I thought it might be a little late. Still, when the shuttle didn't show up at the pickup location on time, I felt anxious. I'm someone who likes to act early, so I got frustrated and flustered when the shuttle finally arrived about 10 minutes late. However, we arrived at the airport on time without any issues... I don't think I'll use the shuttle for my next trip to the airport. I want to head to the airport in a calm state of mind.

早め早めの行動をする私はイライラするし焦ってくるし10分程遅れてシャトルはやってきました
それでも空港には遅れることなく時間通りに到着し問題はなかったのですが…
次回空港へ送っていただくシャトルは利用しないと思います

The staff members were all friendly and great. The staff wearing the yellow shirts were easy to spot, and I recognized them immediately upon arrival. When I approached them, they confirmed my name and flight number and guided me to the boarding location.

スタッフの方はみなさん気さくで良かったです。
目印の黄色いシャツを着たスタッフの方もわかりやすく、到着時にすぐわかりました。
声をかけたら名前と便名を確認し、乗車場所を案内してくれます。

This was our family's first trip to Hawaii. We were unsure about how to arrange airport transfers for six people, but we chose based on cost performance and reviews. The yellow aloha shirts were easy to spot, and I felt reassured that they spoke Japanese. The bus attendant carried our heavy luggage with a smile and provided sightseeing information in both English and Japanese during the ride. They were a very pleasant person. I would like to use this service again.

家族で初めてのハワイ旅行。6人での空港送迎をどうしようか迷いましたが、コスパや口コミで選びました。黄色のアロハシャツはわかりやすく、日本語で話しもらえ安心しました。バスの担当の方は、思い荷物を笑顔で運んでくれ、車内では英語と日本語の両方で観光案内をしてくれました。好感がもてるすごくいい方でした。また、利用したいと思います。

I realized just before my trip that I hadn't booked a bus from the airport to the hotel, so I hurriedly made a reservation. I received a confirmation email for the pickup time right away, and the process went smoothly, allowing me to prepare with peace of mind. When I actually used the service, the staff's uniforms were very clear, so I had no trouble finding them. I would like to use this service again. Thank you very much.

旅行直前で空港からホテルまでのバスの予約をしていない事に気づき、急いで予約をしました。
すぐにピックアップ時間の確認メールが届き、スムーズに手続きが済んだので安心して準備ができました。
実際に利用する際も、スタッフさんの服装がとても分かりやすくて迷うことがなかったです。

I used the service from the hotel to the airport, and they arrived right on time to pick me up! Although it was a shared ride, it was great that there was a nonstop trip from my hotel to the airport!

It took just over 30 minutes to get to the hotel from Waikiki International Airport. Once I exited the airport, a staff member in a yellow jacket welcomed me. We waited for about 10 minutes until everyone was gathered, and then we departed right away, taking just over 30 minutes to reach Waikiki. It was a very convenient and economical bus tour.

ワイキキ国際空港からわずか30分余りで、ホテルまで連れて行ってもらいました。
空港の出口を出たら黄色い上着の係員さんが出迎えてくれます。
10分くらい出発迄待ちましたが、メンバーが揃ったら直ぐに出発、ワイキキまで30分余りです。
とても便利で経済的なバスツアーでした。

I received the voucher for the pickup time and location based on my departure flight from Honolulu Airport, along with a photo of the shuttle bus, which made me feel at ease. When I used the service, the driver confirmed my name before loading my luggage, and I was able to arrive at the airport smoothly.

For group airport transfers, I usually use Uber, but for solo travel, the shared shuttle service is convenient, and I always make use of it.

グループでの空港往復はUberとかに成りますが、一人旅だと乗合送迎サービスが便利で何時も利用させて頂いてます。

Although we Japanese felt a bit anxious about everything being in English, the driver was a very kind woman who provided excellent service while announcing the history of the Ala Wai Canal and Waikiki. She was very attentive, and we had no worries at all since she was well aware of the arrival location and flight number at the airport.

全て英語で我々日本人からすると多少不安があったものの、とても親切な女性のドライバーで、アラワイ運河やワイキキの歴史などをアナウンスしながら丁寧な対応でとても良かったです。
空港の到着場所も便名をきちんと把握されていて全く心配なかったです。

When I used it four months ago, I had to wait for over 30 minutes, but this time I was able to board in about 10 minutes.

The windows are large, allowing for great views, and the seats are spacious, making it very comfortable. I will definitely use it again soon.

