I was able to experience both the sea and the mountains in a compact way. The two guides were kind, and I was able to ask various questions since they were Japanese. It was meaningful to enjoy so much in just the morning.

Stops were perfectly paced and included highlights like beautiful lookout points, North Shore beaches, and the Dole Pineapple area!

The tour was very organized, with a comfortable vehicle and a knowledgeable guide who shared local fun facts throughout the day. We loved seeing the contrast between Oahu’s scenic East Side coastline to the laid-back North Shore.

Transportation from Waikiki was smooth and stress-free. Then having reserved USS Arizona Memorial tickets was a huge advantage and allowed us to avoid long lines and make the most of our time at Pearl Harbor!

The Polynesian show was super entertaining feeling very luau esque! Also sailing along the Waikiki coastline at sunset was beautiful, and the Friday night fireworks were the perfect finale!

It was early in the morning and the outside was completely dark, so I felt quite anxious about interacting with the locals. However, once it was over, it turned out to be a very smooth tour. The driver was really friendly and cheerful, and he provided appropriate advice while mixing in some jokes, which was a great help. When we reached the summit, it started to rain heavily, and we ended up soaking wet on the way down. However, the view from the top was amazing, and that moment when I could see the entire cityscape of Waikiki was truly moving.

朝早い時間で外は真っ暗で、現地の方とのやりとりということでかなり不安はありましたが、終わってみれば非常にスムーズなツアーでした。ドライバーの方は本当に気さくで明るい方で、冗談も交えながら適切なアドバイスもしてくださって大変助かりました。私達が頂上に到達した時に丁度かなりの雨が降ってきてしまい、帰り道はびしょ濡れになりながらの下山でした。ですが、頂上から見た景色は素晴らしく、ワイキキの街並みを一望できたあの瞬間は感動しました。

Since the 25th is Christmas, I arranged everything knowing that the tourist spots would be crowded. On the day itself, as expected, there were many cars and only a few shops were open, but thanks to the thoughtful arrangements, my family was able to spend a meaningful time together. 25日はクリスマスと言うこともあり、観光地は空いてないのを承知で手配しました。当日、観光地は想像通り車多く店は少ししか空いていませんでしたが、気配りも頂き家族で有意義な時間過ごせました。ありがとうございました。

We were blessed with great weather, and I was guided to some wonderful photo spots, making for very nice memories. The driver shared various information along the way, which was very helpful.

Lots to get to see around Oahu, it deserves its highlights as it was fabulous to see the city and country side!

I wanted to enjoy Matsumoto Shave Ice and Huli Huli Chicken in Haleiwa, so I opted for the 3-hour stay course. On the way there, we didn't have much time to relax at the Dole Presentation, but we managed to buy some limited edition items and eat ice cream before heading to Haleiwa. We were able to visit all the places we aimed for, and the weather was so nice that I felt three hours wasn't enough! It was a fulfilling tour.

I think you can either join a tour or drive a rental car to Haleiwa, but I wasn't in the mood to drive, so joining the tour was the right choice! Since it was after Thanksgiving, the roads were clear, and we didn't get stuck in traffic, allowing us to enjoy the day without stress.

ハレイワでマツモトシェイブアイスやフリフリチキンを楽しみたかったので3時間滞在コースにしました。
行きの途中で寄るドールプレゼンテーションはあまりゆっくりしている暇がありませんでしたが限定品を買ったりアイスを食べハレイワへ。目的の場所はすべて行けた上に天気も良く３時間じゃ足りない！と思えるほど充実のツアーでした。
ハレイワまではツアーに参加するかレンタカーを自分で運転するかになるかと思いますが車を運転する気にはなれずツアーに参加して正解でした！感謝祭後ということもあり道も空いていて渋滞にもはまらずストレスなく過ごせました。

This is my third time in Hawaii, but it was my first time participating in this tour. The movie location tour was enjoyable as there were many films I had seen. The Kaneohe Bay cruise had great weather, and I was able to enjoy the beautiful scenery. Additionally, the explanations about the culture and history were interesting and well done. Both tours had guides who were great at engaging the group and took plenty of photos for us. The lunch buffet was hearty and very delicious. There was a well-delivered lecture in Japanese at the beginning, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the experience.

