It was difficult to find the reception after exiting the airport. It would have been helpful to have a guide at the exit since the location is far from other tour companies and not easily visible. For local dining, use the Green Line, and for views of Diamond Head's crater and the East Coast, take the Blue Line. It's a bit pricey, but it's an efficient way to tour, and it's safe, so I'm glad I took it every day. I definitely got my money's worth! By the way, during the first week of my stay, I used the trolley, and in the second week, I used the local bus. The trolley is a relaxed way to travel and is definitely fun!

I was picked up on schedule. The meeting point was the hotel name, but when I read the voucher carefully, it turned out to be the trolley stop facing the street. The horseback riding was enjoyable as we walked along the coast. My stay in Haleiwa was just under an hour, which was perfect for me. I also enjoyed the recommended garlic shrimp, which was delicious.

The pickup arrived at the hotel. I had been waiting well before the scheduled arrival time, but even after 15 minutes past the time, they still hadn't come. It said not to leave the location and to call if they were more than 5 minutes late, but since I was in a foreign country, I wasn't sure how to make a call, and I was just anxious.

Since there were two of us participating, I had one person wait at the location while I went back to the lobby to ask the hotel staff to help me make a call. During the call, the bus arrived 15 minutes late. I thought that if I had been alone, I might have been left behind while I was away. The driver didn't apologize or anything, and while he did see us off with a smile when we got off, I felt that a 15-minute delay without any communication was quite unacceptable.

They were accommodating in the early morning, and there were about three groups in the vehicle, including us. We were the only Japanese people. I was happy that the driver helped carry our luggage into the vehicle and was attentive to ensure we didn't get off at the wrong terminal. The best part is that this shuttle service operates even for early morning flights.

We absolutely loved touring Pearl Harbor. It was wonderful and sad at the same time. Recommend anyone that can should take this tour. The museum, the information, the films were so great.. it was just so sobering to see what happened on that day, to be in the presence of the souls that remain. It was just a wonderful experience. The Navy, the Rangers were so professional in their jobs. (As I know they would only be). This was just a wonderful experience from the booking to the bus driver and especially Pearl Harbor.