4ヶ月前に利用したときは30分以上は待たされましたが、今回は10分ほどで乗車できました。

窓も広く景色を楽しめますし、席も広々としているのでとても快適です。また近々利用させていただきます。

The desk help me with my shuttle and even helped me get to my shuttle. They help me with my suitcase.
The drive even told me where to be for my return shuttle to the airport so I would not miss it.
A+++++++ Will use again

As soon as you exit the personal export area, there is a staff member wearing a yellow aloha shirt, making it very easy to find them.

They handled all the luggage for us and dropped us off right in front of the hotel.

They made sure to inform everyone about which hotel it was. Even when it was on the opposite side of the street, they crossed the street to take us there.

I think it's reassuring that they can communicate in Japanese.

個人出口から出てすぐのところに黄色のアロハシャツを着たstaffの人がいてとてもわかりやすいです。

荷物も全て上げ下ろしをしてくださり、ホテルの目の前で泊まってくれました。

きちんとどのホテルかを皆さんに教えてました。通りを挟んだ反対側の時も通りを渡って連れて行ってました。

日本語も通じるので安心だと思います。

I felt a sense of security in all aspects, from the guidance to the meeting point for those waiting at the airport's personal exit, to the waiting at the meeting point and the operation of the bus. I definitely want to use this service again next time.

空港の個人出口で待機されている方の集合場所へのご案内、集合場所での待機、バスの運行等々、全てにおいて安心感がありました。次行くときも、ぜひ乗車させてもらいたいと思います。

I used this service for a round trip from the airport to my hotel in Waikiki. Although my arrival was delayed, when I contacted them just outside the arrival lobby, the driver came to meet me within a few minutes. For the return pickup, they surprised me, and I ended up with wonderful memories.

到着時間が遅れましたが、到着ロビーを出たところで連絡したら数分でドライバーがそこまできていただきました。帰りのお迎えの際はサプライズもしていただき、最後に素敵な思い出ができました。

Andrea contacted me upon arrival then greeted & escorted us to our driver with a smile. She was very friendly, helpful, & grateful.
Our driver was also awesome, personable, courteous & knowledgeable. He gave us some good recommendations and advice as tourists. So sorry I forgot his name. The SUV was spotless & comfortable. Our driver was also a conscientious driver and got us to our hotel safely and in a timely manner. No issues; very satisfied & will definitely use in the future. Thanks a bunch!

Since it had been a while since my last visit to Hawaii, I requested a transfer from the airport to the hotel. I was informed in advance that there might not be staff at the airport desk during my flight's arrival time, so I was advised to call for assistance. However, I was able to quickly find the yellow desk, and there were staff members present, which was a relief. The driver was a local who spoke only English, and my fellow passengers were all Americans, but the ride went smoothly, and the driver was very kind, which I appreciated.

久しぶりのハワイだったので空港からホテルまでの送迎を頼みました。飛行機到着時刻からして係員が空港デスクにいない時間帯かもしれないので電話で呼んでくださいと予め案内がありましたが、実際には黄色いデスクもすぐ見つかり係の人もしっかり居てくださったので助かりました。ドライバーさんは現地の人英語のみで、同乗者もアメリカの方ばかりでしたが、スムーズにまた親切に送ってくださり良かったと思います。

Since my arrival was on a domestic flight in the evening, the airport was quiet, and there was no one at the designated location or counter. When I went outside and asked a bus driver who looked like the one in the photo, he told me that "Veltora" was different and directed me to ask over there, leading me to the international terminal. However, I couldn't find the place he mentioned, and when I called the local contact, they only spoke English. Somehow, I managed to return to the original domestic flight counter, and while I was going back, a person in green clothing said they would look for me. Just then, the driver I initially asked came running. I'm glad it was the first person I asked! After wandering for over 30 minutes, I got on the bus feeling somewhat unsettled.

到着が国内線で夕方だったので空港は閑散としていて指定の場所にもカウンターにも誰もいない、外に出て写真に似たバスの運転手に聞いてもベルトラは違うからあっちで聞いてくれと言われて国際線ターミナルの方に行かされたけど言われた場所もわからなく、現地の連絡先に電話しても英語しか通じず、なんとか元の国内線のカウンターに戻って、緑の服着た人が探すということで戻っていると最初に聞いた運転手が走って来た
最初に聞いた人でよかったんやん！30分以上彷徨ったので釈然としないままバスに乗りました

After arriving at the airport, the meeting point counter was a bit hard to find, but I was able to recognize it right away thanks to the color of the uniforms you informed me about. I appreciate how smoothly everything was handled without me having to lift my heavy suitcase. I would definitely like to request your services again.