数回目のハワイですが、初めて参加しました。
映画ロケ地巡りは、見た映画が多くあり楽しめました。カネオヘ湾クルーズも天気が良く、良い景色を楽しめました。また、文化、歴史の説明も興味深く良かったです。両ツアーともガイドさんは盛り上げ方が上手く、写真もたくさん撮ってくれました。ランチビュッフェはボリューム満点でとても美味しかったです。
最初に上手な日本語でのレクチャーがあるので安心して楽しめました。

We had the best time on the tours. The guides were excellent. Very friendly. The grounds were clean, wanted to stay longer. It was an awesome experience would love to come back and tour it all again.

It's very spacious, and to get around, you can either ride in a car, take a bus, or ride a horse. I wanted to ride a horse, but since the course is long, I chose the bus considering the strain on my back. Unfortunately, there was no explanation in Japanese when we arrived, and the bus for this movie location tour also had no Japanese at all. That's a bit disappointing. I recommend reading the explanations in advance. Next time, I would like to try zip-lining as well.

とても広くて、見て回るにはクルマに乗るか、バスに乗るか、馬に乗るか。
馬に乗りたかったけれども、長いコースなので、腰への負担を考えてバスにしました。着いたときの説明も、この映画ロケ地ツアーのバスも日本語は全くないです。それがちょっと残念。事前に説明を読んでおくことをおすすめします。
次回はジップラインもやってみたいなあ。

This is my second time using the tour company. The driver, Massan, was quiet on the way to Haleiwa, but during the mini tour, he really showed his true colors and provided a fun time. He even came out and said, "Actually, I made this song." It turned out that the song that had been playing in the car since the beginning of the trip was selected from Massan's original album. That was another interesting episode and made it enjoyable. Thank you very much.

ドライバーのmassanは往路こそ物静かにハレイワまで連れて行ってくれましたが、ミニツアーでは、本領を発揮して楽しい時間を提供してくれました。
そして、「実はこの曲作ってるの自分なんです。」とカミングアウト。往路からずっと車内で流れていた曲はmassanのオリジナルアルバムからの選曲であったことが判明。それもまた、面白エピソードで楽しかったです。

We participated in a Segway tour as a family of three. We visited the coast and historical buildings, and if you requested, we also went to places decorated for Christmas, which was fantastic. The instructor was kind and took many wonderful photos for us, and also shared information about shops. I would love to participate again. Thank you very much!

The Japanese guided tour was free and very easy to understand, making it a great learning experience. They kindly answered various questions as well. The interior of the ship is really spacious, and the exhibits are well-equipped.

日本語ガイドツアーが無料であり、大変わかりやすく勉強になりました。色々な質問にも丁寧に答えて頂けます。船内はホント広く展示も充実してます。

There were sudden places and stairs, and I was worried if my husband, who is well-built, would be able to climb, but we were able to reach the summit in about 40 minutes. I definitely want you to experience the wonderful view. The driver was cheerful and it was fun. I made a reservation for 8:20, but the day before, I was contacted and asked to change the meeting time to 7:20.

急な場所や階段もあり、体格の良い夫は登れるか心配でしたが40分ほどで頂上まで行く事ができました。ぜひとも素晴らしい景色を体験して欲しいです。ドライバーさんが陽気で楽しかったです。8:20で予約しましたが前日になり7:20集合にして欲しいと連絡がありました。

I had an e-bike experience at Kualoa Ranch in Hawaii. To put it simply, I highly recommend it!

The difficulty level is very easy, so anyone who can ride a regular bike will have no problem enjoying it. It's essential to wear shoes that cover your toes (no open-toed sandals), and since some parts of the path can be a bit wild, I think wearing long pants is a safer choice.

