Adequate transportation to hotel.

Dumped us off at the corner road to the hotel with 5 bags to haul ourselves saying vehicle wouldn't fit to go to lobby. They have smaller vehicles because I saw one arrive the hotel another day. They should know which vehicles accommodate which hotels and plan accordingly. Won't use this service again. Price too high for the inferior service provided.

WiFi Router Rentals at Honolulu Airport - No Data Limit (Morning Pick-up Only)

The WiFi router itself was compact and very easy to use. Generally lasts for a good 9 hrs off usage before it needs a charge. The counter staff shown us how to connect with our phones.
The only trouble that we had was finding the counter initially from the arrival hall, the sign wasn't too clear and for some reasons the sign was turned around and we went to opposite direction. Apart from that, it was all good.
Also to mention, the drop off box was inside the departure hall after the customs check, so we have full assess to Internet until boarding. Very happy for that.

We were greeted as soon as we arrived and the lei is still looking well after a few days. Our greeter took pictures and it was a nice way to have anyone who visits Hawaii (especially for the first time). I was hoping for a fuller lei and I'm glad I got my friend the deluxe one since it I thought that it would have been fuller but the lei itself was not as full as I thought it would be. I would not be excited to see the less lei.
The greeter herself. was wonderful! She even offered us help with our bags and walked us to the baggage claim.

So Easy to Use

Thanks for making our arrival in Honolulu and getting to the hotel so easy. We liked it so much we booked our return to the airport after our cruise. We had to specify a time for our trip when we made the reservation, so we picked a time late enough to be sure we would be off the ship in time for the trip. We were ready to go an hour early and thought we would have to wait around until the scheduled time. To our delight we were able to take an earlier shuttle and have more time at the Bishop museum. Thanks for your flexibility!

Our famiy group of 9 arrived at HNL airport after a 9 hour flight from Minnesota. It was very special to be met by our 2 friendly greeters in their purple shirts. It was the first visit to Hawaii for several in our group and the traditional lei greeting was essential. The flowers were beautiful and the women’s leis were full and fragrant. The leaves in the men’s leis were a striking contrast to the flowers. The greeters were very helpful in taking our picture and guiding us to baggage and rental cars. I’m glad I arranged this special event for my family.
