Arrived quickly from the airport to the hotel. It's reassuring that the tip is included. There are people in yellow uniforms at the pickup area, so it's very helpful, and they can communicate in Japanese, which is great.

空港から、ホテルまで素早く到着。チップ込が安心。乗り場も黄色の服の人がいるので親切で日本語も通じるのでとても良い。

The car arrived on time. The roads were clear, and we reached the airport early. The driver was also a calm person.

時間通りに車がつきました。
道もすいていて、早くに空港につきました。
ドライバーさんも穏やかな方でした。

I used the shuttle service from the hotel to the airport. It was helpful that they came to pick me up right in front of the hotel! We got caught in traffic along the way, which added about 20 minutes to the trip, but since they scheduled the pickup with some extra time, I made it to the flight with plenty of time to spare!

The pickup was on time. The driver spoke English, but I understood most of it. We handled our own luggage.

They picked me up on time. I felt relieved that they understood Japanese. They also helped with lifting my suitcase, and the service was great.

I waited in front of the hotel 15 minutes before the meeting time. While waiting, I felt a bit anxious when a bus with the "Roberts Hawaii" logo passed by, wondering if I had been left behind, but it seems there are various shuttle buses running.
The bus arrived 10 minutes after the meeting time. Considering the traffic situation, it was not a problem.
After picking up a group from another hotel, we arrived at the airport in about 45 minutes. When I tried to get off with another group, I was told that we were at a different terminal, and they informed me, "You are not here."
The driving was very safe, and I enjoyed the last views from the window, feeling nostalgic about Hawaii.

ホテル前に集合時間の15分前から待ちました。待ってる間に「Roberts Hawaii」のロゴのバスが通り過ぎるので、置いて行かれたのかと少々、不安になりますが、色んなシャトルバスが走ってるようです。
バスは集合時間の10分後に来ました。交通事情もあるでしょうから、問題ありません。
別のホテルで1組を乗せて、45分くらいで空港に着きました。もう1組と一緒に降りようとすると、ターミナルが違うそうで「あなたはここではないよ」と教えてくれました。
とても安全運転で、ハワイの名残おしい気持ちで景色を見ながら、最後の車窓を楽しみました。

I reserved a vehicle to the airport for 12:55, but when it hadn't arrived by 13:00, I called and was told (they assisted me in Japanese) that they couldn't confirm my reservation, which was quite troubling. However, a shuttle to a hotel from the same company stopped by, and when I asked the driver, he called and informed me that they were delayed due to traffic but that I should just wait. In the end, they arrived 20 minutes late, but I made it in time for my flight. I was really anxious when they said there was no reservation...

空港行きの車両を12:55に予約しましたが13:00になっても来ないので電話をしたところ、(日本語では対応してくれたのですが)予約が確認できないと言われ困っていたところ、同じ会社のホテルへの送迎車が立ち寄り、ドライバーさんに聞いたら電話をしてくれて、道が混んでいるので遅れているがこのまま待っていれば良いと教えてくれました。結局20分遅れですが来てくれてフライトには間に合いました。予約がないと言われた時には本当に焦りましたが・・・。

I couldn't find the bus stop and missed my ride, but the Japanese staff were considerate and helped me catch the next bus. Thank you very much.

バスの乗り場がわからず乗り逃してしまいましたが、日本人スタッフの方たちが次の便に乗れるように配慮していただけました。

As soon as I arrived in Hawaii, I was taken to the hotel, and for the return trip, I was taken from the hotel to the airport, which made my travel hassle-free and easy. The driver was kind, and it was nice to chat during the ride. I think I will request this service again when I come to Hawaii.

ハワイに着いてすぐにホテルまで送ってもらい、帰りはホテルから空港に送ってもらって、移動に手間をかけずにすみ楽チンでした。送迎の人も優しく移動中もいろいろ話が聞けてよかったです。ハワイにきたらまたお願いしようと思います。

Surprised my wife with a Lei greeting and it was spectacular

I arrived at the hotel a little earlier than the meeting time and had originally sent the details of the flight I would be taking, but they dropped me off right in front of the airport company!

集合時間より少し早めにホテルに到着し、乗る便を元々送っていたのですが、その空港会社の前に下ろしてくれました！！

Thank you for safely taking me to my destination. The wait time before boarding was long, so it would be nice if you could provide improvements or information about the boarding time.