There is an initial operation explanation, but it's all in English. However, the content is very simple, and if you understand basic English, you'll be able to grasp it easily. What impressed me even more was the hospitality of the guide who accompanied us. They were incredibly kind and passionately took photos at every scenic spot (laughs). Plus, the photos turned out surprisingly well!

Exploring the vast and beautiful Kualoa Ranch while feeling the wind on an e-bike was an amazing experience. I will never forget the exhilaration of riding downhill.

For anyone wanting to enjoy nature in Hawaii, I wholeheartedly recommend this activity!

ハワイのクアロア・ランチでeバイク体験をしてきました。
結論から言うと、めちゃくちゃおすすめです！

難易度はとてもやさしくて、普段から普通の自転車に乗れる人なら誰でも問題なく楽しめるレベル。
足元はつま先が覆われた靴（穴あきサンダルはNG）必須で、道が少しワイルドなところもあるので長ズボンの方が安心だと思います。

最初に操作説明がありますが、すべて英語。ただし内容はとてもシンプルで、簡単な英語が分かれば十分理解できます。
それ以上に印象的だったのが、一緒に回ってくれるガイドさんのホスピタリティ。本当に親切で、絶景スポットごとに情熱的に写真を撮ってくれます（笑）。しかも写真がびっくりするくらい上手！

広大で美しいクアロア・ランチを、eバイクで風を感じながら巡れるのは最高の体験でした。
特に下り坂を走るときの爽快感は忘れられません。

ハワイで自然を満喫したい人には、心からおすすめしたいアクティビティです！

The friendly and knowledgeable driver, who seemed to be an experienced person from Dole, drove the trolley through the vast pineapple plantation while providing detailed explanations to the participants, allowing us to enjoy the pineapple fields with peace of mind. The farm was incredibly expansive, unimaginable in Japan (about 180 Tokyo Domes?), and I learned that the workers spend all day bending over to plant 5,000 pineapple tops, realizing the tremendous effort that goes into producing such delicious fruit. At the shop, we were able to taste freshly harvested pineapples and received a whole pineapple as a souvenir, which added to our enjoyment after returning to the hotel. After the farm tour, we had lunch at a popular garlic shrimp restaurant in the center of Haleiwa, and in the afternoon, we visited the turtle rock for power sports and a soap factory that was featured on Japanese television. On the way back, the driver listened to the participants' wishes and took us to the highest parking lot on Tantalus Hill, where we enjoyed a panoramic view of Oahu. The tour was filled with new discoveries, making for a memorable day.

親切で情報知識が豊富な運転手さんはDoleの会社の人のように手慣れた感じで広大なパイナップル農園を見学用のトロリーを運転しながら参加者に細かく説明してくれるので安心してパイナップル畑を楽しむことができました。農園は日本では考えられないくらい広大で(東京ドーム180(個分)？)畑で働く人々は1日中腰を屈めて5000個のパイナップルの種(パイナップルのアタマ)を植え付けしていると聞き美味しい果物をいただく裏には大変なご苦労があることを知ることがてきました。売店で採れたてのパイナップルの試食と、まるまる1個のお土産をいただくことができ、ホテルに戻ってからの
楽しみができました。農園見学後はハレイワの中心地にあるガーリックシュリンプの人気店で昼食をして、午後からはパワースポートの亀の岩や日本のテレビでも紹介された石鹸工場を見学しました。帰りは参加者の希望を聞いていただき、タンタラスの丘のいつもは行かない一番高い所の駐車場でオアフ島のパノラマを楽しみました。ツアーは新しい発見もあり思い出深い1日を過ごすことができました。

It was great to have a Japanese guide with us! She was a cute girl and it was fun. However, there was a lot of moving around, and it was disappointing that we didn't stay in one place for long... I was sad that I couldn't take my time for the restroom or shopping.

I reserved a one-day ticket for December 3rd in Japan, and when I went to pick up the exchange voucher around noon on November 30th, it turned out to be a one-day ticket for that day. Even though I said it was for December 3rd, they couldn't understand me in Japanese, and I could only ride twice in the afternoon despite having a one-day ticket. It was the worst.

