Vicky our tour guide was awesome, knowledgable and managed to ensure we had an amazing time visiting different areas and also rearranging stops if other activities were unavailable due to weather . Coming from England meant I have to put faith in other peoples reviews of the circle island tours and 100% no regrets. Loves every minute

Circle island tour was disappointing for the cost. This tour was more expensive compared to others that had the same stops. The waterfall stop was allotted for 2 hours, but the waterfall didn’t have water. We specifically did this tour instead of others because of the waterfall stop. We could of saved at least $80 if it was a known thing that the waterfall frequently doesn’t have water.

The driver was overall knowledgeable and kind. He did eat while talking into the mic and driving, which is distracting. All the group could concentrate on was the chewing. He also constantly tapped both the brake and gas causing a jerking motion for 10 hour straight. Thankfully no one in our group easily gets car sick.

Everyone who comes to Hawaii should visit the Pearl Harbor and view the film and find out why it's very important in our History. You will leave with a better understanding of the events that led to the memorial. Roberts provides excellent guides and service and the city tour adds to the magnificent Day you will have. Put it on your Do NOT want to Miss IT.

The pre-show activities ? None of those happened.
I was really looking forward to experience their culture but NO. When we got there, we were welcomed (speech and all that) then lined up for food and drinks then the show started.

I paid for a VIP royal package expecting my experience will be smooth… The only distinction between VIP and non VIP is the table arrangement and priority line for food but doesn’t apply if you wanna get drinks… which was very inconvenient.

Bottom line, I didn’t get my money’s worth.

Beginning with our pickup, through drop off, our trip was fantastic. Our tour guide was the best. Our first stop was to see city sights and he allowed us time for pictures along with him taking our group pictures. The battleship was fascinating and of course Pearl Harbour was very touching. Great tour.

Our party of 11 truly enjoyed this Luau! The Chief Luau offers fun, entertainment,information and good food!! The performers were top notch and so much fun to watch!

I absolutely loved this Luau. The Chief was so funny and enjoyable. I highly recommend going to see Chief's Luau. This was my first Luau so I don't have anything to compare it to but I doubt it gets much better than this.

So much fun, so much culture and so much delicious food! My boyfriend and I left such happier people - well fed and high spirited. Everyone needs to experience the Chief's Luau. We can't wait to come back and enjoy it again. Mahalo!

Really nice activity for those that want to move their legs a bit. These bikes have a motor so for anyone that thinks is not as fit, you can definitely do it! Great vibe from the crew that works at kualoa ranch and they made the ride really fun! Also they are super available to take pictures for you and get in on the fun. Also transportation was on time and everything was organized.

I participated in a mountain bike tour for the first time. Since it was an electric assist bike, it was easy to go uphill. Even a fifth grader enjoyed it. We chose an easy course, and there were eight participants in the tour, with one guide explaining everything in English. The child didn't understand any English, but it was still fun just to explore that miraculous place. We didn't sweat excessively and could feel the refreshing breeze all over our bodies. At the filming location of Jurassic Park, they took photos and videos of each group pretending to be the cast. Everyone got into character, and we shared laughs over each other's performances, spending a wonderful time together.

初めてマウンテンバイクツアーに参加しました。
電動アシスト自転車なので、坂道も楽です。小学校5年生の子も楽しんでいました。
私たちは簡単なコースを選びました。ツアーは8人が参加し、1人のガイドさんが英語で説明してくれました。子供は英語が全く分かりませんが、それでもあの奇跡的な場所を巡るだけでも楽しいです。べったりと汗ばむこともなく、さわやかな風を全身で感じられます。ジュラシックパークの撮影地では出演者になりきる写真や動画を１組ずつ撮ってくれました。皆さん役者になりきり、それぞれの熱演を笑い合いステキな時間を過ごせました。

My first visit to Kualoa Ranch.
I actually wanted to do the Raptor Tour, but the morning tour was fully booked, so I decided on the E Mountain Bike Tour.

I’m 152 cm tall, and I was worried about being able to ride a mountain bike, but I was able to borrow a kids' bike (there happened to be one available). However, since the wheels were small, it was quite challenging to keep up.