They were in contact with us the entire time. Their communication was spectacular! They were there before we got there, waiting with the sign and made it extra special to start off our anniversary trip!

As soon as I exited the arrivals area for individuals, there was a meeting point to the right. I could easily spot it because they were wearing yellow vests. After waiting for about five minutes, the bus arrived and departed smoothly. The staff helped load my suitcase onto the bus, which was very helpful. The driver was a cheerful person, and I could really feel that I had arrived in Hawaii!

個人用到着出口から出てすぐ右手に待ち合わせ場所がありました。黄色のベストを着ているので直ぐに判りました。
５分程待った後、バスが到着しスムーズに出発。スーツケースもスタッフの方々が、バスに載せてくれて、とても助かりました。
ドライバーさんは陽気な方で、あ〜ハワイに来たな！と感じることが出来ます。

Since it's a shuttle service, I don't need any special services, but I'm always anxious because the pickup time is never on schedule, and I end up waiting for 15 minutes. When I try to call 15 minutes after the pickup time, the bus arrives, so I would like them to come a little earlier. I hope they consider the delays at each hotel when setting the pickup times.

送迎なので、特別なサービスはいらないのですが、いつもピックアップの時間には来ず、１５分後の時間まで待つことになるので、ドキドキします。ピックアップ＋１５分後に電話を試みようと思うとバスがくるので、もう少し早く来て欲しいです。各ホテルでのピックアップが遅くなるのも加味して時間設定をして欲しい。

A nice experience when visiting Hawaii for the first time.

The pickup time was originally set for 10:30, but I received a call the day before saying it would be 10:35. On the day of, I got another call saying it would be delayed by another 3 to 4 minutes. I waited a long time at the car drop-off area, and the hotel bellboy was concerned and called the service company, who said, "They will be there soon." In the end, the car arrived at 10:49. The car was comfortable and I was satisfied, but I would like them to stick to the scheduled time.

ピックアップ時間、当初10:30でしたが前日お電話で10:35になるとのことでした。当日さらに３〜4分遅れると電話あり。車寄せで長い時間待っていたので、ホテルのベルボーイさんが心配してくださり、手配会社に電話をかけてくださって「もうすぐ来る」とのこと。結局車が到着したのは10:49でした。
車は快適で満足でしたが、お時間は守っていただきたいです。

In Tokyo, it's really hard to get around; after all, heading to the hotel in a limousine feels great. The driver was friendly, and I'm satisfied.

東京ではとても乗れません、やっぱりリムジンでホテルへ向かうのは気分が良いです。ドライバーさんもフレンドリーで満足です。

I have been frequently staying at a condominium (which is not used for tours, but is located in Waikiki) where the HIS shuttle does not go, so I use this service instead. Upon exiting the airport, there is a reception desk diagonally to the left where they can assist you in Japanese, so there are no issues. You ask at the reception for the column number where the shuttle is waiting, then move to that spot for another check-in. The shuttle driver only speaks English, but once you mention the hotel name, you just need to get off, so it shouldn't be a problem. Honestly, I wouldn't personally call it a "bargain" price, but since it's closer than the Uber pickup area and you can sit comfortably, I consider it acceptable.

最近常宿にしているコンドミニアム（ツアーで使われないところですがワイキキ内）にHISのシャトルは行ってくれないのでこちらを利用しています。空港出口を出て左斜め前に受付があり日本語で対応してもらえるので問題ナシ。受付でシャトルが待機する柱の番号を聞いてそこまで移動、そこで再度受付です。シャトルのドライバーさんは英語オンリーですがホテルの名前を言われたら降りるだけなので問題ないでしょう。正直個人的には｢格安｣とは言えない価格ですがuberの乗り場より近いところで乗れるしゆったり座って行けるのでまぁ良しとします。

The driver was waiting more than 30 minutes before the scheduled time at the pickup location, which allowed for smooth group coordination and baggage loading. At Honolulu Airport, the lobby was divided into two areas, but thanks to the meeting with the driver on the day, we were able to manage two stops without mixing up the baggage, which was a great help. We go to Honolulu with about 50 people every year, so we would like to continue using your services in the future. Thank you very much!

