They came to pick me up right in front of the hotel, and since the driver and staff spoke Japanese, I felt安心 (at ease). Compared to other shared shuttle companies, they have a lot of destinations, so I think the cost performance is good.

ホテルの目の前まで迎えに来てくれて、日本語ドライバー兼スタッフさんでしたので、安心でした。他の混載送迎の会社に比べて送迎先がたくさんあるので、コスパも良いと思いました。

This was my first time using the service. The transportation to the accommodation was right in front of the entrance, which made it very convenient. The check-in at the airport was easy to understand, and the staff was cheerful and kind, which made me feel at ease. I was also impressed that the bus was equipped to accommodate wheelchair users, showing their commitment to diversity.

今回初めて利用させていただきました。今回の宿泊先の目の前までの送迎だったので、とてもラクでした。空港での受付も分かりやすくスタッフも明るく親切で安心でした。また、車いす利用のお客様に対応したバスだったので、ダイバーシティ対応もできているんだと感心しました。

What I liked: The excitement I felt when the Escalade limousine, so different from everyday life, arrived at the meeting point, and the comfortable ride made me look forward to the upcoming stay for sure! I was also glad that we could take a commemorative photo at the beginning.

What I was concerned about: Those with knowledge might find it a bit concerning, but since we take a different route to Waikiki than regular cars, we end up spending a little longer in the vehicle, for better or worse.

Impression: Overall, I think this is a tour where you can truly experience a sense of specialness. The driver was friendly, and at the end, he said, "We look forward to your return," which makes me want to come back again.

良かったこと：日常生活からかけ離れたエスカレードリムジンが集合場所に現れた時の気持ちの高揚と、快適な乗り心地にこれから始まる滞在が楽しみになること間違いなし！最初に記念写真も撮って頂けて良かったです。
気になったこと：知識のある方は気になるかもしれませんが、普通車とは異なる経路でワイキキまで行くため、良くも悪くも車に少し長く乗ることになります。
感想：とにかく特別感を味わうことの出来るツアーだと思います。運転手の方も気さくな方で、最後に「またのお帰りをお待ちしています」と言われたので、また帰りたいと思います。

I was taken care of by the shuttle bus from the airport to Waikiki. Since I was departing from the personal exit this time, I was worried about whether I would be able to find my way, but the KIOSK desk was easy to understand, and everything went smoothly.

However, my mother, who was with me, forgot her bag containing valuables on a bench, and we only realized it after the bus had departed. When we arrived at the hotel and explained the situation to the driver, he advised us to check in at the hotel first and encouraged us with a smile despite our anxiety.

The bag was returned to us on the same day. I truly believe it was a miracle. I am sincerely grateful for the accurate advice and prompt assistance. It became an unforgettable experience. Thank you very much.

空港からワイキキまでのシャトルバスでお世話になりました。
今回は個人出口からの出発だったので辿り着けるか不安でしたが、KIOSKデスクも分かりやすく、スムーズに済みました。
ところが、同行者である私の母が貴重品を入れたバッグをベンチに置き忘れてしまい、気づいたのもバスが出発してからでした。
ホテルに着いてから運転手さんに事情を話したところ、とりあえずホテルでチェックインを済ますようにアドバイスしてくれ、不安な中でも笑顔で励ましてくれました。
バッグはその日のうちに手元に戻りました。本当に奇跡だと思います。的確なアドバイスと迅速な手続きに心から感謝しています。忘れられない出来事となりました。ありがとうございました。

We were pleasantly surprised upon arriving in Hawaii. Eight of us across three generations, from adults to children, were all thrilled. We were able to experience a luxurious feeling that we can't have in Japan. The pickup was prompt, and they were very accommodating with taking commemorative photos. The interior of the vehicle was very clean, and the neon lights were beautiful! The driver's Japanese was even better than that of a native speaker, and the driving was smooth, kind, and reassuring. I would definitely like to request this service again.

I use this service every year when I go to Hawaii. It's great that the shuttle bus is waiting for you right after you arrive at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport.

If traveling with multiple people, I would use other means, but I always use this service when traveling alone. They speak at a moderate volume and always make me feel secure while using it.

Since it was my first time using the shuttle bus, I was worried about finding the pickup location, but the staff's bright yellow aloha shirts stood out, and I was able to spot them right away. When I asked about the departure time, I was told it would be in 50 minutes, which made me regret choosing the shuttle bus due to the long wait. However, it actually departed in about 20 minutes.

I went to Honolulu for work, and I was able to make a reservation relatively close to my departure date. Although the bus departure location was a bit far, there was a guide who kindly explained everything in Japanese right after I got off the plane. When I was getting off, the driver was also carefully picking up the contents of a bag that a customer had dropped.

仕事のためホノルルに行きましたが、割と直前でも予約が取れたこと、バスの出発場所は遠めでしたが、空港を降りたところで案内の人が丁寧に日本語で説明をくださった。降りるときも、運転手（？）の人が、御客さんが落としたバッグの中身を丁寧に拾ってくれていました。

I suspect there was a traffic jam due to the rain, as I arrived nearly 20 minutes late from the scheduled pickup. Although I thought it would be fine since I had plenty of time before my flight, I couldn't help but feel worried. The hotel staff contacted me by phone, so I was aware of the delay, but I would have preferred an email notification. That said, I was grateful for the ride to the airport.

雨による渋滞があったのだと推測しますが、予定ピックアップから20分近く遅れて到着しました。フライト時間に余裕があるので大丈夫だとは思いつつ、さすがに心配になりました。ホテルの方が電話で連絡してくれたので遅れている事がわかりましたが、メール連絡が欲しかったです。
とはいえ、空港まで送って頂けたので助かりました。

I was looking for a shuttle service on my return day, and I was very grateful to be able to make a reservation with a company that was still operating while others were not. The pickup location was directly at the hotel garage, and the large tour bus provided a comfortable ride.

帰国日に送迎便を探していたところ，他社が運休となっているところで予約できたので大変助かった．送迎地もホテルガレージまで直接来てもらえて，大型の観光バスで乗り心地も快適でした．

We had a reservation for five people, but one person ended up arriving on the next day's flight. It was helpful that they were able to change the reservation instead of canceling it. I also confirmed the drop-off location on the bus, and we arrived at the hotel accurately.

After confirming the reservation, I was a bit worried about the pickup time from the hotel to the airport being tight, so I consulted via email. They smoothly made the changes for me. On the day of the pickup, they arrived right on time without any issues, and I felt relieved that I entrusted everything to them!

We, who are not good at English, were nervous about the conversation issues, but the driver was very kind and fluent in Japanese, which made us feel at ease. Also, we arrived earlier than the scheduled time, but since they came early, we were able to head to our destination hotel without any waiting time.

I was able to find the staff without hesitation and comfortably get into the car. It was about the size of a small bus, with spacious seats, and the driving was stable, so I felt completely at ease during the transfer!