空港に到着してから、待ち合わせのカウンターが少しわかりずらかったですが、お知らせいただいたユニフォームの色で、すぐにわかりました。重いスーツケースも、こちらが持ち上げることなく、スムーズに対応いただけて、感謝しています。またぜひ、お願いしたいです。

We rang as instructed when we were at the meeting point and were told a car would be dispatched and would be 15 minutes. He arrived, loaded our bags, we climbed aboard (& I mean climbed, no step was offered), then sat waiting for a further 20 minutes for 3 other people. We were under the impression this was a private shuttle, not like all the other airport shuttles on demand. My husband had to help the other two elderly ladies into the vehicle as the step was far too high. Totally disappointed for the price we paid!!

It's an affordable and valuable shared bus service that takes you from the airport to The Kahala Hotel & Resort. Just go outside the airport and look for someone in a yellow shirt, and you'll be fine. They also speak Japanese, which is reassuring. After sitting on a bench at the bus stop for a while, your name will be called. The bus stops at two locations in Waikiki before heading to Kahala. For some reason, I was dropped off not in front of the Kahala Hotel lobby, but just before the rotary, and I had to walk about 50 meters. I was told in English that they couldn't drive into the lobby, but I didn't quite understand.

空港からザ・カハラ・ホテル＆リゾートまで行ってくれる安くて貴重な乗り合いバスです。
空港から外に出て、黄色いシャツの人を探せばオーケー。日本語も通じて安心です。
乗り場のベンチにしばらく座っていると名前を呼ばれます。
ワイキキのホテルに２か所寄ってから、カハラに向かいます。
なぜかカハラ・ホテルのロビー前ではなく、ロータリーの手前で降ろされ、50ｍほど歩きました。ロビーまで乗り入れできないというようなことを英語で言われましたが、よくわかりませんでした。

The driver we had on August 14th was amazing, you can not find a finer young man then him!! My mom is older and has trouble getting in and out of the bus service he took extra time to help us.. I always take you guys!! This time going home this young man is a one in a million,,,,,, Mahalo

I use it every time. The check-in process is always smooth, and the wait time for boarding is short. I will use it again.

It was a hotel in the Waikiki area that wasn't on the list, but they provided round-trip transportation to and from the hotel. I had a lot of heavy luggage, but the driver helped carry it with a smile, which was a relief since it was just women. I would like to use their services again on another occasion.

リストになかったワイキキ地区ホテルでしたが、ホテル前まで往復の送迎をしてくれました。
荷物が重くたくさんあったのですがドライバーさんが笑顔で運んでくださり女性だけだったので助かりました。

There were many passengers, but it was larger and more comfortable than I expected. The luggage transfer was smooth, and there was no waiting time, so I would like to use it again.

We requested transportation for six people from the airport to our hotel in Waikiki. The driver was fluent in Japanese and was very friendly, saying, "You can take your time to smoke if you'd like." He also took photos for us in front of the limousine, providing excellent service throughout!

空港からワイキキのホテルまで6名でお願いしました。ドライバーさんは日本語ペラペラで喫煙には「ゆっくり吸って来ていいですよ〜」と気さくに対応していただいたりリムジンの前で写真をとってくれたりと終始明るくサービス満点でした！

Great communication and met our greeter and baggage claim. Easy and carefree.

Since it was a bus drop-off, we had to wait quite a while for the pickup.
(I think it was probably around the same time as the next arriving airline...)
We waited on a bench outside, watching taxis and Uber users come and go in front of us.

I arrived in Oahu from the Big Island on a flight in the early afternoon, and there was a counter right in front of the baggage claim area. A man was holding a tablet with my name displayed, so it was easy to find. I walked a short distance to the shuttle bus stop, but they guided me properly from the counter to the stop, making everything very smooth. I would like to use this service again.

ハワイ島からオアフ島に着く飛行機で、お昼過ぎに到着しましたが、荷物を受け取る場所の目の前にカウンターがあり、また男性の方が、名前を表示したタブレットを持っていてくれたので、すぐに分かりました。シャトルバス乗り場まで少し歩きましたが、カウンターのところから乗り場までもちゃんと案内してくれたので、とてもスムーズでした。また利用したいです。

The driver provided recommendations for restaurants and a brief guide while we were on our way to the Waikiki area, which was very helpful.
