Upon arrival at Honolulu airport, we made our way down to collect our luggage and immediately were met by the Robert's representative. After collecting our luggage,we we were then escorted to the van where Mike was waiting for us. A few minutes later, once the other clients had arrived, we left for the various hotels/condos. Along the way, Mike gave us plenty of information and helpful hints. We arrived at our condo within a very reasonable time frame. The whole process was stress- free and impressive.

We were greeted at baggage claim and escorted to the bus. The bus then went to two other areas to pick up other passengers. It was approximately an hour after getting our baggage that we finally left the airport. The driver was very pleasant and friendly. The bus was clean and comfortable.

Trying to Check in to Catch the Bus

While the driver and bus ride went perfect, the process to find the person to check in with was poor. First, it was tough to find her and then when I did she just kept moving around without making eye contact with anyone. I had to follow her around in order to finally get her attention and check in. She was rude and not helpful at all. I suggest you figure out a way to make the find and check-in process better.

Although our arrival was delayed and we arrived in the rain, we were warmly welcomed by a smiling staff member wearing a purple aloha shirt and holding a green nameplate. Not only did they provide us with leis, but they also had several Japanese free magazines and cookies ready in a tote bag, which made us happy to have access to local information right after arriving at the hotel. They also took care of our transportation to the hotel and guided us to the pickup point. Thank you for the sense of security from the very beginning of our trip!

Large bus instead of small shuttle; very clean, polite and costumed driver. Driver was late by 20min. and a little confused about our hotel location in Waikiki. Anyway, Roberts Hawaii is allover in Hawaii. Would recommend as reliable.
