Kei greeter was very friendly and had very Hawaiian greeting for us

After pushing the luggage on the cart and exiting through the personal exit, there is a staff member in a yellow aloha shirt right there, and it's fine to just tell them your name. After sitting down, within about 10 minutes, the bus arrives right in front of you. The driver will lift and store your large suitcase, making it easy even for women. Since it stops at hotels in Waikiki, you can get off right in front, which is really helpful. I definitely want to use this service again next time.

カートに乗せた荷物を押して、個人出口を出ると、すぐそこに黄色いアロハの
係りの方がいて、名前を伝えればOK。
椅子に座って、待つこと１０分ぐらいで、バスがすぐ前に着きます。
大きなスーツケースは、ドライバーさんが持ち上げて収納してくれるので、
女性でも楽々。ワイキキのホテルを回ってくれるので、すぐ前で降りられて
本当に助かります。ぜひまた次回も利用したいと思います。

I arrived at the airport on a night flight, and the pickup was at Terminal 2 (Hawaiian Airlines is at a different terminal). I was a bit confused about the location, but I found it without any issues. Since I was alone, I had to arrange for a taxi, but it turned out to be good because I was able to get home quickly.

夜の便で空港に着いたので、ピックアップがターミナル2でした(ハワイアン航空は別ターミナル)場所か分からず少し混乱しましたが、無事に発見。
1人だったのでタクシー手配になってました、早く帰る事ができて結果的によかったかも

No one was there, and I couldn't receive anything. I want my money back. Anyway, there was no one who seemed to be in charge. I question the quality of the service.

誰もいない、受け取れない。お金を返して欲しい。とにかくそれらしい人はどこにもいなかったです。サービスとしてどうかと思います。

I used it for the first time, and the reception desk and bus boarding location outside the arrival terminal were easy to find. Additionally, it stops at major hotels in Waikiki, and in my case, I was able to get off right in front of my hotel, which was very helpful. I especially recommend it for solo travelers, considering the price as well.

初めて利用しましたが、到着ターミナル外の受付デスク及びバス乗車場所も分かりやすかったです。また、ワイキキでも主要ホテルに停車し、私の場合は宿泊ホテル前で下車できたので助かりました。特に一人旅の場合は、値段も含めお勧めです。

I arrived at the airport feeling jet-lagged, and the first encounter after leaving the airport was with this shuttle bus. The passengers waiting to board are gathered in one place, and staff call out names for boarding the shuttle bus in order. At this point, I wonder if taking a taxi or an Uber would have been better. However, the low cost of the shuttle bus is certainly appreciated. The distance between the airport and Waikiki is quite significant. If there’s no traffic, it takes about 30 minutes, but on some days it can take close to an hour. There are frequent bumps in the seats, so those with back pain should be cautious.

時差ボケの中　空港に着きましたが　空港から出て最初の出会いがこのシャトルバスです　　乗車予定の人たちは1ヶ所に集められスタッフに名前を呼ばれて順番にシャトルバスに乗り込みます　ここで思うことはタクシーが良かったかウーバーが良かったかです　しかし金額が安いシャトルバスはやはりありがたいです　空港とワイキキはけっこう距離があります　渋滞がなければ30分くらいですが　日によって1時間近くかかることもあります　座席ではバウンドすることが度々あるので腰痛の方は注意が必要です

The airport and Waikiki are quite far apart. Taking a taxi or Uber can be expensive. This shuttle bus arrives on time and gets you to the airport with plenty of time to spare. Once you arrive at the airport, you have enough time to rest and buy souvenirs. And above all, the price is very reasonable. I find it very convenient and am grateful for it. However, I'm not sure if it's due to the suspension or the road conditions, but the seats bounce quite a bit in all directions. The ride is not very comfortable.