配車場所で時間より30分以上前に待機してくれていたので
グループの誘導やバゲッジの積込もスムーズにできました。
ホノルル空港ではロビーが2カ所に分かれていましたが
当日ドライバーさんとの打合せで2ストップ　バゲッジもＭＩＸ’ｄ　ＵＰ
することなく大変助かりました。
毎年５０名くらいでホノルルへ行きますのでこれからもお願いしたいと思います。

Kei greeter was very friendly and had very Hawaiian greeting for us

After pushing the luggage on the cart and exiting through the personal exit, there is a staff member in a yellow aloha shirt right there, and it's fine to just tell them your name. After sitting down, within about 10 minutes, the bus arrives right in front of you. The driver will lift and store your large suitcase, making it easy even for women. Since it stops at hotels in Waikiki, you can get off right in front, which is really helpful. I definitely want to use this service again next time.

カートに乗せた荷物を押して、個人出口を出ると、すぐそこに黄色いアロハの
係りの方がいて、名前を伝えればOK。
椅子に座って、待つこと１０分ぐらいで、バスがすぐ前に着きます。

女性でも楽々。ワイキキのホテルを回ってくれるので、すぐ前で降りられて

I arrived at the airport on a night flight, and the pickup was at Terminal 2 (Hawaiian Airlines is at a different terminal). I was a bit confused about the location, but I found it without any issues. Since I was alone, I had to arrange for a taxi, but it turned out to be good because I was able to get home quickly.

夜の便で空港に着いたので、ピックアップがターミナル2でした(ハワイアン航空は別ターミナル)場所か分からず少し混乱しましたが、無事に発見。

No one was there, and I couldn't receive anything. I want my money back. Anyway, there was no one who seemed to be in charge. I question the quality of the service.

誰もいない、受け取れない。お金を返して欲しい。とにかくそれらしい人はどこにもいなかったです。サービスとしてどうかと思います。

I used it for the first time, and the reception desk and bus boarding location outside the arrival terminal were easy to find. Additionally, it stops at major hotels in Waikiki, and in my case, I was able to get off right in front of my hotel, which was very helpful. I especially recommend it for solo travelers, considering the price as well.

初めて利用しましたが、到着ターミナル外の受付デスク及びバス乗車場所も分かりやすかったです。また、ワイキキでも主要ホテルに停車し、私の場合は宿泊ホテル前で下車できたので助かりました。特に一人旅の場合は、値段も含めお勧めです。

I arrived at the airport feeling jet-lagged, and the first encounter after leaving the airport was with this shuttle bus. The passengers waiting to board are gathered in one place, and staff call out names for boarding the shuttle bus in order. At this point, I wonder if taking a taxi or an Uber would have been better. However, the low cost of the shuttle bus is certainly appreciated. The distance between the airport and Waikiki is quite significant. If there’s no traffic, it takes about 30 minutes, but on some days it can take close to an hour. There are frequent bumps in the seats, so those with back pain should be cautious.

時差ボケの中　空港に着きましたが　空港から出て最初の出会いがこのシャトルバスです　　乗車予定の人たちは1ヶ所に集められスタッフに名前を呼ばれて順番にシャトルバスに乗り込みます　ここで思うことはタクシーが良かったかウーバーが良かったかです　しかし金額が安いシャトルバスはやはりありがたいです　空港とワイキキはけっこう距離があります　渋滞がなければ30分くらいですが　日によって1時間近くかかることもあります　座席ではバウンドすることが度々あるので腰痛の方は注意が必要です

The airport and Waikiki are quite far apart. Taking a taxi or Uber can be expensive. This shuttle bus arrives on time and gets you to the airport with plenty of time to spare. Once you arrive at the airport, you have enough time to rest and buy souvenirs. And above all, the price is very reasonable. I find it very convenient and am grateful for it. However, I'm not sure if it's due to the suspension or the road conditions, but the seats bounce quite a bit in all directions. The ride is not very comfortable.

空港とワイキキはけっこう距離があります　タクシーやウーバーだと金額が高いです　このシャトルバスは時間通りに迎えに来てくれて余裕をもって空港に着きます　空港に着いてから休息やお土産を買う時間は十分あります　そして何より金額が安いです　たいへん便利で感謝しております　ただサスペンションのせいか　道路事情のせいかわかりませんが　けっこう座席で上下左右にバウンドします　乗り心地はあまり良いものではありません

I traveled from Kona on the Big Island to Honolulu and used it from the domestic terminal to my hotel. There was a sudden downpour, which caused traffic and took longer than expected. It was a bit cold inside the car.
