I used VELTRA for transportation to and from Honolulu Airport. BOTH directions were wonderful. When I came in, I went to the wrong pickup location at the airport. When I called to let them know that the van wasn't there, they just said to stay where I was and they radioed the driver and he drove to where I was to pick me up. Totally my mess up.

On the return to the airport 5 days later, the Van was right on time for pickup in front of the hotel. The driver was great. Wouldn't let me lift my luggage. He had a great personality and great knowledge of the islands. We also only made 4 stops to pick up other people. Most of the other companies make 5 or 6 stops.

I will definitely use them again, and I highly recommend them for all transportation needs.

I highly recommend this service!! It was the biggest smile I've seen on my husband in a long time! It was our 30 year anniversary Hawaiian trip and after that long flight, it was delightful to get a true Hawaiian greeting!! The young lady was gracious and very informative! She directed us straight to the shuttle service send took several pictures for our memory book. The flowers lasted 5 days and kept our condo smelling like a sunny floral garden.

I had family members flying to Honolulu for first time back in 2019 and found I could have them receive Lei's as the came off the plane. I thought that sounded like a great greeting to Hawaii for the first time.

My family members loved it so much. I found out they were going to go back to Honolulu again because they fell in love with Hawaii. This time there was going to be a total of 5 family members traveling. I got them all Lei's.

Because of Covid, this time the greeters could not meet my family members at the gate when they deplaned. Everyone in my family still loved getting the Lei's when they reached the baggage claim area.

So be it a gift for yourself or family or friends, I highly recommend a Welcome Flower Lei Greeting at the airport.

Honolulu Private Car Service - Airport Transfer and Hourly Charters [Closed]

Do not use this service

We ordered a private car/SUV and ended up with a 12 passenger van with no shocks. Before we had the awful ride, we waited over an hour after retrieving our luggage at the airport for someone to picked us up. I would not recommend this service ever.

What can I say. Any time I can surprise my wife and make her smile , especially after a long flight, is a great way to start a vacation. Met outside the gate as we got off the plane, put the Lai over my wife's head with a warm aloha , she then offered to guide us to baggage claim, which we passed on. She followed us from a distance and when I did come to a not sure point she guided us. For me great experience.

The lei bearer was a sweet, smiling, helpful and delightful greeter and the lei was absolutely gorgeous. My wife was very pleased. This was a fitting introduction to the warmth of the people we encountered and I cannot praise our receptionist and the lei enough. SO glad I chose to do this, and VERY pleased with the person sent to carry it out. She was right at the gate waiting, and accompanied us to baggage and to our limo. I surprised my daughter with a lei service, and she was shocked and very happy. Coming to Hawaii really lifted her spirits. Since they were fresh flowers, I couldn't bring them back to Japan, but they made for great memories in photos.

It was a pleasure working with Mikiko!!! I have used Veltra twice to book private charters for Project Graduations. Once for Saint Francis School and the other recently for Sacred Hearts Academy. The driver was waiting ahead of schedule for us, he was pleasant and accommodating. I would strongly recommend using Veltra to book tours or a private charter.

WiFi Router Rentals at Honolulu Airport - No Data Limit (Morning Pick-up Only)

We had booked the wi-fi router from Sydney to collect from Honolulu airport on landing and prior to our connecting flight to Hilo.
The collection desk was not open and the adjacent company said they were not coming in that day, today, Saturday 11 May 2019.
We waited around for over 30 minutes until another traveller approached and said they had been waiting since 7am, the advertised time of opening.

I will be reporting this to my credit card company as a fraudulent charge and seek full refund.

Very poor service and I could not at all recommend this company.

As I cleared the port exit, there were a number of transportation representatives from various companies, but it only took a short time to find Speedi Shuttle's. I was then directed to another representative outside of the building. My reservation on the shuttle was for 9:00, and by 9:15 I was on my way to the airport. Excellent door to door delivery. Thank you!!!

No update on time of departure

To be fair we did arrive off a large ship however we paid for a transfer and were given no instructions as to were to go.After waiting in a long line for 30 minutes to use an exit that was for taxis and private tours we asked if there was another way out to meet a private transfer and were directed to another exit. After we found the representative we were told to stand by the wall, no update was given to us and we waited almost an hour for a bus to arrive to transport us to our hotel. I think it would have been a good business practice to come and give us an update we were standing with a large group of people some of who were elderly and there were no seats where we were told to stand ,as none of us had updates they were afraid that if they moved to find a seat they would be left behind