空港とワイキキはけっこう距離があります　タクシーやウーバーだと金額が高いです　このシャトルバスは時間通りに迎えに来てくれて余裕をもって空港に着きます　空港に着いてから休息やお土産を買う時間は十分あります　そして何より金額が安いです　たいへん便利で感謝しております　ただサスペンションのせいか　道路事情のせいかわかりませんが　けっこう座席で上下左右にバウンドします　乗り心地はあまり良いものではありません

I traveled from Kona on the Big Island to Honolulu and used it from the domestic terminal to my hotel. There was a sudden downpour, which caused traffic and took longer than expected. It was a bit cold inside the car.

As soon as I arrived at the airport, my reservation was confirmed, and I was able to move smoothly. I would like to use this service again next time. Thank you very much.

I had to move from Terminal 3 to Terminal 1 after arriving from Molokai Island, and I needed to find Roberts. Although I got off at Terminal 1 using the shuttle pass, it was different from where I boarded, and I wandered around the terminal. Fortunately, I found the Roberts limousine bus, and I was relieved by their kind assistance, but I would have been stressed without the limousine pass. It would be helpful if you could provide the location of the counter on a map in advance. It's hard to understand just from text, and calling can be difficult, so specifying the location would make things smoother.

モロカイ島からの移動でターミナル3からターミナル1に移動して、ロバーツをみつけなくてはなりません。巡回パスでターミナル1で降りたものの、行きに乗った場所とことなり、ターミナルのなかでウロチョロしました。たまたまロバーツのリムジンバスをみつけて、親切に対応して頂きまして安心しましたが、リムジンパスがなかったら焦りました。カウンターの場所とか、あらかじめMAPで教えていただけるとありがたい。文章だけではよくわからないし、コールもし難いので、場所を指定してくれた方がスムーズです。

I arrived in Honolulu in the morning, and even though I was tired, I came later than my reservation time. Isn't it common to wait a little before the scheduled reservation time since there’s a possibility that the arrival flight could be earlier? It doesn’t match the price.

朝方着のホノルルで疲れてるのに予約時間より遅れてきた。
到着便が早まる可能性もあり、普通予約時間の少し前には待機が当たり前では？
値段に見合わない。

The transportation from the hotel to the airport was quite delayed. The email mentioned that if the delay was over 5 minutes, I should call, so I made a call after about 7 minutes had passed. At that time, I was told that they would arrive in 5 to 7 minutes, so I waited, but no one came, so I called again. This time, I was told they would arrive in about 10 minutes, and after hanging up, they finally arrived 35 minutes later than scheduled. I was a bit anxious while waiting.

帰りのホテルから空港までの便が大分遅れました。
メールには5分以上遅れた場合には電話をするようにとの記述がありましたので、7分ほど過ぎた時に電話を致しました、その折には5分から7分で到着するとの返事で待っておりましたが、迎は来ませんのでもう一度電話を致しました。
今度は10分ほどで到着しますとの事で電話を切りましたが、結局予定より35分遅れで到着でした。少しヤキモキして待っておりました。

I had plenty of time before my flight, but perhaps because it was Saturday, the hotel pickup was quite late, which made me anxious. The driver didn't offer any words of apology. I was a bit disappointed since the driver from the tour the day before was much better.

飛行機までの時間は余裕があったが、土曜日だったせいかホテルへの迎えがかなり遅れて、不安になった。運転手からは何も謝罪の言葉はなかった。前日のツアーの運転手が良かったので少しガッカリ。

I requested a pickup for my return. They kindly communicated the pickup location and time. Just to be sure, I confirmed with the hotel staff. Unlike with a rental car, I was able to make good use of the morning hours. They arrived right on time in front of the hotel. A strong and beautiful female driver lifted my heavy suitcase without any sign of annoyance. Since my flight was in the afternoon, they made sure I arrived with enough time to relax in the lounge. Of course, since it was a personally good service, I gave a tip. I plan to use this service again when I’m not renting a car.