日本で12/3の指定で1日券を予約し
11/30昼頃に引き換え券をもらいに行ったら
その日の1日券になっていて、いくら12/3と言っても日本語が通じなく
せっかく1日券だったのに昼から2回しか乗れなかった。
最悪でした

This is a very fun even to do while in Hawaii. Staff was excellent!

I had a really fun time and I'm glad I participated! The driver spoke both Japanese and English, and was so cheerful and great at conversation that I never got bored. Since everyone gathered quickly, we were able to visit more landmarks in the city than usual, and I was happy that they also provided donuts and water, showing a lot of consideration.

We participated as a family. Even for elementary school students who are on the shorter side, they provided thorough explanations and practiced in the parking lot before accompanying us to the park, which made us feel at ease.

The moments of getting on and off the Segway and the first crosswalk were the most nerve-wracking. Once we got a little used to it, we were able to enjoy the scenery around the park while adjusting our speed and feeling the wind as we rode. The guide who accompanied us skillfully took photos and videos, which was impressive and felt like a performance.

There were also appropriate breaks, during which they provided explanations. Due to the exchange rate, it was quite pricey, but it was a great experience that was worth it.

For the tip, there was a chart in the binder that indicated how much to give based on the course and time, so I used that as a reference when writing down my email address at the end.

It wasn't as fast as a car, but it wasn't as tiring as walking, allowing us to take in our surroundings. It was truly fun.

背が低めの小学生でも、丁寧に説明して下さり駐車場で練習してから、付き添いながらパークへ移動して頂いたので、安心出来ました。

セグウェイに乗り降りする時と、最初の横断歩道が一番緊張しました。
少し慣れてくると、パーク内や周りの景色も十分に楽しみながら速度も調整して風を受けながら走る事ができます。
同行したガイドの方が、上手に写真や動画を撮影して下さるのが、曲芸みたいで感心しながら撮られていました。
適度に休憩も設けられ、説明などもしてくれます。
為替レートのせいもあって、なかなかのお値段しますが、それ以上に良い経験が出来ました。

チップは、最後にメールアドレスを記入する時にコースや時間毎で何%だと何ドルというような参考にできる表がバインダーに書かれていたので、それに挟んでお渡ししました。

自動車ほど速くなく、歩きほど疲れないで周りを見て進める。本当に楽しかったです。

I feel like our time staying in the North Shore would've felt incomplete if not for getting to explore it with Aina, our personal local! We saw gorgeous places we likely never would've seen on our own, learned a surprising amount about O'ahu's history and culture in a casual way, got more familiar with the town and even returned to places on our own, enjoyed greeting Aina's friends and family along the way, got some great recommendations on where to eat, and that's just off the top of my head! Aina was very easy to be around, and his tour was a highlight of our stay. Mahalo!

I had always wanted to try horseback riding, but I never had the opportunity until now. I was a bit anxious because the riding instructor only spoke English. However, I felt reassured thanks to the Japanese video explanations and the driver’s guidance on how to operate everything.

I realized just how cute horses can be. My horse was smart and responded well to my handling of the reins. There were some horses that seemed a bit more free-spirited, and I noticed some people had a bit of trouble with them.

Riding while looking at the refreshing blue sea and sky became an unforgettable memory. Since we were just walking slowly in a line, it might be a bit lacking for intermediate riders.

ずっとやりたかったのですが機会がなくて初めての乗馬体験、乗馬のインストラクターは英語のみで不安でした。でも、日本語の動画説明やドライバーさんのお話やらで操作などが分かり安心しました。
馬ってこんなに可愛いもんなんだと思いました。私の馬はお利口で、私の手綱さばきにも素直でした。中には少し自由奔放な馬もいたみたいで、苦労されていた方もいました。
爽やかな青い海と空を見ながらの乗馬は忘れられない思い出になりました。
ゆっくり並んで歩くだけなので、中級者の方には物足りないかもしれません。
