. If you take motion sickness medication properly, it's the best tour where you can enjoy a panoramic view of Waikiki!

送迎の方はやや日本語を話せる方でしたし、丁寧だったので、安心でした。
実際にパラセーリングをする際は完全に現地の方でしたが、みなさん日本人慣れしていました。
私が乗った船には私たち含め、5組がおり、その分船に揺られる時間も多かったので、船酔いは結構きつかったです。友人は吐く寸前でした。
酔い止めをしっかり飲めば、ワイキキを一望できる最高のツアーです！

The hotel elevator was extremely crowded, and I arrived just in time for the meeting. The hotel parking space was also full. Even though I knew the Roberts van was there, I thought it would move further in, so I waited, but it seemed to have gone to the next pickup location. Fortunately, the hotel bellboy called out to me and even made a phone call, and somehow they came back, allowing me to board safely. I really appreciated the bellboy's help, and I'm also grateful to the driver who came without a frown.

ホテルのエレベーターが激混みで集合時間ギリギリに到着…ホテルの駐車スペースも満員…Robertsワゴン車来てること知りつつももっと中に入ってくれるだろうと待ってると次のピックアップ場所へ行ってしまったようで、ホテルのボーイさんが声をかけてくれ、電話もしてくれて、なんとかきてくれて無事乗ることができました
ホテルのボーイさん様々でしたが、嫌な顔せずきてくれた運転手さんにも感謝です♪

I boarded the Mai Tai Catamaran with my wife, eldest daughter, and grandchild (2.5 years old). During the approximately one and a half hour cruise, everyone was thrilled with the wonderful scenery, the crew's entertaining talks, and the many splashes of waves. Next time, I hope to enjoy it with the whole family.

Also, the meeting point (registration) can be hard to find, so I recommend checking it in advance.

私、妻、長女、孫（2.5才）を連れてマイタイ・カタマラン号に搭乗しました。
およそ1時間半のクルージングの間、素晴らしい景色とクルーの楽しいトーク、そして多くの波しぶきにみんな大喜びでした。
次回は、家族全員で楽しみたいと思います。

なお、集合場所（受付）が分かりにくいので、事前に確認することをお勧め致します。

We couldn't ask for a better way to spend our last day in Oahu.
This tour was so relaxing and fun. Everyone was so friendly including staff and other participants.
The Sand bar was so exciting, and the turtles were cute. and snorkelling amazing.
Everything is well organised.


One advice to people who go on this tour -
Go to the bathroom before boarding the ship,
since the bathrooms are not that convenient.
but they are there if you need them :-)

The sandbar was disappointing because the water level was high, but snorkeling was great as I got to see sea turtles and schools of fish. Additionally, I had the opportunity to try stand-up paddleboarding and kayaking, which made for a very fulfilling experience. The staff were all kind and entertaining, which was wonderful. Thank you very much.

This time, the transfer from Domestic was smooth and I was taken to the hotel quickly, which was great. I would like to use it again next time.

今回はドメスティクからの送迎でしたが、スムーズに時間も早くホテルまで送っていただき良かったです。次回も利用したいと思います。

- I waited a little before the pickup time, but when the time came, no one showed up. I became worried and called the contact number, but I couldn't get through, so I was left feeling anxious for 30 minutes. They mentioned it was due to traffic, but not being able to reach the contact number is a separate issue.
- I was told, "Since the start was delayed by 30 minutes, the end will also be pushed back by 30 minutes," but in the end, it finished at the original time.
- They have rash guards available for rent, but there are no bottoms, so women who are concerned about that need to prepare their own.

・ピックアップ時間の少し前から待っていたが時間になっても来なかったため、心配になり問い合わせ先へ電話したが繋がらず、ただただ不安なまま30分待たされた。交通事情とのことだったが問い合わせ先と連絡が取れないのは別の問題。
・「開始が30分遅れたから終了も30分ずらす」と言われたが、結果的に終了は元の時間どおりだった。
・ラッシュガード貸出があるが、下は無いため女性で気になる方は自身で準備が必要。

It was amazing.
It was my first experience, and I was continuously moved.
The beautiful sea, the cute sea turtles, and the fun staff.
The snorkeling had clear explanations and safety considerations, which made me feel very secure.
I don't get to go to Hawaii often, but this is one activity I want to experience again next time.