帰りのお迎えをお願いしました。ピックアップの場所ですと時間も丁寧にご連絡がございました。念の為ホテルのスタッフに確認していました。レンタカーと違い午前中の時間も有効に使えました。
時間通りにホテルの前まできてくださいました。
重たいスーツケースを嫌なこと顔せずに力持ちの美人で素敵な女性ドライバーが
もちあげてくださいました。
フライトも午後便でしたのでいくつかの航空会社をまわっていきましたが
ラウンジでゆっくりできる余裕の時間に到着できるよう配慮されていました。
もちろん個人的に良いサービスでしたのでチップはお渡しいたしました。
レンタカー以外の時はまた利用しようと思いました。

On this trip to Hawaii, I used Zipair. They arrive at Honolulu Airport earlier than other airlines, and Roberts had a perfect reception system in place.

When you exit the airport's group gate, there are Roberts staff members in yellow uniforms. When you tell them your name and destination, they already have your information on record and will inform you of your next destination.

As I was enjoying the warmth of Hawaii after a long time, the shuttle bus arrived. It's great that they pick you up without much waiting.

The ride from the airport to the hotel also passes by other customers' hotels. They call out each one, so there's no worry about getting off at the wrong stop. When I got off the bus, my hotel was right in front of me. I gave a tip and took my luggage to part ways.

Honolulu Airport is quite far from Waikiki, so I always appreciate the shuttle service! Thank you!

今回のハワイ渡航ではzipエアさんを利用しました。他の航空会社さんより早めにホノルル空港に着くのですが、ロバーツさんは受け入れ体制バッチリでした。

空港の団体ゲート口を出ると、黄色の服を着たロバーツのスタッフさんがいらっしゃいます。名前と行き先を告げると、もう記録があるのでわかってもらえ、次の行き先を教えてくれます。
久々のハワイの暑さを楽しんでいたら、送迎バスがやってきました。あまり待つことなくお迎えいただけるのはありがたいです。

空港からホテルまでは、他のお客様のホテルも通ります。一つずつ呼んでくれるので、降り間違いもないのが安心します。バスを降りたら目の前が私のホテルでした。チップをお渡しし、荷物を持って解散です。

ホノルル空港はワイキキから距離があるので、毎度送迎には助かっています！ありがとうございました！

I ask for this every time, but it's convenient, cost-effective, and I can move to the hotel with peace of mind. I think the number of people is just right, as I don't like having too many.

毎回お願いしているのですが、便利でコストも良く安心してホテルまで移動できます。
人数が多すぎるのも嫌なので丁度良い人数かと思います。

If traveling with multiple people, I would use other means, but I always use this service when traveling alone. They handle luggage carefully and communicate with an appropriate volume, so I always feel safe using their service.

複数人での渡航であれば他手段を利用しますが、1人旅時に利用させていただいております。
荷物も丁寧に取り扱ってくれますし、適度な声量で声掛けもしてくれて、いつも安心して利用させていただいております。

If traveling with multiple people, I would use other means, but I always use this service when traveling alone. The yellow aloha shirts are easy to spot, and I always feel安心して利用させていただいております.

When you exit the airport, there will be someone holding a sign to guide you. Following their directions, you'll find the reception area along the wall, and there are Japanese staff members, which is reassuring.

方向に沿っていくと壁側に受付があり日本人の方もいて安心。

I used the hotel from my return trip to the airport. I had a lot of luggage, including my suitcase and souvenirs, but they were very kind in helping me with the loading and unloading.

帰国日のホテルから空港までの利用でした。
スーツケースやお土産など帰りは荷物が多くなりましたが、とても親切に積み下ろしをしていただけました。

There was no one at the counter near the inter-island baggage claim at the airport, and I had to go to another counter. Moreover, the staff only told me to wait, and the woman who assisted me seemed to be eating something and did not appear to be taking her job seriously.