As for the content, we were able to visit several movie filming locations, and it felt really nice to experience the wind while biking.

There were 8 people in our team, and the staff were cheerful. They explained various things, so I think I would have enjoyed it more if I had understood what they were saying. I would like to try the Japanese Raptor Tour next time!

Since it was August, I was worried about insect bites, but there were hardly any bugs, and I didn’t get bitten. Also, since we rode for two hours, you can get sunburned! There were quite a few people participating in long sleeves. I recommend sun protection!
The tour was from 9:30 to 11:30. The bus departed at 1 PM, so after the tour, I looked around the souvenir shop and had a light lunch. I had read that the food wasn’t very good, but that wasn’t the case! If I could wish for something, it would have been nice to have a beer.

本当はラプターツアーが良かったのですが、午前のツアーがいっぱいでEマウンテンバイクツアーにすることに。

私は身長152cmで、マウンテンバイクに乗れるか不安だったのですが
子供用のバイクを借りれました。（たまたま1つ空きがありました。）
ただ、車輪が小さいので着いていくのが結構大変でした。＞＜

内容としては、映画のロケ地もいくつか回れたし、自転車ならではの風を感じることができてとても気持ちよかったです。

1チーム8人でスタッフの人も陽気でした。
色々と説明してくれていたので、何を言っているか分かったら、もう少し楽しめたかな・・と思います。
次回は、日本語のラプターツアーができたらまた行ってみたいです！


8月だったので虫刺されが心配でしたが虫はほとんどいなくて刺されることはありませんでした。
あと、2時間自転車で走るので、焼けます！
長袖で参加している人も結構いました。
紫外線対策をおすすめします！！
9:30~11:30がツアー参加。
13時にバスが出発するので、終わった後はお土産ショップ見たり軽くランチしました。
あまり美味しくない、、と書かれてましたがそんなことはなかったです！
欲を言えば、ビールくらい飲めるとよかったのになぁと思いました〜〜。

Lola was great at presenting the interesting facts about Hawaii. She was fun and funny and very engaging.

The Dole Plantation, which we stopped by along the way, was surprisingly enjoyable. I had a delicious pineapple soft serve and added to my collection of unique penny stamps.

The horseback riding at Makakeha Beach offers beautiful scenery, and the horses are well-trained, making it a safe and enjoyable experience even for beginners. There is a brief explanation of basic reins handling at the start, but generally, the horses follow the one in front automatically, so there's no need to worry.

途中に立ち寄るDolePlantationが意外と楽しめます。おいしいパインソフトを食べ、ここでしかないペニースタンプのコレクションが増えました。
MakakehaBeachの乗馬はとても景色がよく、馬もよく馴致されており初心者でも安心して楽しめると思います。最初に簡単な手綱さばき説明がありますが、基本お馬さんたちはオートマで前の馬についていくので心配しないでください。

Our tour guide Kevin was amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable about the Island and was super friendly. The activities were fun and the landscape was beautiful! We had a great time!

My sister and I went to Kualoa Ranch for my birthday to do the E-Bike tour, and we are so glad that we did. It was so much fun riding E-Bikes. There was a slight delay in getting started due to the sizes of the bikes being a good fit for the riders. Justice and Christian went above and beyond to find the right bike for each rider. Once we got started on our tour, it was so much fun riding around the ranch. The ranch is so beautiful, and Justice is very knowledgeable with the history of the ranch and shared all of the "Fun Facts" with us during our stops making it interesting. The only negative thing that I could say is that I wish it was a longer ride, I didn't want to stop.
Next time I am in Oahu I will definitely be coming back :)

Due to the lack of Japanese speakers, all the information was provided in English, which I couldn't understand at all.
However, the scenery was absolutely stunning.
I could sense that all the guides were cheerful and probably made a lot of jokes.

日本人が少ない為、全て英語の案内で、英語のわからない私には、内容は全くわからず。
でも、目に入ってくる景色は最高でした。
ガイドさんも全員明るくて、冗談をいっぱい言っているんだろうな？って事は感じ取れました。

I usually don't write reviews, but I decided to do so because the tour guide left a very good impression on me. The guide was Japanese and shared various information about Hawaii during the bus rides to and from the destination.