空港のインターアイランドのバゲッジクレームの近くの窓口に誰もおらず、他の窓口まで行く必要があった。その上、窓口の対応は待てと言うだけで、対応した女性も何かを食べながらで、真面目に仕事をしているように思えなかった。

The hotel is within Hilton Grand Vacations, but since it was Waikikian, I wanted to get off in front of the Ilikai Hotel, but I got off at the Grand Islander, which was a bit disappointing. Was there an option to get off in front of the Ilikai Hotel? I missed the chance to ask at the airport because there was no one who could speak Japanese.

ホテルは、ヒルトングランドバケーション内ではあるのですが、ワイキキアンでしたので、イリカイホテル前で降りたかったのですが、グランドアイランダーで降りたので、ちょっと残念でした。イリカイホテルの前は？選択肢にあったのでしょうか？
空港で日本語をできる方がおらず聞きそびれてしまいました。

I always use this service, but this time the shuttle bus was about the size of a van, and with so many people, I felt it was quite cramped inside. I noticed that the comfort level varies depending on the size of the vehicle.

いつも利用させて貰ってるんですが、今回はシャトルバスの大きさがバン程度であり、人数も多く車内がかなり狭いと感じました。
車の大きさによって快適さが違うと感じました。

ほぼ定刻通りにシャトルバスが到着。日本人のドライバーさんで、荷物も丁寧に受け取り、受け渡しをして貰えました。また次回も利用したいと思います。

It had been a while since I visited Hawaii, and I was thinking about how to get from the airport to Waikiki, but I was able to move smoothly thanks to my reservation from Japan. The price was also reasonable, and it was my first time using this service, but it was great.

久しぶりのハワイ、空港からワイキキまでの移動をどうしょうか考えてましたが、日本からの予約でスムーズに移動できました。値段も安く初めての利用でしたが良かったです。

I usually use the HIS shuttle, which is a bit cheaper for transportation from the airport to Waikiki, but this time I couldn't make a reservation with HIS, so I booked Roberts for the first time in a while. The staff at the reception spoke Japanese, so I was able to board the shuttle without any confusion.

空港→ワイキキへの移動ではいつもこちらより少しお安いＨＩＳのシャトルを利用しているのですが今回はＨＩＳの予約が取れず久々ロバーツさんを予約しました。受付の方は日本語ＯＫですので何も迷うことなくシャトルに乗車出来ました。

I use the shuttle every time I go to Hawaii, and the reservation process is easy, the meeting point is clear, and the service on-site is smooth. Depending on the location of the hotel, the drop-off order may be later, but I can rely on the reliable and affordable transportation.

毎回渡ハの際にはシャトルを利用しておりますが、予約も簡単で待ち合わせ場所もわかりやすく、現地での対応もスムーズ。宿泊ホテルの所在地によっては降りる順番が後になりますが、確実な送迎と安価で安心できます。

Since it was a transit to an outlying island, it was quite empty upon arrival. When I contacted them because I didn't know the meeting place, they responded politely, which made me feel at ease.

離島へトランジットだった為、到着時は閑散としていました。待ち合わせ場所が分からないと連絡すると丁寧に対応いただき安心できました。

I had always used a different company for transportation in Hawaii, but this time I used this service for the first time. I was worried about finding the meeting point, which was supposed to have staff in yellow shirts right outside the personal exit. However, I was able to quickly spot the staff in the yellow shirt and joined them without any stress.

The driver was a woman and did not speak Japanese, but perhaps because we were two women, she kindly helped carry our suitcases and was very considerate. If I have the opportunity to come to Hawaii again, I would like to use this service.

ハワイの送迎はいつも別の会社を利用していましたが、今回初めて利用させていただきました。
集合場所は個人の出口から出たところに黄色のシャツを着たスタッフがいるということでしたが、すぐに見つけられるか不安でした。
しかし、すぐに黄色いシャツを着たスタッフを見つけることができ、ストレスなく合流することができました。

ドライバーは女性で日本語は通じませんでしたが、こちらが女性2人ということもあってか、親切にスーツケースを運んでくださったり、とても気遣ってくれました。
またハワイに来る機会があれば利用させていただきたいです。