Additionally, while reading other reviews, I noticed that some mentioned a very tight schedule where they only went horseback riding and couldn't explore Haleiwa. However, it seems that this has improved, as we had time to spend in Haleiwa. After enjoying coffee in Haleiwa, we went horseback riding, took about 30 minutes to eat garlic shrimp, and then relaxed at the Dole Plantation before returning to Waikiki. The horseback riding along the beach was leisurely for about an hour, and it was a wonderful experience.

I was also happy that the guide took photos for us and was very proactive.

普段口コミを書かないんですが、ツアーガイドさんがとても好印象だったので書くことにしました。
日本人？の方で、行きも帰りも移動中のバスの中でハワイのことを色々と話して下さってました。
また、他の方の口コミを見るとあまりにもタイトスケジュールで乗馬だけしてハレイワは散策出来ないとありましたが、改善されたのかハレイワで過ごす時間もありました。
ハレイワで珈琲飲んだ後に乗馬して、ガーリックシュリンプを30分くらいかけて食べ、ドールプランテーションでゆっくり過ごしワイキキへ戻りました。乗馬も海辺を1時間くらいゆっくり乗馬して
とても素敵な時間でした。
ガイドさんが、写真撮ってくれたり率先してくれたので嬉しかったです。

We participated as a family of three, looking for a Segway experience that even our 13-year-old child could enjoy. We toured downtown, Chinatown, Izumo Taisha, and the courthouse, and it was incredibly fun. Our guide, Kenji, provided thorough instructions on how to ride the Segway and offered support, which made us feel safe and allowed us to enjoy ourselves. The staff were all very kind as well.

13歳の子供も体験できるセグウェイを探して親子3人で参加しました。
ダウンタウンやチャイナタウン、出雲大社、裁判所などを巡りましたが最高に楽しかったです。
ガイドのケンジさんが丁寧にセグウェイの乗り方やサポートをしてくれたので安心して楽しむ事ができました。
スタッフの皆さんもとても親切です。

This tour was fantastic and our tour guide Nani was awesome! He was very knowledgeable, told us great stories and was funny and entertaining! We learned alot about Pearl Harbor and saw some memorable landmarks! I would highly recommend this tour!

The food is ok, the show is extraordinary! Totally worth it!

This was an amazing experience definitely a must see show the chief was so funny and the dancer were really good, will definitely recommend to other! The show was very organized and the food was great!

It was a great experience. We wish it had included more narrative information on the memorial, we missed the twenty minute film somehow. So that may have filled that void. We did enjoy the tour, all went well and would surly recommend this tour.

My daughter and I had a wonderful time at chief’s luau. The Chief was so funny and they all put on a great show! You could really feel the warmth of his personality shining through his speech and his humor made everything great. Tons of fire dancing, singing, story telling, and more dancing all around. Great food and great people to share the experience with. Felt like you were still in paradise. Definitely recommend purchasing close up seats and the lei package so you can get the full experience. Especially if it’s your first time in Hawaii. Totally worth every penny.

It's great for mountain bike enthusiasts, but not suitable for movie lovers who want to visit filming locations; it was just about riding.

My adult daughter and teenage son and I had an amazing time. From the warm welcoming from the hula dancers and music being played to the staff. I had a reserved table with the view of the water. Beautiful set up. The food was delicious and beautiful presentation. Our waiter was very attentive. Enjoyed the dancers/performance and music. The fireworks show from Waikiki because it was on a Friday night was absolutely beautiful while being on the water. The fireworks were okay wished it was more of them but it was nice just the same. I highly recommend this cruise. We went in July 2022

I can't recommend this tour enough! John was a wonderful guide, and we all had a fantastic day!

We had a great time. We only took the short tour which wasn't near enough time so we'll definitely be doing it again & taking the longer tour.

Our bus driver was full of knowledge about Pearl Harbor & Hawaii so the trip there & back was also amazing.
